Abstract

Let R be a G-graded ring,M a G-graded Σ-quasiprojective R- module,and E = END R (M) its graded ring of endomorphisms. For any subgroup H of G,we prove that certain full subcategories of G/H-graded R-modules associated with M are equivalent to a quotient category of G/H-graded E-modules determined by the idempotent G-graded ideal of E consisting of endomorphisms which factor through a finitely generated submodule of M. Properties and applications of these equivalences are also examined.  相似文献

For R a G-graded ring, we study Pic(R-gr), the group of isomorphism classes of autoequivalences of the category of graded left R-modules. For G infinite, this requires generalizing the classical sequences involving Pic(A), A a fc-algebra, to A a ring with local units. Then for G either finite or infinite, we characterize the inner automorphisms in some subgroups H of the automorphism group of the smash product R#PG and thus obtain some subgroups of Pic(R-gr).  相似文献

Let A be a Noetherian ring which is graded by a finitely generated Abelian group G. In general, for G-graded modules there do not exist primary decompositions which are graded themselves. This is quite different from the case of gradings by torsion free group, for which graded primary decompositions always exists. In this paper we introduce G-primary decompositions as a natural analogue to primary decomposition for G-graded A-modules. We show the existence of G-primary decomposition and give a few characterizations analogous to Bourbaki's treatment for torsion free groups.  相似文献

By using a trace one element, we give a sufficient and necessary condition for a weak module algebra A to be a projective left A#H-module, where A#H denotes the weak smash product. We also give some differentiated conditions for the weak smash product to be a separable extension on the weak module algebra A and get the weak structure theorem in the category of weak (H,A)-Hopf modules.  相似文献

We consider associative PI-algebras over an algebraically closed field of zero characteristic graded by a finite abelian group G. It is proved that in this case the ideal of graded identities of a G-graded finitely generated PI-algebra coincides with the ideal of graded identities of some finite dimensional G-graded algebra. This implies that the ideal of G-graded identities of any (not necessary finitely generated) G-graded PI-algebra coincides with the ideal of G-graded identities of the Grassmann envelope of a finite dimensional (G × ?2)-graded algebra, and is finitely generated as GT-ideal. Similar results take place for ideals of identities with automorphisms.  相似文献

Abstract

Let A be a Noetherian ring graded by a finitely generated Abelian group G. It is shown that a Chow group A ?(A) of A is determined by cycles and a rational equivalence with respect to certain G-graded ideals of A. Let H be a finite-dimensional Hopf algebra and A a finite-dimensional H-simple left H-module algebra. We show that the smash product A#H is isomorphic to End A(V ? H*), where V ≠ 0 is a finite-dimensional left A-module and (A′, V′) the stabilizer of (A, V). As an application it is proved that A#H is isomorphic to a full matrix algebra over A′ when H is semisimple and dim V|dim A.  相似文献

I construct a generalized twisted smash product A H B, which gives an abstract structure of Cibils-Rosso's algebra X associated to a finite-dimensional Hopf algebra H, for the H-bimodule algebra A and H-bicomodule algebra B. I show that the Doi-Koppinen Hopf (H, B, D)-bimodules are modules over a certain algebra which is of this type. Moreover, if D is finitely generated projective as a k-module, there exists a k-module-preserving equivalence of categories between the category of Doi-Koppinen (H, B, D)-Hopf bimodules and the category of left (D *op ? We discuss properties of Yetter-Drinfeld modules over weak bialgebras over commutative rings. The categories of left-left, left-right, right-left and right-right Yetter-Drinfeld modules over a weak Hopf algebra are isomorphic as braided monoidal categories. Yetter-Drinfeld modules can be viewed as weak Doi-Hopf modules, and, a fortiori, as weak entwined modules. IfH is finitely generated and projective, then we introduce the Drinfeld double using duality results between entwining structures and smash product structures, and show that the category of Yetter-Drinfeld modules is isomorphic to the category of modules over the Drinfeld double. The category of finitely generated projective Yetter-Drinfeld modules over a weak Hopf algebra has duality.  相似文献

Let Rbe a right τ-noetherian ring, where τ denotes a hereditary torsion theory on the category of right R-modules. It is shown that every essential τ-closed right ideal of every prime homomorphic image of Rcontains a nonzero two-sided ideal if and only if any two τ-torsionfree injective indecomposable right R-modules with identical associated prime ideals are isomorphic, and for any τ-closed prime ideal Pthe annhilator of a finitely generated P-tame right R-module cannot be a prime ideal properly contained in P. Furthermore, if in the last condition finitely generated is replaced by r-noetherian, then all τ-noetherian τ-torsionfree modules turn out to be finitely annihilated.  相似文献

In this paper we study the relationship between graded essential ideals ofA, essential ideals of the identity componentA e and essential ideals of the smash productA#G *. Let G = GL N or SL N as reductive linear algebraic group over a field k of characteristic p > 0. We prove several results that were previously established only when N ⩽ 5 or p > 2  N : Let G act rationally on a finitely generated commutative k-algebra A and let grA be the Grosshans graded ring. We show that the cohomology algebra H *(G, grA) is finitely generated over k. If moreover A has a good filtration and M is a Noetherian A-module with compatible G action, then M has finite good filtration dimension and the H i (G, M) are Noetherian A G -modules. To obtain results in this generality, we employ functorial resolution of the ideal of the diagonal in a product of Grassmannians.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group. The stable module category of G has been applied extensively in group representation theory. In particular, it has been used to great effect that it is a triangulated category which is compactly generated by the class of finitely generated modules. Let H be a subgroup of G. It is possible to define a stable module category of G relative to H. This is also a triangulated category, but no non-trivial examples have been known where it was compactly generated. While the finitely generated modules are compact objects, they do not necessarily generate the category. We show that the relative stable category is compactly generated if the group algebra of H has finite representation type. In characteristic p, this is equivalent to the Sylow p-subgroups of H being cyclic.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the rings over which the class of finitely generated strongly Gorenstein projective modules is closed under extensions (called fs-closed rings). We give a characterization about the Grothendieck groups of the category of the finitely generated strongly Gorenstein projective R-modules and the category of the finitely generated R-modules with finite strongly Gorenstein projective dimensions for any left Noetherian fs-closed ring R.  相似文献

We give necessary and sufficient conditions under which an amalgamated free product of finitely generated nilpotent groups is a Howson group (that is the intersection of any two finitely generated subgroups is finitely generated). Also we prove that if G = ? t, K | t ?1 At = B ?, where K is a finitely generated and infinite nilpotent group and A, B non-trivial infinite proper subgroups of K, then G is not a Howson group. The problem of deciding when an ascending HNN-extension of a finitely generated nilpotent group is a Howson group is still open.  相似文献

Certain low-dimensional symmetric cohomology groups of G-modules, for any given group G, are computed as the cohomology of an explicit cochain complex. This result is used to establish natural one-to-one correspondences between elements of the 3rd symmetric cohomology groups of G-modules, G-equivariant pointed 2-connected homotopy 4-types, and equivalence classes of G-graded Picard categories. The simplicial nerve of a G-graded Picard category is also constructed and studied.  相似文献

Let H be a Hopf algebra and A an H-bimodule algebra. This article investigates homological dimensions and Gorenstein dimensions of L-R smash products A?H. Several well-known results are generalized. Moreover, we explore the stability of Gorenstein projective (flat) precovers and Gorenstein injective preenvelopes between the category of left A-modules and the category of left A?H-modules.  相似文献
