In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni2(C4H4O6)2(H2O)2]·3H2O, two nickel cations, two tartrate anions and two water molecules form the dimeric complex. Each nickel cation is in a distorted octahedral environment composed of four O atoms of two crystallographically independent tartrate anions, one water molecule and one O atom of a symmetry‐equivalent tartrate anion. The asymmetric unit contains three additional water molecules which are connected via hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the title polymeric complex, [Mn(C6H8O4)(C7H6N2)2(H2O)]n, the MnII atom is surrounded by two adipate dianions, two benzimidazole molecules and one coordinated water molecule. The Mn atoms and coordinated water molecule are located on a twofold axis, and the bridging adipate ligand is located on an inversion center. The adipate dianions bridge neighboring MnII atoms to form polymeric chains. Each MnII atom is seven‐coordinate, the longest Mn—O bond length being 2.5356 (16) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H6N2)2(C12H12N2)]ClO4, was prepared by in situ partial ligand substitution between 3‐aminopyridine and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine at room temperature. The central copper(II) ion is five‐coordinated by one bidentate 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine molecule, two monodentate pyridine‐coordinated 3‐aminopyridine molecules and one apical O atom from the perchlorate counter‐ion. Intermolecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions form a hydrogen‐bond‐sustained network.  相似文献

In the structure of the title complex, [Cu(C2O4)(C10H9N3)(H2O)]·H2O, the CuII atom displays a square‐pyramidal geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine ligand, two O atoms from the oxalate group and one O atom of a water molecule. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated/uncoordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated oxalate O atoms of neighboring molecules.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2, the Co atom is trans‐coordinated by two pairs of N and O atoms from two monoanionic 4,5‐dicarboxyimidazole ligands, and by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The 4,4′‐bipyridine solvent molecule is not involved in coordination but is linked by an N—H⋯N hydrogen bond to the neutral [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2] molecule. Both molecules are located on inversion centers. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network. Offset π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of adjacent 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules were observed, with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.345 (1) Å.  相似文献

The title compounds, [CuFe2(C5H5)2(C9H8O2)2], (I), and [CuFe4(C5H5)4(C13H9O2)2], (II), are four‐coordinate square‐planar copper(II) complexes with two bidentate 1‐ferrocenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate or 1,3‐diferrocenylpropane‐1,3‐dionate ligands, respectively. The copper ion in (I) lies on an inversion centre, with one‐half of the molecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II), there are two independent half molecules in the asymmetric unit, with the copper ions also situated on inversion centres. The ferrocene substituents in (I) are in an anti arrangement. The molecules assemble in the crystal structure in layers with ferrocene groups at the surface. The pairs of ferrocene substituents on each ligand in complex (II) are syn and these adopt an anti arrangement with respect to the pair on the other diketonate ligand. As found in (I), complexes assemble in a layered structure with ferrocene‐coated surfaces.  相似文献

The title compound, [Pd(C19H17NO4)I(C18H15P)], crystallizes with four independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The main difference between the molecules is the disposition of the PPh3 ligand, for which in each molecule one ring is perpendicular to the ligand plane, but may be directed in either direction away from the plane; of the four molecules, two represent each possible direction. The independent molecules are arranged to form a chain parallel to [101] with an approximate translation of (a+c)/4 between successive molecules, excluding the PPh3 rings. This leads to a systematic weakness of the reflections with h + l≠ 4n.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2](C7H4NO3S)2·4H2O or [Ni(pia)2(H2O)2](sac)2·4H2O (pia is picolinamide or pyridine‐2‐carboxamide, and sac is the saccharinate anion), the Ni2+ cation, located on a centre of symmetry, is coordinated by two symmetry‐related aqua ligands together with a pair of symmetry‐related bidentate pia molecules and exhibits a distorted octahedral environment. The unique unligated sac anion in the asymmetric unit resides on a general position and has a single negative charge. The coordinated water molecules link the sac ions to the metal complex via O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In addition, the sac ions are linked to the metal complex via intermolecular π–π interactions between the benzene ring of the sac ion and the pyridine ring of a pia ligand. Each uncoordinated water molecule is hydrogen bonded to sac moieties through O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)2], has two crystallographically independent half‐molecules in the asymmetric unit, with each Ni atom residing on a centre of symmetry. The two molecules exhibit similar coordination geometry but display differences with regard to other structural features. Each NiII centre is octahedrally coordinated by two mutually trans chelating hydroxyethylethylenediamine ligands and two mutually trans isothiocyanate ions. The two independent molecules form chains through different types of non‐covalent interactions. In the case of one of the molecules, only NCS and free OH groups participate in hydrogen bonding, while in the chain based on the second molecule, the NCS, NH, NH2 and free OH groups are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The two chains interact with one another through hydrogen bonding, forming planar sheets. The third packing direction is mediated only by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Li(C4H8O)4][ZrCl2(C12H8N)3(C4H8O)], the environment of the Zr atom is pseudo‐octahedral, with the three carbazolyl ligands in a mer configuration. The counter‐ion of the zirconium complex is composed of an Li atom surrounded by four tetrahydrofuran (THF) molecules. The THF molecule attached to the Zr atom is disordered over two sites, as are two of the THF molecules in the lithium moiety. All bond distances and angles are consistent with those in complexes with similar structural entities. The Zr—N bond distances are 2.2185 (18) and 2.167 (3) Å.  相似文献

