A novel compound N-(4-methylbenzyl)-4-(3-fluorophenyl)-4-piperidinol hydrochloride has been synthesized and its structure (C19H23ClFNO, Mr = 335.83) was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR, MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.2163(6), b = 10.7905(9), c = 12.2651(10) A, α = 109.576(2),β = 98.407(2),γ= 95.956(2)°, V= 878.14(13)A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.270 g/cm^3,μ = 0.231 mm^-1, F(000) = 356, S = 1.100, the final R = 0.0525 and wR = 0.1425 for 3206 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0140) with 2736 observed ones (I 〉 2σ(I)). The piperidine ring exhibits a chair conformation. The dihedral angle made by the methyl- and fluoro-substituted benzene rings is 66.84(7)°. There are some intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among the molecules, which stabilize the whole crystal structure. The preliminary biological activity tests indicate good herbicidal activity for the title compound, in particular against the roots of some tested plants (such as Brassica campestris L. and Echinochloa crusgallis L.).  相似文献

A Schiff base zinc(Ⅱ) complex [Zn(C12H16BrClN2O)2(NCS)2] was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=8.414(1),b=9.124(1),c=22.212(3),α=79.177(2),β=86.296(2),γ=89.899(2)o,V=1671.3(4)3,Z=2,Dc=1.631 g/cm3,Mr=820.79,λ(MoKα)= 0.71073,μ=3.444 mm-1,F(000)=824,R=0.0646 and wR=0.1179. A total of 7371 unique reflections were collected,of which 3904 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The complex crystallizes with two half-molecules per asymmetric unit and each mononuclear molecule is centrosymmetric. The Zn atom lying at the inversion centre is six-coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry by two phenolate O atoms and two imine N atoms from two Schiff base ligands,as well as two N atoms from two thiocyanate anions. In the crystal structure,the combination of π-π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds (N–H…Br,N–H…O,N–H…N,C–H…O,C–H…S and C–H…Cl) leads to a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized by the reaction of 4-tert-butyl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-2-aminothiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoic acid. The crystal structure of the title compound, C21H19ClF2N2OS, was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.6479(13), b = 13.1204(13), c = 14.1341(15), Z = 4, V = 2011.5(4)3, Mr = 420.89, Dc = 1.390 g/cm3, S = 1.023, μ = 0.326 mm-1, F(000) = 872, the final R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0880 for 6101 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)), and R = 0.0507, wR = 0.0978 for 7779 independent reflections. X-ray crystal structure displays that the hydrogen bonding interactions observed link the molecules to form a dimeric unit. The preliminary biological test of the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.046 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line.  相似文献

The title mononuclear Schiff base nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(C11H14Br2N2O)2(H2O)2]·2NO3·2C2H3N was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 15.534(2), b = 7.647(1), c = 16.435(2) (A), β = 103.252(2)o, V = 1900.3(4) (A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.750 g/cm3, Mr = 1000.99, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A), μ = 4.776 mm-1, F(000) = 996, the final R = 0.0368 and wR = 0.0724. A total of 3988 unique reflections were collected, of which 2764 with I>2σ(I) were observed. The complex consists of a mononuclear [Ni(C11H14Br2N2O)2(H2O)2]2 cation, two nitrate anions and two acetonitrile molecules. The Ni atom, lying on the inversion centre, is six- coordinated by two Schiff bases and two water molecules to assume an octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules in the crystal are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N-H…O, N-H…Br, O-H…O, O-H…N and C-H…O to form layers.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-tert-butyl-5-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-aminothiazole with propionic anhydride, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 18.441(2), b = 8.3284(9), c = 19.257(2) , Z = 8, V = 2957.5(5) 3, Mr = 279.37, Dc = 1.255 mg/m3, S = 1.033, μ = 0.219 mm-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0876 for 2629 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intermolecular N–H···N hydrogen bond, which plays an important role in stabilizing the crystal structure. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the title compound exhibits potent fungicidal activity against R. Solani(25 mg/L) with inhibition rate of 80.0%.  相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(4-methylpyridin-2-ylimino)methyl]phenol (C13H10BrClN20), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3-bromo-5- chlorosalicylaldehyde and 4-methylpyridin-2-ylamine in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 6.048(3), b = 14.063(7), c = 7.623(4) A,β = 97.703(7)°, Z = 2, V = 642.5(6)A3, Dc = 1.683 g/cm3, Mr=325.59, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.395 mm^-1, F(000) = 324, R = 0.0370 and wR = 0.0662. A total of 3879 reflections were collected, of which 1970 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The benzene and pyridine rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.031(3)A), with their dihedral angle of 3.3(3)°. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has excellent antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The title compound 3-methyl-l-(4-methylphenyl)-4-(N-4-trifluoromethylphenyl) aminomethyl-5-(4-methoxyphenylthio)-lH-pyrazole has been synthesized via a four-step reaction and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.7170(15), b = 18.355(3), c = 15.292(3) A, fl = 103.445(3)°, V= 2379.7(7) A3, Dc = 1.350 g/cm3, Z = 4, p = 0.184, F(000) = 1008, and the final R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.1339 for 4160 observed reflections (I 〉 2a(/)). The results demonstrate that there is a face-to-face π-π stacking interaction between one benzene ring (C(19)-C(24)) and another (C(I 3)-C(! 8)) at a plane-plane distance of 3.3539 A. The ring normal and vector between the ring centroids form an angle of 18.2° up to the centroid-to-centroid distance of 3.5273 A. The crystal structure is stabilized by the intermolecular hydrogen bond of N(3)-H(3A)...N(2) (symmetry code: A -x+l, -y+l, -z). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

