In the title compound, polymeric potassium N‐(6‐amino‐3,4‐dihydro‐3‐methyl‐5‐nitroso‐4‐oxopyrimidin‐2‐yl)glycylglycinate hydrate, (K+·C9H11N6O5?·H2O)n, the hexacoordinate K+ cation is linked to five different anions as well as to the water molecule, with K—O distances in the range 2.617 (2)–2.850 (2) Å. Four of the O atoms in each anion coordinate to K centres, one of them acting as a bridging ligand, leading to the formation of nearly square centrosymmetric K2O2 rings. The structure is analysed in terms of (010) metal–ligand sheets linked by [010] chains of fused rings.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network.  相似文献

3‐(4‐carboxyphenyl)‐1‐methyltriazene N‐oxide reacts with KOH in methanol/pyridine to give {K[O2C‐C6H4‐N(H)NN(CH3)O]·4H2O}n, Potassium‐3‐(4‐carboxylatophenyl)‐1‐methyltriazene N‐oxide). The terminal carboxylato group of the anion does not interact with the cation. In the crystal lattice of {K(C8H8N3O3)·4H2O}n each three of the four water molecules interact with two potassium cations, every K+ ion being the centre of six bridging K···O interactions. Potassium cations interact further with the terminal N‐oxigen atom of single [C8H8N3O3]? anions achieving two parallel {C8H8N3O3?K+}n chains, which are linked through water molecules. The resulting polymeric, one‐dimensional chain, is operated by a screw axis 21 parallel to the crystallographic direction [010], along and equidistant to the K+ centres. The coordination of the K+ centres involves a distortion of the boat conformation of elementary sulfur (S8) with the ideal C2v symmetry.  相似文献

Crystals of bis(2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium) succinate–succinic acid (1/1), C8H12NO+·0.5C4H4O42−·0.5C4H6O4, (I), and 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium hydrogen succinate, C8H12NO+·C4H5O4, (II), were obtained by reaction of 2‐ethyl‐6‐methylpyridin‐3‐ol with succinic acid. The succinate anion and succinic acid molecule in (I) are located about centres of inversion. Intermolecular O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the formation of a three‐dimensional network in the crystal structure of (I) and a two‐dimensional network in the crystal structure of (II). Both structures are additionally stabilized by π–π interactions between symmetry‐related pyridine rings, forming a rod‐like cationic arrangement for (I) and cationic dimers for (II).  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title potassium salt, K+·C8HN4O2, of the organic anion 3‐cyano‐4‐(dicyanomethylene)‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olate shows that the dicyanomethylene moiety is able to accept an electron in the same way as does tetracyanoethylene, to yield the novel product. The organic anion is nearly planar, with deviations caused by steric crowding among the exocyclic cyano groups. The K+ cations lie within tricapped trigonal prisms that stack to form channels. The three‐dimensional structure is completed by the formation of hydrogen‐bonded chains by the anions.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the proton‐transfer compounds of ferron (8‐hydroxy‐7‐iodoquinoline‐5‐sulfonic acid) with 4‐chloroaniline and 4‐bromoaniline, namely 4‐chloroanilinium 8‐hydroxy‐7‐iodoquinoline‐5‐sulfonate monohydrate, C6H7ClN+·C9H5INO4S·H2O, and 4‐bromoanilinium 8‐hydroxy‐7‐iodoquinoline‐5‐sulfonate monohydrate, C6H7BrN+·C9H5INO4S·H2O, have been determined. The compounds are isomorphous and comprise sheets of hydrogen‐bonded cations, anions and water molecules which are extended into a three‐dimensional framework structure through centrosymmetric R22(10) O—H...N hydrogen‐bonded ferron dimer interactions.  相似文献

