Six heterothiometalic clusters, namely, [WS4Cu4(dppm)4](ClO4)2 · 2DMF · MeCN ( 1 ), [MoS4Cu4(dppm)4](NO3)2 · MeCN ( 2 ) [MoS4Cu3(dppm)3](ClO4) · 4H2O ( 3 ), [WS4Cu3(dppm)3](NO3) · 4H2O ( 4 ), [WS4Cu3(dppm)3]SCN · CH2Cl2 ( 5 ), and [WS4Cu3(dppm)3]I · CH2Cl2 ( 6 ) [dppm = bis (diphenylphosphanyl)methane] were synthesized. Compounds 1 – 4 were obtained by the reactions of (NH4)2MS4 (M = Mo, W) with [Cu22‐dppm)2(MeCN)2(ClO4)2] {or [Cu(dppm)(NO3)]2} in the presence of 1,10‐phen in mixed solvent (CH3CN/CH2Cl2/DMF for 1 and 2 , CH2Cl2/CH3OH/DMF for 3 and 4 . Compounds 5 and 6 were obtained by one‐pot reactions of (NH4)2WS4 with dppm and CuSCN (or CuI) in CH2Cl2/CH3OH. These clusters were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction as well as IR, 1H NMR, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Structure analysis showed that compounds 1 and 2 are “saddle‐shaped” pentanuclear cationic clusters, whereas compounds 3 – 6 are “flywheel‐shaped” tetranuclear cationic clusters. In 1 and 2 , the MS42– unit (M = W, Mo) is coordinated by four copper atoms, which are further bridged by four dppm molecules. In compounds 3 – 6 , the MS42– unit is coordinated by three copper atoms and each copper atom is bridged by three dppm ligands.  相似文献

The reaction of the aryl‐oxide ligand H2L [H2L = N,N‐bis(3, 5‐dimethyl‐2‐hydroxybenzyl)‐N‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine] with CuSO4 · 5H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O, CuBr2, CdCl2 · 2.5H2O, and Cd(OAc)2 · 2H2O, respectively, under hydrothermal conditions gave the complexes [Cu(H2L1)2] · SO4 · 3CH3OH ( 1 ), [Cu2(H2L2)2Cl4] ( 2 ), [Cu2(H2L2)2Br4] ( 3 ), [Cd2(HL)2Cl2] ( 4 ), and [Cd2(L)2(CH3COOH)2] · H2L ( 5 ), where H2L1 [H2L1 = 2, 4‐dimethyl‐6‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylamino)methyl)phenol] and H2L2 [H2L2 = 2‐(2, 4‐dimethyl‐6‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylamino)methyl)phenoxy)‐4, 6‐dimethylphenol] were derived from the solvothermal in situ metal/ligand reactions. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elementary analysis, and X‐ray diffraction. A low‐temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement for the solid sample of 2 revealed antiferromagnetic interactions between two central copper(II) atoms. The emission property studies for complexes 4 and 5 indicated strong luminescence emission.  相似文献

The two complexes of formula [Cu2(CuL)2(μ‐N3)4] · 2CH3OH ( 1 ) and [Cu2(NiL)2(μ‐N3)4] · 2CH3OH ( 2 ) (CuL and NiL, H2L = 2,3‐dioxo‐5,6,14,15‐dibenzo‐1,4,8,12‐tetraazacyclo‐pentadeca‐7,13‐dien), were synthesized and structurally determined. The magnetic susceptibility data of 1 and 2 were analyzed. For complex 1 , magnetic measurements show alternating ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic exchange couplings J1 = 23.67 cm–1, J2 = –189.11 cm–1, zJ’ = –0.62 cm–1. For complex 2 , the doubly bridged asymmetric EO promotes a ferromagnetic interaction between CuII and CuII ions(J = 40.764 cm–1).  相似文献

