Triphenylphosphine and salicylaldimine could be used as a mixed ligand system to obtain a high catalytic activity for palladium catalyzed diarylation of primary anilines with unactivated aryl chlorides by the synergistic effect of ligands. The activity and selectivity of the catalytic system could be improved by modifying the structure of salicylaldimine. In refluxing o ‐xylene, PdCl2(Ph3P)2 with 2,5‐ditrifluoromethyl N ‐phenylsalicylaldimine as a coligand shows high efficiency for the diarylation of various anilines. The catalytic system shows good toleration for the steric hindrance of the substrates. The facile catalytic system works as well on the multiple arylation of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐ 4,4′‐diamine with aryl chlorides to afford N ,N ,N′ ,N′ ‐tetraaryl‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐4,4′‐diamines which are important intermediates of organic light emitting diode (OLED) hole transport materials.  相似文献

Ion-supported Ph3P, 4-(diphenylphosphino)benzyltrimethylammonium bromide A and N-methyl-N-[4-(diphenylphosphino)benzyl]pyrrolidinium bromide B, were used for the Wittig reaction. Ion-supported phosphonium salts A1 and B1, which were prepared from the reactions of ion-supported Ph3P A and B with ethyl bromoacetate, respectively, reacted with aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes in the presence of K2CO3 to give the corresponding α,β-unsaturated ethyl esters in good yields with high purity by simple filtration of the reaction mixture and subsequent removal of the solvent from the filtrate. Similarly, ion-supported phosphonium salts A2 and B2, which were prepared from the reactions of ion-supported Ph3P A and B with p-methylbenzyl bromide, respectively, reacted with aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes in the presence of NaH to provide the corresponding p-methylstyrene derivatives in good yields with high purity by simple filtration of the reaction mixture and the subsequent removal of the solvent from the filtrate. In both reactions, the co-product, ion-supported Ph3PO, could be obtained quantitatively by simple filtration, and was converted into the corresponding ion-supported Ph3P A and B again in high yields using dimethyl sulfate, followed by the reduction with LiAlH4. Recovered and regenerated ion-supported Ph3P A and B could be reused for the same Wittig reaction while maintaining good yields of ethyl (E)-3-(4′-chlorophenyl)-2-propenoate and 1-(4′-chlorophenyl)-2-(4″-methylphenyl)ethene with high purity by simple filtration and removal of the solvent from the filtrate.  相似文献

Pentavalent bis(triorganosiloxy)triphenylantimony derivatives, Ph3Sb(OSiR3)2 (R = Me, Ph), were synthesized by reaction of triphenylantimony with trimethyl- or triphenylsilanol in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide by the mild reaction conditions (0-5 °C, 2 h). The reaction of triphenylantimony with diethanolamine in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide gave the cyclic compound Ph3Sb(OCH2CH2)2NH. The mixture of Ph3SbO and Ph3Sb(OCH2CH2NMe2)2 was obtained by the reaction of triphenylantimony with 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethanol in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide.  相似文献

A new catalytic system based on Pd-simple amines for Suzuki coupling reactions of aryl bromides is described. A well-defined air-stable complex, trans-Pd(OAc)2(Cy2NH)2 effectively promotes Suzuki couplings of aryl bromides with a range of aryl boronic acids to give diaryl products in high yields. It also exhibits temperature-dependent activity toward aryl bromides bearing different electronic substituents under reaction conditions.  相似文献

A mild and efficient method for the copper-catalyzed arylation of phenylurea is described. The coupling reaction of phenylurea with different functionalized aryl iodides in the presence of air stable CuI, N,N′-dibenzylethylenediamine as a ligand, and KF/Al2O3 as a base gives symmetrical and unsymmetrical diarylureas in relatively high yields.  相似文献

The halocarbonyls BrM(CO)5, M = Mn and Re, were reacted with the KN(SePPh2)2 salt in equimolar amounts; the reactions were thermally carried out and resulted in the generation of the hexacoordinated isostructural complexes [M(CO)4{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] with a twist MSePNPSe ring conformation. Complexes’ characterizations were achieved by IR, mass, NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se) spectroscopies, and by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A Pd2dba3/P(i-BuNCH2CH2)3N catalyzed one-pot synthesis of unsymmetrically substituted trans-4-N,N-diarylaminostilbenes and both symmetrically and unsymmetrically substituted N,N-diarylaminostyrene derivatives is reported. The procedure involves two or more palladium catalyzed sequential coupling reactions (an amination and an inter-molecular Heck reaction) in one-pot using the same catalyst system with two different aryl halides, including aryl chlorides and hetero aryl halides as the coupling partners.  相似文献

Reaction of ReBr(CO)5 with Li[Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph2] afforded the cryptate Li[Re2(CO)6{μ-Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph22O,O’}3]; whereas K[Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph2] reacted with ReBr(CO)5 to give K[Re2(CO)6{μ-Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph22O,O′}{Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph22O,O′}2]. Other chalcogen ligands’ salts M[Ph2P(E)NP(E)Ph2], E = Se and S, M = K and Li gave dirhenium carbonyls with bromido and Ph2P(E)NP(E)Ph2, E = Se or S bridges upon reaction with ReBr(CO)5.  相似文献

