We report the first total synthesis of (-)-N-methylwelwitindolinone C isothiocyanate. Our route features a number of key transformations, including an indolyne cyclization to assemble the [4.3.1]-bicyclic scaffold, as well as a late-stage intramolecular nitrene insertion to functionalize the C11 bridgehead carbon en route to the natural product.  相似文献

We report the total synthesis of (-)-N-methylwelwitindolinone C isonitrile, in addition to the total syntheses of the 3-hydroxylated welwitindolinones. Our routes to these elusive natural products feature the strategic use of a deuterium kinetic isotope effect to improve the efficiency of a late-stage nitrene insertion reaction. We also provide a computational prediction for the stereochemical configuration at C3 of the hydroxylated welwitindolinones, which was confirmed by experimental studies.  相似文献

We report here the design of the first class of luminescent biotinylation reagents derived from rhenium(I) polypyridine complexes. These complexes [Re(N-N)(CO)(3)(py-biotin-NCS)](PF(6)) (py-biotin-NCS = 3-isothiocyanato-5-(N-((2-biotinamido)ethyl)aminocarbonyl)pyridine; N-N = 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (1a), 3,4,7,8-tetramethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Me(4)-phen) (2a), 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Ph(2)-phen) (3a)), containing a biotin unit and an isothiocyanate moiety, have been synthesized from the precursor amine complexes [Re(N-N)(CO)(3)(py-biotin-NH(2))](PF(6)) (py-biotin-NH(2) = 3-amino-5-(N-((2-biotinamido)ethyl)aminocarbonyl)pyridine; N-N = phen (1c), Me(4)-phen (2c), Ph(2)-phen (3c)). To investigate the amine-specific reactivity of the isothiocyanate complexes 1a-3a, they have been reacted with a model substrate ethylamine, resulting in the formation of the thiourea complexes [Re(N-N)(CO)(3)(py-biotin-TU-Et)](PF(6)) (py-biotin-TU-Et = 3-ethylthioureidyl-5-(N-((2-biotinamido)ethyl)aminocarbonyl)pyridine; N-N = phen (1b), Me(4)-phen (2b), Ph(2)-phen (3b)). All the rhenium(I) complexes have been characterized, and their photophysical properties have been studied. The avidin-binding properties of the thiourea complexes 1b-3b have been examined by the 4'-hydroxyazobenzene-2-carboxylic acid (HABA) assay. Titration results indicated that the complexes exhibited emission enhancement by ca. 1.4-1.5-fold upon binding to avidin, and the lifetimes were elongated to ca. 0.8-2.0 micros. Additionally, we have biotinylated bovine serum albumin (BSA) with the isothiocyanate complexes. All the resultant rhenium-BSA bioconjugates displayed intense and long-lived orange-yellow to greenish-yellow emission upon irradiation in aqueous buffer under ambient conditions. The avidin-binding properties of the bioconjugates have been investigated using the HABA assay. Furthermore, the cytotoxicity of the thiourea complexes 1b-3b toward the HeLa cells has been examined by the 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The IC50 values were determined to be ca. 17.5-28.5 microM, which are comparable to that of cisplatin (26.7 microM) under the same conditions. The cellular uptake of complex 3b has been investigated by fluorescence microscopy, and the results showed that the complex was localized in the perinuclear region after interiorization.  相似文献

