The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

The reaction of enantiomerically pure planar chiral ferrocene phosphine thioether with bis(acetonitrile)dichloridopalladium yields the title square‐planar mononuclear palladium complex as an enantiomerically pure single diastereoisomer, [PdFe(C5H5)(C20H20PS)Cl2]. The planar chirality of the ligand is retained in the complex and fully controls the central chirality on the S atom. The absolute configuration, viz. S for the planar chirality and R for the S atom, is unequivocally determined by refinement of the Flack parameter.  相似文献

The absolute configuration of the title compound, alternatively called (+)‐(4,5‐dihydro‐2,5‐diphenyloxazol‐4‐yl)methanol, C16H15NO2, has been confirmed as 4S,5S. The hydroxymethyl group and phenyl ring at the asymmetric C atoms exhibit β and α orientations, respectively. The exocyclic C—C bonds at the asymmetric C atoms are mutually anticlinal (?ac). The hydroxyl group and the N atom of the oxazoline ring are involved in an intermolecular hydrogen bond leading to chains of molecules.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure and absolute configuration of the title compound, C17H21BrO8, have been determined by X‐ray analysis. They confirmed the 1′R absolute configuration at the 1′‐bromoethyl moiety which has been assigned previously on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic data. Cohesion of the crystal can be attributed to weak intermolecular C—H?O and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

In the synthesis of 1‐phenyl‐2‐phenylthio‐2‐(tetrahydropyran‐2‐ylthio)ethanol, C19H22O2S2, four diastereoisomers are formed. Two non‐centrosymmetric enantiomeric forms which crystallize in space groups P212121 and Pna21 are presented. The former has an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group and the O atom of the tetrahydropyran ring. In the latter isomer, the hydroxyl group forms an intermolecular hydrogen bond to the O atom of the tetrahydropyranyl group of a neighbouring molecule, joining the molecules into chains in the c‐axis direction; the O?O distances are 2.962 (4) and 2.764 (3) Å, respectively. The tetrahydropyran rings are in chair conformations in both isomers and the S side chain has an equatorial orientation in the former, but an axial orientation in the latter molecule.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, chloro(η5‐cyclopentadienyl){(1R,2S)‐2‐[(diphenylphosphino)methylamino]‐1‐phenylpropyl diphenylphosphinite‐κ2P,P′}ruthenium(II), [Ru(C5H5)Cl(C34H33NOP2)], is reported. The pseudo‐octahedral complex is chiral and the configuration at the Ru atom is S. The seven‐membered metallacycle adopts a boat‐like conformation.  相似文献

As an extension of recent findings on the recovery of palladium with dithioether extractants, single crystals of the chelating vicinal thioether sulfoxide ligand rac‐1‐[(2‐methoxyethyl)sulfanyl]‐2‐[(2‐methoxyethyl)sulfinyl]benzene, C12H18O3S2, (I), and its square‐planar dichloridopalladium complex, rac‐dichlorido{1‐[(2‐methoxyethyl)sulfanyl]‐2‐[(2‐methoxyethyl)sulfinyl]benzene‐κ2S,S′}palladium(II), [PdCl2(C12H18O3S2)], (II), have been synthesized and their structures analysed. The molecular structure of (II) is the first ever characterized involving a dihalogenide–PdII complex in which the palladium is bonded to both a thioether and a sulfoxide functional group. The structural and stereochemical characteristics of the ligand are compared with those of the analogous dithioether compound [Traeger et al. (2012). Eur. J. Inorg. Chem. pp. 2341–2352]. The sulfinyl O atom suppresses the electron‐pushing and mesomeric effect of the S—C...;C—S unit in ligand (I), resulting in bond lengths significantly different than in the dithioether reference compound. In contrast, in complex (II), those bond lengths are nearly the same as in the analogous dithioether complex. As observed previously, there is an interaction between the central PdII atom and the O atom that is situated above the plane.  相似文献

