The polyanion [Na(H2O)2P4W14O58]11- consists of two PW7O29 subunits anisostructurally, two linkage phosphorous atoms and one sodium ion with two water ligands as well. The geometries of tungsten atoms within these two subunits are almost the same as those in K12P4W14O58· 21H2O[2]. The four phosphorous atoms are in PO4 coordinations. The sodium ion locates nearly at the center of the polyanion, and is coordinated by two water molecules, five oxygen atoms of the anion and one phosphorous atom with Na-P = 3. 053(3) (?). Due to the presence of the sodium atom, the interactions between oxygen and tungsten atoms in the polyanion are somewhat weakened.  相似文献

A new Mn2Ni2 cubane complex has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,FT IR spectra and elemental analysis.The title compound [MnIII2NiII2(hmp)4(N3)4(O2CR)2](hmp-is the anion of 2-pyridinemethanol and O2CR-is α-na-phthaleneacetate)crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 10.519(5),b = 22.109(10),c = 23.235(9),β = 106.096(17)o,C48H42Mn2N16Ni2O8,Mr = 1198.28,V = 5192(4)3,Dc = 1.533 g/cm3,F(000)= 2448,μ = 1.258 cm1,Z = 4,the final R = 0.0875 and wR = 0.2020 for 3398 reflections with I > 2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each Mn(III)center is octahedrally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of azide anions and three oxygen atoms from three 2-pyridinemethanol anion ligands together with one oxygen atom from naphthaleneacetate.Each Ni(II)is octahedrally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of 2-pyridinemethanol anion ligands as well as three oxygen atoms from three 2-pyridinemethanol anion ligands and one oxygen atom from naphthaleneacetate.  相似文献

A new Schiff base Dibenzoyl-bissemicarbazone C15H16N6O2(L) and its complex with neodymium(Ⅲ ) perchlorate [NdL2(H2O)2](ClO4)3 were synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of the title complex were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic and conforms to space group P. with cell constants a=10. 893(2) A, b= 12. 118(3) A , c=22. 494(5) A , β=89. 86(3)% V = 2969.19A3. The final standard deviation R=0. 0919. In the complex Nd is coordinated by four nitrogen and six oxygen atoms, of which four nitrogen and four oxygen atoms are provided by two neutral ligands L, and the other two oxygen atoms are provided by two water molecules, forming a ten-coordinated complex cation, which the perchlorate groups exist in the outer sphere. The coordination polyhedron takes a bicapped anti-square prism arrangement. That the average bond length of Nd-N is 2. 735 A indicates that the coordination of N in groups to Nd( Ⅲ ) is very weak.  相似文献

A novel La(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ)heterometallic coordination polymer {[LaCu2(NTA)2(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)3]NO3 5H2O}n,where H3NTA denotes nitrilotriacetic acid and 4,4'-bpy denotes 4,4'-bipyridine,was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in the triclnic space group PT with cell parameters a=1.33710(10)nm,b=1.44530(10)nm,c=1.0949(2)nm,α=71.905(7),β=74.327(7),γ=64.427(9),V=1.7912(4)nm3 and Z=2.It consists of heterometallic units,in which each La(Ⅲ)ion is coordinated in a distorted mono-capped square antiprism by three oxygen atoms from water molecules and six carboxyl oxygen atoms from five NTA3-ions,and each Cu(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by one nitrogen atom from 4,4'-bpy and one nitrogen atom,three oxygen atoms from NTA3-.In the title complex,La(Ⅲ)ions and Cu(Ⅱ)ions are connected by the heterometallic bridging of NTA3-,constructing a two-dimensional network structure along the [110].And it is extended into an infinite three-dimensional network struc  相似文献

Compound (1) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a=11. 357(1),b= 24. 304(2),c=7.317(4) A,Z= 4;While compound (2) in the monoclinic space group A2/a(C2/c) with a=23. 486(9) ,b=26. 605(6) ,c= 10. 542(1) A,γ= 128. 42(4)°,Z= 4. In compound (1),two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bonded together by the phenolic oxygen atoms of two tridentate chelating ligands and each of them is separately coordinated by the carboxyl oxygen,amino nitrogen of each chelate ligand and by the fifth oxygen atom as well (from aqua or the carbonyl group in adjacent molecule). Thus the coordination of each Cu(Ⅱ) is a square pyramid with distances of 1. 93- 1. 97A to the four corner atoms and 2. 30 and 2. 32 A to the apex atoms. The title complex Cu(Vpy)NO3 (Vpy=4-vinylpyridine) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometry. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, P1 space group with the cell parameters of a=1.004 2(2) nm, b=1.631 7(3) nm, c=1.887 7(4) nm, α=81.54(2)°, β=77.44(2)°, γ=79.39(2)°, V= 2.948 9(11) nm3, Z=4, and Dc=1.230 g·cm-3, the final R1=0.075 2, wR2=0.139 1. The complex crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. Each Cu(Ⅰ) ion is coordinated by four N atom from the Vpy ligands and one O atoms from the nitrate anion, resulted in a square pyramidal geometry. The electrochemical studies reveal that redox of Cu2+/Cu+ in the complex is a quasi-reversible process. CCDC: 736638.  相似文献

