A new modified carbon‐ceramic electrode was prepared by incorporating TiO2 nanoparticle into sol‐gel network by accompanying apple tissue. A mixture of fine graphite powder with 15 wt% of TiO2 nanoparticle was used for the preparation of the carbon matrix and finally modification with a known amount weighted of apple tissue. The apple tissue containing polyphenol oxidase enzyme acts as molecular recognition element. The electrocatalytic oxidation of dopamine was investigated on the surface of the nanobiocomposite modified carbon‐ceramic electrode using cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and amperometry techniques. Effect of pH, scan rate, TiO2 percentage on the response of modified electrode was studied. The prepared modified electrode presented a linear range for dopamine from 5.0×10?6 to 1.2×10?3 M in buffered solutions with pH 7.4 by amperometry. The detection limit was 3.41×10?6 M dopamine. The response of the modified carbon‐ceramic electrode and unmodified carbon‐ceramic electrode was compared.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with per‐6‐amino‐β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CDNH2) and functionalized single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT‐COOH) was elaborated. This structure was investigated for the detection of dopamine acid (DA) in presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The sensor behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The analysis results show that the electrode modification with CD derivative improves the sensitivity and selectivity of the DA recognition; the electrochemical response was further improved by introduction of SWCNT‐COOH. The sensor shows good and reversible linear response toward DA within the concentration range of 7×10?7–10?4 M with a detection limit of 5×10?7 M.  相似文献

A novel multiwalled nanotubes (MWNTs)/Cerium(III) 12 ‐ tungstophosphoric acid (CePW) nanocomposite film glassy carbon electrode was prepared in this paper. Electrochemical behaviors of the CePW/MWNTs modified electrode were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). This modified electrode brought new capabilities for electrochemical devices by combining the advantages of carbon nanotubes, rare‐earth, and heteropoly‐acids. The results demonstrated that the CePW/MWNTs modified electrode exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic behavior and good stability for the detection of guanine and adenine in 0.1 M PBS (pH 7.0). The experimental parameters were optimized and a direct electrochemical method for the simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine was proposed. The detection limit (S/N=3) for guanine and adenine was 2.0×10?8 M and 3.0×10?8 M, respectively. Further, the acid‐denatured calf thymus DNA was also detected and the result was satisfied.  相似文献

PtRu nanoparticles were supported on multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), which were further fabricated as an electrode for nonenzymatic glucose sensing. Transmission electron microscope and X‐ray diffraction patterns were used for characterization of the PtRu nanoparticles on MWNTs. Cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometry were applied to investigate the performance of the PtRu/MWNTs nanocomposite electrode for nonenzymatic oxidation of glucose. The PtRu/MWNTs electrode shows high electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of glucose in 0.1 M NaOH solution and thus can be used to selectively detect glucose. Under the optimal potential (+0.55 V vs. Ag/AgCl), the biosensor effectively performs a selective electrochemical analysis of glucose in the presence of common interferents, such as ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DP) and uric acid (UA). Wide linear calibration ranging from 1 mM to 15 mM, high sensitivity of 28.26 μA cm?2 mM?1, low detection limit of 2.5×10?5 M, and fast response time of 10 s were achieved for the detection of glucose at the PtRu/MWNTs electrode.  相似文献

A novel NH2+ ion implantation‐modified indium tin oxide (NH2/ITO) electrode was prepared. Acid‐pretreated, negatively charged MWNTs were firstly modified on the surface of NH2+ ion implantation electrode, then, positively charged Mb was adsorbed onto MWNTs films by electrostatic interaction. The assembly of MWNTs and Mb was characterized with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The immobilized Mb showed a couple of quasireversible cyclic voltammetry peaks in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The apparent surface concentration of Mb at the electrode surface was 1.06×10?9 mol cm?2. The Mb/MWNTs/NH2/ITO electrode also gave an improved electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of hydrogen peroxide. The catalysis currents increased linearly to the H2O2 concentration in a wide range from 9×10?7 to 9.2×10?5 M with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The detection limit was 9.0×10?7 M. The experiment results demonstrated that the modified electrode provided a biocompatible microenvironment for protein and supplied a necessary pathway for its direct electron transfer.  相似文献

