. The complex Hg4(L2)2(NO3)4 ( 1 ) (L2 = morpholin‐4‐ylpyridin‐2‐ylmethyleneamine) has been synthesized and characterized by CHN analysis, IR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy. The crystal structure of 1 was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal structure of 1 contains four mercury atoms, four nitrate anions (two terminal and two bridge ones) and two L2 ligand molecules. A chair shape, six‐membered ring is formed with the sequence OHgHgOHgHg built from Hg–Hg dumbbells and oxygen atoms from the nitrate co‐ligands. In the crystal structure, the asymmetric unit of the compound is built up by one‐half of the molecule. It contains the Hg22+ moiety with a mercury–mercury bonded core, in which one diimine ligand is coordinated to one of the mercury atoms. The nitrate anions act as anisobidentate and bidentate ligands.  相似文献

Esterification of a single diastereomer of 2‐(4‐methylene­cyclohex‐2‐enyl)propanol, (II), with (1R,4S)‐(+)‐camphanic acid [(1R,4S)‐4,7,7‐trimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane‐1‐carboxylic acid] leads to the crystalline title compound, C20H28O4. The relative configuration of the camphanate was determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The outcome clarifies the relative and absolute stereochemistry of the naturally occurring bisabolane sesquiterpenes β‐turmerone and β‐sesquiphellandrene, since we have converted (II) into both natural products via a stereospecific route.  相似文献

Bis(tetraphenylphosphonium) hexachloridodiberyllate, (Ph4P)2[Be2Cl6], reacts with excess trimethylsilyl‐iso‐thiocyanate to give a mixture of colourless single crystals of (Ph4P)2[Be(NCS)4] ( 1 ) and (Ph4P)4[{Be2(NCS)4(μ‐NCS)2}{Be2(NCS)6(μ‐H2N2C2S2)}] ( 2 ), which can be separated by selection. Both complexes were characterized by X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 can be prepared without by‐products by treatment of (Ph4P)2[BeCl4] with excess Me3SiNCS in dichloromethane solution. 1 : Space group I41/a, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = b = 1091.2(1), c = 3937.1(3) pm, R1 = 0.0474. The [Be(NCS)4]2– ion of 1 forms tetragonally distorted tetrahedral anions with Be–N distances of 168.4(2) pm and weak intermolecular S ··· S contacts along [100] and [010]. 2 ·4CH2Cl2: Space group P , Z = 1, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 919.5(1), b = 1248.3(1), c = 2707.0(2) pm, α = 101.61(1) °, β = 95.08(1) °, γ = 94.52(1) °, R1 = 0.103. Compound 2 contains two different anionic complexes in the ratio 1:1. In {Be2(NCS)4(μ‐NCS)2}2–, the beryllium atoms are connected by (NCS) bridging groups forming centrosymmetric eight‐membered Be2(NCS)2 rings with distances Be–N of 168(1) pm and Be–S of 235.2(9) pm. The second anion {Be2(NCS)6(μ‐H2N2C2S2)}2– consists of two {Be(NCS)3} units, which are linked by the nitrogen atoms of the unique dimeric cyclo‐addition product of HNCS with Be–N distances of 179(1) pm.  相似文献

The title enanti­omorphic compounds, C16H23NO4S, have been obtained in an enanti­omerically pure form by crystallization from a diastereomeric mixture either of (2S,4S)‐ and (2R,4S)‐ or of (2R,4R)‐ and (2S,4R)‐2‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methyl‐3‐(4‐tolyl­sulfon­yl)‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐4‐carbaldehyde. These mixtures were prepared by an aziridination rearrangement process starting with (S)‐ or (R)‐2‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐4H‐1,3‐dioxine. The crystal structures indicate an envelope conformation of the oxazolidine moiety for both compounds.  相似文献

