A series of glucose-cholesterol derivatives 8a-8e as ligands for brain targeting liposomes were synthesized.The preparation of compound 6 involved temporary protection of glucose with chlorotrimethylsilicane and hexamethyldisilazane followed by selectively hydrolyzed.The known cholesteryl tosylate 1 were coupled to ethylene glycols to afford alcohol 2a-2e.Substitution and deprotection of alcohol 2a-2e furnished the acids 4a-4e,which was condensed with compound 6 to get compounds 7a-7e,and then was deprotected in tetrahydrofuran with TFA to obtain the title compounds.As a model drug,tegafur was entrapped by liposomes coupled with 8b,and preliminary in vivo evaluation shown 8b could enhance the ability of liposomes delivering tegafur across the blood brain barrier.  相似文献

A series of compounds containing oxime-ester linkage and pyrazole ring(in place of the ester linkage and the alcohol moiety in pyrethroid ester) was designed and synthesized. The structures of all the compounds prepared were confirmed by IH NMR and MS spectroscopy as well as elemental analyses. The binassay data of those compounds against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), cucumber mosaic virus(CMV), potato virus X (PVX) and potato virus Y(PVY) were presented. Among them compound 6i was found to possess significant plant antiviral activities. But all the compounds showed low insecticidal and acaricidal activities.  相似文献

Syntheses of two very important derivatives of quercetin,troxerutin and 3’,4’,7-triacetoxyethoxyquercetin were described.The latter was synthesized by highly selective esterification reaction in first time.The compounds were characterized by NMR,IR and Mass spectroscopy.Additionally,the antioxidant activities of the compounds were tested by means of improved pyrogallol autoxidation method.This was the first in using this method to test the antioxidant activities of these two compounds in vitro.The optimum system of pyorgallol autoxidation spectrophotometry was investigated and established according to the reaction rules.The assay indicated that these compounds showed noticeable antioxidant activities,and compound 2 was much more effective as a free radical scavenger than the compound 1 vitamin C was used as a reference material.  相似文献

3-Amino-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-one (1) was used as starting material for the synthesis of a number of azo compounds 3a—3c and azomethine derivative 4. The deblocking of 3a—3c and 4 gave rise to 5a—5c and 6 in which a free amino was revealed. The diazonium salts of 5a—5c and 6 were coupled with several phenols to produce a number of bis azo compounds 7a—7c and 8a—8c with azomethine in position 4 and azoic group in position 3. The prepared dyes were structurally confirmed by elemental analysis, spectral methods and applied to different fibers (wool, polyester and blend of wool/polyester) as disperse dyes and their fastness properties were measured.  相似文献

The 1,2,3-thiadiazole-carboxylate moiety was reported to be an important pharmacophore of plant activators.In this study,a series of novel plant activators based on thieno[2,3-d]-1,2,3-thiadiazole-6-carboxylate were designed and synthesized and their biological activity as plant activators was studied.The structures of the novel compounds were identifed by1H NMR,19F NMR and HRMS.The in vivo bioassay showed that these novel compounds had good effcacy against seven plant diseases.Especially,compounds 1a and 1c were more potent than the commercialized plant activator BTH.Almost no fungicidal activity was observed for the active compounds in the in vitro assay,which matched the requirements as plant activators.  相似文献

To search for novel 2-arylpyrroles with unique biological activities,a series of novel 2-arylpyrrole derivatives were designed and synthesized,and their structures were characterized by 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy,MS spectrometry,and elemental analysis.Their insecticidal activities against Lepidopteran pests (e.g.Mythimna separata) and acaricidal activities against mites (e.g.Tetranychus urticae) were evaluated.The results of bioassays indicate that some of these title compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal and acaricidal activities.For example,4-bromo-1-((chloromethoxy)methyl)-2-(4-chloro phenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (6a),4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-((2-fluoroethoxy)-methyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (6d) showed insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and 4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)1-((isopropoxymethoxy)methyl)-5-(trifluoro methyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (7d) showed acaricidal activity against Tetranychus urticae.They were more effective than Chlorfenapyr,which has been the only commercialized member of a new class of chemicals of 2-arylpyrroles.  相似文献

Seventeen derivatives of mixed trialkyltin carboxylates with the formula (PhMe2SiCH2)Cy2SnO2CR have been synthesised.The results of IR NMR(1H,13C,119Sn) and MS showed that this kind of compounds is four-coordinated and that there are two good linear relationships between the δ 119Sn and Hammett constants of para-substitutent of the corresponding aryloxy-acetates and arylcarboxylates.These compounds have a good acaricidal activity in the preliminary bioassay tests.  相似文献