Hexarhenium(III) complexes with terminal isothiocyanate ligands, [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N](4)[Re(6)(mu(3)-S)(8)(NCS)(6)] (1) and (L)(4)[Re(6)(mu(3)-Se)(8)(NCS)(6)] (L(+) = PPN(+) (2a), (n-C(4)H(9))(4)N(+) (2b)), have been prepared by three different methods. Complex 1 was prepared by the reaction of [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N](4)[Re(6)(mu(3)-S)(8)Cl(6)] with molten KSCN at 200 degrees C, while 2b was obtained by refluxing the chlorobenzene-DMF (2:1 v/v) solution of [Re(6)(mu(3)-Se)(8)(CH(3)CN)(6)](SbF(6))(2) and [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N]SCN. The [Re(6)(mu(3)-Se)(8)(NCS)(6)](4)(-) anion was also obtained from a mixture of Cs(2)[Re(6)(mu(3)-Se)(8)Br(4)] and KSCN in C(2)H(5)OH by a mechanochemical activation at room temperature for 20 h and isolated as 2a. The X-ray structures of 1 and 2a.4DMF have been determined (1, C(70)H(144)N(10)S(14)Re(6), monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n (No. 14), a = 14.464(7) A, b = 22.059(6) A, c = 16.642(8) A, beta = 113.62(3) degrees, V = 4864(3) A(3), Z = 2; 2a.4DMF, C(162)H(144)N(14)O(4)P(8)S(6)Se(8)Re(6), triclinic, space group P1 (No. 2), a = 15.263(2) A, b = 16.429(2) A, c = 17.111(3) A, alpha = 84.07(1) degrees, beta = 84.95(1) degrees, gamma = 74.21(1) degrees, V = 4098.3(8) A(3), Z = 1). All the NCS(-) ligands in both complexes are coordinated to the metal center via nitrogen site with the Re-N distances in the range of 2.07-2.13 A. The redox potentials of the reversible Re(III)(6)/Re(III)(5)Re(IV) process in acetonitrile are +0.84 and +0.70 V vs. Ag/AgCl for [Re(6)(mu(3)-S)(8)(NCS)(6)](4)(-) and [Re(6)(mu(3)-Se)(8)(NCS)(6)](4)(-), respectively, which are the most positive among the known hexarhenium complexes with six terminal anionic ligands. The complexes show strong red luminescence with the emission maxima (lambda(max)/nm), lifetimes (tau(em)/micros), and quantum yields (phi(em)) being 745 and 715, 10.4 and 11.8, and 0.091 and 0.15 for 1 and 2b, respectively, in acetonitrile. The data reasonably well fit in the energy-gap plots of other hexarhenium(III) complexes. The temperature dependence of the emission spectra and tau(em) of 1 and [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N](4)[Re(6)(mu(3)-S)(8)Cl(6)] are also reported.  相似文献

The thermodynamic and structural characteristics of Al(C6F(5)3-derived vs B(C6F5)3-derived group 4 metallocenium ion pairs are quantified. Reaction of 1.0 equiv of B(C6F5)3 or 1.0 or 2.0 equiv of Al(C6F5)3 with rac-C2H4(eta5-Ind)2Zr(CH3)2 (rac-(EBI)Zr(CH3)2) yields rac-(EBI)Zr(CH3)(+)H3CB(C6)F5)(3)(-) (1a), rac-(EBI)Zr(CH3)+H3CAl(C6F5)(3)(-) (1b), and rac-(EBI)Zr2+[H3CAl(C6F5)3](-)(2) (1c), respectively. X-ray crystallographic analysis of 1b indicates the H3CAl(C6F5)(3)(-) anion coordinates to the metal center via a bridging methyl in a manner similar to B(C6F5)3-derived metallocenium ion pairs. However, the Zr-(CH3)(bridging) and Al-(CH3)(bridging) bond lengths of 1b (2.505(4) A and 2.026(4) A, respectively) indicate the methyl group is less completely abstracted in 1b than in typical B(C6F5)3-derived ion pairs. Ion pair formation enthalpies (DeltaH(ipf)) determined by isoperibol solution calorimetry in toluene from the neutral precursors are -21.9(6) kcal mol(-1) (1a), -14.0(15) kcal mol(-1) (1b), and -2.1(1) kcal mol(-1) (1b-->1c), indicating Al(C6F5)3 to have significantly less methide affinity than B(C6F5)3. Analogous experiments with Me2Si(eta5-Me4C5)(t-BuN)Ti(CH3)2 indicate a similar trend. Furthermore, kinetic parameters for ion pair epimerization by cocatalyst exchange (ce) and anion exchange (ae), determined by line-broadening in VT NMR spectra over the range 25-75 degrees C, are DeltaH++(ce) = 22(1) kcal mol(-1), DeltaS++(ce) = 8.2(4) eu, DeltaH++(ae) = 14(2) kcal mol(-1), and DeltaS++(ae) = -15(2) eu for 1a. Line broadening for 1b is not detectable until just below the temperature where decomposition becomes significant ( approximately 75-80 degrees C), but estimation of the activation parameters at 72 degrees C gives DeltaH++(ce) approximately 22 kcal mol(-1)and DeltaH++(ae) approximately 16 kcal mol(-1), consistent with the bridging methide being more strongly bound to the zirconocenium center than in 1a.  相似文献