Lagoden (L·3H2O, where L is Na+·C20H33O6; sodium 3β,16,18‐trihydroxy‐8,13‐epi‐9,13‐epoxylabdan‐15‐oate trihydrate) is widely used as an effective haemostatic agent. It has been crystallized from dimethylformamide (DMF) as sodium 3β,16,18‐trihydroxy‐8,13‐epi‐9,13‐epoxylabdan‐15‐oate dimethylformamide hemisolvate dihydrate, Na+·C20H33O6·0.5C3H7NO·2H2O or L2·DMF·4H2O, and the asymmetric unit contains two of the latter formulation. The four symmetry‐independent Na+ cations and lagoden anions, one DMF molecule and six of the eight symmetry‐independent water molecules assemble into a one‐dimensional polymeric structure via dipolar and hydrogen‐bonding interactions. The lagoden anions coordinate to the Na+ cations via the carboxylate groups and the two primary hydroxy groups, whereas the secondary OH groups are solely involved in hydrogen bonding. Two of the four symmetry‐independent lagoden anions act in a chelating mode, forming seven‐membered chelate rings. The absolute structure, based on anomalous dispersion data collected at 130 K with Cu Kα radiation, confirms an inverted configuration at chiral centres C8 and C13 (labdane numbering) relative to the labdane skeleton.  相似文献

The crystal structures of 2‐hydroxy‐5‐[(E)‐(4‐nitrophenyl)diazenyl]benzoic acid, C13H9N3O5, (I), ammonium 2‐hydroxy‐5‐[(E)‐phenyldiazenyl]benzoate, NH4+·C13H9N2O3, (II), and sodium 2‐hydroxy‐5‐[(E)‐(4‐nitrophenyl)diazenyl]benzoate trihydrate, Na+·C13H8N3O5·3H2O, (III), have been determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In (I) and (III), the phenyldiazenyl and carboxylic acid/carboxylate groups are in an anti orientation with respect to each other, which is in accord with the results of density functional theory (DFT) calculations, whereas in (II), the anion adopts a syn conformation. In (I), molecules form slanted stacks along the [100] direction. In (II), anions form bilayers parallel to (010), the inner part of the bilayers being formed by the benzene rings, with the –OH and –COO substituents on the bilayer surface. The NH4+ cations in (II) are located between the bilayers and are engaged in numerous N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (III), anions form layers parallel to (001). Both Na+ cations have a distorted octahedral environment, with four octahedra edge‐shared by bridging water O atoms, forming [Na4(H2O)12]4+ units.  相似文献

Both 7‐carboxylato‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium monohydrate, C11H9NO3·H2O, (I), and 7‐carboxy‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium chloride monohydrate, C11H10NO3+·Cl·H2O, (II), crystallize in the centrosymmetric P space group. Both compounds display an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond involving the hydroxy group; this hydrogen bond is stronger in (I) due to its zwitterionic character [O⋯O = 2.4449 (11) Å in (I) and 2.5881 (12) Å in (II)]. In both crystal structures, the HN+ group participates in the stabilization of the structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds with water molecules [N⋯O = 2.7450 (12) Å in (I) and 2.8025 (14) Å in (II)]. In compound (II), a hydrogen‐bond network connects the Cl anion to the carboxylic acid group [Cl⋯O = 2.9641 (11) Å] and to two water molecules [Cl⋯O = 3.1485 (10) and 3.2744 (10) Å].  相似文献

Aminoalkanol and aroxyalkyl derivatives are known as potential anticonvulsants. Two new salts, namely bis{(R,S)‐N‐[2‐(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)ethyl]‐1‐hydroxypropan‐2‐aminium} succinate ( 1s ), C13H22NO2+·0.5C4H4O42−, and bis{(S)‐(+)‐N‐[2‐(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)ethyl]‐1‐hydroxypropan‐2‐aminium} succinate ( 2s ), C13H22NO2+·0.5C4H4O42−, have been prepared and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The N atoms are protonated by proton transfer from succinic acid. Salt 1s crystallizes in the space group P21/n with one cation and half an anion in the asymmetric unit across an inversion centre, while ( 2s ) crystallizes in the space group P21 with four cations and two anions in the asymmetric unit. The hydroxy group of the cation of 1s is observed in two R/S disorder positions. The crystals of these two salts display similar supramolecular architectures (i.e. two‐dimensional networks), built mainly by intermolecular N+—H…Oδ− and O—H…Oδ− hydrogen bonds, where `δ−' represents a partial charge. The succinate anions are engaged in hydrogen bonds, not only with protonated N atoms, but also with hydroxy groups.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C14H19N2+·C9H3Cl6O4?·H2O, consists of singly ionized 1,4,5,6,7,7‐hexachlorobicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐5‐ene‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid anions and protonated 1,8‐bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene cations. In the (8‐dimethylamino‐1‐napthyl)dimethylammonium cation, a strong disordered intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed with N?N = 2.589 (3) Å. The geometry and occupancy obtained in the final restrained refinement suggest that the disordered hydrogen bond may be asymmetric. Water molecules link the anion dimers into infinite chains via hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The 1:1 organic salt of the title compound, C7H6ClN2O+·C8H5Cl2O3? or [(2‐ABOX)(3,4‐D)], comprises the two constituent molecules associated by an R22(8) graph‐set interaction through the carboxylate group of 3,4‐D across the protonated N/N sites of 2‐ABOX [N?O 2.546 (3) and 2.795 (3) Å]. Cation/anion pairs associate across an inversion centre forming discrete tetramers via an additional three‐centre hydrogen‐bonding association from the latter N amino proton to a phenoxy O atom [N?O 3.176 (3) Å] and a carboxylate O atom [N?O 2.841 (3) Å]. This formation differs from the polymeric hydrogen‐bonded chains previously observed for adduct structures of 2‐ABOX with carboxylic acids.  相似文献