Crystal Structure and Vibrational Spectrum of (H2NPPh3)2[SnCl6]·2CH3CN Single crystals of (H2NPPh3)2[SnCl6]·2CH3CN ( 1 ) were obtained by oxidative addition of tin(II) chloride with N‐chloro‐triphenylphosphanimine in acetonitrile in the presence of water. 1 is characterized by IR and Raman spectroscopy as well as by a single crystal structure determination: Space group , Z = 2, lattice dimensions at 193 K: a = 1029.6(1), b = 1441.0(2), c = 1446.1(2) pm, α = 90.91(1)°, β = 92.21(1)°, γ = 92.98(1)°, R1 = 0.0332. 1 forms an ionic structure with two different site positions of the [SnCl6]2? ions. One of them is surrounded by four N‐hydrogen atoms of four (H2NPPh3)+ ions, four CH3CN molecules form N–H···N≡C–CH3 contacts with the other four N‐hydrogen atoms of the cations. Thus, 1 can be written as [(H2NPPh3)4(CH3CN)4(SnCl6)]2+[SnCl6]2?.  相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) chloride with 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine leads to formation of copper(II) complex [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( I ). Electrochemical reduction of I produces the mixed‐valence CuI, II π, σ‐complex of [Cu7Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( II ). Final reduction produces [Cu8Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3]·2C2H5OH copper(I) π‐complex ( III ). Low‐temperature X‐ray structure investigation of all three compounds has been performed: I : space group P1¯, a = 8.9565(6), b = 9.0114(6), c = 9.7291(7) Å, α = 64.873(7), β = 80.661(6), γ = 89.131(6)°, V = 700.2(2) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0302 for 2893 reflections. II : space group P1¯, a = 11.698(2), b = 11.162(1), c = 8.106(1) Å, α = 93.635(9), β = 84.24(1), γ = 89.395(8)°, V = 962.0(5) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0465 for 6111 reflections. III : space group P1¯, a = 8.7853(9), b = 10.3602(9), c = 12.851(1) Å, α = 99.351(8), β = 105.516(9), γ = 89.395(8), V = 1111.4(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0454 for 4470 reflections. Structure of I contains isolated [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] units. The isolated fragment of I fulfils in the structure of II bridging function connecting two hexagonal prismatic‐like cores Cu6Cl6, whereas isolated Cu6Cl6(CuCl)2 prismatic derivative appears in III . Coordination behaviour of the 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine moiety is different in all the compounds. In I ligand moiety binds to the only copper(II) atom through the nitrogen atom of the triazine ring. In II ligand is coordinated to the CuII‐atom through the N atom and to two CuI ones through the two allylic groups. In III all allylic groups and nitrogen atom are coordinated by four metal centers. The presence of three allyl arms promotes an acting in II and III structures the bridging function of the ligand moiety. On the other hand, space separation of allyl groups enables a formation of large complicated inorganic clusters.  相似文献

Chalcogenoniobates as Reagents for the Synthesis of New Heterobimetallic Niobium Coinage Metal Chalcogenide Clusters In the presence of phosphine chalcogenoniobates such as Li3[NbS4] · 4 CH3CN ( I ), (NEt4)4[Nb6S17] · 3 CH3CN ( II ) and (NEt4)2[NbE′3(EtBu)] ( III a : E′ = E = S; III b : E = Se, E′ = S; III c : E = E′ = Se) respectively react with copper and gold salts to give a number of new heterobimetallic niobium copper(gold) chalcogenide clusters. These clusters show metal chalcogenide units already known from the complex chemistry of the tetrachalcogenometalates [ME4]n (M = V, n = 3, E = S; M = Mo, W, n = 2, E = S, Se). The compounds 1 – 8 owe a central tetrahedral [NbE4] structural unit, which coordinates η2 from two to five coinage metal atoms, employing the chalcogenide atoms of the [NbE4] edges. The compounds 9 – 11 have a [M′2Nb2E4] (M′ = Cu, Au) heterocubane unit in common, involving a metal metal bond between the niobium atoms, while the compounds 12 and 13 show a complete and 14 an incomplete [M′3NbE3X] heterocubane structure (X = Cl, Br). 15 consists of a Cu6Nb2 cube with the six planes capped by μ4 bridging selenide ligands forming an octahedra. The compounds 1 – 15 are listed below: (NEt4) [Cu2NbSe2S2(dppe)2] · 2 DMF ( 1 ), [Cu3NbS4(PPh3)4] ( 2 ), [Au3NbSe4(PPh3)4] · Et2O ( 3 ), [Cu4NbS4Cl(PCy3)4] ( 4 ), [Cu4NbS4Cl(PtBu3)4] · 0,5 DMF ( 5 ), [Cu4NbSe4(NCS)(PtBu3)4] · DMF ( 6 ), [Cu4NbS4(NCS)(dppm)4] · Et2O ( 7 ), [Cu5NbSe4Cl2‐ (dppm)4] · 3 DMF ( 8 ), [Cu2Nb2S4Cl2(PMe3)6] · DMF ( 9 ), [Au2Nb2Se4Cl2(PMe3)6] · DMF ( 10 ), (NEt4)2[Cu3Nb2S4(NCS)5(dppm)2(dmf)] · 4 DMF ( 11 ), [Cu3NbS3Br(PPh3)3(dmf)3]Br · [CuBr(PPh3)3] · PPh3 · OPPh3 · 3 DMF ( 12 ), [Cu3NbS3Cl2(PPh3)3(dmf)2] · 1.5 DMF ( 13 ), (NEt4)[Cu3NbSe3Cl3(dmf)3] ( 14 ), [Cu6Nb2Se6O2(PMe3)6] ( 15 ). The structures of these compounds were obtained by X‐ray single crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

