Development of facile and versatile synthetic tools for decorating π-conjugated molecules has attracted considerable interest because of their potential application in creating novel functional π-systems. Reported herein are quantitative catalyst-free hydroamination reactions of a series of aromatic diimide compounds having vinyl groups at the π-core, which have been confirmed by NMR, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, mass analysis, and single-crystal X-ray structural analysis. Kinetic studies revealed that the hydroamination reaction of a vinyl-substituted naphthalenediimide with an aliphatic amine proceeded rapidly under benign conditions. Similarly, the two vinyl groups attached to aromatic diimides reacted with amines simultaneously, resulting in the formation of amine bisadducts and macromolecules. An amino group appended perylenediimide through an ethylene spacer at the π-core exhibited distinct fluorescence switching in response to acid and base.  相似文献

A ruthenium-catalyzed intermolecular, anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of vinylarenes with secondary aliphatic and benzylic amines is reported. The combination of Ru(cod)(2-methylallyl)2, 1,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)pentane, and triflic acid was the most effective catalyst of those tested. Control reactions conducted without ligand or acid did not form the amine. The reaction of morpholine, piperidine, 4-phenylpiperazine, 4-BOC-piperazine, 4-piperidone ethylene ketal, and tetrahydroisoquinoline with styrene in the presence of 5 mol % of this catalyst formed the corresponding beta-phenethylamine products in 64-96% yield, with 99% regioselectivity, and without enamine side products. Acyclic amines such as n-hexylmethylamine and N-benzylmethylamine reacted with styrene in 63 and 50% yields, respectively. Alkyl-, methoxy-, and trifluoromethyl-substituted styrenes reacted with morpholine in the presence of this catalyst or a related one containing 1,1'-bis(diisopropylphosphino)ferrocene as ligand to give the products in 51-91%. Further, the hydroamination of alpha-methyl styrene was observed for the first time with a homogeneous transition metal catalyst. Preliminary mechanistic studies showed that the reaction occurred by direct, irreversible, anti-Markovnikov hydroamination and that the mechanism of the ruthenium-catalyzed hydroamination is likely to be distinct from that of the recently reported rhodium-catalyzed reaction.  相似文献

The anilinium salt, [PhNH3][B(C6F5)4], has been identified as a catalyst for the hydroamination and hydroarylation of several different types of alkenes with anilines. The weakly coordinating counterion of this acid plays a key role in this transformation. The reaction is facile for styrenes and tolerates norbornene, cyclic alkenes, and cyclohexadiene. Selectivity between hydroamination and hydroarylation products can be tuned using reaction time, temperature, and substrate substitution. Details regarding the substrate scope and selectivity of this hydroamination/hydroarylation reaction are discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis of α‐aminosilanes by a highly enantio‐ and regioselective copper‐catalyzed hydroamination of vinylsilanes is reported. The system employs Cu‐DTBM‐SEGPHOS as the catalyst, diethoxymethylsilane as the stoichiometric reductant, and O‐benzoylhydroxylamines as the electrophilic nitrogen source. This hydroamination reaction is compatible with differentially substituted vinylsilanes, thus providing access to amino acid mimics and other valuable chiral organosilicon compounds.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] An original TiCl(4)/t-BuNH(2)-mediated hydroamination/annulation domino reaction of delta-keto-acetylenes is described. The synthesis of pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole-2-carbaldehydes, starting from 2-carbonyl-1-propargyl-1H-indoles runs under mild reaction conditions. A conceivable mechanism is also discussed. TiCl(4) has proved to be an effective multiactivity reagent: catalyst/Lewis acid/water scavenger. Some unpublished 2-carbonyl-1-propargyl-1H-indoles are prepared by means of Suzuki- and Negishi-type reactions.  相似文献

A copper‐catalyzed decarboxylative amination/hydroamination sequence of propargylic carbamates with various nucleophiles is described for the first time. It features an earth‐abundant metal catalyst, mild reaction conditions, and high efficiency. Further treatments of the resultant key intermediates using an acid or a base in one pot enable the controllable and divergent synthesis of two types of functionalized indoles. Moreover, experiments to demonstrate the synthetic potential of this methodology are performed.  相似文献

Catalytic intermolecular hydroamination of vinyl arenes is described. Our initial investigation revealed that a Bi(OTf)3/[Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6 system previously developed for catalytic intermolecular hydroamination of 1,3‐dienes was suitable for hydroamination of a styrene with sulfonamides, but the substrate generality of this system was unsatisfactory. Several metals were screened to expand the substrate scope, and a new Hf(OTf)4/[Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6 system was determined to be highly suitable. The combination of Hf(OTf)4 and [Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6 efficiently promoted the hydroamination of various vinyl arenes, including less‐reactive vinyl arenes with electron‐withdrawing groups. This strategy was applied to sulfonamides, carbamates, and carboxamides, and products were obtained in up to 99 % yield with 0.3–10 mol % catalyst loading.  相似文献

