With a high pressure gas target muonic F and S X-ray intensities in SF6 and H2+SF6 have been measured. It was found that the distribution of muons between sulphur and fluorine is not at all equal to the ratio of the atomic numbers Z.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce one dimensional vibron model to analyze the fundamental, overtone and combination modes of CF4 molecule and both stretching, bending vibrational mode of bent H2O molecule up to first overtone with few algebraic parameters. Using the model Hamiltonian, we reported here better results for the vibrational spectra of H2O. Our analysis suggests some reassignments of levels and predicts location of states in case of CF4 molecule which was not yet observed.  相似文献

在射频输入功率为400W,气压为0.8Pa的条件下,使用光强标定的发射光谱方法研究了感应耦合H2/C4F8等离子体中CF, CF2, H和F基团的相对密度随流量比R=H2/(H2+C4F8)的变化情况,而HF基团相对密度的变化由四级质谱仪探测得到。结果表明等离子体活性先随着R的增加而升高,然后随着R的进一步增加而下降。在流量比从0逐渐上升到0.625的过程中,CF和CF2基团的相对密度不断降低。实验中测得的CF基团的相对密度[CF]与理论计算得到的[CF]有很好的一致性说明了电子与CF2基团的碰撞反应是CF基团产生的主要原因。文中还讨论了HF基团。  相似文献

The multiple photon excitation and dissociation of SF6 and hydrogen mixtures is measured by using simultaneously pulsed optoacoustic detection to monitor the energy deposition and time resolved HF fluorescence to monitor the production of vibrationally hot HF. From these studies we deduce that at least three mechanisms lead to production of vibrationally excited HF. One mechanism produces free F from the unimolecular laser-induced decomposition of SF6. The second mechanism involves the reaction between two vibrationally hot SF6 molecules to produce free F. In both of these cases the F atom subsequently react with H2 to produce vibrationally hot HF. The third involves the reaction between a vibrationally hot SF6 molecule and a hydrogen molecule producing vibrationally hot HF directly.  相似文献

A new Penning-electron-Penning-ion coincidence method is described. It is applied to the study of the thermal reaction of He(23S) with H2. The main results reported are separate electron energy spectra that are coincident with the three different ions formed: HeH2+, HeH+ and H2+. Based on these results it is shown that the Penning reaction of the He(23S)/H 2 system proceeds in two well-separated steps: (i) ionization at distances R (HeH2) ? 6a0 in which H2+ (v) is formed in different vibrational states; and (ii) reactive collision of H2+ (v) with He. For the second step the variation of the branching ratios with vibrational quantum numbers v = 0 to v = 10 is derived, and it is shown that these branching ratios may be regarded as relative vibrational-energy-dependent cross-sections for the collision of H2+ (v) with He at an average relative kinetic energy of ~20 meV.  相似文献

The intensities of about 90 lines of the ν1 + ν2 and ν2 + ν3 bands of H218O have been measured using a Fourier transform spectrum of natural water vapor. The constants involved in the rotational expansion of the transformed transition moment operators corresponding to these bands have been determined through a fit of these line intensities. The constants obtained are used to compute the whole spectrum of the ν1 + ν2 and ν2 + ν3 bands of H218O providing reliable line positions and intensities. For lines involving perturbed levels a comparison is given with the results obtained for H216O and it is shown that the results for one isotopic species cannot be transferred directly to another one.  相似文献

EPR spectra of Gd3+-doped Ce2(SO4)3.8H2O and La2(SO4)3.9H2O single crystals have been measured with an X-band spectrometer at room and low temperatures. The absolute signs of spin Hamiltonian parameters have been determined for the La2(SO4)3.9H2O host from intensities of lines at liquid helium temperature; for the Ce2(SO4).8H2O host the lines broaden considerably below 60 K, not permitting the determination of absolute signs of spin Hamiltonian parameters. The data are analysed using a rigourous least-squares procedure, fitting simultaneously all lines obtained for several orientations of the external magnetic field. The zero-field splittings have been computed for both the hosts. The characteristics of EPR spectra of Gd3+ in these hosts are compared with those obtained in other rare-earth trisulphate octahydrate hosts.  相似文献

Measurements in SF6?H2 mixtures of HF1 fluorescence at 2.8 μm induced by pulsed CO2 laser radiation are reported. The dependence of fluorescence intensity on laser fluence is found to be strongly affected by the laser beam geometry in the interaction region. Our results show that the technique of HF1 fluorescence intensity detection can be a sensitive and reliable single-shot measure of multiple-photon dissociation of SF6 in a collisionless regime on condition that the laser fluence is uniform along the interaction region which is monitored.  相似文献