The dimeric condensation product of lactic acid, namely (S,S)‐2‐[(2‐hydroxypropanoyl)oxy]propanoic acid, C6H10O5, (I), crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, which both have an essentially planar backbone. The trimeric condensation product, namely (S,S,S)‐3‐hydroxybut‐3‐en‐2‐yl 2‐[(2‐hydroxypropanoyl)oxy]propanoate, C9H14O7, (II), has one molecule in the asymmetric unit and consists of two essentially planar parts, with the central C—O bond in a gauche conformation. Both molecules of the dimer are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonds, forming chains with a C(8) graph set. These chains are connected by D(2) hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional layer. The trimer forms hydrogen‐bonded C(10) and C22(6) chains, which together result in a two‐dimensional motif. The Hooft method [Hooft, Straver & Spek (2008). J. Appl. Cryst. 41 , 96–103] was successfully applied to the determination of the absolute structure of (I).  相似文献

Esterification of a single diastereomer of 2‐(4‐methylenecyclohex‐2‐enyl)propanol, (II), with (1R,4S)‐(+)‐camphanic acid [(1R,4S)‐4,7,7‐trimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane‐1‐carboxylic acid] leads to the crystalline title compound, C20H28O4. The relative configuration of the camphanate was determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The outcome clarifies the relative and absolute stereochemistry of the naturally occurring bisabolane sesquiterpenes β‐turmerone and β‐sesquiphellandrene, since we have converted (II) into both natural products via a stereospecific route.  相似文献

The structures of diastereomeric pairs consisting of (S)‐ and (R)‐2‐methylpiperazine with (2S,3S)‐tartaric acid are both 1:1 salts, namely (S)‐2‐methylpiperazinium (2S,3S)‐tartrate dihydrate, C5H14N22+·C4H4O62−·2H2O, (I), and (R)‐2‐methylpiperazinium (2S,3S)‐tartrate dihydrate, C5H14N22+·C4H4O62−·2H2O, (II), which reveal the formation of well defined ammonium carboxylate salts linked via strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Unlike the situation in the more soluble salt (II), the alternating columns of tartrate and ammonium ions of the less soluble salt (I) are packed neatly in a grid around the a axis, which incorporates water molecules at regular intervals. The increased efficiency of packing for (I) is evident in its lower `packing coefficient', and the hydrogen‐bond contribution is stronger in the more soluble salt (II).  相似文献

In the crystal structures of four thiophene derivatives, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(anthracen‐9‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C28H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(1‐pyrenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C30H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C22H18O2S3, and (E,E)‐1,4‐bis[2‐(2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophen‐3′‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,5‐dimethoxybenzene, C36H26O2S6, at least one of the terminal thiophene rings is disordered and the disorder is of the flip type. The terthiophene fragments are far from being coplanar, contrary to terthiophene itself. The central C—C=C—C fragments are almost planar but the bond lengths suggest slight delocalization within this fragment. The crystal packing is determined by van der Waals interactions and some weak, relatively short, C—H...S and C—H...π directional contacts.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pd(C23H29N2OS2)2], the PdII atom displays the expected square‐planar coordination geometry. However, the trans configuration, which allows the PdII atom to be located on a crystallographic inversion centre, is unusual with respect to the cis arrangement found in analogous Pd complexes comprising similar N,S‐chelating ligands.  相似文献

