Temperature dependence of luminescence emission from cerium- and europiumdoped MgO is reported. The emission intensity changes with increase in the phosphor temperature. The phosphor showed peaks in the brightness-temperature curves. The intensities at static temperatures were always lower, indicating that temperature quenching occurs in almost all cases. The same is also evident from spectral distribution curves obtained at different temperatures.  相似文献

The lyoluminescence (LL) properties of gamma irradiated KBr:Ce phosphor are reported in this paper. The samples were prepared by wet chemical route. The prepared material was characterized by lyoluminescence technique. LL in KBr:Ce have been recorded for different gamma doses. The nature of variation of peak LL intensity is found to be sublinear with gamma irradiation dose, and the peak LL intensity is found to be dependent on concentrations of added Ce in the samples. Negligible fading in the prepared KBr:Ce (0.5 mol%) sample is observed.  相似文献

In this work mechanoluminescence and lyoluminescence properties of Li2BaP2O7: Eu phosphor are reported. Phosphor was synthesized through high temperature solid state diffusion method. Analysis of phosphor was made through various characterization techniques such as mechanoluminescence (ML), lyoluminescence (LL), x-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL). It was observed that ML intensity showed good enhancement with variation in time, concentration of dopant Eu, mass of piston and impact velocity. Lyoluminescence intensity was also found to increase with change in time and mass of the sample. Variation in gamma doses imparted to Li2BaP2O7: Eu phosphor was observed to affect both the ML and LL intensities' respectively. Both the ML and LL intensity attain a maximum value Im at a particular time tm but afterwards, it decreases and finally disappears. Morphology of Li2BaP2O7: Eu luminescent material was also studied using scanning electron microscope technique. The average particle size in Eu doped lithium barium diphosphate phosphor was around 2 μm.  相似文献

The lyoluminescence (LL), thermoluminescence and mechanoluminescence (ML) of a γ -ray-irradiated powder of NaCl:Dy (0.05–0.5 mol%) phosphor are reported in this paper. The nature of intensity variation of the respective luminescence spectra with different γ -ray doses and with different concentrations of Dy3+ doped in NaCl are found to be similar. The LL and ML intensities differed from each other, but their nature is found to be similar in a sublinear form up to a high dose (5.0 kGy) of γ -rays. Thus, the prepared phosphor may be useful for accidental radiation dosimetry up to a high dose (5.0 kGy) of γ -rays using the LL and ML techniques.  相似文献

The possibility of application of phosphor with memory effect for X-ray recording of fast (explosive) processes has been studied. Four different radiation sources were used in the series of experiments carried out. To obtain numerical X-ray images, a detector based on BaFBr:Eu Image Plate phosphor was used. It has been found that the summation of results of several scans after single exposition allows improving the signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range of the readable signal. Spectra of pulse X-ray devices have been calculated on the base of calibration curves of radiation attenuation for different materials. Preliminary experiments on the registration of explosive processes have been conducted.  相似文献

A novel deep-blue phosphor, Ba1.2Ca0.8SiO4:Ce3+, has been developed for white-light-emitting diodes. The phosphor exhibits two absorption bands at 280 and 325 nm, and an intense deep-blue emission peaking at 400 nm. With increasing Ce/Li concentrations, the lattice expands, and the emission peak is blueshifted. This correlation is explained in terms of the crystal field effect and the configurational coordinate diagram. This phosphor shows much higher thermal quenching temperature (225 °C) due to a weak electron-phonon interaction. Thus, it can be used as a sensitizer phosphor to excite other green or red phosphors, or a promising deep-blue phosphor for white-light-emitting diodes.  相似文献