The ejection of H2O, O2, H2 and H from water ice at 30–140 K, bombarded by 0.5–6 keV H+ and Ne+ was studied experimentally. Neon ions in this energy range deposit their energy in the ice by nuclear collisions, whereas with protons of 0.5 to 6 keV the energy deposition mechanism shifts gradually from predominantly nuclear collisions to predominantly electronic processes. The existing theory of nuclear sputtering predicts very well the yield of ejected water molecules and the experimental results in the region of electronic processes agree well with the experimental results of Lanzerotti, Brown and Johnson. However, the major mass loss from water by ion bombardment is via the ejection of O2, H2 and H atoms, which exceed the ejection of water molecules. O2 and H2 production is markedly enhanced at temperatures exceeding ~100 K, whereas H2O and H production are temperature independent, suggesting that O2 and H2 are produced in the bulk of the ice whereas H2O and H atoms are ejected from the surface or near surface layers.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of H+(H2O)nβ″ alumina show than the dehydrated samples contain H3O+ ions as dominant species while the hydrated ones consists mainly of H3O+ and H5O+2 entities. Oxonium ions can occupy many different positions more or less distant form the ideal prismatic sites. This structural disorder in the conductivity plane is believed to be the main factor responsible for the high conductivity of the material.  相似文献

CH4/H2-based discharges are attractive for dry etching of single crystal ZnO because of their non-corrosive nature. We show that substitution of C2H6 for CH4 increases the ZnO etch rate by approximately a factor of 2 both with and without any inert gas additive. The C2H6/H2/Ar mixture provides a strong enhancement over pure Ar sputtering, in sharp contrast to the case of CH4/H2/Ar. The threshold ion energy for initiating etching is 42.4 eV for C2H6/H2/Ar and 59.8 eV for CH4/H2/Ar. The etched surface morphologies were smooth, independent of the chemistry and the Zn/O ratio in the near-surface region was unchanged within experimental error after etching with both chemistries. The plasma etching improved the band-edge photoluminescence intensity and suppressed the deep level emission from the bulk ZnO under our conditions, due possibly to removal of surface contamination layer.  相似文献

The microwave rotational spectra of the carbon-13 isotopic species of H2C3, H2C4, and H2C5 have been observed in a pulsed supersonic molecular beam by Fourier transform microwave spectroscopy. At high resolution all of the rotational lines exhibit hyperfine structure produced by the magnetic interaction between the nuclear spin of 13C and the overall rotation of the molecule. The component of the nuclear spin-rotation tensor along the a-inertial axis is large for most isotopic species, especially at the carbene carbon; at this position Caa is two to three times larger than at other substituted positions along the chain. In contrast to both H2C3 and H2C3, in H2C4Caa exhibits a pronounced alternation along the carbon chain backbone. Following detection of the five carbon-13 isotopic species and D2C5, an experimental structure (r0) has been determined to high accuracy for H2C5.  相似文献

Slow ion production cross sections for collisions of H+3 and D+3 ions with H2 and D2 have been measured at collision energies between 100 eV and 500 eV. The values vary from 2 × 10-17 cm2 to 6 × 10-17 cm2. The smaller cross sections for D3 projectiles may be explained as an internal energy effect.  相似文献

This work, besides its fundamental interest is mainly motivated by the atmospheric importance of formaldehyde. The 10-μm region is indeed a possible spectral domain for the detection of this molecule in the atmosphere and no line parameters are presently available in the atmospheric databases for H2CO in this spectral range. Using the experimental data available in the literature for the ν3, ν4, and ν6 bands [J. Chem. Phys. 91 (1989) 646 and references therein] and for the ν2 band [J. Mol. Spectrosc. 96 (1982) 353 and references therein] and adequate theoretical models it proved possible to reproduce satisfactorily the experimental data and to generate a list of line positions and intensities for the 5-10 μm region. The Hamiltonian model accounts for the various Coriolis-type resonances which perturb the energy levels of the 31, 41, and 61 vibrational states as well as for the weaker anharmonic resonances coupling the 21 and 31 energy levels. This is also the case for the line intensity calculations which allow one to reproduce satisfactorily the line by line intensity measurements as well as the integrated intensities available in the literature.  相似文献