The reactions of (4-methoxyphenyl)boronic acid (1a) and of (2,6-dimethylphenyl)boronic acid (1b) with (PMe(3))(3)Rh-(OC(6)H(4)Me-4) (2) in a 5:1 molar ratio result in the formation of cationic rhodium complexes with new tetraarylpentaborates [Rh(PMe(3))(4)](+)[B(5)O(6)Ar(4)](-) (3a, Ar = C(6)H(4)OMe-4; 3b, Ar = C(6)H(3)Me(2)-2,6). The characterization of 3a is as follows: orthorhombic space group P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 14.7600(5) A, b = 17.1675(5) A, c = 19.8654(5) A; V = 5033.7(3) A(3); Z = 4. The characterization of 3b is as follows: orthorhombic space group Pnma, a = 23.704(6) A, b = 17.254(8) A, c = 13.304(2) A; V = 5441(2) A(3); Z = 4. An intermediate complex, [Rh(PMe(3))(4)](+)[Ph(3)B(3)O(3)(OC(6)H(4)Me-4)](-) (4), was isolated from the reaction of phenylboroxine, (PhBO)(3), with 2. The tetraarylpentaborates smoothly undergo hydrolysis to give [Rh(PMe(3))(4)](+)[B(5)O(6)(OH)(4)](-) (5).  相似文献

Reaction of 1,3-dicyanotetrafluorobenzene with 2 equiv of (trimethylsilyl)iminophosphoranes gave the disubstituted derivatives 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1,3-AB: 1, A = B = (N=PPh(3)); 2, A = B = (N=PPh(2)Me); and 3, A = (N=PPh(3)), B = (N=PPh(2)Me). Monosubstituted compounds of the type 2,4-(CN)(2)C(6)F(3)-1-A; notably 4, A = (N=PPh(3)), and 5, A = (N=PPh(2)Me), were readily obtained by reaction of 1 molar equiv of the silylated iminophosphorane with the cyanofluoro aromatic. Substitution of the fluorine para to the CN group(s) occurs in all cases. Reactions of 1,2- and 1,4-dicyanotetrafluorobenzene with (trimethylsilyl)iminophosphoranes gave only monosubstituted derivatives 3,4-(CN)(2)C(6)F(3)-1-A (6, A = (N=PPh(3)), and 7, A = (N=PPh(2)Me)) and 2,5-(CN)(2)C(6)F(3)-1-A (8, A = (N=PPh(3)), and 9, A = (N=PPh(2)Me)), respectively, as the result of electronic deactivation of the second substitutional point. 1, 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1,3-(N=PPh(3)), 2, 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1,3-(N=PPh(2)Me)(2), and 3, 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1-(N=PPh(3))-3-(N=PPh(2)Me) have been structurally characterized. For 1 (at 21 degrees C), monoclinic, C2/(c) (No. 15), a = 15.289(2) ?, b = 10.196(1) ?, c = 23.491(6) ?, beta = 91.63(2) degrees, V = 3660(2) ?(3), and Z = 4. The P=N bond length is 1.579(2) ? and the P(V)-N-C(phenyl) angle is 134.0(2) degrees. For 2, (at 21 degrees C) monoclinic, C2/(c) (No. 15), a = 18.694(2) ?, b = 8.576(1) ?, c = 40.084(4) ?, beta = 94.00(1) degrees, V = 6411(2) ?(3), and Z = 8. The P(1)=N(1) bond length is 1.570(4) ?, the P(2)=N(2) bond length is 1.589(3) ?, the P(1)-N(1)-C(14) angle is 131.6(3) degrees, and the P(2)-N(2)-C(16) angle is 131.3(3) degrees. For 3, (at -80 degrees C) monoclinic, P2(1)/c (No. 14), a = 9.210(1) ?, b = 18.113(2) ?, c = 20.015(2) ?, beta = 100.07(1) degrees, V = 3287(2) ?(3), and Z = 4. The P(1)=N(1) bond length (PPh(3) group) is 1.567(4) ?, the P(2)=N(2) bond length (PPh(2)Me group) is 1.581(5) ?, the P(1)-N(1)-C(1) angle is 140.4(4) degrees, and the P(2)-N(2)-C(3) angle is 129.4(4) degrees. These new multifunctional chelating ligands readily react with [Rh(cod)Cl](2) and AgClO(4) to give cationic Rh(I) complexes in which the imine and/or the nitrile groups are coordinated to the Rh center.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C18H24N4O7S, Mr = 440.47) was prepared by the condensation of 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-xylopyranosyl isothiocyanate with 4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-amine and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monochnic system, space group P2 1 with a = 7.5500(17), b = 10.498(2), c = 14.208(3) A, β = 99.929(4)°, V = 1109.2(4) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.319 g/cm^3,μ = 0.191, F(000) = 464, Flack = 0.00(15), R = 0.0684 and wR = 0.1103. In the crystal structure, the xylose ring adopts a ^4C1 chair conformation. Due to the hydrogen bonding interaction between N(4)-H(4A) and N(1), the pyrimidine ring is well positioned.  相似文献

