The title compound, C21H24FN2O2+·Cl−·C3H8O, is a potential drug designed as a hybrid compound with antihypertensive, antioxidant and β‐adrenolytic activity. The cation contains nearly planar benzofuran and fluorophenyl ring systems, as well as a piperazine ring adopting an almost perfect chair conformation. The benzofuran and piperazine moieties are connected by an ethyl chain, the moieties forming a dihedral angle of 163.12 (13)°. In the crystal structure, ions and propanol solvent molecules are linked via N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl bonds into linear (010) chains. 相似文献

The title compound, raloxifene hydrochloride, C28H28NO4S+·Cl?, belongs to the benzothiophene class of antiosteoporotic drugs. In the molecular cation, the 2‐phenol ring sustains a dihedral angle of 45.3 (1)° relative to the benzo[b]thiophene system. The benzo[b]thiophene and phenyl ring planes are twisted with respect to the carbonyl plane, with the smallest twist component occurring between the phenyl and carbonyl planes. The N atom bears the positive charge in the molecular cation and the piperidine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation. The Cl? anion is involved in the formation of N—H?Cl and O—H?Cl intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which lead to the formation of a layer of molecular cations. 相似文献

The title compounds, C13H15N3O5S and C11H10N2O4S2, respectively, both contain a phenylsulfonyl group connected, through a methylene bridge, to either a substituted nitroimidazole or nitro‐1,3‐thiazole ring. In the imidazole‐containing molecule, the nitro and sulfonyl groups are trans relative to the sulfonyl–methyl bond, while in the thiazole‐containing molecule, these substituents are cis. The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The chromanone moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiroisoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chlorophenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one molecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chlorophenyl rings of a second molecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The geometries of the thiazole ring and the nitramino groups in N‐(3H‐thiazol‐2‐ylidene)nitramine, C3H3N3O2S, (I), and N‐methyl‐N‐(thiazol‐2‐yl)nitramine, C4H5N3O2S, (II), are very similar. The nitramine group in (II) is planar and twisted along the C—N bond with respect to the thiazole ring. In both structures, the asymmetric unit includes two practically equal molecules. In (I), the molecules are arranged in layers connected to each other by N—H⋯N and much weaker C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal structure of (II), the molecules are arranged in layers bound to each other by both weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and S⋯O dipolar interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, C23H26N2O4·H2O, the benzopyran ring system is planar. The piperazine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation, and the methoxy group is coplanar with its parent benzene ring. Hydrogen bonds link two water molecules and two piperazine molecules into tetrameric units. The adjacent benzopyran moieties within these units also interact viaπ–π stacking interactions, and a sheet is formed by the propagation of these interactions. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains, and the title compound adopts the keto–amine tautomeric form. The azobenzene moiety of the molecule has a trans configuration. The structures of two atropisomers of the title compound, [Cr(C16H18B2Cl2N2)(CO)3], are reported. For both compounds, the Cr(CO)3 moiety is bound to the C6 aromatic ring of the molecule; the existence of atropisomers resulting from the non‐equivalence of both faces of the C6 aromatic ring is a consequence of the 3‐chloro‐2‐methylphenyl ring being nearly perpendicular to the mean plane of the 2,4‐dibora‐1,3‐diazanaphthalene ring. The orientation of the Cr(CO)3 tripod relative to the C6 aromatic ring is such that it is nearly eclipsed in one isomer (2.4° rotation from being eclipsed with C—N, C—Cl and C—H) and slightly twisted (16.2°) from an eclipsed conformation in the other. 相似文献

The title compounds, both C23H21ClN2OS, are isomeric, with (I) and (II) being the N‐3‐methylphenyl and N‐2‐methylphenyl derivatives, respectively. The dihedral angle between the 4‐chlorophenyl group and the thiophene ring in (II) [38.1 (1)°] is larger than that in (I) [7.1 (1)°], indicating steric repulsion between the chlorophenyl and o‐toluidine groups in (II). In both compounds, an intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond forms a pseudo‐six‐membered ring, thus locking the molecular conformation. In the crystal structures, molecules are connected via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the b axis in (I) and along the c axis in (II). The crystal structure of the title compound, C9H6F3N, at 123 K contains molecules linked together via several C—H?F and C—H?N contacts, the strongest of which are 2.58 and 2.65 Å, respectively. Apparently, an F atom in the CF3 group is able to compete with a cyano N atom for aromatic H atoms but is less prone to interact with the more acidic methylene H atoms. The Ph–CH2CN torsion angle is ?6.4 (2)° and the planar phenyl ring exhibits a typical deformation of the endo angles at the ipso‐C atoms, due to the difference in the electron‐withdrawing power of the CF3 and CH2CN substituents. 相似文献

The title complex, [RhBr(C8H12)(C19H22N2O2)], has a distorted square‐planar geometry. There are two molecules, A and B, in the asymmetric unit. The Rh—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic ligand and the metal atom is 2.039 (2) Å in molecule A and 2.042 (2) Å in molecule B. The angle between the carbene heterocycle and the coordination plane is 87.56 (12)° in molecule A and 87.03 (11)° in molecule B. It is shown that the average Rh—C(COD) (COD is cyclooctadiene) distance is linearly dependent on the Rh—C(imidazolidine) distance in this type of compound. This can be ascribed to the steric hindrance produced by the packing. The crystal structure contains intramolecular C—H⋯O and intermolecular C—H⋯Br interactions. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C14H12N4O3, shows that the stereochemistry about the N=N double bond of the N=N—N(H) moiety is trans. The whole molecule is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0654 Å), the interplanar angle between the phenyl rings being 0.7 (1)° and the largest interplanar angle being that between the phenyl ring and the nitro group of the 4‐nitrophenyl substituent [11.5 (2)°]. Intermolecular N—H⋯O interactions between molecules related by translation give rise to chains along the [110] and [10] directions, and these chains are held together by N⋯O π–π interactions. An unequal distribution of the double‐bond character among the N atoms suggests a delocalization of π electrons over the diazoamine group and the adjacent aryl substituents. 相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly. 相似文献