The title complex, [Na(C8H9O5S)]n, is polymeric and consists of broad layers parallel to (100) made up of an inner hydrophilic core of Na+ cations and polar SO3C(OH)– groups, padded on both sides by two hydrophobic layers of pendant methoxyphenyl groups. The Na+ cations in the inner core are six‐coordinated into highly distorted NaO6 octahedra by four symmetry‐related (hydroxy)(4‐methoxyphenyl)methanesulfonate anions, leading to a tightly woven two‐dimensional structure. While there are some hydrogen bonds providing interplanar cohesion, interactions between adjacent layers are weak hydrophobic ones. The present compound appears to be the first reported structure containing the (hydroxy)(4‐methoxyphenyl)methanesulfonate ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, {[K(C5H9N2O7P2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, is polymeric and consists of layers parallel to (001) interconnected by hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions. The K+ cation is eightfold coordinated in a KO8 environment by O atoms from three different chelating zoledronate units and two coordinated water molecules. The zoledronate group presents its usual zwitterionic character, with negative charges in the singly protonated phosphonate groups and a positive charge at the protonated imidazole N atom. The anion binds to three different K+ cations in a (so far unreported) triply chelating manner. Intra‐ and interplanar interactions are enhanced by a variety of hydrogen bonds involving all available O—H and N—H donors. A strong imidazole–phosphonate C—H...O interaction is present in the structure.  相似文献

The self‐assembly of NiCl2·6H2O with a diaminodiamide ligand 4,8‐diazaundecanediamide (L‐2,3,2) gave a [Ni(C9H20N4O2)(Cl)(H2O)] Cl·2H2O ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structural data for 1 indicate that the Ni(II) is coordinated to two tertiary N atoms, two O atoms, one water and one chloride in a distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group P 21nb, a = 9.5796(3) Å, b = 12.3463(4) Å, c = 14.6305(5) Å, Z = 4. Through NH···Cl–Ni (H···Cl 2.42 Å, N···Cl 3.24 Å, NH···Cl 158°) and OH···Cl–Ni contacts (H···Cl 2.36 Å, O···Cl 3.08 Å, OH···Cl 143°), each cationic moiety [Ni(C9H20N4O2) (Cl)(H2O)]+ in 1 is linked to neighboring ones, producing a charged hydrogen‐bonded 1D chainlike structure. Thermogrametric analysis of compound 1 is consistent with the crystallographic observations. The electronic absorption spectrum of Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution shows four absorption bands, which are assigned to the 3A2g3T2g, 3T2g1Eg, 3T2g3T1g, and 3A2g3T1g transitions of triplet‐ground state, distorted octahedral nickel(II) complex. The cyclic volammetric measurement shows that Ni2+ is more easily reduced than Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Poly[bis(3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐2,2′‐diium) γ‐octamolybdate(VI) dihydrate], {(C10H16N4)2[Mo8O26]·2H2O}n, (I), and bis(3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐2,2′‐diium) α‐dodecamolybdo(VI)silicate tetrahydrate, (C10H16N4)2[SiMo12O40]·4H2O, (II), display intense hydrogen bonding between the cationic pyrazolium species and the metal oxide anions. In (I), the asymmetric unit contains half a centrosymmetric γ‐type [Mo8O26]4− anion, which produces a one‐dimensional polymeric chain by corner‐sharing, one cation and one water molecule. Three‐centre bonding with 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐2,2′‐diium, denoted [H2Me4bpz]2+ [N...O = 2.770 (4)–3.146 (4) Å], generates two‐dimensional layers that are further linked by hydrogen bonds involving water molecules [O...O = 2.902 (4) and 3.010 (4) Å]. In (II), each of the four independent [H2Me4bpz]2+ cations lies across a twofold axis. They link layers of [SiMo12O40]4− anions into a three‐dimensional framework, and the preferred sites for pyrazolium/anion hydrogen bonding are the terminal oxide atoms [N...O = 2.866 (6)–2.999 (6) Å], while anion/aqua interactions occur preferentially viaμ2‐O sites [O...O = 2.910 (6)–3.151 (6) Å].  相似文献