Structures of several premixed ethylene-oxygen-argon rich flat flames burning at 50 mbar have been established by using molecular beam mass spectrometry in order to investigate the effect of CO2, or NH3, or H2O addition on species concentration profiles. The aim of this study is to examine the eventual changes of profiles of detected hydrocarbon intermediates which could be considered as soot precursors (C2H2, C4H2, C5H4, C5H6, C6H2, C6H4, C6H6, C7H8, C6H6O, C8H6, C8H8, C9H8 and C10H8). The comparative study has been achieved on four flames with an equivalence ratio (f) of 2.50: one without any additive (F2.50), one with 15% of CO2 replacing the same quantity of argon (F2.50C), one with 3.3% of NH3 in partial replacement of argon (F2.50N) and one with 13% of H2O in replacement of the same quantity of argon (F2.50H). The four flat flames have similar final flame temperatures (1800 K).CO2, or NH3, or H2O addition to the fresh gas inlet causes a shift downstream of the flame front and thus flame inhibition. Endothermic processes CO2 + H = CO + OH and H2O + H = H2 + OH are responsible of the reduction of the hydrocarbon intermediates in the CO2 and H2O added flames through the supplementary formation of hydroxyl radicals. It has been demonstrated that such processes begin to play at the end of the flame front and becomes more efficient in the burnt gases region.The replacement of some Ar by NH3 is responsible only for a slight decrease of the maximum mole fraction of C2H2, but NH3 becomes much more efficient for C4H2 and C5 to C10 species. Moreover, the efficiency of NH3 as a reducing agent of C5 to C10 intermediates is larger than that of CO2 and H2O for equal quantities added.  相似文献

The ν1 region of 32SF6 and 34SF6 has been studied by stimulated Raman spectroscopy. For both isotopomers, a detailed analysis has been performed. Several hot bands (ν1+ν6ν6, ν1+2ν6−2ν6, ν1+ν5ν5) have been taken into account to calculate synthetic spectra that satisfactorily reproduce the experimental data. These results, together with the previous studies of the other fundamental bands have allowed us to determine the equilibrium bond length of sulfur hexafluoride as re=1.5560(1) Å, in very good agreement with recent ab initio calculations. The 2ν1ν1 band has also been studied for both isotopomers by Raman-Raman double resonance spectroscopy and the resulting spectra have been analyzed. In this case, a striking difference is observed between the two isotopomers, since the 2ν1ν1 band of 34SF6 appears to have a very narrow structure that could not be rotationally resolved under the present experimental conditions. All analyses have been performed thanks to the HTDS program suite (http://www.u-bourgogne.fr/LPUB/hTDS.html) dedicated to octahedral XY6 molecules.  相似文献

Yields, Y, of H+ and He+ emerging specularly with the energy for single binary elastic collisions have been measured from polycrystalline Ag and Pd surfaces bombarded with mixed monoenergetic (300 < E0 < 2600 eV) beams of H2+3He+ impinging at an angle of 45° from the surface normal. The surfaces were exposed to H2+ at a dynamic pressure of 8 × 10?3 Pa (6 × 10?5 Torr) during the measurements. The He+ yields from Pd are slightly larger than from Ag, and the H+ yields from Pd are 10 to 40 times as large as those from Ag. These results suggest that differences between Pd and Ag in the amount of hydrogen adsorbed and in the character of the hydrogen-metal bond may be responsible for the yield differences through shadowing by, and possibly the sputtering of, adsorbed hydrogen. The Y versus E0 curves for all four systems have qualitatively the same singly peaked shape which implies that reactive and noble gas ions undergo similar neutralization processes during elastic surface collisions. The ratios of the yields from Ag and Pd do not exhibit the theoretically expected exponential dependence on collision time over the entire range studied, but at the lowest energies the ratios lead to estimates of the difference of neutralization constants which do agree with theory. The potential utility of the large difference in proton yields from Ag and Pd for studying the Ag-Pd alloy system is noted.  相似文献

Singlet-triplet anticrossings in the H2 molecule have been observed between two ungerade states, B′(3p)1Σu+ and f(4p)3Σu+. This is the first time that an observed H2 anticrossing has involved a state which can radiate directly to the ground state. Analysis yields accurate values for the zero field separations between two pairs of rotational and vibrational levels. It also yields a value for the Fermi contact interaction in the triplet state as well as the difference in the orbital angular momentum g factors for the two states. From linewidth measurements, we deduce a rigorous lower limit to the radiative lifetime of the B1Σu+ state and a (nearly equal) most reasonable value for it. It is shown that the perturbation between the two states is quite weak leading to little singlet-triplet mixing in zero field. The experimental data establish that the oscillator strength for the forbidden transition from the ground state to the f(4p)3Σu+ state is at least seven orders of magnitude smaller than that of the allowed transition to the B1Σu+ state.  相似文献
