The title compound, [Cu2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2(C2H6O2)2(H2O)2]n, contains two crystallographically unique CuII centres, each lying on a twofold axis and having a slightly distorted octahedral environment. One CuII centre is coordinated by two bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands, two sulfate anions and two aqua ligands. The second is surrounded by two 4,4′‐bipy N atoms and four O atoms, two from bridging sulfate anions and two from ethane‐1,2‐diol ligands. The sulfate anion bridges adjacent CuII centres, leading to the formation of linear ...Cu1–Cu2–Cu1–Cu2... chains. Adjacent chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bipy ligands, which are also located on the twofold axis, resulting in a two‐dimensional layered polymer. In the crystal structure, extensive O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between water molecules, ethane‐1,2‐diol molecules and sulfate anions lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure.  相似文献

The bimetallic title complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C12H30N6O2)(NO)] or [Cu(L)Fe(CN)5(NO)] [where L is 1,8‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,6,8,10,13‐hexaazacyclotetradecane], has a one‐dimensional zigzag polymeric –Cu(L)–NC–Fe(NO)(CN)3–CN–Cu(L)– chain, in which the CuII and FeII centres are linked by two CN groups. In the complex, the CuII ion is coordinated by four N atoms from the L ligand [Cu—N(L) = 1.999 (2)–2.016 (2) Å] and two cyanide N atoms [Cu—N = 2.383 (2) and 2.902 (3) Å], and has an elongated octahedral geometry. The FeII centre is in a distorted octahedral environment, with Fe—N(nitroso) = 1.656 (2) Å and Fe—C(CN) = 1.938 (3)–1.948 (3) Å. The one‐dimensional zigzag chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cu(NH3)4][Cu(CN)3]2}n, features a CuI–CuII mixed‐valence CuCN framework based on {[Cu2(CN)3]}n anionic layers and [Cu(NH3)4]2+ cations. The asymmetric unit contains two different CuI ions and one CuII ion which lies on a centre of inversion. Each CuI ion is coordinated to three cyanide ligands with a distorted trigonal–planar geometry, while the CuII ion is ligated by four ammine ligands, with a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry. The interlinkage between CuI ions and cyanide bridges produces a honeycomb‐like {[Cu2(CN)3]}n anionic layer containing 18‐membered planar [Cu(CN)]6 metallocycles. A [Cu(NH3)4]2+ cation fills each metallocyclic cavity within pairs of exactly superimposed {[Cu2(CN)3]}n anionic layers, but there are no cations between the layers of adjacent pairs, which are offset. Pairs of N—H...N hydrogen‐bonding interactions link the N—H groups of the ammine ligands to the N atoms of cyanide ligands.  相似文献

In the first title salt, [Cu(C12H8N2)2(C5H10N2Se)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment defined by four N donors from two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands and by the Se donor of a 1,3‐dimethylimidazolidine‐2‐selone ligand, with the equatorial plane defined by the Se and by two N donors from different phen ligands and the axial sites occupied by the two remaining N donors, one from each phen ligand. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.980 (10)–2.114 (11) Å and the Cu—Se distance is 2.491 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine rings and the central rings of phen ligands generate chains of cations. In the second salt, [Cu(C10H8N2)2(C3H6N2S)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a similar distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment comprising four N donors from two 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) ligands and an S donor from an imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligand. The equatorial plane is defined by the S donor and two N donors from different bipy ligands. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.984 (6)–2.069 (7) Å and the Cu—S distance is 2.366 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine and pyridyl rings form chains of cations. A major difference between the two structures is due to the presence in the second complex of two N—H...O hydrogen bonds linking the imidazolidine N—H hydrogen‐bond donors to perchlorate O‐atom acceptors.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C10H8N2)]n, is formed by neutral zigzag chains of the [–NC–N–CN–Cu{(bpy)N(CN)2}–NC–N–CN–] type running along the c axis (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine). The Cu atoms in the chains are pentacoordinated in the form of a distorted tetragonal pyramid, with a CuN5 chromophore. The coordination sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy molecule in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.018 (4) and 2.025 (2) Å] and by three terminal N atoms of two dicyanamide ligands. One of the dicyanamide ligands is coordinated in a monodentate fashion through a nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 1.963 (4) Å]. The second acts as an end‐to‐end bridging ligand to a neighbouring Cu atom and is coordinated by one nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.001 (2) Å], while the second nitrile N atom occupies the apical position [Cu—N 2.159 (2) Å] and originates from the bridge connecting another Cu atom. The shortest intrachain Cu?Cu distance is 8.212 (1) Å, as a consequence of the large bridging ligand, whereas the minimum interchain distance between Cu atoms is only 5.77 (7) Å, because of the interdigitation of the chains.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C15H20N2O4)]n, the copper(II) coordination is square planar. The anionic l ‐tyrosyl‐l ‐leucinate ligand binds in an N,N′,O‐tridentate mode to one CuII cation on one side and in an O‐monodentate mode to a second CuII cation on the other side, thus defining –Cu—O—C—O—Cu′– chains which run along the a axis. These chains are held together by a strong hydrogen bond involving the hydroxy H atom.  相似文献

