The chemiluminescent autoxidation of over fifty indoles has been measured in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The 3-alkylindole derivatives represent the brightest and most efficient members of this group. The chemiluminescence yield (per mole) of skatole is (1·5 ± 0·6) × 10-3. The chemiluminescence spectrum of skatole is identical with the fluorescence spectrum of o-formamidoacetophenone in the same environment Similar results for 2,3-dimethylindole lead to the identification of the acylamide anion as the emitter in indole chemiluminescence. A peroxide ring cleavage excitation mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

The X-ray diffraction analyses of 2-methyl-2-phenylindolin-3-one 1 , 1,2-dimethyl-2-phenylindolin-3-one 2 , 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-2-phenylindolin-3-one 3 and 1-methoxy-2-methyl-2-phenylindolin-3-one 4 have been carried out and the structural data were compared with those of 1-oxyl-2-methyl-2-phenylindolin-3-one 5 . The results demonstrate that only compounds 2 and 5 show planar trigonal geometry which is coplanar with the conjugated benzene ring of the indolinic nucleus, whereas compounds 3 and 4 show a marked pyramidality of the nitrogen. Even if compound 1 shows a certain pyramidality of the nitrogen, it has been considered similar to compound 2 . The reactivity of all studied compounds fit the structural data.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the application of electrospray time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ESI-TOFMS) to structural elucidation of the fragment ions formed from a range of natural and synthetic allelochemical derivatives. The extensive mass spectrometric characterisation of ten non-glucosylated benzoxazinone derivatives using this method is described here for the first time. The analytes include six naturally occurring 1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one derivatives, including the hydroxamic acids DIMBOA [2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one] and DIBOA [2,4-dihydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one], lactams HBOA [2-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one] and HMBOA [2-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one], benzoxazolinones BOA [benzoxazolin-2(3H)-one] and MBOA [6-methoxy-benzoxazolin-2(3H)-one] and four synthetic variations, 2'H-DIBOA [4-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one], 2'OMe-DIBOA [2-methoxy-4-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one], 2'H-HBOA [2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one] and 2'OMe-HBOA [2-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one]. Assignments of the mass spectral fragments were aided by elemental composition calculation results, comparison of structural analogues and background literature, and acquired knowledge regarding feasible structures for the compounds. The influence of substituents on the chemical reactivity of the compounds with respect to the observed MS behaviour over varying nozzle potentials is addressed and, through comparison of the structural analogues, generic fragmentation patterns have also been identified.  相似文献

The reaction of fluorinated lithium 1,3-diketonates with propargylamine hydrochloride and 1,1,1-trifluorpentane-2,4-dione or 1,1,1-trifluoro-4-methoxypent-3-en-2-one with propargylamine and 3-aminophenylacetylene were performed to obtain fluorinated 1,3-enaminones containing at a nitrogen atom substituents with terminal C≡C bonds: (Z)-1,1,1-trifluoro-4-(2-propynylamino)-3-pentene-2-one, (Z)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-5-(2-propynylamino)-4-hexen-3-one, and 4-(3-ethynylphenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoropentyl-3-en-2-one. Reactions of 4-(3-ethynyl-phenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-pentyl-3-en-2-one with Cu(II) acetate or nanosized powder of copper or its oxides led to the respective chelate complex. The structure of (Z)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-5-(2-propynylamino)-4-hexen-3-one and a copper complex of 4-(3-etinilphenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoropenta-3-en-2-one was determined by XRD.  相似文献

Successive treatment of 5α-cholestan-3-one ( 1 ) with O2 under basic conditions and then NaBH4 led to 5α-3-oxa-cholestan-2-one ( 5 ). Analogous reactions with 5β-cholestan-3-one ( 6 ) yielded 5α-4-oxa-cholestan-3-one ( 7 ) and 5 ξ-3-oxa-cholestan-4-one ( 8 ). 4-Cholesten-2-one ( 10 ), which was prepared starting from 4-cholesten-3-one, was isomerized by methanolic KOH to give a mixture of 5α-cholest-3-en-2-one ( 11 ) and 5β-cholest-3-en-2-one ( 12 ). 5β-Cholestane-2,3-dione ( 17 ) was synthesized from 4β-bromo-5β-cholestan-3-one ( 13 ). Ozonolysis of the dione 17 and subsequent NaBH4 reduction of the oxidation product gave both 5β-2-oxa-cholestan-3-one ( 18 ) and 5β-3-oxa-cholestan-2-one ( 19 ).  相似文献