Here we describe the efficient total synthesis of the three title hexahydropyrrolo[2,3-b]indole alkaloids and debromo derivative from readily available indolin-3-ones using key domino reactions, olefination-isomerization-Claisen rearrangement (OIC), and reductive cyclization (RC). (+/-)-Flustramine C (5) was synthesized in five steps from 6-bromoindolin-3-one 9 via a key intermediate 13a. (+/-)-Flustramine A (1) has been obtained by reduction of flustramide A (6), which has been prepared in five steps from 13a. (+/-)-Debromoflustramine A (19) was provided in a similar manner from 13b. The (-)- and (+)-enantiomers of 19 were synthesized through optical resolution of (+/-)-carboxylic acid 17b using (R)-4-phenyloxazolidin-2-one.  相似文献

The reaction of Ph(2)PNHPPh(2) (PNP) with RNCS (Et, Ph, p-NO(2)(C(6)H(4))) gives addition products resulting from the attack of the P atoms of PNP on the electrophilic carbon atom of the isothiocyanate. When PNP is reacted with EtNCS in a 1:2 molar ratio, the zwitterionic molecule EtNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)Et (HSNS) is obtained in high yield. HSNS can be protonated (H(2)SNS(+)) or deprotonated (SNS(-)), behaving in the latter form as an S,N,S-donor pincer ligand. The reaction of HSNS with [(acac)Rh(CO)(2)] (acac=acetylacetonate) affords the zwitterionic metalate [(SNS)Rh(CO)]. Other products can be obtained depending on the R group, the PNP/RNCS ratio (1:1 or 1:2), and the reaction temperature. The proposed product of the primary attack of PNP on RNCS, Ph(2)PN==PPh(2)C(S)NHR (A), cannot be isolated. Reaction of A with another RNCS molecule leads to 1:2 addition compounds of the general formula RNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)R (1), which can rearrange into the non-zwitterionic product RNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2) (2) by eliminating a molecule of RNC. Two molecules of A can react together, yielding 1:1 PNP/RNCS zwitterionic products of the formula RNHCH[PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2)]PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)R (3). Compound 3 can then rearrange into RNHCH[PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2)](2) (4) by losing a RNC molecule. When R=Et (a), compounds 1 a, 2 a (HSNS), and 4 a have been isolated and characterized. When R=Ph (b), compounds 2 b and 4 b can be prepared in high yield. When R=p-NO(2)C(6)H(4) (c), only compound 3 c is observed and isolated in high yield. The crystal structures of HSNS, [(SNS)Rh(CO)], and of the most representative products have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