In the title chain compound, [Ag(NO3)(C3H7NO)(C26H24P2)]n, the bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) components lie across centres of inversion. The dppe units link the Ag+ ions into chains along [100]. A nitrate anion is coordinated to the Ag atom, together with one molecule of N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent. At room temperature, the coordinated DMF shows a long Ag—O distance [2.620 (3) Å] and relatively large thermal motion, while at 100 K the Ag—O distance is shorter [2.5588 (19) Å] and the thermal motion is similar to that of the rest of the complex. The behaviour of the DMF molecule is related to the size of the solvent pocket, viz. 146 Å3 at 293 K and 131 Å3 at 100 K.  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe2O(SO4)2(C10H8N2)4], crystallizes as two different hydrates, viz. 11H2O, (I), and 15H2O, (II). The complex is binuclear, in which the two FeIII atoms are coordinated in an octahedral geometry to four N atoms from the two bipyridine ligands, to one O atom from the sulfate ion and to an oxide ion on a twofold axis, which acts as a bridge between the symmetry‐related units. The Fe⋯Fe separation is 3.556 (4) Å and the Fe—O—Fe angle is 161.6 (2)° in (I); the corresponding values are 3.544 (1) Å and 165.8 (2)° in (II). In (II), one of the O atoms of the sulfate ion is disordered over two positions. In both compounds, the solvent water molecules form slightly different one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks which pass along the c axis of the unit cell. In (I), three solvent water molecules and, in (II), one solvent water molecule, are situated on the twofold axis. In both (I) and (II), the central O atom of the metal complex lies on a twofold axis.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine molecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric molecule lies on a tetragonal inversion axis, and thus one nitrobenzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the molecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. A π–π stacking interaction is observed between the caffeine rings and adjacent symmetry‐related benzene rings of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anions.  相似文献

In polymeric {[Eu(pzdc)(NO3)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n [pzdc is 2,3‐pyrazinedicarboxylate (C6H2O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each europium(III) ion is coordinated by seven O atoms (from three pzdc anions, a nitrate anion and a water molecule) and the two N atoms of the phen ligand, resulting in a nine‐coordinated europium(III) center with a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic coordination polyhedron. Four pzdc anions bridge four europium(III) ions, forming a parallelogram unit, the four vertices of which are occupied by the four pzdc anions. Moreover, each parallelogram unit links six other adjacent parallelogram units, forming a two‐dimensional network with disordered lattice water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxylate O atom from the 2‐nitrobenzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°].  相似文献

The Zn atom in dichloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]zinc(II), [ZnCl2(C11H16N4)], (I), is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand and two terminal Cl atoms. The molecule has no crystallographic symmetry. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to yield intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain extending along the b axis. On the other hand, in di‐μ‐chloro‐bis{chloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]cadmium(II)}, [Cd2Cl4(C11H16N4)2], (II), each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cd atoms is pentacoordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand, and by one terminal and two bridging Cl anions. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cd⋯Cd line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to produce pairwise intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby affording chains of molecules running along the c axis.  相似文献

The title compound, [CrSn(C6H5)3(C7H6NO2)3Cl][Sn(C6H5)3Cl(CH4O)], was obtained from the reaction of Ph3SnCl with the complex [Cr(C7H6NO2)3] in methanol. The structure contains [Ph3SnCl(MeOH)] (A) and [Ph3SnClCr(C7H6NO2)3] (B) molecules. In molecule A, the Sn atom of Ph3SnCl is coordinated by one methanol molecule. In molecule B, the Sn atom of Ph3SnCl is coordinated by one carboxylate O atom of [Cr(C7H6NO2)3]. Molecules A and B are connected through an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond between a carboxylate O atom and the methanol OH group. Weak C—H⋯Cl interactions and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds extend the components of (I) into a two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2I2(C11H16N4)2], each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cu atoms is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one 1,1′‐methylenebis(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand and two bridging iodide anions. The molecule has a crystallographic center of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cu·Cu line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the 1,1′‐methylenebis(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand interacts with an iodide ion in an adjacent molecule to afford pairwise intermolecular C—H·I contacts, thereby forming chains of molecules running along the [101] direction.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4](C6H5O4S)2·3H2O}n, the Zn atom, the bipyridine ligand and one of water molecules are located on twofold rotation axes. The Zn atom is coordinated by four O atoms from four water molecules and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The Zn2+ ions are linked by the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules to form a one‐dimensional straight chain propagating along the c axis. The 4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate counter‐ions are bridged by the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layer featuring large pores. In the crystal packing, the intralayer pores form one‐dimensional channels along the c axis, in which the one‐dimensional [Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]2+ chains are encapsulated. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions and extensive hydrogen bonds result in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献