Mixtures of 4‐carboxypyridinium perchlorate or 4‐carboxypyridinium tetrafluoroborate and 18‐crown‐6 (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane) in ethanol and water solution yielded the title supramolecular salts, C6H6NO2+·ClO4·C12H24O6·2H2O and C6H6NO2+·BF4·C12H24O6·2H2O. Based on their similar crystal symmetries, unit cells and supramolecular assemblies, the salts are essentially isostructural. The asymmetric unit in each structure includes one protonated isonicotinic acid cation and one crown ether molecule, which together give a [(C6H6NO2)(18‐crown‐6)]+ supramolecular cation. N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the protonated N atoms and a single O atom of each crown ether result in the 4‐carboxypyridinium cations `perching' on the 18‐crown‐6 molecules. Further hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the supramolecular cation and both water molecules form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain that propagates along the crystallographic c direction. O—H...O or O—H...F hydrogen bonds between one of the water molecules and the anions fix the anion positions as pendant upon this chain, without further increasing the dimensionality of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three proton‐transfer compounds of 5‐sulfosalicylic acid (3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid) with 4‐X‐substituted anilines (X = F, Cl and Br), namely 4‐fluoroanilinium 5‐sulfosalicylate (3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate) monohydrate, C6H7FN+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (I), 4‐chloroanilinium 5‐sulfosalicylate hemihydrate, C6H7ClN+·C7H5O6S·0.5H2O, (II), and 4‐bromoanilinium 5‐sulfosalicylate monohydrate, C6H7BrN+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (III), have been determined. The asymmetric unit in (II) contains two formula units. All three compounds have three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded polymeric structures in which both the water molecule and the carboxylic acid group are involved in structure extension. With both (II) and (III), which are structurally similar, the common cyclic (8) dimeric carboxylic acid association is present, whereas in (I), an unusual cyclic (8) association involving all three hetero‐species is found.  相似文献

In the structure of the title 1:1 proton‐transfer compound of brucine with 2‐(2,4,6‐trinitroanilino)benzoic acid, C23H27N2O4+·C13H7N4O8·H2O, the brucinium cations form classic undulating ribbon substructures through overlapping head‐to‐tail interactions, while the anions and the three related partial solvent water molecules (having occupancies of 0.73, 0.17 and 0.10) occupy the interstitial regions of the structure. The cations are linked to the anions directly through N—H...OCOO− hydrogen bonds and indirectly by the three water molecules, which form similar conjoint cyclic bridging units [graph set R24(8)] through O—H...OC=O and O—H...OCOO− hydrogen bonds, giving a two‐dimensional layered structure. Within the anion, intramolecular N—H...OCOO− and N—H...Onitro hydrogen bonds result in the benzoate and picrate rings being rotated slightly out of coplanarity [inter‐ring dihedral angle = 32.50 (14)°]. This work provides another example of the molecular selectivity of brucine in forming stable crystal structures, and also represents the first reported structure of any form of the guest compound 2‐(2,4,6‐trinitroanilino)benzoic acid.  相似文献