Nanoparticles containing platinum and gold supported on MWNTs (Pt@Au/MWNTs) were successfully prepared by successive reduction. A novel sensor was fabricated with Pt@Au/MWNTs nanocomposite modified glassy carbon electrode coating with nafion. Compared with the previous reports, the electrode exhibited greatly improved performance towards the oxidation and determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid. A higher sensitivity of 1.16 mA cm?2 mM?1 with a wider linear concentration range of dopamine up to 120 μM and a low detection limit of 8.0×10?8 M were obtained in neutral solution. Moreover, the modified electrode presented high stability and reproducibility. The interference of ascorbic acid can be eliminated effectively. The present work provides a simple and practical approach to selective detection of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid.  相似文献

A novel carbon paste electrode modified with ZrO2 nanoparticles and an ionic liquid (n-hexyl-3- methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate) was fabricated. The electrochemical study of the modified electrode, as well as its efficiency for simultaneous voltammetric oxidation of dopamine and uric acid is described. The electrode was also employed to study the electrochemical oxidation of dopamine and uric acid, using cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and square wave voltammetry as diagnostic techniques. Square wave voltammetry exhibits linear dynamic range from 1.0 × 10?6 to 9.0 × 10?4 M for dopamine. Also, square wave voltammetry exhibits linear dynamic range from 9.0 × 10?6–1.0 × 10?3 M for uric acid. The modified electrode displayed strong function for resolving the overlapping voltammetric responses of dopamine and uric acid into two well-defined voltammetric peaks. In the mixture containing dopamine and uric acid, the two compounds can be well separated from each other with potential difference of 155 mV, which is large enough to determine dopamine and uric acid individually and simultaneously. Finally, the modified electrode was used for determination of dopamine and uric acid in real samples.  相似文献

A sonochemical method has been successfully used to synthesize MnO2/MWNTs nanocomposites. The structure and nature of the resulting MnO2/MWNTs composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray diffraction (EDX), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).The results show that the sonochemically synthesized MnO2 nanoparticles were homogeneously dispersed on the modified MWNT surfaces. The performance of the MnO2/MWNTs nanocomposites modified electrode was characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Nyquist plots. The electrode exhibits efficient electron transfer ability and high electrochemical response towards hydrazine. This may be attributed to the small particle size, high dispersion of MnO2 particles. The fabricated hydrazine sensor showed a wide linear range of 5.0×10?7–1.0×10?3 M with a response time less than 5 s and a detection limit of 0.2 μM. Taking the advantage of the unique properties of both MWNTs and MnO2, it would greatly broaden the applications of MWNTs and MnO2.  相似文献

A modified electrode was fabricated by electrochemically deposition of Pt nanoparticles on the multiwall carbon nanotube covered glassy carbon electrode (Pt nanoparticles decorated MWCNT/GCE). A higher catalytic activity was obtained to electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid, dopamine, and uric acid due to the enhanced peak current and well‐defined peak separations compared with both, bare and MWCNT/GCE. The electrode surfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Individual and simultaneous determination of AA, DA, and UA were studied by differential pulse voltammetry. The detection limits were individually calculated for ascorbic acid, dopamine, and uric acid as being 1.9×10?5 M, 2.78×10?8 M, and 3.2×10?8 M, respectively. In simultaneous determination, LODs were calculated for AA, DA, and UA, as of 2×10?5 M, 4.83×10?8 M, and 3.5×10?7 M, respectively.  相似文献

