A novel Prussian blue/copper‐gold bimetallic nanoparticles hybrid film modified electrode was prepared by electrochemical deposition on a glassy carbon electrode (PB/Cu‐AuNPs/GCE). Morphology and electrochemistry of this electrode were studied by UV‐vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The sensor showed significantly better electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide in comparison with the single PB/GCE and PB/AuNPs/GCE. This was attributed to the synergistic effect of PB and Cu‐Au bimetallic nanoparticles. Also, the sensor demonstrated an overall high level of performance for the analysis of H2O2 in the concentration range from 0.002 to 0.84 mM.  相似文献

In this study, Prussian blue (PB) film on the electroreduced graphene oxide (ERGO)‐modified Au electrode surface (ERGO/PB) is easily prepared by means of cyclic voltammetric technique in the mixture of K3Fe(CN)6 and FeCl3. Its electrochemical behaviors for NADH biosensor are studied. The structural and morphological characters of modified electrode material are analyzed with using of XPS, XRD, Raman, EDS, and SEM techniques. ERGO/PB hybrid nanocomposite for NADH biosensor is exhibited to the higher catalytic effect (linear range from 1.0 to 100 μM, detection limit of 0.23 μM at S/N=3) compared to naked Au, ERGO‐modified Au, and PB‐modified Au electrodes. In addition to, ERGO/PB electrode was used to voltammetric and amperometric detection of H2O2. ERGO/PB electrodes also showed the same behavior as the NADH sensor. This ERGO/PB‐modified electrode supplied a simple, new, and low‐cost route for amperometric sensing of both NADH and H2O2.  相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive electrochemical sensor COOH−C4 derived from dicarboxyl‐calix[4]arene modified on a screen printed gold electrode (Au) was developed for the determination of lead ions in water samples. A 3‐mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) monolayer was used as a template on the gold electrode for the surface modification with dicarboxyl‐calixarene. The modified electrodes were surface‐characterized using Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The data obtained proved the confirmation of each stage of the electrode modification. The electrochemical analyses of the COOH−C4 electrode showed an enhanced electrocatalytic activity and higher current towards Pb2+ ions as compared to the bare Au and MPA/Au electrodes. Under optimum conditions, the differential pulse voltammetry response of COOH−C4 displayed a wide linear response ranging from 280–2500 μg/L for Pb2+ with a detection limit of 6.2 μg/L. In addition, the fabricated electrode showed a high selectivity and stability towards the Pb2+ ions in presence of possible interfering species. The present method was successfully applied to determine Pb2+ ions in real samples with satisfactory precision, with a relative standard deviation of 3.12 % and an acceptable recovery of 92 %, which demonstrated the potential application of dicarboxyl‐calix[4]arene modified on electrodes for heavy‐metal sensing.  相似文献

A novel non‐enzymatic nitrite sensor was fabricated by immobilizing MnOOH‐PANI nanocomposites on a gold electrode (Au electrode). The morphology and composition of the nanocomposites were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR ). The electrochemical results showed that the sensor possessed excellent electrocatalytic ability for NO2 oxidation. The sensor displayed a linear range from 3.0 μmol•L−1 to 76.0 mmol•L−1 with a detection limit of 0.9 μmol•L−1 (S/N = 3), a sensitivity of 132.2 μA •L•mol−1•cm−2 and a response time of 3 s. Furthermore, the sensor showed good reproducibility and long‐term stability. It is expected that the MnOOH‐PANI nanocomposites could be applied for more active sensors and used in practice for nitrite sensing.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor for paracetamol (PC) based on the hexacyanoferate(III) intercalated Ni−Al layered double hydroxide (Ni−Al−HCF) was presented. The as‐prepared LDH structurally and morphologically was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and Fourier transform IR. Electrochemical studies revealed that Ni−Al−HCF film modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode exhibited remarkable electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of paracetamol. The electrochemical behavior of PC on the Ni−Al−HCF film was investigated in detail. Under optimum experimental conditions, the electrocatalytic response of the modified GC electrode was linear in the PC concentration range 3×10−6−–1.5×10−3 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 8×10−7 mol L−1 (S/N=3), using hydrodynamic amperometry. In addition, the modified electrode exhibited good reproducibility, long‐term stability and anti‐interference property. The fabricated sensor was successfully applied to determination of PC in various pharmaceutical preparations such as tablets, oral solution, and oral drops. Finally, the method was validated by the analysis of paracetamol spiked human serum samples, and good recoveries were obtained in the range of 99.2–103 %.  相似文献