The reaction of 4,4′‐bipyridine with copper acetate in the presence of 4‐nitrophenol led to the formation of the title compound, {[Cu(CH3COO)2(C10H8N2)]·C6H5NO3·2H2O}n. The complex forms a double‐stranded ladder‐like coordination polymer extending along the b axis. The double‐stranded polymers are separated by 4‐nitrophenol and water solvent molecules. The two CuII centres of the centrosymmetric Cu2O2 ladder rungs have square‐pyramidal coordination environments, which are formed by two acetate O atoms and two 4,4′‐bipyridine N atoms in the basal plane and another acetate O atom at the apex. The ladder‐like double strands are separated from each other by one unit‐cell length along the c axis, and are connected by the water and 4‐nitrophenol molecules through a series of O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions and two unique intermolecular π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [CoII(C10H8O6)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of CoSO4 with benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate [systematic name: p‐phenylenebis(oxyacetate)] and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy). The Co atom lies at an inversion center and the benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate and 4,4′‐bipyridine moieties lie about other inversion centers. The benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate ligands bridge the octahedral CoII coordination centers, forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. The chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bpy ligands, forming a novel two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the coordinated water molecules and the carboxylate O atoms lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C15H11N4O2S)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of nickel chloride, 4‐{[(1‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)sulfanyl]methyl}benzoic acid (HL) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (bpy) under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit contains two half NiII ions, each located on an inversion centre, two L ligands, one bpy ligand, two coordinated water molecules and one unligated water molecule. Each NiII centre is six‐coordinated by two monodentate carboxylate O atoms from two different L ligands, two pyridine N atoms from two different bpy ligands and two terminal water molecules, displaying a nearly ideal octahedral geometry. The NiII ions are bridged by 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands to afford a linear array, with an Ni...Ni separation of 11.361 (1) Å, which is further decorated by two monodentate L ligands trans to each other, resulting in a one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chain structure. These one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chains are further linked by O—H...O, O—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The thermal stability of the title complex was investigated via thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The reactions of transition metal salts or hydroxide with 1,4‐phenylenediacetic acid (H2PDA) in the presence of ancillary ligands 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) or imidazole (Im) produced five coordination polymers with the empirical formula [M(PDA)(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)2]n [M = Mn ( 1 ), Ni ( 2 )], [Cu(PDA)(4,4′‐bpy)]n · 2nH2O ( 3 ), [Ni(PDA)(Im)2(H2O)2]n · nH2O ( 4 ), and [Cu(PDA)(Im)2]n · 2nH2O ( 5 ). Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. The isomorphous 1 and 2 present a two‐dimensional sheet constructed by two kinds of one‐dimensional chains of –NiII–PDA2––NiII– and –NiII–4,4′‐bpy–NiII–. Compound 3 features dinuclear subunits, which are further connected by two PDA2– ligands and two 4,4′‐bpy ligands along (001) and (011) directions, respectively, to build a two‐dimensional sheet with the topology (42.67.8)(42.6) different from those of 1 and 2 . Both 4 and 5 show one‐dimensional chain structure. The difference of compound 4 and 5 is that the two carboxylato groups of PDA2– in 4 adopt monodentate coordination modes, whereas the two carboxylato groups of PDA2– in 5 chelate to the metal ions. Magnetic susceptibility data of 1 were measured. Magnetically, 1 presents a one‐dimensional chain with a weak antiferromagnetic interaction (J =–0.064 cm–1) between the intrachain MnII atoms mediated by 4,4′‐bpy.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(CN)(C4H5N3)]n or [Cu(μ‐CN)(μ‐PyzNH2)]n (PyzNH2 is 2‐aminopyrazine), the CuI center is tetrahedrally coordinated by two cyanide and two PyzNH2 ligands. The CuI–cyano links give rise to [Cu–CN] chains running along the c axis, which are bridged by bidentate PyzNH2 ligands. The three‐dimensional framework can be described as being formed by two interpenetrated three‐dimensional honeycomb‐like networks, both made of 26‐membered rings of composition [Cu6(μ‐CN)2(μ‐PyzNH2)4].  