Pale yellow single crystals of [O=C(NPPh3)C(I)=C(NPPh3)‐C(NPPh3)2]+I·1.5 thf ( 1 ·1.5 thf) have been obtained by the reaction of INPPh3 with thallium in thf suspension. They are characterized by IR spectroscopy and by a crystal structure determination. 1 ·1.5 thf crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at ‐83?C: a = 1101.7(1), b = 3449.0(2), c = 2000.4(1) pm, β = 104.88(1)?, R1 = 0.0382. 1 can be understood as a cationic variation of (Z)‐2‐butenale in which all H atoms are substituted by triphenylphosphoraneimine residues and by a iodine atom, respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title iron(III) and aluminium(III) ethyl maltolate complexes, [Fe(C7H7O3)3] and [Al(C7H7O3)3], respectively, are isomorphous. In the title compound, [Ca(C6H5O4)2(C6H6O4)2]·4H2O, which is a kojic acid–Ca2+ complex, the Ca atom is on a twofold axis and is octacoordinated by O atoms from four pyrone ligand mol­ecules. The hydroxyl and ketone O atoms of each ligand form a five‐membered chelate ring with the Ca atom. The crystal structure is stabilized by partial stacking and O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reactions of 4N‐ethyl‐2‐[1‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylidene(hydrazine carbothioamide ( 4 EL1 ) and 4N‐ethyl‐2[1‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)ethylidene(hydrazine carbothioamide ( 4 EL2 ) with Group 12 metal halides afforded complexes of types [M(L)2X2] (M = Zn, Cd; L = 4 EL1, 4 EL2; X = Cl, Br, I; 1 – 6 , 14 – 19 ) and [M(L)X2] (M = Hg; L = 4 EL1, 4 EL2; X = Cl, Br, I; 7 – 9 , 20 – 22 ). In addition, reaction of 4 EL1 with salts of CuII, NiII, PdII and PtII afforded compounds of type [M(4 EL1–H)2] ( 10 – 13 ). The new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, FAB mass spectrometry, IR and electronic spectroscopy and, for sufficiently soluble compounds, 1H, 13C and, when appropriate, 113Cd or 199Hg NMR spectrometry. The spectral data suggest that in their complexes with Group 12 metal cations, both thiosemicarbazones are neutral and S‐monodentate; and for [Zn(4 EL1)2I2] ( 3 ), [Cd(4 EL1)2Br2] ( 5 ) and [Hg(4 EL1)Cl2]2 ( 7 ) this was confirmed by X‐ray diffractometry. By contrast, in its complexes with CuII and Group 10 metal cations, 4 EL1 is monodeprotonated and S,N‐bidentate, as was confirmed by X‐ray diffractometry for [Ni(4 EL1–H)2] ( 11 ) and [Pd(4 EL1–H)2] ( 12 ).  相似文献

Insertion of Rhodizonic Acid into the Gallium‐Gallium and Indium‐Indium Bonds of Digallane(4) and Diindane(4) Compounds Rhodizonic acid (C6O6H2, 5, 6‐dihydroxy‐5‐cyclohexene‐1, 2, 3, 4‐tetraone) did not react with tetrakis[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl] digallane(4) ( 1 ) and the corresponding diindium compound ( 2 ) by the transfer of protons. Instead the acid was completely inserted into the element‐element bonds of the starting compounds and the gallium or indium atoms were oxidized from the oxidation state of +II to +III. In contrast to the free acid, the OH groups of the products are not attached to neighbouring carbon atoms, but occupy the 1, 4‐positions of the central six‐membered rings. Both dialkylgallium and dialkylindium groups of the products ( 3 (Ga) and 4 (In)) are coordinated by two oxygen atoms. They adopt opposite positions at the C6O6 molecular core.  相似文献

The title molecule, C9H10N4O3, consists of benzene and imidazole rings which are almost perpendicular to each other. A hydroxyimino group is directly linked to the imidazole ring with a double C=N bond, which is the first example in this type of compound. The double bond may be a good location for the initiation of various reactions with a wide range of potential applications. In the crystal structure, there are π–π interactions between molecules related by a centre of symmetry, with the imidazole and benzene rings almost completely overlapped. The molecules are hydrogen bonded in each direction and form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network.  相似文献

