以周期激励下受控Lorenz模型为例, 考察了多平衡态共存下激励频率与系统固有频率之间存在量级差距也即存在频域上的不同尺度时的耦合效应. 由于激励频率远小于系统的固有频率, 因此将整个激励项视为慢变参数, 分析随慢变参数变化下的各种分岔模式及其相应的分岔行为, 指出在一定条件下, 不同平衡点会产生Hopf分岔和fold分岔. 根据分岔条件的不同, 给出了两种典型情况下的簇发振荡, 并通过引入转换相图, 揭示了不同簇发的产生机理, 指出多平衡态和多种分岔共存不仅会导致沉寂态和激发态的多样性, 而且会使得不同沉寂态和激发态之间存在着不同的转换形式.  相似文献

A generalized thermodynamic potential for Markoffian systems with detailed balance and far from thermal equilibrium has been derived in a previous paper. It was shown that the principle of detailed balance is equivalent to a set of conditions fulfilled by this potential (“potential conditions”). The properties of this potential allow us to extend the validity of a number of thermodynamic concepts well known for systems in or near thermal equilibrium to stationary states far from thermal equilibrium. The concept of symmetry breaking phase transitions for these systems is introduced in analogy to thermal equilibrium systems by considering the dependence of the stationary probability density of the system on a set of externally controlled parameters {λ}. A functional of the time dependent probability density of the system is defined in close analogy to the Gibb's definition of entropy. This functional has the properties of a Ljapunov functional of the governing Fokker-Planck equation showing the stability of the stationary probability density. The Langevin equations connected with the Fokker-Planck equation are considered. It is shown that, by means of the potential conditions, generalized “thermodynamic” fluxes and forces may be defined in such a way that the smoothly varying part of the Langevin equations (kinetic equations) constitutes a linear relation between fluxes and forces. The matrix of coefficients is given by the diffusion matrix of the Fokker-Planck equation. The symmetry relations which hold for this matrix due to the potential conditions then lead to the Onsager-Casimir symmetry relations extended to systems with detailed balance near stationary states far from thermal equilibrium. Finally it is shown that under certain additional assumptions the generalized thermodynamic potential may be used as a Ljapunov function of the kinetic equations.  相似文献

We present a systematic calculation of the volumes of compact manifolds which appear in physics: spheres, projective spaces, group manifolds and generalized flag manifolds. In each case we state what we believe is the most natural scale or normalization of the manifold, that is, the generalization of the unit radius condition for spheres. For this aim we first describe the manifold with some parameters, set up a metric, which induces a volume element, and perform the integration for the adequate range of the parameters; in most cases our manifolds will be either spheres or (twisted) products of spheres, or quotients of spheres (homogeneous spaces).Our results should be useful in several physical instances, as instanton calculations, propagators in curved spaces, sigma models, geometric scattering in homogeneous manifolds, density matrices for entangled states, etc. Some flag manifolds have also appeared recently as exceptional holonomy manifolds; the volumes of compact Einstein manifolds appear in string theory.  相似文献

In this paper,the condition under which the generalized Birkhoffian system can be a gradient system is given. The stability of equilibrium of the generalized Birkhoffian system is discussed by using the properties of the gradient system. Given a thermodynamic process which carries a system from one equilibrium state to another, we construct a quantity whose average, over an ensemble of microscopic realizations of the process, depends only on these end states, even if at intermediate times the system is out of equilibrium. This result (1) can be used to express the entropy difference between two equilibrium states in terms of an irreversible process connecting them, (2) leads to two statistical statements of the Clausius–Duhem inequality, and (3) can be generalized to situations in which the system begins and/or ends in nonequilibrium states.  相似文献

We investigate the dynamics of generalized tachyon field in FRW spacetime. We obtain the autonomous dynamical system for the general case. Because the general autonomous dynamical system cannot be solved analytically, we discuss two cases in detail: β=1 and β=2. We find the critical points and study their stability. At these critical points, we also consider the stability of the generalized tachyon field, which is as important as the stability of critical points. The possible final states of the universe are discussed.  相似文献

In this work, we investigate the heat exchange between two quantum systems whose initial equilibrium states are described by the generalized Gibbs ensemble. First, we generalize the fluctuation relations for heat exchange discovered by Jarzynski and Wójcik to quantum systems prepared in the equilibrium states described by the generalized Gibbs ensemble at various generalized temperatures. Secondly, we extend the connections between heat exchange and the Rényi divergences to quantum systems under generic initial conditions. These relations are applicable for quantum systems with conserved quantities and universally valid for quantum systems in the integrable and chaotic regimes.  相似文献

A phenomenological theory of equilibrium and quasiequilibrium states of multicomponent solid solutions is constructed taking account of volume effects. Quasiequilibrium states are characterized by the fact that only some of the conditions for thermal dynamic equilibrium of the system are satisfied. The short-range parts of the interatomic interactions are taken into account by introducing the proper volumes of the atoms based on a generalized lattice model. The long-range parts of the potentials are taken into account in the effective-field approximation. The equations for the quasiequilibrium components in the solutions are introduced taking account of the nonuniformity in the distributions of the less mobile nonequilibrium components. The conditions for spinodal decomposition of a solid solution with an arbitrary number of components in the equilibrium and quasiequilibrium cases are obtained. A generalized diffusion Monte Carlo method for solving the many-body Schrödinger equation on curved manifolds is introduced and used to perform a ‘fixed-phase’ simulation of the integer and fractional quantum-Hall effect on the Haldane sphere. We investigate a new generalized projective synchronization between two complex dynamical networks of different sizes. To the best of our knowledge, most of the current studies on projective synchronization have dealt with coupled networks of the same size. By generalized projective synchronization, we mean that the states of the nodes in each network can realize complete synchronization, and the states of a pair of nodes from both networks can achieve projective synchronization. Using the stability theory of the dynamical system, several sufficient conditions for guaranteeing the existence of the generalized projective synchronization under feedback control and adaptive control are obtained. As an example, we use Chua's circuits to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, a learning control approach is applied to the generalized projective synchronisation (GPS) of different chaotic systems with unknown periodically time-varying parameters. Using the Lyapunov--Krasovskii functional stability theory, a differential-difference mixed parametric learning law and an adaptive learning control law are constructed to make the states of two different chaotic systems asymptotically synchronised. The scheme is successfully applied to the generalized projective synchronisation between the Lorenz system and Chen system. Moreover, numerical simulations results are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of thermodynamic system, described by one order parameter and one control parameter, in a small neighborhood of ordinary and bifurcation equilibrium values of the system parameters is studied. Using the general methods of investigating the branching (bifurcations) of solutions for nonlinear equations, we performed an exhaustive analysis of the order parameter dependences on the control parameter in a small vicinity of the equilibrium values of parameters, including the stability analysis of the equilibrium states, and the asymptotic behavior of the order parameter dependences on the control parameter (bifurcation diagrams). The peculiarities of the transition to an unstable state of the system are discussed, and the estimates of the transition time to the unstable state in the neighborhood of ordinary and bifurcation equilibrium values of parameters are given. The influence of an external field on the dynamic behavior of thermodynamic system is analyzed, and the peculiarities of the system dynamic behavior are discussed near the ordinary and bifurcation equilibrium values of parameters in the presence of external field. The dynamic process of magnetization of a ferromagnet is discussed by using the general methods of bifurcation and stability analysis presented in the paper.  相似文献