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(Cr2O7)(C10H8N2)2], a new mixed‐metal molecular compound, contains isolated molecular units, each comprised of one CuII atom coordinated to two 2,2′‐bipyridine ligands and also to an oxygen vertex of a dichromate anion. The CuII atom has an approximate trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, which is consistent with previous studies. Both enantiomers of the chiral complex molecule are present and are related by inversion centers. In a reported pyridine analogue, achiral [Cu(Cr2O7)(pyridine)4] chains pack in the non‐centrosymmetric space group Pna21. Differences in the organic ligands influence the chirality and dimensionality of the Cu—Cr2O7 bonding.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C9H10NO3)2(NO3)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, contains CuII atoms and l ‐tyrosinate (l ‐tyr) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands in a 2:2:1 ratio. Each Cu atom is coordinated by one amino N atom and two carboxylate O atoms from two l ‐tyr ligands, one N atom from a 4,4′‐bipy ligand, a monodentate nitrate ion and a water molecule in an elongated octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cu atoms are bridged by the bidentate carboxylate groups into a chain. These chains are further linked by the bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligands, forming an undulated chiral two‐dimensional sheet. O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the sheets in the [100] direction. This study offers useful information for the engineering of chiral coordination polymers with amino acids and 4,4′‐bipy ligands by considering the ratios of the metal ion and organic components.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N4O)Cl(C12H8N2)]n or [Cu(tcnoet)Cl(phen)]n, where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline and tcnoet is 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenide, the axially elongated (4 + 2) coordination polyhedron around the CuII centre contains N atoms from three different tcnoet ligands. The resulting coordination polymer takes the form of sheets which are linked in pairs by a single C—H...N hydrogen bond to form bilayers. The bond lengths provide evidence for significant bond fixation in the phen ligand and extensive electronic delocalization in the tcnoet ligand, where the two –C(CN)2 units are rotated, in conrotatory fashion, out of the plane of the central C3O fragment.  相似文献

Cyanide as a bridge can be used to construct homo‐ and heterometallic complexes with intriguing structures and interesting magnetic properties. These ligands can generate diverse structures, including clusters, one‐dimensional chains, two‐dimensional layers and three‐dimensional frameworks. The title cyanide‐bridged CuII–CoIII heterometallic compound, [CuIICoIII(CN)6(C4H11N2)(H2O)]n, has been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, magnetic measurement, thermal study, vibrational spectroscopy (FT–IR) and scanning electron microscopy/energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDS). The crystal structure analysis revealed that it has a two‐dimensional grid‐like structure built up of [Cu(Hpip)(H2O)]3+ cations (Hpip is piperazinium) and [Co(CN)6]3− anions that are linked through bridging cyanide ligands. The overall three‐dimensional supramolecular network is expanded by a combination of interlayer O—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the coordinated water molecules and the N atoms of the nonbridging cyanide groups and monodentate cationic piperazinium ligands. A magnetic investigation shows that antiferromagnetic interactions exist in the title compound.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Ag2Cd(CN)4(C12H12N2)2]·H2O or cis‐[Cd{Ag(CN)2}2(5,5′‐dmbpy)2]·H2O, where 5,5′‐dmbpy is 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridyl, the asymmetric unit consists of a discrete neutral [Cd{Ag(CN)2}2(5,5′‐dmbpy)2] unit and a solvent water molecule. The CdII cation is coordinated by two bidentate chelate 5,5′‐dmbpy ligands and two monodentate [AgI(CN)2] anions, which are in a cis arrangement around the CdII cation, leading to an octahedral CdN6 geometry. The overall structure is stabilized by a combination of intermolecular hydrogen bonding, and AgI...AgI and π–π interactions, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octahedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands interact with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Mn(NO3)(C10H8N2)(H2O)3]NO3, contains a monomeric [Mn(NO3)(bpy)(H2O)3]+ cation (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) and a nitrate anion. The MnII ion is coordinated by one chelating bpy [Mn—N 2.241 (3) and 2.259 (3) Å], three water molecules [Mn—O 2.120 (3)–2.188 (3) Å] and a nitrate ligand [Mn—O 2.228 (2) Å] in a distorted octahedral geometry. There are O?H—O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the ligated water molecules and the ligated and unligated nitrate anions, resulting in double columns of stacked cations and anions.  相似文献