The applicability of (1R,2R)-1,3-diacetoxy-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-propyl isothiocyanate [(R,R)-DANI] as a recently developed chiral derivatizing agent for the enantioseparation of a series of β-blockers is described. The thiourea diastereomers formed were analyzed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, mixtures of water and methanol or acetonitrile being used for elution. Conditions of derivatizations (temperature, reagent excess and reaction time) were optimized, and the effects of organic modifiers on the retention and separation were investigated; the diastereomers could readily be baseline separated with methanol-containing mobile phases with resolutions between 1.58 and 2.72.  相似文献

Deprotonation of the phosphamonocarbaborane, exo-6-R-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(12) (R = Ph 1a or Me 1b), yields exo-6-R-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11)(-), which when reacted with appropriate transition-metal reagents affords new metallaphosphamonocarbaborane complexes in which the metals adopt endo-eta(1), exo-eta(1), eta(4), eta(5), or eta(6) coordination geometries bonded to the formal R-arachno-PCB(8)H(11)(-), R-arachno-PCB(8)H(10)(2-), R-arachno-PCB(8)H(9)(3-), or R-nido-PCB(8)H(9)(-) ligands. The reaction of exo-6-(C(6)H(5))-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11)(-) (1a-) with Mn(CO)(5)Br generated the eta(1)-sigma product exo-6-[Mn(CO)(5)]-endo-6-(C(6)H(5))-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11) (2) having the [Mn(CO)(5)] fragment in the thermodynamically favored exo position at the P6 cage atom. On the other hand, reaction of 1a- with (eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Fe(CO)(2)I resulted in the formation of two products, an eta(1)-sigma complex endo-6-[(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Fe(CO)(2)]-exo-6-(C(6)H(5))-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11) (3) having the (eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Fe(CO)(2) fragment attached at the endo-P6 position and an eta(6)-closo complex, 1-(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))-2-(C(6)H(5))-closo-1,2,3-FePCB(8)H(9) (4a). Rearrangement of the endo-compound 3 to its exo-isomer 5 was observed upon photolysis of 3. Synthesis of the methyl analogue of 4a, 1-(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))-2-CH(3)-closo-1,2,3-FePCB(8)H(9) (4b), along with a double-insertion product, 1-CH(3)-2,3-(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(2)-2,3,1,7-Fe(2)PCB(8)H(9) (6), containing two iron atoms eta(5)-coordinated to a formal R-arachno-PCB(8)H(9)(3-), was achieved by reaction of exo-6-CH(3)-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11)(-) (1b-) with FeCl(2) and Na(+)C(5)H(5)(-). Complexes 4a and 4b can be considered ferrocene analogues, in which an Fe(II) is sandwiched between C(5)H(5)(-) and 6-R-nido-6,9-PCB(8)H(9)(-) anions. Reaction of exo-6-(C(6)H(5))-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11)(-) (1a-) with cis-dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)platinum (II) afforded two compounds, an eta(1)-sigma complex with the metal fragment again in the endo-P6 position, endo-6-[cis-(Ph(3)P)(2)PtCl]-exo-6-(C(6)H(5))-arachno-6,7-PCB(8)H(11) (7) and an eta(4)-complex, 7-(C(6)H(5))-11-(Ph(3)P)(2)-nido-11,7,8-PtPCB(8)H(10) (8) containing the formal R-arachno-PCB(8)H(10)(2)(-) anion. The structures of compounds 2, 3, 4a, 4b, 6, 7, and 8 were crystallographically confirmed.  相似文献

The synthesis of (R)-2,10-dihydroxyaporphine ( 3a ), (R)-2,10-dihydroxy-N-n-propylnoraporphine ( 3b ) from thebaine and (R)-2,11-dihydroxyaporphine (7), and 1,2,11-trihydroxyaporphine ( 9 ), from pukateine is reported. The rearrangement of thebaine and northebaine with methanesulfonic acid to 1a and 1b with subsequent N-propylation gave 1b . Tetrazolyation of 1a, 1b and hydrogenolysis of 2a and 2b on Pd/C in acetic acid with subsequent O-demethylation with hydrobromic acid (48%) led to 3a and 3b . R(-)-2,11-Dihydroxyaporphine ( 7 ) was prepared by lithium/ammonia reduction of pukateine. (R)-1,2,11-Trihydroxyaporphine ( 9 ) was synthesized by reaction of pukateine with boron tribromide in dichloromethane.  相似文献