Eight novel compounds have been synthesized and they are two series of mixed tri(butyl/cyclohexyl) tin carboxylates:Bu_nCy_(3-n) SnO_2CR (n=1,2;R=n-C_3H_7,C_6H_5,4-ClC_6H_4,4-NO_2C_6H_4).Inaddition to the studies of their structures with IR,~(119)Sn and ~(13)C NMR,we tested their fungicidal,insec-ticidal and acaricidal activities.The percentage of inhibition to the aforementioned phytopathogen isabout 80—100% at 50 ppm in glasshouse and 100% for T.Uriticae at 500 ppm.Those findingsindicate that this kindof compounds have both fungicidal and acaricidal activities and mayhave a goodprospect for applications.  相似文献

The synthesis of (±)-5, 6, 7-trioxygenated dihydroflavonols was carried out. All synthetic compounds were passed through superoxide radical scavenging activity in vitro. Compounds 1e and 1g exhibited significant bioactivity with the inhibitory rates of 68.1% and 80.9% at 40 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

A series of tetrazinan-3-thione and 3-oxo-pyrazolidine-4-carbonitrile derivatives of steroids(1-3) were synthesized with silica-chloride as a heterogeneous catalyst.The synthesized compounds 4-9 were obtained in substantial yields.In vitro evaluation of anticancer and antioxidant activity of the synthesized compounds was carried out via 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)assays,respectively.Compound 6 exhibited promising anti-proliferative activity towards a panel of cancer cell lines.The significant activity of compound 6 was further ascertained on structural,molecular modelling and docking studies.This study may provide a valuable insight into the further design and development of more potent biologically active compounds.  相似文献

A series of novel pyrazole oxime derivatives containing oxazole ring were designed and synthesized. The title compounds were structurally confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassay results showed that some of the title compounds displayed promising fungicidal activity besides insecticidal and acaricidal activity. Particularly, compound 8c exhibited potent fungicidal activity against cucumber Pseudoperonospora cubensis beyond good insecticidal activity against Aphis craccivora and Nilaparvata lugens.  相似文献

In the current study, α-aminophosphonates containing thiadiazole moiety (14) was synthesized, characterized and their antioxidant and anticancer activities were carried out. The compounds (14) were synthesized from the reaction of 2-amino-5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole with various aldehydes, triphenylphosphite and mixed valence Cu(I)/Cu(II) inorganic coordination polymer as a catalyst. The elucidation of compounds structures were carried out using different spectroscopic techniques. The antioxidant properties were carried out using radical scavenging methods (DPPH) which exhibited excellent scavenging activity particularly with compound 3. The cytotoxic effects of the five compounds on the human hepato cellular carcinoma (HepG2) and breast adeno carcinoma (MCF7) cell lines were evaluated using MTT assay which revealed the presence of cytotoxic effect with highest activity for compound 3 on HepG2 and compound 1 on MCF7. This suggests that these five compounds, particularly compounds 1 and 3, have antioxidant and anticancer effect and could be used as novel chemotherapeutic compounds but this needs further in vivo investigation to confirm our in vitro results.  相似文献

Thirty-two novel urea/thiourea compounds as potential kinase inhibitor were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxic activity on breast (MCF7), colon (HCT116) and liver (Huh7) cancer cell lines. Compounds 10, 19 and 30 possessing anticancer activity with IC50 values of 0.9, 0.8 and 1.6 μM respectively on Huh7 cells were selected for further studies. These hit compounds were tested against liver carcinoma panel. Real time cell electronic sensing assay was used to evaluate the effects of the compounds 10, 19 and 30 on the growth pattern of liver cancer cells. Apoptotic cell death and cell cycle analysis upon treatment of liver carcinoma cells with hit compounds were determined. A significant apoptotic cell death was detected upon treatment of Huh7 and Mahlavu cells with compound 30 after 48 h of treatment. Additionally, compound 10 caused cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase. Mutagenicity of hit compounds was evaluated. Assertively, these compounds were not found to be mutagenic on Salmonella typhimurium strains TA98 and TA100. To understand the binding modes of the synthesized compounds, molecular docking studies were performed using the crystal data of VEGFR and Src-kinase enzymes in correlation with anticancer activities.  相似文献

Two series of new benzodiazepines were synthesized and the target compounds (E1-10 and G1-10) were evaluated for antianxiety and skeletal muscle relaxant activity as CNS agents in albino mice. The chemical structures of the compounds were confirmed on the basis of their TLC, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR analysis. In computational studies, the physicochemical similarity of the target compounds was assessed by calculating from a set of physicochemical properties using software programs and test compounds demonstrated moderate physiochemical similarity with respect to diazepam. Log P values of the target compounds indicates good penetration to CNS. Molecular docking studies revealed that the target compounds correctly dock into the binding pocket of the GABAA receptor, while their bioavailability/drug-likeness was predicted to be acceptable but requires future optimization. The test compounds (E1-10 and G1-10) were screened for antianxiety and skeletal muscle relaxant activity using Elevated plus maze and Rotarod method respectively. Among them, the compounds E10 and G7 showed maximum potency as CNS agents.  相似文献

