The synthesis of a new heterocyclic base, 2-methylthieno[2, 3-b]thieno[2, 3-d]thiazole, is described. It is obtained by oxidizing 2-thioacetylamino[2, 3-b]thiophene in alkaline medium with 10% aqueous potassium ferricyanide.  相似文献

A series of planar beta-linked oligothiophenes based on thieno[3,2-b]thiophene and dithieno[3,2-b:2',3'-d]thiophene fused units were synthesized. The optical data indicate a blue shift of the absorption maximum in comparison to the alpha-linked analogues due to cross-conjugation between fused rings. The crystal structures of 3,3'-bi(thieno[3,2-b]thiophene) and 3,3';6',3"-ter(thieno-[3,2-b]thiophene) reveal edge-to-face pi-stacked dimer motifs, whereas the crystal structure of 3,3'-bis(dithieno[3,2-b:2',3'-d]thiophene) consists of face-to-face pi-stacked molecules. Regioselective palladium-catalyzed amination of 2-chloro-3-iodopyridine followed by a subsequent palladium-catalyzed amination leads to 2,3-diaminopyridines. Treatment with triphosgene affords highly functionalized unsymmetrical imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones in just three synthetic steps. A two-step synthesis of pseudosymmetrically disubstituted imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, 1,4-disubstituted pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazinediones, and 1,3-disubstituted thiadiazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-2-ones is also described.  相似文献

A 2H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyridine and a 2H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyrazine can be prepared by the electrochemical reduction of N-phenylpyridine- and -pyrazinedicarboxylic imide in the presence of trimethylchlorosilane. These ortho-quinoid heterocyclic compounds 4 and 13 react with dienophiles leading to substituted quinolines and quinoxalines.  相似文献

Polymethine dyes — benzofuro[2,3-b]pyridine and selenonaphtheno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives — were synthesized, and their spectral properties are discussed. Replacement of a vinylene group by an oxygen or selenium atom in one benzene ring of the 2-benzo[h]quinoline residue in the cyanines causes a large bathochromic shift of the absorption maxima of the dyes as compared with replacement by a sulfur atom. We report an example of an efficient regioselective synthesis of biheterocyclic compounds using thiourea as starting material. In fact, N,N'-bis(dimethylaminomethylene)thiourea (1), easily prepared by double condensation of N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal with thiourea, can be reacted with haloketones or acrylic dienophiles to give thiazolic (2) and thiazinic (3) diazadienes, respectively, themselves undergoing cyclization reactions to yield imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles, 5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines, 7H-imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazines, and 2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazines without any regioisomeric ambiguity. This straightforward route represents an original and unambiguously regioselective pathway to these valuable heterocycles.  相似文献

A number of previously inaccessible anthra[1,2-b]furan and 1H-naphth[2,3-g]indole derivatives were obtained by condensation of 1,4-anthraquinone with acetoacetic ester and its analogs. The N-oxides and N,N-dioxides of methyl derivatives of imidazo[4,5-b]quinoxaline and imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine were synthesized. A new synthesis of 5α-androstano[3,2-b]pyridin-17β-ol acetate (VIa) and 17-methyl-5α-androstano[3,2-b]pyridin-17β-ol (VIb), first reported by Shimizu, Ohta, Ueno, and Takegoshi, was achieved. The analogous 5α - androstano[17,16-b]pyridin-3β-ol (XII), 5α-androstano[17,16-b]pyridin-3-one (XIVa), and androst-4-eno[17,16-b]pyridin-3-one (XIVb) were also prepared. An illustration of the method follows. Condensation of 3β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one (VIIa) with 3-(2-furyl)acrolein afforded 16-[3-(2-furyl)-2-propenylidene]-3β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one (VIIIa), the oxime (IXa) of which was thermally cyclized to 5α-androstano[17,16-b]-6′-(2-furyl)pyridin-3β-ol (Xa). 3β-Hydroxy-5α-androstano[17,16-b]pyridine-6′-carboxylic acid (XI) was obtained by ozonolysis of Xa. Thermal decarboxylation of XI gave XII. Cinnamaldehyde was used in place of 3-(2-furyl)acrolein to give the corresponding phenylpyridines.  相似文献

A new straightforward synthesis of dinaphtho[2,3-b:2',3'-f]thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (DNTT) derivatives from readily available 2-methoxynaphthalenes is described. Thus, newly developed derivatives of DNTT showed very high field effect mobility in the vapor-processed field-effect transistors up to 8 cm(2) V(-1) s(-1).  相似文献

Hydrazonoyl bromides 1a-c react with 5-amino-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole, 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole, 2-aminopyridine, and 2-aminobenzimidazole to afford the corresponding imidazol[1,2-b]pyrazoles 10, imidazo[1,2-b]-1,2,4-triazoles 11, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines 16, imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidines 17, and imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles 20, respectively. 8-Methoxy-4-phenyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinazoline-2(1H)-thione, obtained by the condensation of 2-benzylidene-6-methoxy-3,4-dihydronapthalene-1(2H)-one with thiourea, on reaction with chloroacetic acid and 3-chloropropanoic acid in the presence of the ionic liquid N-methylpyridinium tosylate furnishes 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-7,10-dihydro-5H- benzo[h]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoline-9(6H)-one and 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-5,6,10,11-tetrahydro- benzo[h][1,3]thiazino[2,3-b]quinazoline-9(7H)-one. Further, condensation of the thione with 1,2-dibromoethane and 1,3-dibromopropane yields 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-6,7,9,10-tetrahydro-5 H-benzo[h]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoline and 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-5,6,7,9,10,11-hexahydrobenzo [h][1,3]thiazino[2,3-b]quinazoline respectively. Arylidene derivatives have been obtained by two routes. The structures of the cyclized compounds have been established on the basis of elemental analysis and spectroscopic data. The synthesized compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity. Some of the compounds showed promising antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-benzenesulfonyl-3,4-dihydro-1 H-pyridin-2-one derivatives with azides or isocyanides provided two new classes of compounds, triazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ones 3 or pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyridin-2-ones 4, respectively, in good yields and regioselectivity. Cyclization of formylated and acetylated -substituted 2-aminomethylbenzothiazoles with phosphorus oxychloride gives 3-substituted imidazo [5, 1-b] benzothiazoles, and 3-substituted 1-methylimidazo [5, 1-b] benzothiazoles. Treatment of 2-benzothiazolyl-4-pyridylaminomethane with formic acid gives 3-(4-pyridyl) imidazo [5, 1-b] benzothiazole. 1-Mercapto-3-phenylimidazo [5, 1-b] benzothiazole is converted into 3-phenylimidazo [5, 1-b] benzothiazole by elimination of the mercapto group.  相似文献

The corresponding 7-substituted furazano[3,4-b]tetrazolo[1,2-d]pyrazines were obtained by nucleophilic substitution of the azido group in 7-azidofurazano[3,4-b]tetrazolo[1,2-d]pyrazine. It was shown that these compounds exist in the tetrazole form in the crystalline state; in solutions, a tautomeric equilibrium is observed between the azide and tetrazole forms.
