In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The molecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐iodophenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐methylphenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of molecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three 1:2 inclusion compounds that consist of host molecule 2,5‐diphenylhydroquinone (C18H14O2) and the guest molecules 2‐pyridone (C5H5NO), 1,3‐diphenyl‐2‐propen‐1‐one (chalcone, C15H12O) and 1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐phenyl‐2‐propen‐1‐one (4′‐methoxychalcone, C16H14O2) were determined in order to study the ability of guest molecules in inclusion compounds to undergo photoreaction. All of the crystals were found to be photoresistant. The three inclusion compounds crystallize in triclinic space group . In each case, the host/guest ratio is 1:2, with the host molecules occupying crystallographic centers of symmetry and the guest molecules occupying general positions. The guest molecules in each of the inclusion compounds are linked to the host molecules by hydrogen bonds. In the inclusion compound where the guest molecule is pyridone, the host molecule is disordered so that the hydroxy groups are distributed between two different sites, with occupancies of 0.738 (3) and 0.262 (3). The pyridone molecules form dimers via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Li(C4H8O)4][ZrCl2(C12H8N)3(C4H8O)], the environment of the Zr atom is pseudo‐octahedral, with the three carbazolyl ligands in a mer configuration. The counter‐ion of the zirconium complex is composed of an Li atom surrounded by four tetrahydrofuran (THF) molecules. The THF molecule attached to the Zr atom is disordered over two sites, as are two of the THF molecules in the lithium moiety. All bond distances and angles are consistent with those in complexes with similar structural entities. The Zr—N bond distances are 2.2185 (18) and 2.167 (3) Å.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C22H31N3O4·H2O, incorporates one water molecule, which is hydrogen bonded to the 3‐oxo O atom of the indolizidinone system. The two rings of the peptidomimetic molecule are trans‐fused, with the six‐membered ring having a slightly distorted half‐chair conformation and the five‐membered ring having a perfect envelope conformation. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?O interactions between the water and adjacent peptide molecules, and by N—H?O interactions between the peptide molecules, which link the molecules into infinite chains.  相似文献

The supramolecular structures of the isomeric compounds 5,7‐dimethoxyimidazo[1,2‐c]pyrimidine, C8H9N3O2, (I), and 7‐methoxy‐1‐methylimidazo[1,2‐a]pyrimidin‐5(1H)‐one, C8H9N3O2, (II), are determined by weak C—H⃛N and C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds in (I), which generate alternating linked centrosymmetric R(8) and R(10) rings that form a ribbon running parallel to the c axis, and by C—H⃛O bonds in (II), which link the molecules into sheets comprising centrosymmetric R(10) and R(22) rings.  相似文献

Isomorphous triclinic forms of dichloro[phthalocyaninato(2−)]tin(IV), [Sn(C32H16N8)Cl2], and dichloro[phthalocyaninato(2−)]germanium(IV), [Sn(C32H16N8)Cl2], and a monoclinic form of the latter have been obtained from the reaction of pure tin and germanium powder, respectively, with phthalonitrile under a stream of ICl vapour. All three crystal structures consist of centrosymmetric [SnPcCl2] and [GePcCl2] [Pc is phthalocyaninate(2−)] molecules, which are separated but interacting. In the triclinic forms (Sn and Ge), the Pc macrocycles are not staggered but slipped, and in the monoclinic form (Ge), the molecules are additionally inclined. In both cases, the central Sn or Ge atom is six‐coordinated by the four isoindole N atoms of the Pc macrocyclic ligand and by two Cl atoms (located trans) into a tetragonal–bipyramidal structure. The arrangement of [SnPcCl2] and [GePcCl2] molecules in the crystal structure is determined mainly by intermolecular C—H⃛Cl, π–π and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The racemic form of the title secondary monoalcohol, C16H14O, forms crystals in which the molecules are linked into chains by hydrogen bonding. The chain architecture is unusual; adjacent molecules are related pseudosymmetrically, by either a pseudo‐diad or a pseudo‐glide plane, while alternate molecules are related exactly by a crystallographic glide plane.  相似文献

In both title compounds, i.e. 3‐methyl‐1,5‐diphenyl‐1,6,7,8‐tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4‐b][1,4]diazepine, C19H18N4, (I), and 5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1,6,7,8‐tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4‐b][1,4]diazepine, C19H17ClN4, (II), an N—H?N hydrogen bond links six molecules to form an R(30) ring. Compound (I) crystallizes in the R space group and (II) crystallizes in P with three molecules in the asymmetric unit. The molecule of (I) contains a disordered seven‐membered ring.  相似文献