Rate coefficients for the reactions of hydroxyl radicals and chlorine atoms with 4-hexen-3-one, 5-hexen-2-one, and 3-penten-2-one have been determined at 298 ± 2 K and atmospheric pressure of air. Rate coefficients for the compounds were determined using a relative kinetic technique with different reference compounds. The experiments were performed in a large photoreactor (480 L) using in situ FTIR spectroscopy to monitor the decay of reactants. From the different measurements the following rate coefficients (in units of cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1)) have been determined: k(1)(OH + 4-hexen-3-one) = (9.04 ± 2.12) × 10(-11), k(2)(OH + 5-hexen-2-one) = (5.18 ± 1.27) × 10(-11), k(3)(OH + 3-penten-2-one) = (7.22 ± 1.74) × 10(-11), k(4)(Cl + 4-hexen-3-one) = (3.00 ± 0.58) × 10(-10), k(5)(Cl + 5-hexen-2-one) = (3.15 ± 0.50) × 10(-10) and k(6)(Cl + 3-penten-2-one) = (2.53 ± 0.54) × 10(-10). The reactivity of the double bond in alkenes and unsaturated ketones at 298 K toward addition of OH radicals and Cl atoms are compared and discussed. In addition, a correlation between the reactivity of the unsaturated ketones toward OH radicals and the HOMO of the compounds is presented. On the basis of the kinetic measurements, the tropospheric lifetimes of 4-hexen-3-one, 5-hexen-2-one, and 3-penten-2-one with respect to their reaction with hydroxyl radicals are estimated to be between 2 and 3 h.  相似文献

The system chlorine dioxide–dimethylformamide in combination with or without a catalytic amount of MoCl5, CeCl3, ZrOCl2, or VO(acac)2 induces oxidative chlorination of a number of bicyclic terpene alcohols and vicinal diols. 2α-Chloropinan-3-one, 3α-chloro-10β-pinan-4-one, 5α-chloro-3α-hydroxycaran-4-one, 5β-chloro-3β-hydroxycaran-4-one, and 4α-chloro-2α-hydroxypinan-3-one were thus synthesized in good preparative yields.  相似文献

Treatment of 3-phenylazetidin-2-one and 7-phenylazepin-2-one with triflic acid in benzene gave a novel, high yielding conversion to 3,3-diphenylpropionamide and 6,6-diphenylhexanoic acid amide, respectively. Palladium-catalyzed intramolecular arylation of 2-benzyl-5-(2-bromophenyl)-4-phenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one yielded hitherto unknown 2-benzyldibenzo[f,h]phthalazin-1(2H)-one. The synthesis of this new tetracyclic pyridazinone from 2-benzyl-5-(2-aminophenyl)-4-phenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one via a Pschorr type reaction was also investigated. Similarly, the construction of 2-methyldibenzo[f,h]cinnolin-3(2H)-one from 2-methyl-5-(2-bromophenyl)-6-phenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one and 2-methyl-5-(2-aminophenyl)-6-phenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one is also reported. Removal of the N-benzyl protective group of 2-benzyl-dibenzo[f,h]phthalazin-1(2H)-one with AlCl3 yielded unsubstituted dibenzo[f,h]phthalazin-1(2H)-one.  相似文献

The aminomethylation of 2-iminothiazolidin-4-one with aqueous formaldehyde and piperidine gives 2-piperidinomethylamino-5-hydroxymethyl-5-piperidinomethylthiazolin-4-one, as well as a compound with an unestablished structure, rather than 3-piperidinomethyl-2-iminothiazolidin-4-one, as was previously assumed. Three-component condensation of propan-2-one with formaldehyde and propane-2-thiol in the presence of sodium hydroxide afforded 3-{[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl)]methyl}but-3-en-2-one or 4-[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl]-3-{[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl]methyl}butan-2-one, depending on the amount of the base. The formation of 4-[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl]-3-{[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl]methyl}butan-2-one from 4-[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl]butan-2-one involved aldol condensation of the latter with formaldehyde and subsequent nucleophilic addition of propane-2-thiol to the C=C double bond of intermediate 3-{[(propan-2-yl)sulfanyl]methyl}but-3-en-2-one in the presence of sodium hydroxide.  相似文献