Chitosan (CS) was chosen for dispersing multi‐wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to form a stable CS‐MWNTs composite, which was first coated on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode to provide a containing amino groups interface for assembling colloidal gold nanoparticles (GNPs), followed by the adsorption of hemoglobin (Hb). Repeating the assembly step of GNPs and Hb resulted in {Hb/GNPs}n multilayers. The assembly of GNPs onto CS‐MWNTs composites was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy. The consecutive growth of {Hb/GNPs}n multilayers was confirmed by cyclic voltammetry and UV‐vis absorption spectroscopy. The resulting system brings a new platform for electrochemical devices by using the synergistic action of the electrocatalytic activity of GNPs and MWNTs. The resulting biosensor displays an excellent electrocatalytic activity and rapid response for hydrogen peroxide. The linear range for the determination of H2O2 was from 5.0×10?7 to 2.0×10?3 M with a detection limit of 2.1×10?7 M at 3σ and a Michaelis–Menten constant KMapp value of 0.19 mM.  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of uric acid (UA) has been studied at a multiwalled carbon nanotube‐ionic liquid (i.e., 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, BMIMPF6) paste coated glassy carbon electrode (MWNTs‐BMIMPF6/GC). It is found that UA can effectively accumulate at this electrode and cause a sensitive anodic peak at about 0.49 V (vs. SCE) in pH 4.0 phosphate buffer solutions. Experimental parameters influencing the response of the electrode, such as solution pH and accumulation time, are optimized for uric acid determination. Under the optimum conditions, the anodic peak current is linear to UA concentration in the range of 1.0×10?8 M to 1.0×10?6 M and 2.0×10?6 M to 2.0×10?5 M. The detection limit is 5.0×10?9 M for 180 s accumulation on open circuit. The electrode can be regenerated by successively cycling in a blank solution for about 3 min and exhibits good reproducibility. A 1.0×10?6 M UA solution is measured for eight times using the same electrode regenerated after every determination, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the peak current is 3.2%. As for different electrodes fabricated by the same way the RSD (i.e., the electrode to electrode deviation) is 4.2%(n=9). This method has been applied to the determination of UA in human urine samples, and the recoveries are 99%–100.6%. In addition, comparison is made between MWNTs‐BMIMPF6/GC and MWNTs/GC. Results show that the MWNTs‐BMIMPF6/GC exhibits higher sensitivity, selectivity and ratio of peak current to background current.  相似文献

Abstract

Cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) film was formed on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified gold electrode by electrodeposition from 0.5 M KCl solution containing CoCl2 and K3Fe(CN)6. The electrochemical behavior and the electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode were investigated. Compared with CoHCF/gold electrode, the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode exhibits greatly improved stability and enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of thiosulfate. A linear range from 5.0×10?5 to 6.5×10?3 M (r=0.9990) for thiosulfate detection at the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode was obtained, with a detection limit of 2.0×10?5 M (S/N=3).  相似文献

Square‐wave voltammetric detection of dopamine was studied at a copper (Cu)‐(3‐mercaptopropyl) trimethoxy silane (MPS)‐complex modified electrode (Cu‐MPS). The modification of the electrode was based on the attachment of MPS onto an electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the interaction between methoxy silane groups of MPS and surface hydroxyl groups and followed by the complexation of copper with the thiol groups of MPS. The surface of the modified electrode was further coated by a thin layer of Nafion film. The surface of the Nafion coated MPS‐Cu complex modified electrode (Nafion/Cu‐MPS) was characterized using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectrometry. The modified electrode exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of dopamine, which was oxidized at a reduced potential of +0.35 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) at a wider pH range. Various experimental parameters, such as the amount of copper, the pH, and the temperature were optimized. A linear calibration plot was obtained in the concentration range between 8.0×10?8 M and 5.0×10?6 M and the detection limit was determined to be 5.0×10?8 M. The other common biological compounds including ascorbic acid did not interfere and the modified electrode showed an excellent specificity to the detection of dopamine. The Nafion/Cu‐MPS modified electrode can be used for about 2 months without any significant loss in sensitivity.  相似文献

In this study, a glassy carbon electrode (GC) was modified with an electropolymerized film of 1‐naphthylamine (1‐NAP) with a subsequent overoxidation treatment in 0.2 M sodium hydroxide solution. This polymer p‐1‐NAPox film coated GC electrode was used for the selective determination of dopamine (DA) in the presence of a triple concentration of ascorbic acid (AA).These studies were performed using cyclic voltammetry and square‐wave voltammetry at physiological pH. p‐1‐NAPox shows an attractive permselectivity, a marked enhancement of the current response and antifouling properties when compared to a bare GC electrode activated in basic media. With a preconcentration time of 3 minutes at open circuit, linear calibration plots were obtained for DA in buffer solution (pH 7.4) over the concentration range from 1×10?6–1×10?4 M with a detection limit of 1.59×10?7 M.  相似文献

