We investigate the horizon structure and ergosphere in a rotating Bardeen regular black hole, which has an additional parameter (g) due to the magnetic charge, apart from the mass (M) and the rotation parameter (a). Interestingly, for each value of the parameter g, there exists a critical rotation parameter (\(a=a_{E}\)), which corresponds to an extremal black hole with degenerate horizons, while for \(a<a_{E}\) it describes a non-extremal black hole with two horizons, and no black hole for \(a>a_{E}\). We find that the extremal value \(a_E\) is also influenced by the parameter g, and so is the ergosphere. While the value of \(a_E\) remarkably decreases when compared with the Kerr black hole, the ergosphere becomes thicker with the increase in g. We also study the collision of two equal mass particles near the horizon of this black hole, and explicitly show the effect of the parameter g. The center-of-mass energy (\(E_\mathrm{CM}\)) not only depend on the rotation parameter a, but also on the parameter g. It is demonstrated that the \(E_\mathrm{CM}\) could be arbitrarily high in the extremal cases when one of the colliding particles has a critical angular momentum, thereby suggesting that the rotating Bardeen regular black hole can act as a particle accelerator.  相似文献

In this work, we study systematically the mass splittings of the \(qq\bar{Q}\bar{Q}\) (\(q=u\), d, s and \(Q=c\), b) tetraquark states with the color-magnetic interaction by considering color mixing effects and estimate roughly their masses. We find that the color mixing effect is relatively important for the \(J^P=0^+\) states and possible stable tetraquarks exist in the \(nn\bar{Q}\bar{Q}\) (\(n=u\), d) and \(ns\bar{Q}\bar{Q}\) systems either with \(J=0\) or with \(J=1\). Possible decay patterns of the tetraquarks are briefly discussed.  相似文献

We describe a likelihood analysis using MasterCode of variants of the MSSM in which the soft supersymmetry-breaking parameters are assumed to have universal values at some scale \(M_\mathrm{in}\) below the supersymmetric grand unification scale \(M_\mathrm{GUT}\), as can occur in mirage mediation and other models. In addition to \(M_\mathrm{in}\), such ‘sub-GUT’ models have the 4 parameters of the CMSSM, namely a common gaugino mass \(m_{1/2}\), a common soft supersymmetry-breaking scalar mass \(m_0\), a common trilinear mixing parameter A and the ratio of MSSM Higgs vevs \(\tan \beta \), assuming that the Higgs mixing parameter \(\mu > 0\). We take into account constraints on strongly- and electroweakly-interacting sparticles from \(\sim 36\)/fb of LHC data at 13 TeV and the LUX and 2017 PICO, XENON1T and PandaX-II searches for dark matter scattering, in addition to the previous LHC and dark matter constraints as well as full sets of flavour and electroweak constraints. We find a preference for \(M_\mathrm{in}\sim 10^5\) to \(10^9 \,\, \mathrm {GeV}\), with \(M_\mathrm{in}\sim M_\mathrm{GUT}\) disfavoured by \(\Delta \chi ^2 \sim 3\) due to the \(\mathrm{BR}(B_{s, d} \rightarrow \mu ^+\mu ^-)\) constraint. The lower limits on strongly-interacting sparticles are largely determined by LHC searches, and similar to those in the CMSSM. We find a preference for the LSP to be a Bino or Higgsino with \(m_{\tilde{\chi }^0_{1}} \sim 1 \,\, \mathrm {TeV}\), with annihilation via heavy Higgs bosons H / A and stop coannihilation, or chargino coannihilation, bringing the cold dark matter density into the cosmological range. We find that spin-independent dark matter scattering is likely to be within reach of the planned LUX-Zeplin and XENONnT experiments. We probe the impact of the \((g-2)_\mu \) constraint, finding similar results whether or not it is included.  相似文献