The measurements on the luminescence spectra of TlCl+KCl mixed phosphor under low energy cathode rays at 80° K have been presented here. The reflectance as well as excitation spectra of this mixed phosphors have also been studied. The X-ray diffraction studies of the samples along with the optical studies show that the mixed phosphor consists of two phases: (1) KCl:Tl (2) TlCl:K. It has been observed that the emission bands due to thallous chloride are gradually quenched with the increase in potassium chloride content of the phosphor; further, the emission bands supposed to be due to KCl:Tl phosphors gradually appear. Since some of the emission bands obtained with KCl:Tl phosphors at high thallium content are also present in the luminescence spectra of thallous chloride it is suggested that such bands should be attributed to undissociated thallous chloride present in KCl:Tl phosphor. The quenching of thallous chloride emission by the incorporation of potassium chloride in the system has been explained as being due to the absence of stoichiometric excess of thallium in such mixed system. The results also show that the absorption spectra of the mixed system is determined by the minor components KCl:Tl. This indicates that the absorption spectra of KCl:Tl phosphor should not be affected by the presence of undissociated thallous chloride.  相似文献

研究了在不同激发波长下三价钐离子掺杂硫氧化钇的发光强度对浓度的依赖关系。研究发现磷光体的发光强度不仅跟激活离子的浓度有关,而且跟激发时所采用的不同激发波长有关。磷光体发光强度与激活剂掺杂量的变化曲线表明,在不同激发路径下磷光体具有不同的发光性质。采用Sm^3 离子直接跃迁的413nm对样品进行激发时,发生猝灭的浓度低至约0.2mol%;当采用263nm高能紫外线激发时,浓度猝灭发生在较高浓度处(~2mol%),后者是前者的10倍。对Sm^3 离子发射强度与浓度关系曲线进行了拟合计算,结果表明Sm^3 在Y2O2S中浓度猝灭的原因主要是相邻中心的偶极-四极相互作用引起的交叉弛豫。  相似文献

退火和淬火对交流粉末电致发光老化的改善是最有效的方法,原因尚未清楚。本文通过发射光谱、热释光和离子探针实验首次提出:在退火和淬火速冷过程中铜的分布发生了变化,由于铜的析出,聚集在晶体表面缺陷上,形成了高场所必需的硫化锌—硫化铜结,增加了晶体中场分布的不均匀性和势垒高度,稳定了硫化铜相,改善了场的分布和初电子注入条件,因而,改善了电致发光老化。  相似文献

Phosphor materials are used in medical imaging combined with radiographic film or other photodetectors. Cerium (Ce3+) -doped scintillators are of particular interest for medical imaging, because of their very fast response. YAP:Ce scintillator-based image detectors have already been evaluated in single-crystal form and under conditions of positron emission tomography and synchrotron or γ-ray irradiation. Furthermore, YAP:Ce phosphor has been evaluated in conjunction with radiographic films. The present work reports experimental and theoretical data concerning the light output absolute luminescence efficiency (AE) of the YAP:Ce screens under irradiation conditions employed in medical X-ray projection imaging (i.e., in diagnostic radiology). projection imaging (i.e., in diagnostic radiology). YAP:Ce phosphor screens with surface densities ranging between 53 and 110 mg/cm2 were prepared by sedimentation on fused silica substates in our laboratory. The resulted surface density of the screens was determined by dividing the phosphor mass deposited on the screen surface with the area of the surface. Additionally this work addresses the imaging performance of YAP:Ce by estimation of the detective quantum efficiency (DQE), i.e., the square of the signal to noise ratio transfer. Absolute efficiency was found to decrease with X-ray tube voltage for for YAP:Ce phosphor. The highest experimental efficiency was obtained for the 53.7 mg/cm2 and 88.0 mg/cm2 YAP:Ce screens. 采用高温固相法合成了Ba2B2P2O10:Eu3+材料,并研究了材料的光谱特性。在400nm近紫外光激发下,材料的发射光谱由4组线状峰组成,峰值分别为600,618,627和660nm,分别对应Eu3+的5D0→7F1,7F2,7F3和7F4跃迁。研究了Eu3+掺杂浓度及电荷补偿剂对材料发射强度的影响,结果显示,随Eu3+掺杂浓度的增大,材料的发射强度增大,并未出现浓度猝灭效应,同时,添加电荷补偿剂可增强材料的发射强度。  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了LiCaPO4:Eu2+蓝色发光粉,并对其发光特性进行了研究。该发光粉发射峰值位于470nm,属于Eu2+的4f65d1→4f的特征跃迁发射,与结构相似的LiSrPO4:Eu2+和NaBaPO4:Eu2+相比其峰值有明显红移。Eu2+在LiCaPO4晶体中可被250~440nm光有效激发,这与紫外发光二极管的发射光谱(350~410nm)匹配。考察了Eu2+的掺杂浓度对发光强度的影响,最佳掺杂摩尔分数为5%,摩尔分数超过5%后发生猝灭现象。浓度猝灭机理为电多极-电多极的交互作用。LiCaPO4:Eu2+是适合UV-LED管芯激发的白光发光二极管用高亮度蓝色发光粉。  相似文献