Glassy carbon electrodes (GCEs) modified with sulfur-doped graphene (SG)/carboxylated carbon nanotube (CNT−COOH)/MoS2/yeast composite were prepared for electrochemical detection for lead ions by the simple hydrothermal methods and ultrasonic methods. The combination of SG and CNT−COOH could form a double-layer carbon structure, providing more active detection sites for detection for lead, which could also contribute to adherence of yeast and MoS2. The SG/CNT−COOH/MoS2/yeast exhibited a high response in detecting low concentrations of lead ions. And then the SG/CNT−COOH/MoS2/yeast was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electron microscope (TEM), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Compared with traditional detection technology, the linear range of the sensor was 10−6∼10−14 g/L. And the lower of detection (LOD) down to 2.61×10−15 g/L was achieved. The sensor showed prospective applications in detection of Pb2+ in real serum samples.  相似文献

3D Flower‐like manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanostructure with the ability of catalysis for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and super large area that can support gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with enhanced activity of electron transfer have been developed. The nanostructure of hybrids was prepared by directly mixing citric‐capped AuNPs and 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (3‐APTES)‐capped nano‐MnO2 using an electrostatic adsorption strategy. The Au‐MnO2 composite was extensively characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller (BET) method and X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS). Electrochemical properties were evaluated through cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometric method. The prepared sensor showed excellent electrochemical properties towards H2O2 with a wide linear range from 2.5×10−3∼1.39 mM and 3.89∼13.89 mM. The detection limit is 0.34 μM (S/N=3) with the sensitivities of 169.43 μA mM−1 cm−2 and 55.72 μA mM−1 cm−2. The detection of real samples was also studied. The result exhibited that the prepared sensor can be used for H2O2 detection in real samples.  相似文献

A novel sensor architecture based on thin film of tapioca decorated within nitrogen‐doped titanium dioxide (N‐TiO2) nanoparticles is reported. The nanostructures were characterized by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, X‐rays diffraction and voltammetric techniques. The proposed electrode was used for detection of low concentrations of 17‐β estradiol in without purification step, which was investigated by using linear sweep adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Under optimal conditions, the analytical curve was linear over a 17β‐estradiol concentration range of 9.9×10−6 to 1.4×10−5 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 1.7×10−7 mol L−1. The tapioca and N‐TiO2 nanoparticles homogeneous film was applied for detection of 17‐β‐estradiol in tap water and synthetic urine samples, which presented satisfactory results.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective imprinted electrochemical sensor for the determination of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) was constructed on a glassy carbon electrode by stepwise modification of functional multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MCNTs), Au/Pt bimetallic nanoparticles (Au/PtNPs), and a thin imprinted film. The fabrication of a homogeneous porous poly o-phenylenediamine (POPD)-grafted Au/Pt bimetallic multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite film was conducted by controllable electrodepositing technology. The sensitivity of the sensor was improved greatly because of the nanocomposite functional layer; the proposed sensor exhibited excellent selectivity toward AFB1 owing to the porous molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) film. The surface morphologies of the modified electrodes were characterized using a scanning electron microscope. The performance of the imprinted sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in detail. A linear relationship between the sensor response signal and the logarithm of AFB1 concentrations ranging from 1?×?10?10 to 1?×?10?5 mol L?1 was obtained with a detection limit of 0.03 nmol L?1. It was applied to detect AFB1 in hogwash oil successfully.  相似文献

In this paper, self‐assembled Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) on carbon ceramic electrode (CCE) were developed as a high sensitive hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) electrochemical sensor. The PBNPs film was prepared by a simple dipping method. The morphology of the PBNPs‐modified CCE was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The self‐assembled PB film exhibited sufficient mechanical, electrochemical stability and high sensitivity in compare with other PB based H2O2 sensors. The sensor showed a good linear response for H2O2 over the concentration range 1 μM–0.26 mM with a detection limit of ca. 0.7 μM (S/N=3), and sensitivity of 754.6 mA M?1 cm?2. This work demonstrates the feasibility of self‐assembled PBNPs‐modified CCE for practical sensing applications.  相似文献

The number of studies conducted about nonenzymatic electrochemical sensors has increased in recent years due to the development of more stable and robust electrodes using noble metals. One of the key aspects for achieving high sensing performance including detection limit and sensitivity is the design of electrode architecture. Herein, we report a new electrochemical sensing platform featuring ultrathin standing gold nanowires (AuNWs) for nonenzymatic detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The use of AuNWs resulted in an increased electron transfer efficiency due to the higher active surface area compared to traditional gold film electrodes. This sensor demonstrates good selectivity, reproducibility, a linear range up to 49.5 mM of H2O2 with a sensitivity of 0.185±0.003 mAmM?1cm?2 and a limit of detection of 111 μM. The biological relevance of this sensor was tested in cell culture media to illustrate the performance of the proposed sensing electrode in complex biological media.  相似文献