A practical synthesis of highly functionalized amines by the formal hydroamination reaction of alkenes with nitroarenes catalyzed by an air stable amine‐bis(phenolate) iron(III) complex is reported. The reaction uses an easily handled silane, low catalyst loadings, and mild reaction conditions. A wide range of substrates are transformed with synthetically useful yields (21 examples).  相似文献

Alcohol is key: Regio- and enantioselective hydroamination of 1,3-dienes has been achieved with the dinuclear catalyst (R)-DTBM-SEGPHOS. Functionalized gem-difluoro beta- and gamma-lactams were synthesized through a novel intramolecular hydroamination reaction of difluoropropargyl amides. beta-Lactams were obtained via a Baldwin disfavored 4-exo-digonal cyclization using palladium acetate as the catalyst, whereas gamma-lactams were produced under basic conditions. Studies are described that reveal the steps of the anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of vinylarenes with alkylamines catalyzed by Ru(COD)(2-methylallyl)2, bis(diphenylphosphino)pentane, and TfOH. Treatment of the catalyst components with an excess of styrene under the catalytic reaction conditions afforded a new ruthenium eta6-styrene complex with an ancillary tridentate PCP ligand. This ruthenium complex was active as catalyst for the hydroamination of styrene with morpholine to give the anti-Markovnikov adduct as a single regioisomer in high yield. Studies of the reactivity of the eta6-styrene complex revealed two reactions that comprise a catalytic cycle for anti-Markovnikov hydroamination: nucleophilic addition of morpholine to the ruthenium eta6-styrene complex to afford a ruthenium eta6-(2-aminoethyl)benzene complex and arene exchange of the ruthenium eta6-(2-aminoethyl)benzene complex with styrene to regenerate the ruthenium eta6-styrene complex. The addition of morpholine and the exchange of arene occurred with comparable rates. These results strongly suggest that the ruthenium-catalyzed anti-Markovnikov addition of alkylamines to vinylarenes occurs by a new reaction mechanism for hydroamination involving nucleophilic attack on the eta6-vinylarene complex and exchange of the aminoalkylarene complex product with free vinylarene. This mechanism is a rare example of catalytic chemistry through pi-arene complexes. These mechanistic data were used to select derivatives of the DPPP ligand that improve the rates of the catalytic process.  相似文献

An unusual hydroamination/hydroarylation reaction of norbornene catalyzed by a highly electrophilic cationic tantalum imido complex is also reported. A copper-catalyzed tandem reaction with vinyl halides and 2-aminobenzamides has been developed. In this synthetic route, cross-coupling reaction of the amide moiety with vinyl halides initially progresses, followed by hydroamination, to provide 2,2-disubstituted quinazolinone derivatives. Intramolecular hydroamination of several aminoalkynes catalyzed by silver-phenanthroline complexes is reported. This catalyst system complements previous protocols by employing air- and moisture-stable complexes without compromising activity or reaction control. Some of the hydroamination products are subject to a useful aerobic oxidation. Silver-phenanthroline complexes have successfully demonstrated efficacy in the desymmetrization of a prochiral diyne.  相似文献

The transition metal-catalyzed anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of unactivated vinylarenes with a rhodium complex of DPEphos is reported. The reaction of electron-neutral or electron-rich vinylarenes with a variety of secondary amines in the presence of catalyst forms the products from anti-Markovnikov hydroamination in high yields. Reactions of morpholine, N-phenylpiperazine, N-Boc-piperazine, piperidine, 2,5-dimethylmorpholine, and perhydroisoquinoline reacted with styrene to form the amine product in 51-71% yield. Reactions of a variety of vinylarenes with morpholine generated amine as the major product. Reactions of morpholine with electron-poor vinylarenes gave lower amine:enamine ratios than reactions of electron-rich vinylarenes at the same concentration of vinylarene, but conditions were developed with lower concentrations of electron-poor vinylarene to maintain formation of the amine as the major product. Reactions of dimethylamine with vinylarenes were fast and formed amine as the major product. Mechanistic studies on the hydroamination process showed that the amine:enamine ratio was lower for reactions conducted with higher concentrations of vinylarene and that one vinylarene influences the selectivity for reaction of another. A mechanism proceeding through a metallacyclic intermediate that opens in the presence of a second vinylarene accounts for these and other mechanistic observations.  相似文献