Reaction of a mixture of insoluble higher fullerenes with CF3I at 500 degrees C produced a single abundant isomer of C74(CF3)12, C76(CF3)12, and C80(CF3)12, two abundant isomers of C78(CF3)12 and C82(CF3)12, and an indeterminant number of isomers of C84(CF3)12. Using a combination of 19F NMR spectroscopy, DFT calculations, and the structures and spectra of previously reported fullerene(CF3)n compounds, the most-probable structures of six of the seven isolated compounds were determined to be specific isomers of C2-(C74-D3h)(CF3)12, Cs-(C76-Td(2))(CF3)12), C2-(C78-D3h(5))(CF3)12), Cs-(C80-C2v(5))(CF3)12), C2-(C82-C2(5))(CF3)12), and C2-(C82-C2(3))(CF3)12) containing ribbons and/or loops of edge-sharing para-C6(CF3)2 hexagons. The seventh isolated compound is a C1 isomer of C78(CF3)12 containing two such ribbons. This set of compounds represents only the second reported isolable compound with the hollow C74-D3h cage and the first experimental evidence for the existence of the hollow fullerenes C76-Td(2), C78-D3h(5), C80-C2v(5), and C82-C2(5) in arc-discharge soots.  相似文献

The new metal-metal bonded diruthenium(II,III) compounds [Ru2(O2CCH3)4(mu-L)]infinity (L = N(CN)2-, 1; C(CN)3-, 2) and [[Ru2(O2CCH3)2(mhp)2]2(mu-DM-Dicyd)] (3) (mhp = 2-oxy-6-methylpyridinate, DM-Dicyd = 1,4-dicyanamido-2,5-dimethylbenzene dianion) have been synthesized and fully characterized. Compounds 1 and 2 were synthesized by the reaction of [Ru2(O2CCH3)4(NCCH3)2](BF4) with NaN(CN)2 and KC(CN)3, respectively. The "dimer-of-dimers", 3, was synthesized by a 2:1 reaction of [Ru2(O2CCH3)2(mhp)2(MeOH)](BF4) with [As(Ph)4]2[DM-Dicyd]. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 10.174(2) A, b = 13.016(3) A, c = 7.0750(14) A, beta = 101.83(3) degrees, and Z = 2. Compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Fdd2 with a = 29.679(6) A, b = 31.409(6) A, c = 7.3660(15) A, V = 6866(2) A3, and Z = 16. In compound 1, dicyanamide anions (N(CN)2-) bridge the [Ru2(O2CCH3)4]+ units in an end-to-end bridging mode, thereby forming an alternating one-dimensional chain. In compound 2, two cyano groups of tricyanomethanide anion (C(CN)3-) are coordinated to independent [Ru2(O2CCH3)4]+ units to give a chain similar to that found in 1. The Ru-Ru bond distances in 1 and 2 are 2.2788(14) and 2.2756(5) A, respectively, which are typical values for Ru2(O2CR)4Cl and [Ru2(O2CR)4]+ compounds. The Ru-N distances are 2.257(8) A in 1 and 2.259(4) and 2.283(4) A in 2. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibilities of compounds 1-3 reveals a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between Ru2 units (S = 3/2) through each polycyano anionic linker: g = 2.16, zJ = -0.33 cm(-1), D = 63.3 cm(-1) for 1; g = 2.15, zJ = -0.22 cm(-1), D = 58.0 cm(-1) for 2; and g = 2.10, zJ = -0.90 cm(-1), D = 75.0 cm(-1) for 3.  相似文献