Green-emitting phosphor Na2Ba2Si2O7:Eu2+ has been synthesized by a conventional high-temperature solid-state reaction. The phase structure and luminescence properties are characterized by the X-ray powder diffraction, diffuse reflectance spectra, photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra, temperature-dependent emission spectra, respectively. It can be efficiently excited in the wavelength range of 325–400 nm and consists of a strong broad green band centered at about 501 nm, which is ascribed to 4f66s05d1 → 4f76s25d0 transition of Eu2+. The critical quenching concentration of Eu2+ in the Na2Ba2Si2O7 host is about 0.8 mol % and corresponding quenching behavior is ascribed to be electric dipole–dipole interaction. Furthermore, the phosphor has good thermal stability property, and the activation energy for thermal quenching is calculated as 0.34 eV.  相似文献

采用CaCO3,MgO,SiO2,Eu2O3原料,通过高温固相法制备了Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉.通过XRD图谱和PL光谱图,研究了Eu的掺杂浓度与助溶剂(NH4Cl,BaF2)对Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉结构、发光性能和热稳定的影响.XRD图谱对比结果表明,制备的Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉XRD图与理论计算得到的图谱几乎一致.Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉在360~450 nm有很强的激发强度,并且在440 nm激发下发射峰值波长为530 nm的发射光.随着Eu2+离子浓度的增加,发射光谱出现了红移,且在Eu2+离子浓度约为6%时发生了浓度猝灭现象.当添加NH4Cl和BaF2作为助溶剂,Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉的发光强度有一定提高.与未添加助溶剂的Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉的发光强度相比,添加NH4Cl助溶剂后发光强度增加了70%.此外,当温度升高至150 ℃时,Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉和商用绿色荧光粉的发光强度分别降低了7.6%和14%,表明Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉具有良好的热稳定性.这些发光性能均表明Ca3Mg3Si4O14:Eu2+荧光粉是是一种可应用于固态照明的有前景的绿色荧光粉.  相似文献

The electronic transport through a single impurity in a repulsive Luttinger liquid (LL) has been theoretically studied. It has been found that the direct current Ī above the threshold voltage related to the strength of the impurity potential is accompanied by coherent oscillations with frequency f= Ī/e. There is an analogy with the Josephson junctions: the well-known regime of the power-law IV curves in the LL corresponds to the damping of the Josephson current below the critical one, while the oscillatory regime in the LL can be compared with the Josephson oscillations above the critical current. 采用高温固相法合成了Sr2ZnMoO6:Sm3+新型红色荧光材料,并对其发光特性进行了研究。XRD测量结果表明所制备样品为纯相Sr2ZnMoO6晶体。样品的发射光谱由一系列锐谱组成,分别位于563 nm(4G5/26H5/2)、598 nm(4G5/26H7/2)、607 nm(4G5/26H7/2)和645 nm(4G5/26H9/2),最强发射为645 nm。样品激发光谱由电荷迁移带CT和Sm3+离子的特征激发峰组成,主激发峰位于284 nm(CT)和403 nm(6H5/2-4L13/2)。 随着Sm3+浓度的增大, Sr2-xZnMoO6:xSm3+材料的发光强度先增大后减小, 在x≥2%时,发生浓度猝灭现象。根据Dexter理论分析其猝灭机理为电偶极-电偶极相互作用。比较了Li+、Na+和K+作为电荷补偿剂的作用,发现均使Sr2ZnMoO6:Sm3+材料的发射强度得到增强,但以Li+补偿效果最为显著。  相似文献