Three diastereomeric second‐generation (G2) dendrons were prepared by using (2S,4S)‐, (2S,4R)‐, and (2R,4S)‐4‐aminoprolines on the multigram scale with highly optimized and fully reproducible solution‐phase methods. The peripheral 4‐aminoproline branching units of all the dendrons have the 2S,4S configuration throughout, whereas those units at the focal point have the 2S,4S, 2S,4R, and 2R,4S configurations. These latter configurations led to the dendrons being named (2S,4S)‐ 1 , (2S,4R)‐ 1 , and (2R,4S)‐ 1 , respectively. The 4‐aminoproline derivatives used in this study are new, although many closely related compounds exist. Their syntheses were optimized. The dendron assembly involved amide coupling, the efficiency of which was also optimized by employing the following well‐known reagents: EDC/HOBt, DCC/HOSu, TBTA/HOBt, TBTU/HOBt, BOP/HOBt, pentafluorophenol, and PyBOP/HOBt. It was found that the use of PyBOP is by far the best for dendrons (2S,4S)‐ 1 and (2R,4S)‐ 1 , and pentafluorophenol active ester is best for (2S,4R)‐ 1 . Because of their multigram scale, all couplings were done in solution instead of by solid‐phase procedures. Purifications were, nevertheless, easy. The optical purities of the key intermediates as well as the three G2 dendrons were analyzed by chiral HPLC analysis. These novel, diastereomeric second‐generation dendrons have a rather compact and conformationally highly rigid structure that makes them interesting candidates for applications, for example, in the field of dendronized polymers and in organocatalysis.  相似文献

A new non‐centrosymmetrical form of lithium molybdyl arsenate has been synthesized and grown as a single crystal. The structure of β‐LiMoO2(AsO4) is built up of corner‐sharing AsO4 tetrahedra and MoO6 octahedra which form a three‐dimensional framework containing tunnels running along the a axis, wherein the Li+ cations are located. This novel structure is compared with the compound LiMoO2(AsO4) of the same formula, and with those of AMO2(XO4) (A is Na, K, Rb or Pb, M is Mo or V, and X is P or As) and B(MoO2)2(XO4)2 (B is Ba, Pb or Sr).  相似文献

Substituted 2‐(benzylamino)‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones are unstable under alkaline and acidic conditions, undergoing opening of the benzoxazinone ring. 2‐Bromo‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones show similar degradation under alkaline conditions, while replacement of Br at C(2) to give 2‐hydroxy‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones was observed only under mild alkaline conditions. Mechanisms of ring opening and degradation to 2‐aminophenol derivatives are proposed.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐1, 2, 4‐triazin‐3(2H)‐thione‐5‐one (ATTO, 1 ) with [Cu(PPh3)2]NO3 in ethanol led to the complex [Cu(PPh3)2(ATTO)]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and Raman spectroscopy. A single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction of compound 2 revealed that ATTO acts as a bidentate ligand via its nitrogen and sulfur atoms. Crystal data for 2 at 20 °C: space group P21/n with a = 975.7(1), b = 1533.5(2), c = 2504.2(3) pm, β = 92.25(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0632.  相似文献

The four new sesquiterpenoids 1 – 4 , and the new 2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one (=2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one) derivative 5 , together with the two known sesquiterpenoids 6 and 7 , the five known chromenones 8 – 12 , and 1‐hydroxy‐1,5‐diphenylpentan‐3‐one ( 13 ), were isolated from a 70% MeOH extract of Aquilaria malaccensis agarwood chips. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive spectral analyses and comparison with literature data.  相似文献

Reaction of four equivalents of 4‐hydroxyquinolin‐2(1H)‐ones with one equivalent of acenaphthoquinone in absolute ethanol, containing catalytic triethylamine, gave 3,3′,3″,3?‐(1,2‐dihydroacenaphthylene)‐1,1,2,2‐tetrayl‐tetrakis(4‐hydroxyquinolin‐2(1H)‐ones) in a good to excellent yields. The structures of the products were elucidated by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, NMR, IR, mass spectra, and elemental analyses.  相似文献