Two new different Cu(Ⅱ) MOFs with the same 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl) benzene(tib) ligand {[Cu(tib)2]·(H2O)2·Br2}n(1) and {[Cu2(tib)·Br·Cl]·2Br}n(2) were obtained by one pot synthesized of tib with CuBr in the presences of HCl and water. X-ray single crystal diffraction analyses indicate that both complexes 1 and 2 have two dimensional frameworks containing different building blocks. Each Cu(Ⅱ) atom in complex 1 is coordinated by four N atoms from different tib ligands. However, there are two different cryptographic Cu(Ⅱ) atoms in complex 2, one is four coordinated by two bromine atoms and two N atoms from different tib ligands, the other is six coordinated by two chloride atoms and four N atoms from different tib ligands. The thermal gravimetric analysis of complexes 1 and 2 are depicted in the paper.  相似文献

A novel lanthanum(Ⅲ) complex, [LaL2(NO3)3]·H2O(1) based on L(L = N-(naphthalene-1-yl)-2-(quinolin-8-yloxy)acetamide), was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal of 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2 c with Mr = 1017.69, a = 25.1438(17), b = 13.5950(9), c = 18.2349(12) A, β = 132.4980(10)°, V = 4595.8(5) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.471 Mg/m3, F(000) = 2056, μ = 1.004 mm-1, R = 0.0588 and wR = 0.1402. The central La(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated to four oxygen atoms, two nitrogen atoms from two independent acetamide ligands and six oxygen atoms from three nitrate anions, possessing a distorted icosahedron coordination geometry. In the crystal of 1, intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds linked the molecules into chains along the c axis. In solid state and CH3 CN solution, complex 1 exhibits stronger fluorescent emission than the ligand L.  相似文献

The intensity data of the title complex were collected at a low temperature of -90℃. Thecompound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2_1/n, a = 17.504(2), b = 27.323 (5),c = 21 .616(4)A, β= 104.49 (2)°, Z=4. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fouriertechniques and refined by least- squares to an R = 0.088 for 8320 independent reflections.The central Pr ion is bonded to eight oxygen atoms from two molybdosilicic heteropolyligands to form a square antiprism. The title complex (C26H24CuN2O5, Mr = 508.01) has been synthesized by o-me- thylbenzoic acid, 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy) and copper perchlorate in the mixed solvent of water and methanol. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 0.70814(10), b = 1.6953(3), c = 1.9539(3) nm, V = 2.3457(6) nm3, Dc = 1.439 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ = 0.971 mm-1, F(000) = 1052, R = 0.0432 and wR = 0.0860. The structural determination shows that the copper atom is coordinated by three oxygen atoms from two o-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex is also discussed.  相似文献

The title complex was synthesized in an aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is rhombohedral, space group R3 with a=1.947 0(3) nm, b=1.947 0(3) nm, c=1.768 3(3) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ=120°, V=5.805(2) nm3, Z=3, the final R value is 0.051 2. The complex contains a novel tetranuclear cation with four Er3+ ions connected by four μ3-OH ions and six bridging carboxyl groups. A new europium(Ⅲ) complex Eu_2(C_(15)H_(11)O_3)_6(C_(12)H_8N_2)_2 has been synthesized with 2-(4-Methylbenzoyl)benzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline as ligands. Crystal data for the complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 15.1238(5), b = 13.5928(4), c = 22.9840(7) ?, β = 104.132(3)o, V = 4582.0(2) ?~3, D_c = 1.522 g/cm~3, Z = 4, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.433 mm~(-1), F(000) = 2128, the final R = 0.0447 and wR = 0.0826. The Eu(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated by eight atoms to give a distorted square antiprism coordination geometry. The complex shows two intense fluorescence emission bands arising from the transitions of Eu3+: 5 D0 → 7 F1(594 nm) and 5 D0 → 7 F2(617 nm). The complex is an antiferromagnetism system in the range of 150~300 K. Also reported in the paper is the thermal stability property of the title complex.  相似文献

A new 4-chlorobenzoic acid bridge Co(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ- H2O)] (HL = 4-chlorobenzoic acid) has been obtained by hydrothermal synthesis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.537(5), b = 16.212(3),c = 15.306(3)(A), β= 124.37(3)°, V = 4616.1(16) (A)3, Mr = 1070.45, Dc = 1.540 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ = 1.012 mm-1, F(000) = 2176, the final R = 0.0338 and Wr = 0.0810. The title complex is composed of dinuclear [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ-H2O)] molecules. Each Co(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, three oxygen atoms from three 4-chlorobenzoic ions and another oxygen atom from one water molecule. The two Co(Ⅱ) atoms are connected by two 4-chlorobenzoic ions and one bridged water molecule. The dinuclear molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The complex contains a novel tetranuclear cluster cation with four Er3+ ions connected by four μ3-OH ions and six bridging carboxyl groups. A new inorganic-organic hybrid cadmium(Ⅱ) complex [Cd2(H1/2C4BIm)2(CH3COO)]nhas been prepared by a hydrothermal reaction,and characterized by fluorescence,IR,TGA,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.In its crystal structure,there are two kinds of coordinating forms for those Cd(Ⅱ) ions.One is that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by one carboxylate oxygen atom from one acetate oxygen ligand and three benzimidazole nitrogen atoms from three 2,2’-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(1H-benzimidazole)(H2C4BIm) ligands,and the other is that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by four benzimidazole nitrogen atoms from four H2C4 BIm ligands to furnish two distorted tetrahedral coordination geometries.It exhibits a beautiful structure for a 2D layer and a 3D network,with its four-connecting nodes provided by the H2C4 BIm ligands.Furthermore,this complex shows intense luminescent property at room temperature.In [Cd2(H2C2BIm)2(C9H6O4)2]n,the H2C2 BIm ligand lost the role as a bridging ligand because of the shorter alkyl chain compared with that of H2C4 BIm ligand.  相似文献

Two macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(II) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.  相似文献