Four types of N-heterocyclic ring systems were successfully constructed from the reactions of 1-alkynyl Fischer carbene complexes (OC)5M=C(OEt)C[triple bond]CPh (1) (M = Cr, W) and substituted pyrazolinones (2). Reactions of 1 with 3-methyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (2a), 3-n-propyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (2b), 3,4-dimethyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (2c), 3,4-trimethylene-2-pyrazolin-5-one (2d), or 3,4-tetramethylene-2-pyrazolin-5-one (2e) generated three kinds of Fischer aminocarbene complexes (3-5), and reactions of 1 with phenyl-substituted pyrazolinones, i.e., 3-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (2f) and its tautomer 3-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one (2g), gave Fischer alkoxycarbene complexes (6) as the major products and aminocarbene complexes of types 3-5 as the minor products. Multiple tautomerism of pyrazolinones is attributed to the versatile formation of N-heterocyclic Fischer carbene complexes. Oxidative demetalation of complexes 3-6 with pyridine N-oxide or m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid efficiently afforded organic carbonyl products, and thus, strongly fluorescent syn-mixed-bimanes were prepared. The present findings constitute an alternative new method to synthesize mixed bimanes and other novel N-heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

Condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid with phloroglucinol afforded 9,11-dihydroxy-12H-benzo[a]xanthen-12-one (6). Construction of an additional dimethylpyran ring onto this skeleton, by alkylation with 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne followed by Claisen rearrangement, gave access to 6-hydroxy-3,3-dimethyl-3H,7H-benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one (12) and 5-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H,6H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one (13), which were methylated into 6-methoxy-3,3-dimethyl-3H,7H-benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one (14) and 5-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H,6H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one (15), respectively. Osmium tetroxide oxidation of 14 and 15 gave the corresponding (+/-)-cis-diols 16 and 17, which afforded the corresponding esters 18-21 upon acylation. Similarly, condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid with 3,5-dimethoxyaniline gave 11-amino-9-methoxy-12H-benzo[a]xanthen-12-one (23) which was converted into 11-amino-9-hydroxy-12H-benzo[a]xanthen-12-one (24) upon treatment with hydrogen bromide in acetic acid. Alkylation with 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne followed by Claisen rearrangement afforded 6-amino-3,3-dimethyl-3H,7H-benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one (25) and 5-amino-2,2-dimethyl-2H,6H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one (26). The new benzopyranoxanthone derivatives only displayed marginal antiproliferative activity when tested against L1210 and KB-3-1 cell lines. The only compounds found significantly active against L1210 cell line, 16 and 20, belong to the benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one series, which possess a pyran ring fused angularly onto the xanthone basic core.  相似文献

A variety of novel 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-substitutedamino-quinazolin-4(3H)-ones were synthesized by reacting the amino group of 2-hydrazino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-quinazolin-4(3H)-one with a variety of alkyl and aryl ketones. The starting material 2-hydrazino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-quinazolin-4(3H)-one was synthesized from 4-methoxyaniline. The title compounds were investigated for analgesic, anti-inflammatory and ulcerogenic index activities. While the test compounds exhibited significant activity, compounds 2-(1-methylpropylidene)-hydrazino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-quinazolin-4(3H)-one (A1), 2-(1-ethylpropylidene)-hydrazino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-quinazolin-4(3H)-one (A2) and 2-(1-methylbutylidene)-hydrazino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-quinazolin-4(3H)-one (A3) showed moderately more potent analgesic activity and the compound 2-(1-methylbutylidene)-hydrazino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-quinazolin-4(3H)-one (A3) showed moderately more potent anti-inflammatory activity when compared to the reference standard diclofenac sodium. Interestingly the test compounds showed only mild ulcerogenic potential when compared to aspirin.  相似文献