We study minimizers of the pseudo-relativistic Hartree functional \({\mathcal {E}}_{a}(u):=\Vert (-\varDelta +m^{2})^{1/4}u\Vert _{L^{2}}^{2}+\int _{{\mathbb {R}}^{3}}V(x)|u(x)|^{2}\mathrm{d}x-\frac{a}{2}\int _{{\mathbb {R}}^{3}}(\left| \cdot \right| ^{-1}\star |u|^{2})(x)|u(x)|^{2}\mathrm{d}x\) under the mass constraint \(\int _{{\mathbb {R}}^3}|u(x)|^2\mathrm{d}x=1\). Here \(m>0\) is the mass of particles and \(V\ge 0\) is an external potential. We prove that minimizers exist if and only if a satisfies \(0\le a<a^{*}\), and there is no minimizer if \(a\ge a^*\), where \(a^*\) is called the Chandrasekhar limit. When a approaches \(a^*\) from below, the blow-up behavior of minimizers is derived under some general external potentials V. Here we consider three cases of V: trapping potential, i.e. \(V\in L_{\mathrm{loc}}^{\infty }({\mathbb {R}}^3)\) satisfies \(\lim _{|x|\rightarrow \infty }V(x)=\infty \); periodic potential, i.e. \(V\in C({\mathbb {R}}^3)\) satisfies \(V(x+z)=V(x)\) for all \(z\in \mathbb {Z}^3\); and ring-shaped potential, e.g. \( V(x)=||x|-1|^p\) for some \(p>0\).  相似文献

We consider supersymmetric (SUSY) and non-SUSY models of chaotic inflation based on the \(\phi ^n\) potential with \(n=2\) or 4. We show that the coexistence of an exponential non-minimal coupling to gravity \(f_\mathcal{R}=\mathrm{e}^{c_\mathcal{R}\phi ^{p}}\) with a kinetic mixing of the form \(f_{\mathrm{K}}=c_{\mathrm{K}}f_\mathcal{R}^m\) can accommodate inflationary observables favored by the Planck and Bicep2/Keck Array results for \(p=1\) and 2, \(1\le m\le 15\) and \(2.6\times 10^{-3}\le r_{\mathcal {R}\mathrm{K}}=c_\mathcal{R}/c_{\mathrm{K}}^{p/2}\le 1,\) where the upper limit is not imposed for \(p=1\). Inflation is of hilltop type and it can be attained for subplanckian inflaton values with the corresponding effective theories retaining the perturbative unitarity up to the Planck scale. The supergravity embedding of these models is achieved employing two chiral gauge singlet supefields, a monomial superpotential and several (semi)logarithmic or semi-polynomial Kähler potentials.  相似文献

A matrix is called totally positive (resp. totally nonnegative) if all its minors are positive (resp. nonnegative). Consider the Ising model with free boundary conditions and no external field on a planar graph G. Let \(a_1,\dots ,a_k,b_k,\dots ,b_1\) be vertices placed in a counterclockwise order on the outer face of G. We show that the \(k\times k\) matrix of the two-point spin correlation functions
$$\begin{aligned} M_{i,j} = \langle \sigma _{a_i} \sigma _{b_j} \rangle \end{aligned}$$
is totally nonnegative. Moreover, \(\det M > 0\) if and only if there exist k pairwise vertex-disjoint paths that connect \(a_i\) with \(b_i\). We also compute the scaling limit at criticality of the probability that there are k parallel and disjoint connections between \(a_i\) and \(b_i\) in the double random current model. Our results are based on a new distributional relation between double random currents and random alternating flows of Talaska [37].

We study the screening length \(L_{\mathrm{max}}\) of a moving quark–antiquark pair in a hot plasma, which lives in a two sphere, \(S^2\), using the AdS/CFT correspondence in which the corresponding background metric is the four-dimensional Schwarzschild–AdS black hole. The geodesic of both ends of the string at the boundary, interpreted as the quark–antiquark pair, is given by a stationary motion in the equatorial plane by which the separation length L of both ends of the string is parallel to the angular velocity \(\omega \). The screening length and total energy H of the quark–antiquark pair are computed numerically and show that the plots are bounded from below by some functions related to the momentum transfer \(P_c\) of the drag force configuration. We compare the result by computing the screening length in the reference frame of the moving quark–antiquark pair, in which the background metrics are “Boost-AdS” and Kerr–AdS black holes. Comparing both black holes, we argue that the mass parameters \(M_{\mathrm{Sch}}\) of the Schwarzschild–AdS black hole and \(M_{\mathrm{Kerr}}\) of the Kerr–AdS black hole are related at high temperature by \(M_{\mathrm{Kerr}}=M_{\mathrm{Sch}}(1-a^2l^2)^{3/2}\), where a is the angular momentum parameter and l is the AdS curvature.  相似文献