Several new 8-phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-enes and -6-en-3-yl acetates were prepared by the alkyl (or aryl)dihalophosphane addition to cyclohepta -1,3-diene and 1-acetoxy cyclohepta-3,5-diene. The P-configuration in two P-epimer pairs (3, 4 and 5, 6) and three other compounds which were each obtained as a single isomer (1, 2 and 7) was determined by investigation of the NMR spectra, i.e. by complexation of the compounds with Eu(dpm)3 as well as from the various phosphorus-hydrogen coupling constants. Compounds possessing the same P-substituent were correlated among themselves and in the case of the PPh bearing compounds (1 and 7) further correlation to a known compound (8a) was established. The chemical behaviour of the C6C7 double bond is discussed and compared with the corresponding behaviour in trop-6-enes. Great steric hindrance was found for this bond, for which the following sequence is suggested:

A series of (E)-2-[5-chloro-1-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)ethylidene] N-(substituted) hydrazine carbothioamide (7a7t) and (E)-2-[1-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)ethylidene] N-(substituted) hydrazine carbothioamide (8a8t) were prepared via the synthesis of 1-(substituted-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl) ethanol (3a3b) which was synthesized by the condensation of substituted o-phenylenediamine (2a2b) with dl-lactic acid (1) followed by oxidation with sodium hypochlorite in mild acidic condition to form the corresponding ketones 4a4b. Final compounds were formed by condensation of 4a4b with different thiosemicarbazides 6a6t. A total of 40 compounds were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Mass spectral technique and elemental analysis, in addition they were evaluated for anti-malarial properties. Among the compounds tested 7o, 7p, 7q, 7r, 7s, 8e and 8h exhibited good antimalarial activity in vitro.  相似文献

An effective method for synthesizing series of twenty-two new compounds 1, 2a,b, 3, 4a,b, 5a-e, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13a-d, 15a,b was performed starting from reaction of 1,2,3-indenetrione thiourea, and ethyl cyanoacetate under microwave irradiation and / or 2-(1,3-dioxo-1H-inden-2(3H)-ylidene) hydrazine carbothioamide with acetic anhydride. Chemical structure of the obtained products has been established by spectroscopic techniques including FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT-135, and mass spectroscopy. The designed new compounds have been successfully examined in-vitro for their antifungal activities. The relation between the structure of the synthesized compounds and their activity against tomato damping-off disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum fungi was studied and favourable results were obtained. The antifungal studies indicated that compounds 1, 7, 4a and 5a-d exerted the highest antifungal activities, while 3 and 4b recorded the lowest effect. The obtained results confirmed the possibility of the application of ethyl 6′-amino-1,3-dioxo-2′-thioxo-1,2′,3,3′-tetrahydro-1′H-spiro[indene-2,4′-pyrimidine]-5′-carboxylate 1 as a new effective regulator of the vegetative growth of tomatoes. The molecular docking analysis was performed within succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) as a target enzyme in order to rationalize the promising findings obtained for the active compounds 1, 2a,b, 5a-d, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13a.  相似文献

The synthesis of some 7-substituted-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes is described. Routes followed were the debenzoylation of the 7-benzoyl derivative 7 and the decarboxylation of the 7-carboxy compounds 21 and 27. The so-obtained 7-oxo-N-tosyl-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes 8and 11 show an extremely low reactivity towards a series of nucleophilic reagents. From analysis of the 1H NMR spectral data of a series of derivatives, the twin-chain conformation for the 7-exo compounds and the chair-boat conformation for the 7-endo compounds is indicated.  相似文献

Steroidal[oxazolo(4,5-b)quinoxaline-2-yl-hydrazone] derivative (7a–9a) (7b–9b) were prepared by the multi-step reactions of steroid. It is prepared via the reaction of steroidal semicarbazones with 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline at 80 °C in ethanol. The structures of the compounds were evident by IR, 1H NMR and mass spectrometry and their purities were confirmed by elemental analyses. The antibacterial activity of these compounds was evaluated by the disk diffusion assay against two Gram-positive and two Gram-negative bacteria and then the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of compounds was determined. The results showed that compounds (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) are better antibacterial agent as compared with the standard drug amoxicillin.  相似文献