In this present scenario, for the first time, we propose a facile and simple wet chemical approach for the fabrication of two‐dimensional (2D) cerium tungstate (CeW2O9;CeW) nanosheets and evaluated as an electrochemical sensor for the detection of nitrite ions. The successful formation of CeW2O9 nanosheets was confirmed by various physicochemical techniques such as X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman, Scanning electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope and Energy dispersive X‐ray studies. The electrochemical properties of the CeW nanosheets were studied by using cyclic voltammograms (CV) and chronoamperometric techniques. As an electrochemical sensor, the CeW nanosheets modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) showed superior electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of nitrite in terms of higher anodic peak current and lower oxidation potential when compared with unmodified GCE. CeW nanosheets based electrochemical sensor has been fabricated which detect nitrite in wide linear response range, good sensitivity and very low detection limit of 0.02–986 μM, 2.85 μA μM−1 cm−2 and 8 nM, respectively. Moreover, the CeW nanosheets modified GCE exhibited excellent selectivity even in the presence of common metal ions and biologically co‐interfering compounds. For the practical viability of the prepared amperometric sensor has been utilized in various water samples such as tap, lake and drinking water and the obtained recoveries are appreciable.  相似文献

In the present study, a novel enzymatic glucose biosensor using glucose oxidase (GOx) immobilized into (3‐aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (rGO‐APTES) and hydrogen peroxide sensor based on rGO‐APTES modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode were fabricated. Nafion (Nf) was used as a protective membrane. For the characterization of the composites, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X‐ray powder diffractometer (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrodes were investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and amperometry. The resulting Nf/rGO‐APTES/GOx/GC and Nf/rGO‐APTES/GC composites showed good electrocatalytical activity toward glucose and H2O2, respectively. The Nf/rGO‐APTES/GC electrode exhibited a linear range of H2O2 concentration from 0.05 to 15.25 mM with a detection limit (LOD) of 0.017 mM and sensitivity of 124.87 μA mM−1 cm−2. The Nf/rGO‐APTES/GOx/GC electrode showed a linear range of glucose from 0.02 to 4.340 mM with a LOD of 9 μM and sensitivity of 75.26 μA mM−1 cm−2. Also, the sensor and biosensor had notable selectivity, repeatability, reproducibility, and storage stability.  相似文献

The electrochemical quartz crystal impedance (EQCI) technique has been applied to investigate glucose oxidation on bare and Ni(OH)2‐modified Au electrodes in 0.2 mol L?1 KOH aqueous solution. The EQCI responses suggest different contributions of H+‐release and OH?‐incorporation reactions of the Ni(OH)2‐film redox process in 0.2 mol L?1 aqueous KOH at different potentials. Glucose adsorption on the Ni(OH)2‐modified Au electrode was studied. A mechanism for potential cyclic redox process of glucose at Ni(OH)2‐modified Au electrode is suggested, mainly based on a comparative EQCI analysis with direct glucose oxidation on bare gold and glucose ad‐/desorption on Ni(OH)2 film.  相似文献

A simple, highly sensitive and label‐free electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) immunosensor was developed using Nafion and gold nanoparticles (nano‐Au/Nafion) composites for the determination of 1‐pyrenebutyric acid (PBA). Under the optimal conditions, the amount of immobilized antibody was significantly improved on the nano‐Au/Nafion electrode due to the synergistic effect and biocompatibility of Nafion film and gold nanoparticles composites. The results showed that the sensitivity and stability of nano‐Au/Nafion composite electrode for PBA detection were much better than those of nano‐Au modified glassy carbon electrode (nano‐Au/GCE). The plot of increased electron transfer resistances (Rets) against the logarithm of PBA concentration is linear over the range from 0.1 to 150 ng·mL?1 with the detection limit of 0.03 ng·mL?1. The selectivity and accuracy of the proposed EIS immunosensor were evaluated with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel functional electrode was obtained by implanting NH2 + into ITO film (NH2/ITO) for the first time. The NH2/ITO surface showed a better affinity to gold nanoparticles than bare ITO. Gold nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of NH2/ITO electrode (Au/NH2/ITO). The Au/NH2/ITO and NH2/ITO electrodes were used to observe the electrochemical behavior of Hemoglobin (Hb) immobilized on the electrodes surfaces. The peak current value of Hb immobilized on NH2/ITO increased compared with on bare ITO while peak current value of Hb immobilized on Au/NH2/ITO increased compared with on Au/ITO. Linkage between the ‐NH2 implanted into the ITO film and the ‐COOH of Hb was thought to be the reason for the increase of active Hb coverage on NH2/ITO compared with bare ITO. Increase of active Hb coverage on Au/NH2/ITO compare with Au/ITO was attributed to the different amount of gold nanoparticles deposited. Results showed the novel NH2/ITO and Au/NH2/ITO electrodes exhibited good stability, reproducibility besides selectivity and sensitivity. The electrode process of Hb immobilized on Au/NH2/ITO was quasi‐reversible with adsorption. The electrode reaction rate constant ks and other related constants were determined. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), and impedance spectra were used to characterize the different surfaces.  相似文献