Benzyl azide reacts with trichloroacetyl isothiocyanate to give 7a in chloroform solution, and 11 in acetone solution. These 1,2,4-oxathiazolidines were characterized by 13C nmr spectroscopy (Scheme 2), but could not be isolated since they deteriorated via the carbodiimide 8a into the 1,2,4-thiadiazolidine 9a . The oxathiazoline 6a is assumed as an intermediate and was trapped by isocyanates and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to give the 1,2,4-thiadiazolidines 10a,b and 12 respectively. Isopropyl azide also reacts with trichloroacetyl isothiocyanate to give the labile oxathiazolidine 7b , which decomposes to the carbodiimide 8b and the 1,2,4-thiadiazolidine 9b . In the case of diphenylmethyl azide, however, no evidence was obtained for the presence of the oxathiazolidine 7c in the 1H nmr spectra; only the carbodiimide 8c was observed. A mechanistic rationalization is presented in Scheme 1.  相似文献

Complexes [Ir(Cp*)Cl(n)(NH2Me)(3-n)]X(m) (n = 2, m = 0 (1), n = 1, m = 1, X = Cl (2a), n = 0, m = 2, X = OTf (3)) are obtained by reacting [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 with MeNH2 (1:2 or 1:8) or with [Ag(NH2Me)2]OTf (1:4), respectively. Complex 2b (n = 1, m = 1, X = ClO 4) is obtained from 2a and NaClO4 x H2O. The reaction of 3 with MeC(O)Ph at 80 degrees C gives [Ir(Cp*){C,N-C6H4{C(Me)=N(Me)}-2}(NH2Me)]OTf (4), which in turn reacts with RNC to give [Ir(Cp*){C,N-C6H4{C(Me)=N(Me)}-2}(CNR)]OTf (R = (t)Bu (5), Xy (6)). [Ir(mu-Cl)(COD)]2 reacts with [Ag{N(R)=CMe2}2]X (1:2) to give [Ir{N(R)=CMe2}2(COD)]X (R = H, X = ClO4 (7); R = Me, X = OTf (8)). Complexes [Ir(CO)2(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (9) and [IrCl{N(R)=CMe2}(COD)] (R = H (10), Me (11)) are obtained from the appropriate [Ir{N(R)=CMe2}2(COD)]X and CO or Me4NCl, respectively. [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 reacts with [Au(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4 (1:2) to give [Ir(Cp*)(mu-Cl)(NH=CMe2)]2(ClO4)2 (12) which in turn reacts with PPh 3 or Me4NCl (1:2) to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4 (13) or [Ir(Cp*)Cl2(NH=CMe2)] (14), respectively. Complex 14 hydrolyzes in a CH2Cl2/Et2O solution to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl2(NH3)] (15). The reaction of [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 with [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (1:4) gives [Ir(Cp*)(NH=CMe2)3](ClO4)2 (16a), which reacts with PPNCl (PPN = Ph3=P=N=PPh3) under different reaction conditions to give [Ir(Cp*)(NH=CMe2)3]XY (X = Cl, Y = ClO4 (16b); X = Y = Cl (16c)). Equimolar amounts of 14 and 16a react to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (17), which in turn reacts with PPNCl to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(H-imam)]Cl (R-imam = N,N'-N(R)=C(Me)CH2C(Me)2NHR (18a)]. Complexes [Ir(Cp*)Cl(R-imam)]ClO4 (R = H (18b), Me (19)) are obtained from 18a and AgClO4 or by refluxing 2b in acetone for 7 h, respectively. They react with AgClO4 and the appropriate neutral ligand or with [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 to give [Ir(Cp*)(R-imam)L](ClO4)2 (R = H, L = (t)BuNC (20), XyNC (21); R = Me, L = MeCN (22)) or [Ir(Cp*)(H-imam)(NH=CMe2)](ClO4)2 (23a), respectively. The later reacts with PPNCl to give [Ir(Cp*)(H-imam)(NH=CMe2)]Cl(ClO4) (23b). The reaction of 22 with XyNC gives [Ir(Cp*)(Me-imam)(CNXy)](ClO4)2 (24). The structures of complexes 15, 16c and 18b have been solved by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

A methylated adduct of lithiated 1-(1-ethoxyethoxy)allene and methyl isothiocyanate undergoes intramolecular cyclization in the presence of CuBr to give 3-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-1-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrrole. The methanolysis of the latter affords 3-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrrole. Published inIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 9, pp. 1645–1647, September, 2000.  相似文献