In this paper, in order to probe the spectator-scattering and weak annihilation contributions in charmless \(B_s\rightarrow VV\) (where V stands for a light vector meson) decays, we perform the \(\chi ^2\)-analyses for the endpoint parameters within the QCD factorization framework, under the constraints from the measured \(\bar{B}_{s}\rightarrow \) \(\rho ^0\phi \), \(\phi K^{*0}\), \(\phi \phi \) and \(K^{*0}\bar{K}^{*0}\) decays. The fitted results indicate that the endpoint parameters in the factorizable and nonfactorizable annihilation topologies are non-universal, which is also favored by the charmless \(B\rightarrow PP\) and PV (where P stands for a light pseudo-scalar meson) decays observed in previous work. Moreover, the abnormal polarization fractions \(f_{L,\bot }(\bar{B}_{s}\rightarrow K^{*0}\bar{K}^{*0})=(20.1\pm 7.0)\%,(58.4\pm 8.5)\%\) measured by the LHCb collaboration can be reconciled through the weak annihilation corrections. However, the branching ratio of \(\bar{B}_{s}\rightarrow \phi K^{*0}\) decay exhibits a tension between the data and theoretical result, which dominates the contributions to \(\chi _\mathrm{min}^2\) in the fits. Using the fitted endpoint parameters, we update the theoretical results for the charmless \(B_s\rightarrow VV\) decays, which will be further tested by the LHCb and Belle-II experiments in the near future.  相似文献

In this paper, we examine the possible realization of a new inflation family called “shaft inflation” by assuming the modified Chaplygin gas model and a tachyon scalar field. We also consider the special form of the dissipative coefficient \(\Gamma ={a_0}\frac{T^{3}}{\phi ^{2 }}\) and calculate the various inflationary parameters in the scenario of strong and weak dissipative regimes. In order to examine the behavior of inflationary parameters, the \(n_s \)\( \phi ,\, n_s \)r, and \(n_s \)\( \alpha _s\) planes (where \(n_s,\, \alpha _s,\, r\), and \(\phi \) represent the spectral index, its running, tensor-to-scalar ratio, and scalar field, respectively) are being developed, which lead to the constraints \(r< 0.11\), \(n_s=0.96 \pm 0.025\), and \(\alpha _s =-0.019 \pm 0.025\). It is quite interesting that these results of the inflationary parameters are compatible with BICEP2, WMAP \((7+9)\) and recent Planck data.  相似文献

The \(B^{0}_{s}\to J/\psi f_{0}(980)\) decay offers an interesting experimental alternative to the well-known \(B^{0}_{s}\to J/\psi \phi\) channel for the search of CP-violating New-Physics contributions to \(B^{0}_{s}\)\(\bar{B}^{0}_{s}\) mixing. As the hadronic structure of the f 0(980) has not yet been settled, we take a critical look at the implications for the relevant observables and address recent experimental data. It turns out that the effective lifetime of \(B^{0}_{s}\to J/\psi f_{0}(980)\) and its mixing-induced CP asymmetry S are quite robust with respect to hadronic effects and thereby allow us to search for a large CP-violating \(B^{0}_{s}\)\(\bar{B}^{0}_{s}\) mixing phase ? s , which is tiny in the Standard Model. However, should small CP violation, i.e. in the range ?0.1?S?0, be found in \(B^{0}_{s}\to J/\psi f_{0}(980)\), it will be crucial to constrain hadronic corrections in order to distinguish possible New-Physics effects from the Standard Model. We point out that \(B^{0}_{d}\to J/\psi f_{0}(980)\), which has not yet been measured, is a key channel in this respect and discuss the physics potential of this decay.  相似文献

In the structure-dynamic approach of nanoionics, the method of a uniform effective field \( {F}_{\mathrm{eff}}^{j,k} \) of a crystallographic planeX j has been substantiated for solid electrolyte nanostructures. The \( {F}_{\mathrm{eff}}^{j,k} \)is defined as an approximation of a non-uniform field \( {F}_{\mathrm{dis}}^j \)of X j with a discrete- random distribution of excess point charges. The parameters of \( {F}_{\mathrm{eff}}^{j,k} \)are calculated by correction of the uniform Gauss field \( {F}_{\mathrm{G}}^j \) of X j . The change in an average frequency of ionic jumps X k ?→?X k?+?1 between adjacent planes of nanostructure is determined by the sum of field additives to the barrier heights η k , k?+?1, and for \( {F}_{\mathrm{G}}^j \) and \( {F}_{\mathrm{dis}}^j \), these sums are the same decimal order of magnitude. For nanostructures with length ~4 nm, the application of \( {F}_{\mathrm{G}}^j \) (as \( {F}_{\mathrm{eff}}^{j,k} \)) gives the accuracy ~20 % in calculations of ion transport characteristics. The computer explorations of the “universal” dynamic response (Reσ ??∝?ω n ) show an approximately the same power n < ≈1 for\( {F}_{\mathrm{G}}^j \) and \( {F}_{\mathrm{eff}}^{j,k} \).  相似文献