A portable sensor based on a microband design for arsenic detection in drinking water is presented. The work was focused to minimize interference encountered with a standard screen‐printed electrodes featuring an onboard gold working electrode, carbon counter and silver−silver chloride pseudo‐reference electrodes as composite coatings on plastic surface. The interference effect was identified as chloride ions interacting with the silver surface of the reference electrode and formation of soluble silver chloride complexes such as AgCl43−. By modification of the reference electrodes with Nafion membrane (5 % in alcohols), the interference was entirely eliminated. However, membrane coverage and uniformity can impact the electrodes reproducibility and performance. Hence, the sensor design was further considered and a microband format was produced lending favorable diffusive to capacitive current characteristics. Using the microband electrodes allowed As(III) detection with limit of detection of 0.8 ppb (in 4 M HCl electrolyte), inherently avoiding the problems of electrode fouling and maximizing analyte signal in river water samples. This is below the World Health Organization limit of 10 μg L−1 (ppb). The electrolyte system was chosen so as to avoid problems from other common metal ions, most notably Cu(II). The presented electrode system is cost effective and offers a viable alternative to the colorimetric test kits presently employed for arsenic analysis in drinking water.  相似文献

Au/TiO2 nanorod composites with different ratios of [TiO2]:[Au] have been prepared by chemically reducing AuCl4 on the positively charged TiO2 nanorods surface and used to modify boron‐doped diamond (BDD) electrodes. The electrochemical behaviors of catechol on the bare and different Au/TiO2 nanorod composites‐modified BDD electrodes are studied. The cyclic voltammetric results indicate that these different Au/TiO2 nanorod composites‐modified BDD electrodes can enhance the electrocatalytic activity toward catechol detection, as compared with the bare BDD electrode. Among these different conditions, the Au/TiO2‐BDD3 electrode (the ratio of [TiO2]:[Au] is 27:1) is the most choice for catechol detection. The electrochemical response dependences of the Au/TiO2‐BDD3 electrode on pH of solution and the applied potential are studied. The detection limit of catechol is found to be about 1.4 × 10‐6 M in a linear range from 5 × 10‐6 M to 200 × 10‐6 M on the Au/TiO2‐BDD3 electrode.  相似文献

Contamination of natural water by mercury (Hg2+) and bismuth (Bi3+) metal ions have been extensively studied due to their toxic effects. A validated square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SW-ASV) method for determining Bi3+ and Hg2+ ions individually and simultaneously is described. A new electrochemical sensor was constructed using a gold (Au) electrode that has been modified with poly(1,2-diaminoanthraquinone) (p-1,2-DAAQ). Scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to characterize the p-1,2-DAAQ/Au modified electrode. Factors such as the polymer film thickness, electrolyte, square wave parameters and preconcentration conditions were optimized to improve the performance of the modified Au electrode. Good linear responses were achieved in the concentration ranges of 1–200 μg L−1 and 1–50 μg L−1 forBi3+ and Hg2+, respectively, and the limits of detection were 0.27 μg L−1 (Bi3+) and 0.29 μg L−1 (Hg2+). The interference study results illustrated the high selectivity of the modified electrode for detection of Bi3+ and Hg2+. The proposed SW-ASV method was successfully applied for Bi3+ and Hg2+analyses in different real water samples.  相似文献

The nanoporous graphene papers (NGPs) was prepared by the hard‐template method. The Pt−Pd modified NGPs hybrid was prepared by the self‐assembly method. Then a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with Pt−Pd bimetallic nanoparticles‐functionalized nanoporous graphene composite has been prepared for the electrochemical determination of Xanthine (XA). The Pt−Pd/NGPs hybrid was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope and X‐ray diffraction. The electrochemical behavior of XA on Pt−Pd/NGPs/GCE was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and amperometric i‐t. The Pt−Pd/NGPs modified electrode exhibited remarkably electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation reaction of XA in phosphate buffer solution (pH=5.5). Under the optimal conditions, the determination of XA was accomplished by using amperometric i‐t, the linear response range from 1.0×10−5∼1.2×10−4 M. The detection limit was 3.0×10−6 M (S/N=3). The proposed modified electrode showed good sensitivity, selectivity, and stability with applied to determine XA in human urine.  相似文献