On the basis of the interesting structures and biological activities exhibited by several heterocyclic systems possessing the pyridone nucleus such as mappcine and camptothecin, we have planed to design the synthesis, crystal studies and antibacterial activity of the new 1-((2- chloroquinolin-3yl)-methyl)-pyridine-2(1H)-one building block. An X-ray analysis has provided valuable insight into the effect of steric factors on the three-dimensional shape of this compound which serves as a useful advanced intermediate in the synthesis of these biologically active molecules. A multistep synthesis of camptothecin (5) has been designed by retrosynthetic analysis as part of an ongoing program on lead anticancer drug.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group C2/c with a = 36.102(4), b = 5.6620(11), c = 13.015(2)A,β = 105.491 (2)°, V = 2563.7(7)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.224 g/cm3, 2 = 0.71073 A,μ(MoKα) = 0.087 mm^-1, F(000) = 1016, the final R = 0.0456 and wR = 0.1257 for 2255 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration about the central C=N functional bond. The phenyl rings of two 2,3,4-trimethoxy-6-methylbenzaldehyde groups are parallel by symmetry. The molecules are linked through π-π and C-H…π stacking interactions and C-H…O hydrogen bonding interactions. The title compound possesses moderate antibacterial activity.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P211c with a = 16.3064(11), b = 9.4471(6), c = 11.2626 (8)A, β = 108.400(1)°, Z = 4, V = 1646.28(19) A^3, Mr = 317.26, Dc = 1.280 g/cm^3, S = 1.078,μ = 0.510 mm^-1, F(000) = 664, the final R = 0.0514 and wR = 0.1412 for 3210 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The thiazine ring system displays a twisted boat conformation, and three N-H,..Cl hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1^-, a = 9.1549(3), b = 10.7168(4), c = 17.6272(6)A, α = 102.9363(12), β = 90.2713(9), γ = 117.4265(10)°, V= 1484.41(9)A^3, Z= 2,μ(MoKa) = 0.323, F(000) = 658, Z= 2, De= 1.417 g/cm^3, the final R = 0.0687 and wR = 0.2066 for 4943 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the diazaphospholine ring is almost planar and the two ethoxy groups bonded on the 3a- and 4-positions are in trans configurations. Its antiproliferative activity was also tested in vitro against four human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

The synthesis of the title molecule was achieved by the reaction of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl chloride with potassium thiocyanate in 1:1 molar ratio in dry acetonitrile to afford the corresponding isothiocyante in situ followed by the treatment with 2-aminobiphenyl. The structure of the target compound was established by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H, 13 C NMR and mass spectroscopy and unequivocally confirmed by the crystallographic data. The title compound,2,6-bis(2-pyridinylmethyl)-3,5-bis(2-hydroxyl-5-chlorophe nyl)-pyrazine(C26H12Cl2N4O2C2H8O2,Mr=551.41),has been synthesized and characterized by LC-ESIMS,NMR,UV and IR spectroscopy as well as by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The compound behaves as a substituted pyrazine.The hydrogen atoms on C(2) and C(3) are substituted by 2-pyridinyl,whereas those on C(1) and C(4) are substituted by 2-hydroxyl-5-chlorophenyl.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=8.9433(12),b=32.003(4),c=10.5209(18),β=111.199(2)°,V=2807.5(7)3,Z=4,Dc=1.305 mg/m3,F(000)=1144 and μ=0.094 mm-1.A total of 13235 reflections were collected in the range of 2.17~25.01o by using a phi and omega scan mode,of which 4923 were unique(Rint=0.0692) and 2872 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ) were used in the structure solution and refinement.  相似文献