Treating the light-flavor constituent quarks and antiquarks whose momentum information is extracted from the data of soft light-flavor hadrons in pp collisions at \(\sqrt{s}=7\) TeV as the underlying source of chromatically neutralizing the charm quarks of low transverse momenta (\(p_{T}\)), we show that the experimental data of \(p_{T}\) spectra of single-charm hadrons \(D^{0,+}\), \(D^{*+}\) \(D_{s}^{+}\), \(\varLambda _{c}^{+}\) and \(\varXi _{c}^{0}\) at mid-rapidity in the low \(p_{T}\) range (\(2\lesssim p_{T}\lesssim 7\) GeV/c) in pp collisions at \(\sqrt{s}=7\) TeV can be well understood by the equal-velocity combination of perturbatively created charm quarks and those light-flavor constituent quarks and antiquarks. This suggests a possible new scenario of low \(p_{T}\) charm quark hadronization, in contrast to the traditional fragmentation mechanism, in pp collisions at LHC energies. This is also another support for the exhibition of the soft constituent quark degrees of freedom for the small parton system created in pp collisions at LHC energies.  相似文献

We find an explicit closed formula for the k’th iterated commutator \({\text{ad}_{A}^{k}}(H_{V}(\xi ))\) of arbitrary order k ? 1 between a Hamiltonian \(H_{V}(\xi )=M_{\omega _{\xi }}+S_{\check V}\) and a conjugate operator \(A=\frac{\mathfrak{i}}{2}(v_{\xi}\cdot\nabla+\nabla\cdot v_{\xi})\), where \(M_{\omega _{\xi }}\) is the operator of multiplication with the real analytic function ω ξ which depends real analytically on the parameter ξ, and the operator \(S_{\check V}\) is the operator of convolution with the (sufficiently nice) function \(\check V\), and v ξ is some vector field determined by ω ξ . Under certain assumptions, which are satisfied for the Yukawa potential, we then prove estimates of the form \(\| {{\text{ad}_{A}^{k}}(H_{V}(\xi ))(H_{0}(\xi )+\mathfrak{i} )}\|\leqslant C_{\xi }^{k}k!\) where C ξ is some constant which depends continuously on ξ. The Hamiltonian is the fixed total momentum fiber Hamiltonian of an abstract two-body dispersive system and the work is inspired by a recent result [3] which, under conditions including estimates of the mentioned type, opens up for spectral deformation and analytic perturbation theory of embedded eigenvalues of finite multiplicity.  相似文献

We consider two ensembles of \(0-1\) \(n\times n\) matrices. The first is the set of all \(n\times n\) matrices with entries zeroes and ones such that all column sums and all row sums equal r, uniformly weighted. The second is the set of \(n \times n\) matrices with zero and one entries where the probability that any given entry is one is r / n, the probabilities of the set of individual entries being i.i.d.’s. Calling the two expectation values E and \(E_B\) respectively, we develop a formal relation
$$\begin{aligned} E({{\mathrm{perm}}}(A)) = E_B({{\mathrm{perm}}}(A)) e^{\sum _2 T_i}.\quad \quad \quad \quad \mathrm{(A1)} \end{aligned}$$
We use two well-known approximating ensembles to E, \(E_1\) and \(E_2\). Replacing E by either \(E_1\) or \(E_2\) we can evaluate all terms in (A1). For either \(E_1\) or \(E_2\) the terms \(T_i\) have amazing properties. We conjecture that all these properties hold also for E. We carry through a similar development treating \(E({{\mathrm{perm}}}_m(A))\), with m proportional to n, in place of \(E({{\mathrm{perm}}}(A))\).

