Three new chalcones, 3′‐carboxymethyl‐4,2′‐dihydroxy‐4′‐methoxychalcone ( 1 ), (±)‐4,2′,4′‐trihydroxy‐3′‐[(3‐hydroxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐6‐methylenecyclohexyl)methyl]chalcone ( 2 ), and 2′′‐hydroxyangelichalcone ( 3 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Angelica keiskei (Umbelliferae) together with five known compounds, artocarmitin A ( 4 ), (+)‐cis‐(3′R,4′R)‐methylkhellactone ( 5 ), (?)‐trans‐(3′R,4′S)‐methylkhellactone ( 6 ), 3,4‐dihydroxanthotoxin ( 7 ), and (Z)‐p‐coumaryl alcohol ( 8 ). The known compounds 4 – 8 were identified from A. keiskei for the first time. The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by interpreting spectroscopic data including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR. 相似文献

Thirteen curcuminoids (1–13) were isolated from the rhizomes of Curcuma longa. Among them, 1,5‐dihydroxy‐1,7‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4,6‐heptadiene‐3‐one (1), 1,5‐dihydroxy‐1‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl)‐7‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4,6‐heptadiene‐3‐one (2), 1,5‐dihydroxy‐1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐7‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl)‐4,6‐heptadiene‐3‐one (3), and 3‐hydroxy‐1,7‐bis‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐6‐heptene‐1,5‐dione (4) are new compounds, and 1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐7‐(3, 4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐1, 6‐heptadiene‐3, 5‐dione (5) is isolated from natural sources for the first time. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, especially 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. The 13C NMR data and complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments of some known compounds are reported for the first time. Annosqualine (=(10′bR)‐1′,5′,6′,10′b‐tetrahydro‐9′‐hydroxy‐7′,8′‐dimethoxyspiro[cyclohexa‐2,5‐diene‐1,2′‐pyrrolo[2,1‐a]isoquinoline]‐3′,4‐dione; 1 ), a novel alkaloid with an unprecedented skeleton, and a new amide, dihydrosinapoyltyramine (=3‐(4‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐N‐[2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]propanamide; 2 ), were isolated from the stems of Annona squamosa L., together with six known alkaloids. The structures of all compounds were elucidated spectroscopically by means of optical rotation, 1H‐, 13C‐, and 2D‐NMR, and by EI‐MS, or by comparison with the spectral data of authentic samples. Two new aromatic lactones, 6‐hydroxy‐4‐hydroxymethyl‐8‐methoxy‐3‐ methylisocoumarin (1) and 1,10‐dihydroxy‐8‐methyl‐dibenz[b, e]oxepin‐6,11‐dione (2), together with two known compounds, 1,10‐dihydroxy‐dibenz[b, e]oxepin‐6,11‐dione (3) and 3‐hydroxymethyl‐6,8‐dimethoxycoumarin (4), were isolated from a mangrove endophytic fungus (No. GX4‐1B) collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated and the data of 1H and 13C NMR were assigned completely by HREIMS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments including HMQC, HMBC and NOESY. A new polyoxygenated pregnane genin and a new diphenylmethane, along with five known pregnane derivatives, were isolated from the root barks of Periploca sepium. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as (3β,14β)‐3,14‐dihydroxy‐21‐methoxypregn‐5‐en‐20‐one ( 1 ) and 2‐hydroxy‐5‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐methoxybenzyl)‐4‐methoxybenzaldehyde ( 2 ) on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR and MS analyses. The C‐alkylated flavonoids 3,7,4′‐trihydroxy‐3′‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbutyl)‐5,6‐dimethoxyflavone ( 1 ), 3,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbutyl)‐5,6,4′‐trimethoxyflavone ( 2 ) and the trans‐clerodane diterpenoids 6β‐hydroxy‐15,16‐epoxy‐5β,8β,9β,10α‐cleroda‐3,13(16),14‐trien‐18‐oic acid ( 3 ) and 2β‐hydroxy‐15,16‐epoxy‐5β,8β,9β,10α‐cleroda‐3,13(16),14‐trien‐18‐oic acid ( 4 ) were isolated from Duranta repens. Their structures and the relative configuration of 3 and 4 were determined by spectroscopic methods (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, IR, and MS) and 2D‐NMR experiments. The known flavonoid 5 is also reported for the first time from this species. The compounds 1 , 3 , and 5 showed significant enzyme‐inhibitory activity against thrombin. 相似文献

A thorough investigation of Cacalia tangutica (Franch.) Hand‐Mazz afforded two new epimeric eremophilane sesquiterpenoids, 7β‐ H‐3α‐angeloyloxy‐9‐ene‐11,12‐epoxy‐8‐oxoeremophilane ( 1 ) and 7α‐H‐3α‐angeloyloxy‐9‐ene‐11,12‐epoxy‐8‐oxoeremophilane ( 2 ), as well as four known sesquiterpenes, petasol ( 3 ), oplopanone ( 4 ), 4,5‐epoxy‐β‐caryophyllene ( 5 ), 4(15)‐eudesmene‐1β,6α‐diol ( 6 ), and three known monoterpenes, 1β,2α‐dihydroxy‐p‐menth‐5‐ene ( 7 ), 5α‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐p‐menth‐6(1)‐ene ( 8 ), 5β‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐p‐menth‐6(1)‐ene ( 9 ), and two known triterpenes, maniladiol 3‐O‐palmitate ( 10 ), taraxasteryl palmitate ( 11 ). The new compounds were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods including 1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS, and the known ones were established on the basis of comparing their NMR data with those of the corresponding compounds in the literature. Eleven new indole alkaloids were isolated from cultures of the human pathogenic yeast Malassezia furfur after addition of L ‐tryptophan as the sole N‐source: pityriacitrin B ( 2 ), the malassezindoles A ( 3 ) and B ( 4 ), malassezialactic acid ( 6 ), the malasseziazoles A ( 7 ), B ( 8 ), and C ( 9 ), pityriazole ( 10 ), malasseziacitrin ( 11 ), and malassezione ( 12 ), along with the known d‐ indole‐3‐lactic acid (=(αR)‐α‐hydroxy‐1H‐indole‐3‐propanoic acid 5 ), and 2‐hydroxy‐1‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)ethanone ( 13 ). The structural elucidation of these compounds was performed by spectroscopic methods (MS as well as 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR). Two new flavanones, tonkinochromanes A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), and a new chalcone, tonkinochromane C ( 3 ), were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Sophora tonkinensis. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D‐NMR and MS experiments. One new dammarane triterpenoid, cylindrictone A ( 1 ), as well as five new nor‐dammarane triterpenoids cylindrictone B–F ( 2 – 6 ) were isolated from the leaves of Viburnum cylindrium, together with three known compounds 3β‐hydroxy‐hexanordammaran‐20‐one ( 7 ), 3α‐hydroxyoctanordammar‐12‐en‐17‐one ( 8 ), and neoalsogenin B ( 9 ). Their structures were identified by extensive NMR‐spectroscopic (especially 2D‐NMR) and mass‐spectrometric experiments, and the structure of 3 was further confirmed by a single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. One new ceramide (=long‐chain base linked to a fatty acid via an amide bond), tanacetamide D ( 1 ), was isolated from Tanacetum artemisioides. Besides this, the two known constituents 5‐demethylnobiletin ( 2 ) and 5‐hydroxy‐3,6,7,8,3′,4′‐hexamethoxyflavone ( 3 ) were isolated for the first time from this species. The structure elucidation of the isolated compounds were based primarily on 2D‐NMR techniques including correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear multiple‐quantum coherence (HMQC), heteronuclear multiple‐bond correlation (HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments. 相似文献