In the title compound, C25H30NO+·Cl, the molecules are linked by a combination of intermolecular N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration of the new stereogenic centre (the C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side) is determined to have an R configuration.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H30NO2+·Cl, has been synthesized, and the crystal structure shows that it is mainly stabilized through intermolecular N—H·Cl and O—H·Cl and intramolecular N—H·O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration of the new stereogenic center (the C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side) was determined to have an R configuration.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sn(C5H5NS)2(C2H4S2)2], was obtained from a 1:2 mixture of bis(ethane‐1,2‐dithiolato)tin(IV) and 2‐mercaptopyridine. The molecules are discrete monomeric trans‐octahedral units, with the SnIV atom at the centre of symmetry, planar 2‐mercaptopyridine zwitterions and SnS2C2 groups in twist–envelope conformations. The 2‐mercaptopyridine ligands are monodentate and are bonded through the S atoms. The S—Sn distances between the S atom of edt (edt is ethane‐1,2‐dithiolate) and the Sn atom are 2.473 (1) and 2.505 (1) Å, which are slightly longer than the S—Sn distance in Sn(edt)2 of 2.390 (1) Å. The bond between the 2‐mercaptopyridine S atom and the Sn atom are, remarkably, weaker than the S—Sn bond involving edt.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {bis[2‐(2‐oxido‐2‐naphthylideneamino)phenyl] disulfide‐κ5O,N,S,N′,O′}chloroiron(III), [FeCl(C34H22N2O2S2)], has been determined. The structure consists of monomeric iron(III) complexes with distorted octahedral coordination. The disulfide functions as a pentadentate ligand and the FeIII atom is coordinated through two N, two O and one S atom, and one chloride ion. The distance between the second S atom and the FeIII atom is a non‐bonding 3.8473 (14) Å.  相似文献

The compound N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphorothioic triamide, C18H36N3PS or P(S)[NHC6H11]3, (I), crystallizes in the space group Pnma with the molecule lying across a mirror plane; one N atom lies on the mirror plane, whereas the bond‐angle sum at the other N atom has a deviation of some 8° from the ideal value of 360° for a planar configuration. The orientation of the atoms attached to this nonplanar N atom corresponds to an anti orientation of the corresponding lone electron pair (LEP) with respect to the P=S group. The P=S bond length of 1.9785 (6) Å is within the expected range for compounds with a P(S)[N]3 skeleton; however, it is in the region of the longest bond lengths found for analogous structures. This may be due to the involvement of the P=S group in N—H...S=P hydrogen bonds. In O,O′‐diethyl (2‐phenylhydrazin‐1‐yl)thiophosphonate, C10H17N2O2PS or P(S)[OC2H5]2[NHNHC6H5], (II), the bond‐angle sum at the N atom attached to the phenyl ring is 345.1°, whereas, for the N atom bonded to the P atom, a practically planar environment is observed, with a bond‐angle sum of 359.1°. A Cambridge Structural Database [CSD; Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388] analysis shows a shift of the maximum population of P=S bond lengths in compounds with a P(S)[O]2[N] skeleton to the shorter bond lengths relative to compounds with a P(S)[N]3 skeleton. The influence of this difference on the collective tendencies of N...S distances in N—H...S hydrogen bonds for structures with P(S)[N]3 and P(S)[O]2[N] segments were studied through a CSD analysis.  相似文献

Dianin's compound (4‐p‐hydroxyphenyl‐2,2,4‐trimethylchroman) has been resolved by crystallization of the (S)‐(−)‐camphanic esters (S,S)‐ and (R,S)‐4‐(2,2,4‐trimethylchroman‐4‐yl)phenyl 4,7,7‐trimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane‐1‐carboxylate, both C28H32O5, from 2‐methoxyethanol, yielding the pure S,S diastereomer. The relative stereochemistry of both diastereomers has been determined by X‐ray crystallography, from which the absolute stereochemistry could be deduced from the known configuration of the camphanate moiety. The crystallographic conformations have been analysed, including the 1:1 disorder of the R,S diastereomer.  相似文献

The title PtII complexes, viz. (2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)[(1R,2R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane‐κ2N,N′]platinum(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Pt(C6H14N2)(C10H8N2)](PF6)2, and [(1R,2R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane‐κ2N,N′](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Pt(C6H14N2)(C12H8N2)](PF6)2, containing an aromatic α‐diimine and a non‐planar diaminocyclohexane, both form a ladder‐type structure, which is constructed via loose π–π stacking on the α‐diimine ligands and hydrogen bonding between the cyclic amines and the counter‐anions. In the former compound, there are two independent complex cations, both of which have a twofold axis through the Pt atom.  相似文献