The K--induced production of \( \Lambda\)(1405) is investigated in K - d \( \rightarrow\) \( \pi\) \( \Sigma\) n reactions based on coupled-channels chiral dynamics, in order to discuss the resonance position of the \( \Lambda\)(1405) in the \( \bar{{K}}\) N channel. We find that the K - d \( \rightarrow\) \( \Lambda\)(1405)n process favors the production of \( \Lambda\)(1405) initiated by the \( \bar{{K}}\) N channel. The present approach indicates that the \( \Lambda\)(1405) -resonance position is 1420MeV rather than 1405MeV in the \( \pi\) \( \Sigma\) invariant-mass spectra of K - d \( \rightarrow\) \( \pi\) \( \Sigma\) n reactions. This is consistent with an observed spectrum of the K - d \( \rightarrow\) \( \pi^{{+}}_{}\) \( \Sigma^{{-}}_{}\) n with 686-844MeV/c incident K- by bubble chamber experiments done in the 70s. Our model also reproduces the measured \( \Lambda\)(1405) production cross-section.  相似文献

The Higgs Triplet Model (HTM) predicts the existences of the extra neutral scalars Hi(Hi = H, A) and the charged Higgs bosons (H± and H±±). In this work, we make a systematic investigation for the associated production of the singly-charged and neutral Higgs bosons via the processes: \(e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow H^{+}W^{-}H\) and \(e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow H^{+}W^{-}A\). From the numerical evaluations for the production cross sections and relevant phenomenological analysis we find that (i) the production rates of these processes can reach the level of several fb with reasonable parameter values; (ii) due to the large production rates and small backgrounds, the signals of these scalars might be detected via these processes at the future ILC experiments; and (iii) for the case of \(m_{H_{i}}> m_{H^{\pm }}> m_{H^{\pm \pm }}\), the cascade decay modes \(H_{i}\to H^{\pm }W^{\mp \ast }\) with \(H^{\pm }\to H^{\pm \pm }W^{\mp \ast }\) would lead to production of H++H?? accompanied by several virtual W bosons. Such characteristic feature can help us to distinguish the HTM from the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model (2HDM) and the Minimal Supersymmetric Model (MSSM).  相似文献

Following Flory’s ideality hypothesis, the chemical potential of a test chain of length n immersed into a dense solution of chemically identical polymers of length distribution P(N) is extensive in n . We argue that an additional contribution \( \delta\) \( \mu_{{{\rm c}}}^{}\)(n) ~ +1/\( \rho\) \( \sqrt{{n}}\) arises (\( \rho\) being the monomer density) for all P(N) if n ? 〈N〉 which can be traced back to the overall incompressibility of the solution leading to a long-range repulsion between monomers. Focusing on Flory-distributed melts, we obtain \( \delta\) \( \mu_{{{\rm c}}}^{}\)(n) \( \approx\) (1 - 2n/〈N〉)/\( \rho\) \( \sqrt{{n}}\) for n ? 〈N2 , hence, \( \delta\) \( \mu_{{{\rm c}}}^{}\)(n) \( \approx\) -1/\( \rho\) \( \sqrt{{n}}\) if n is similar to the typical length of the bath 〈N〉 . Similar results are obtained for monodisperse solutions. Our perturbation calculations are checked numerically by analyzing the annealed length distribution P(N) of linear equilibrium polymers generated by Monte Carlo simulation of the bond fluctuation model. As predicted we find, e.g., the non-exponentiality parameter K p \( \equiv\) 1 - 〈N p〉/p!〈Np to decay as K p \( \approx\) 1/\( \sqrt{{\langle N \rangle }}\) for all moments p of the distribution.  相似文献

The viability of the variable generalised Chaplygin gas (VGCG) model is analysed from the standpoint of its thermodynamical stability criteria with the help of an equation of state, \(P = - \frac{B}{\rho ^{\alpha } }\), where \(B = B_{0}V^{-\frac{n}{3}}\). Here \(B_{0}\) is assumed to be a positive universal constant, n is a constant parameter and V is the volume of the cosmic fluid. We get the interesting result that if the well-known stability conditions of a fluid is adhered to, the values of n are constrained to be negative definite to make \( \left( \frac{\partial P}{\partial V}\right) _{S} <0\) & \( \left( \frac{\partial P}{\partial V}\right) _{T} <0\) throughout the evolution. Moreover the positivity of thermal capacity at constant volume \(c_{V}\) as also the validity of the third law of thermodynamics are ensured in this case. For the particular case \(n = 0\) the effective equation of state reduces to \(\Lambda \)CDM model in the late stage of the universe while for \(n <0\) it mimics a phantom-like cosmology which is in broad agreement with the present SNe Ia constraints like VGCG model. The thermal equation of state is discussed and the EoS parameter is found to be an explicit function of temperature only. Further for large volume the thermal equation of state parameter is identical with the caloric equation of state parameter when \( T \rightarrow 0\). It may also be mentioned that like Santos et al. our model does not admit of any critical points. We also observe that although the earlier model of Lu explains many of the current observational findings of different probes it fails to explain the crucial tests of thermodynamical stability.  相似文献