Piperidine reacts with 3-bromo-3-buten-2-one to give a mixture of 3,4-dipiperidinobutan-2-one and 3-piperidino-3-buten-2-one. The latter is also formed by the action of a strong base (Et3N in THF or MeONa in MeOH) on the dipiperidino derivative. This paper describes our recent efforts to synthesize novel compound scaffolds integrating 2-quinoxalinol with privileged structures of 1,3-dihydro-benzoimidazol-2-one, 1,3-dihydro-benzoimidazole-2-thione, 3-hydroxy-1H-quinoxalin-2-one, 2H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-ol, 2H-benzo[1,4]thiazin-3-ol, and 1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[1,4]diazepin-2-one, respectively. Eight novel benzofused tricycles and their substituent diversity points were developed. These include pyrazino[2,3-g]quinoxaline-2,8-diol (I), 3-hydroxy-6,8,9,10-tetrahydro-1,4,6,10-tetraaza-cyclohepta[b]naphthalen-7-one (II), 6-hydroxy-4H-1-oxa-4,5,8-triaza-anthracen-3-one (III), 6-hydroxy-4H-1-thia-4,5,8-triaza-anthracen-3-one (IV), 6-hydroxy-1,1-dioxo-1,4-dihydro-2H-1lambda(6)-thia-4,5,8-triaza-anthracen-3-one (V), 6-hydroxy-1,3-dihydro-imidazo[4,5-g]quinoxalin-2-one (VI), 6-hydroxy-1,3-dihydro-imidazo[4,5-g]quinoxaline-2-thione (VII), and 7-hydroxy-1,4-dihydro-pyrazino[2,3-g]quinoxaline-2,3-dione (VIII). This strategy of integrating two benzofused privileged structures into one molecule may provide a greater chance for the discovery of novel lead compounds.  相似文献

Zinc enolate derived from 1,1-dibromo-3,3-dimethylbutan-2-one reacts with 3-aryl-2-cyanoprop-2-enamides and aryl 3-aryl-2-cyanoprop-2-enoates to give the corresponding derivatives of 3-aryl-2-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)-1-cyanocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid as a single stereoisomer with cis arrangement of the hydrogen atoms at the cyclopropane ring. The reactions of the same zinc enolate with 3-morpholinocarbonyl-2H-chromen-2-one and 2-morpholinocarbonyl-3H-benzo[f]chromen-3-one lead to formation of 1-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)-1a-morpholinocarbonyl-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-2-one and 1-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)-1a-morpholinocarbonyl-1a,9c-dihydrobenzo[f]cyclopropa[c]chromen-2-one, respectively as a single stereoisomer.  相似文献

As a raw material for making polyesters, ethylene glycol has a special specification of UV transmittance. At present, ethylene glycol produced by some plants still has low UV transmittance rendering it unsuitable for use in polyester production. In this paper, a method was developed for the identification of the impurities that cause commercial ethylene glycol to have low UV transmittance, using solid-phase extraction (SPE) and some analytical techniques such as high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The major UV-absorbing impurities were identified as some alkyl homologues of 2-hydroxycyclopent-2-en-1-one, including 2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylcyclopent-2-en-1-one, 2-hydroxy-3-methylcyclopent-2-en-1-one, 2-hydroxy-3,4-dimethylcyclopent-2-en-1-one, 2-hydroxy-3-ethyl-4-methylcyclopent-2-en-1-one and 2-hydroxy-3-ethylcyclopent-2-en-1-one. Their concentrations were estimated to be less than 2 microg ml(-1). It is believed that with the above results, ethylene glycol-producing plants might make process improvements to remove these impurities more effectively and more easily.  相似文献

The acid catalysed interaction in dioxan of trialkyl orthoformates with diisophor-2(7)-en-ol-3-one, diisophor-2(7)-en-ol, and their bisnor-homologues, provides the corresponding 1-alkoxy-compounds. Their structure is established by the identity of -methoxydiisophor-2(7)-en-3-one obtained by this method, and by the action of sodium methoxide on 1-chlorodiisophor-2(17)-en-3-one. The latter is regenerated from 1-methoxy(or ethoxy) diisophor-2(7)-en-3-one by the action of stannic chloride-acetyl chloride. Catalytic hydrogenation reduces the 3-keto-function in 1-alkoxydiisophor-2(7)-en-3-ones to a methylene unit; simultaneous removal of the 1-alkoxy-group in the case of the 1-isopropoxy-homologue yields the penultimate parent hydrocarbon of this series, diisophor-2(7)-ene.The combined action of silver sulphate and formic acid in concentrated sulphuric acid on 1-chlorodiisophor-2(7)-en-3-one (and its bisnor-homologue) produces the corresponding 1-carboxylic acids. These are also obtainable by the hydrolysis of the 1-cyano-compound, and are esterifiable by the standard methods.  相似文献