Mixed ligand silver(I) complexes of triphenylphosphine and thioureas (thiourea (Tu), N-methylthiourea (Metu), N,N′-dimethylthiourea (Dmtu) and N,N′-diethylthiourea (Detu)) with the general formulae, [(Ph3P)2Ag(thione)]NO3 and [(Ph3P)Ag(thione)2]NO3, have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 31P) spectroscopic methods. The crystal structure of one of them has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The spectral data of the complexes are consistent with sulfur coordination of the thiones to silver(I). The single crystal X-ray structure of complex 1, {[Ag(PPh3)(thiourea)(NO3)]2·[Ag(PPh3)(thiourea)]2(NO3)2}, shows that the complex consists of two independent centrosymmetric binuclear units, each having the silver atoms coordinated to one PPh3 and two bridging thiourea molecules. In one of the independent units the silver atom is additionally bound to a nitrate ion, leading to a tetrahedral geometry, while in the other unit the silver atom adopts a trigonal planar environment. Antimicrobial activities of the complexes were evaluated by their minimum inhibitory concentration and the results showed that the complexes show a wide range of activity against two gram-negative bacteria (Escherichiacoli, Pseudomonasaeruginosa) and molds (Aspergillusniger, Penicilliumcitrinum), while the activities were poor against yeasts (Candidaalbicans, Saccharomycescerevisiae). However, the title complex did not show activity against any tested microorganism.  相似文献

Oxidation of N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(diphenylphosphino)ethylendiamine (1) with elemental sulfur and selenium gives the corresponding sulfide and selenide, respectively, [(Ph2P(E))2NCH2CH2N(P(E)Ph2)2] (E: S 1a, Se 1b). Complexes of 1 [(M2Cl4){(Ph2P)2NCH2CH2N(PPh2)2}] (M: Ni(II) 1c, Pd(II) 1d, Pt(II) 1e) were prepared by the reaction of 1 with NiCl2 or [MCl2(COD)] (M = Pd, Pt). The new compounds were characterized by NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The catalytic activity of Pd(II) complex 1d was tested in the Suzuki coupling reaction and Heck reaction. The palladium complex 1d catalyses the Heck reaction between styrene and aryl bromides as well as Suzuki coupling reaction between phenylboronic acid and arylbromides affording stilbenes and biphenyls in high yield, respectively.  相似文献

Chiral N,N-diaryl C2-symmetric diamines and N-aryl,N′-formyl-trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane are readily accessed by copper catalyzed N,N-diarylation and N-aryl,N′-formylation of trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane with aryl bromides. N,N′-diarylation using (R)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine and iodobenzene gave the corresponding (R)-N,N-diphenyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine derivative in 83% yield.  相似文献

Double-bond migration of allylic alcohols and allylic alkyl ethers was catalytically effected with trans-Mo(N2)2(dpe)2(dpe = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2). Decarbonylation occurred simultaneously in the case of allyl alcohol. Diallyl ether and allyl phenol ether gave the fragmentation products presumably through initial oxidative addition of the allylO bond. Allylamine was converted to N-propylideneallylamine and NH3. N,N-Dimethylallylamine was isomerized to N-trans-propenyldimethylamine, which was further transformed into 4-dimethylamino-1,3-hexadiene and dimethylamine on addition of oxygen. The catalytic allylation of methyl acetoacetate with allylic ethers and amines was achieved by use of trans-Mo(N2)2(dpe)2.  相似文献

The reactions of compound [Pt(dba)2] with ligands RCHNCH2CH2NMe2 (1a-1f) in which R is a fluorinated aryl ring produced activation of C-F bonds when two fluorine atoms are present in the ortho positions of the aryl ring or activation of C-H bonds for ligands containing only one fluoro substituent in ortho. Both C-F and C-H bond activation are favoured by an increase of the degree of fluorination of the ring. Further reaction with lithium halides produced cyclometallated platinum (II) compounds [PtX(Me2NCH2CH2NCHR)] (X = Br, Cl) (2) containing a terdentate [C,N,N′] ligand. The obtained compounds were fully characterized including a structure determination for [PtCl{Me2NCH2CH2NCH(2,4,5-C6HF3)}] (2d′).  相似文献

By using CuI as the catalyst and l-Proline as the ligand, the Ullmann-type coupling reactions of aryl/heteroaryl bromides and imidazoles in [Bmim]BF4 at 105-115 °C gave the corresponding N-arylimidazoles/N-heteroarylimidazoles in good yields. The complexes [Rh(CO)(PPh3){Ph2PNP(O)Ph2-P,O}] (3), [Rh(CO)2{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (5), and [Rh(CO)(PPh3){Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (6), were synthesised by stepwise reactions of CO and PPh3 with [Rh(cod){Ph2PNP(O)Ph2-P,O}] (2) and [Rh(cod){Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (4), respectively. The complexes 3, 5 and 6 have been studied by IR, as well as 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The ν(CO) bands of complexes 3 and 6 appear at approximately 1960 cm−1, indicating high electron density at the RhI centre. The structure of complexes 3 and 6 has been determined by X-ray crystallography, and the 31P NMR chemical shifts have been resolved via low temperature NMR experiments. Both complexes exhibit square planar geometry around the metal centre, with the five-membered ring of complex 3 being almost planar, and the six-membered ring of complex 6 adopting a slightly distorted boat conformation. The C-O bond of the carbonyl ligand is relatively weak in both complexes, due to strong π-back donation from the electron rich RhI centre. The catalytic activity of the complexes 2, 3 and 6 in the hydroformylation of styrene has been investigated. Complexes 2 and 3 showed satisfactory catalytic properties, whereas complex 6 had effectively no catalytic activity.  相似文献

The salts, [Ph2B{OCH2CH2N(Me)(CH2)n}2][Ph4B3O3] (n = 4, 5), were prepared in moderate yields in MeOH solution from reaction of Ph2BOBPh2 with [N(CH2)n(Me)(CH2CH2OH)][OH] and PhB(OH)2 in a 1:2:4 ratio. The reactions also lead to Ph3B3O3. Both salts were characterized by NMR (1H, 13C, 11B) IR, and single-crystal XRD studies. The salts are comprised of cationic monoborates (zwitterionic, 2N+ and 1B) and tetraphenylboroxinate anions.  相似文献