A novel CdTe quantum dots‐modified carbon paste electrode (QDMCPE) was fabricated and used to study the electrooxidation of dopamine and uric acid and their mixtures by electrochemical methods. Using square wave voltammetry (SWV), a highly sensitive and simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid was explored at the modified electrode. SWV peak currents of dopamine and uric acid increased linearly with their concentrations in the ranges of 7.5×10?8–6.0×10?4 M, and 7.5×10?6–1.4×10?3 M, respectively. Finally this new sensor was used for determination of dopamine and uric acid in some real samples.  相似文献

A sensitive molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor with specific recognition ability for oleanolic acid was synthesized by modification of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) decorated with tin oxide nanoparticles (nano‐SnO2/MWNTs) and polypyrrole‐imprinted polymer on a carbon electrode. The morphology and electrochemical performance of the imprinted sensor were investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and amperometric it curve. The results showed that the imprinted sensor displayed excellent selectivity toward oleanolic acid. A linear relationship between the response currents and oleanolic acid concentrations ranging from 5.0×10?8 g/L to 2.0×10?5 g/L was obtained for the imprinted sensor. The limit of detection (LOD) of the imprinted sensor toward oleanolic acid was calculated as 8.6×10?9 g/L at a signal to noise ratio (S/N) of 3. This imprinted sensor was successfully applied to the determination of oleanolic acid in Acitinidia deliciosa root samples.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) at a MWNTs-modified glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), square wave voltammetry (SWV). The MWNTs modified electrode exhibited marked promotion of the electrochemical reaction of DA in different environments. Under optimum conditions, the peak currents of SWV of DA were increased linearly with incremental concentration of DA in the range from 5 × 10?7 to 1 × 10?5 mol L?1. The limit of detection is 3 × 10?7 mol L?1.  相似文献

LaFeO3 nanoparticles of approximately 22 nm in size were synthesized and characterized by XRD and TEM. A novel glassy carbon electrode modified with LaFeO3 nanoparticles was constructed and characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The modified electrode exhibited strong promoting effect and high stability toward the electrochemical oxidation of dopamine (DA), which gave reversible redox peaks with a formal potential of 0.145 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution. The anodic peak current (measured by constant potential amperometry) increased linearly with the concentration of dopamine in the range from 1.5?×?10?7 to 8.0?×?10?4 M. The detection limit was 3.0?×?10?8 M. The relative standard deviation of eight successive scans was 3.47% for 1.0?×?10?6 M DA. The interference by ascorbic acid was eliminated efficiently. The method was used to determine DA in dopamine hydrochloride injections and showed excellent sensitivity and recovery.  相似文献

A novel carbon paste electrode modified with carbon nanotubes and 5‐amino‐2′‐ethyl‐biphenyl‐2‐ol (5AEB) was fabricated. The electrochemical study of the modified electrode, as well as its efficiency for electrocatalytic oxidation of levodopa (LD) and carbidopa (CD), is described. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to investigate the redox properties of this modified electrode at various scan rates. The apparent charge transfer rate constant, ks, and transfer coefficient, a, for electron transfer between 5AEB and CPE were calculated as 17.3 s?1 and 0.5, respectively. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) exhibits a linear dynamic range from 2.5×10?7 to 2.0×10?4 M and a detection limit of 9.0×10?8 M for LD.  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode was modified with ZnO nanorods and 3‐(4′‐amino‐3′‐hydroxy‐biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐acrylic acid (3,4′AAZCPE) to cause electrocatalysis of norepinephrine oxidation. It has been found that the oxidation of norepinephrine at the surface of modified electrode occurs at a potential of about 180 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) exhibits linear dynamic range from 1.0×10?7 to 8.0×10?5 M and a detection limit of 3.9×10?8 M for norepinephrine. In addition, this modified electrode was used for simultaneous determination of norepinephrine, tyrosine and nicotine.  相似文献