In the title compound, [ZrCl2(C14H12N)2(C4H8O)2]·1.5C6H6, the Zr atom is pseudo‐octahedral, with two Cl atoms in trans positions and two tetrahydrofuran molecules in cis positions. The two 3,6‐dimethylcarbazolyl ligands are in cis positions and are canted with respect to one another. The two Zr—N distances are 2.1148 (18) and 2.1236 (18) Å, and the N—Zr—N angle is 95.08 (7)°. The title compound crystallizes as the benzene solvate, with one of the benzene molecules positioned on an inversion center.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C2H8N2)3][Ni(C3HN3O2)2]·H2O, appears to be a modular associate consisting of two complex counter‐ions, containing bivalent nickel as the central atom in both cases, and a solvent water molecule. The NiII ion in the complex cation lies on the C2 crystallographic axis. Its coordination environment is formed by six N atoms of three ethylenediamine (en) molecules, representing a distorted octahedral geometry. The NiII ion in the complex anion occupies a position at the center of inversion. It exhibits a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry formed by four N atoms belonging to the deprotonated oxidoimine and amide groups of the two doubly charged 2‐cyano‐2‐(oxidoimino)acetamidate anions, situated in trans positions with respect to each other. In the crystal packing, the complex anions are linked by water molecules via hydrogen bonds between the amide O atoms and water H atoms, forming chains translated along the a direction. The [Ni(en)3]2+ cations fill empty spaces between the translational chains, connecting them by hydrogen bonds between the oxime and amide O atoms of the anions and the amine H atoms of the cations, forming layers along the ac plane. The water molecules provide connection between layers through N atoms of the cations, thus forming a three‐dimensional modular structure.  相似文献

The title compound, 3,3′‐(4‐pyridylimino)dipropanenitrile, C11H12N4, has a twofold axis and consists of a pyridine ring head and two cyanoethyl tails, the three groups being linked by an N atom. The planar geometry around the amino N atom suggests conjugation with the π‐system of the pyridine ring. The molecules are stacked in a layer structure via relatively weak to very weak intermolecular C—H⃛π and C—H⃛N hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C24H18N4O, is a bis‐bidentate Schiff base ligand exhibiting pseudo‐C2 symmetry. The molecule is twisted about the central ether linkage and exhibits an imine E configuration. In the crystal, the molecules are linked by weak intermolecular C—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

2,2‐Dimethyl‐5‐[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C16H16O4, crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. These molecules and a centrosymmetrically related pair, linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds, form a tetramer. 5‐[3‐(4‐Chlorophenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C15H13ClO4, also crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. Centrosymmetrically related molecules are linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form dimers which are further linked by yet another pair of centrosymmetrically related C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form a tube which runs parallel to the a axis.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Co(C6H8N3S)3], the CoIII atom is octahedrally coordinated by three monodeprotonated bidentate 3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐1‐thiocarboxamide ligands with two thiocarboxamide N atoms in axial positions. The asymmetric unit contains two molecules (A and B) and these molecules are arranged in chains in an alternating fashion connected by N—H⋯S interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)2], has two crystallographically independent half‐molecules in the asymmetric unit, with each Ni atom residing on a centre of symmetry. The two molecules exhibit similar coordination geometry but display differences with regard to other structural features. Each NiII centre is octahedrally coordinated by two mutually trans chelating hydroxyethylethylenediamine ligands and two mutually trans isothiocyanate ions. The two independent molecules form chains through different types of non‐covalent interactions. In the case of one of the molecules, only NCS and free OH groups participate in hydrogen bonding, while in the chain based on the second molecule, the NCS, NH, NH2 and free OH groups are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The two chains interact with one another through hydrogen bonding, forming planar sheets. The third packing direction is mediated only by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C25H30FN3O·0.5CH3OH, contains four symmetry‐independent steroid and two methanol molecules. The conformations of the independent steroid molecules are very similar. Intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds create two independent chains, each of which links two of the independent steroid molecules plus one methanol molecule via a co‐operative O—H⋯O—H⋯O—H pattern. Intermolecular C—H⋯O and C—H⋯F interactions are also observed.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C2H8N2)3]2[Ru2(C2H4O7P2)2Cl2]Cl·3H2O, the building unit contains two crystallographically independent dinuclear [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions, where hedp [viz. (1‐hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonate] serves as a bis‐chelating bridging ligand, two types of [Co(en)3]3+ cations, one uncoordinated Cl anion and five water molecules of crystallization. The [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions are connected to one another, forming one‐dimensional chains along the a axis. The [Co(en)3]3+ cations are located between these chains and lie across inversion centres. An extensive series of hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure, with channels generated along the [100] direction. The uncoordinated water molecules and Cl anions reside in these channels.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, C23H17ClN4O2·2.5H2O, contain channels filled with highly disordered water molecules. The best structure refinement was obtained by removing the solvent contribution from the intensity data and refining against a solvent‐free model. The central six‐membered ring of the quinolizine molecule has a slightly distorted screw‐boat conformation.  相似文献