(Acetonitrile‐1κN)[μ‐1H‐benzimidazole‐2(3H)‐thione‐1:2κ2S:S][1H‐benzimidazole‐2(3H)‐thione‐2κS]bis(μ‐1,1‐dioxo‐1λ6,2‐benzothiazole‐3‐thiolato)‐1:2κ2S3:N;1:2κ2S3:S3‐dicopper(I)(CuCu), [Cu2(C7H4NO2S2)2(C7H6N2S)2(CH3CN)] or [Cu2(tsac)2(Sbim)2(CH3CN)] [tsac is thiosaccharinate and Sbim is 1H‐benzimidazole‐2(3H)‐thione], (I), is a new copper(I) compound that consists of a triply bridged dinuclear Cu—Cu unit. In the complex molecule, two tsac anions and one neutral Sbim ligand bind the metals. One anion bridges via the endocyclic N and exocyclic S atoms (μ‐S:N). The other anion and one of the mercaptobenzimidazole molecules bridge the metals through their exocyclic S atoms (μ‐S:S). The second Sbim ligand coordinates in a monodentate fashion (κS) to one Cu atom, while an acetonitrile molecule coordinates to the other Cu atom. The CuI—CuI distance [2.6286 (6) Å] can be considered a strong `cuprophilic' interaction. In the case of [μ‐1H‐benzimidazole‐2(3H)‐thione‐1:2κ2S:S]bis[1H‐benzimidazole‐2(3H)‐thione]‐1κS;2κS‐bis(μ‐1,1‐dioxo‐1λ6,2‐benzothiazole‐3‐thiolato)‐1:2κ2S3:N;1:2κ2S3:S3‐dicopper(I)(CuCu), [Cu2(C7H4NO2S2)2(C7H6N2S)3] or [Cu2(tsac)2(Sbim)3], (II), the acetonitrile molecule is substituted by an additional Sbim ligand, which binds one Cu atom via the exocylic S atom. In this case, the CuI—CuI distance is 2.6068 (11) Å.  相似文献

The organic ligand (1-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methanol (HL1) was used to react with Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O and triethylamine at 80°C to afford the complex [Cu4(L1)6]·(ClO4)2·CH3CN ( 1 ). Every four-coordinated Cu(II) ion is surrounded with NO3 coordinated environment, and every five-coordinated Cu(II) ion is surrounded with N2O3 coordinated environment. Changing the metal salt to Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, and after adding CH3COONa, afforded the complex [Zn4(L1)4(NO3)2(CH3COO)2] ( 2 ), in which every five-coordinated Zn(II) ion is surrounded with NO4 coordinated environment. High-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry results revealed that complex 1 broke into the most stable fragment [Cu2(L1)3]+, and it also can assemble high nuclear peaks in solution. For complex 2 , it was found that the complex exhibited different component distribution in solution. Not only were there substitutions between coordinated anions, but the high nuclear peaks could also be detected.  相似文献

Two new three‐dimensional frameworks with zeolite‐like channels were prepared in the presence of 1,6‐diaminohexane. Cu1.5(H3N–(CH2)6–NH3)0.5[C6H2(COO)4] · 5H2O ( 1 ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ with a = 772.56(7), b = 1110.36(7), c = 1111.98(8) pm, α = 98.720(7)°, β = 108.246(9)°, and γ = 95.559(7)°. Cu2(H3N–(CH2)6–NH3)0.5(OH)[C6H2(COO)4] · 3H2O ( 2 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/c with a = 1159.34(11), b = 1059.44(7), c = 1582.2(2) pm, and β = 106.130(11)°. The Cu2+ coordination polyhedra are connected by [C6H2(COO)4]4– anions to yield three‐dimensional frameworks with wide centrosymmetric channel‐like voids. Complex 1 reveals voids extending along [100] with diagonals of 900 pm and 300 pm, whereas in complex 2 the diagonal of the nearly rectangular crossection of the channels extending parallel to [001] is 900 pm. The negative excess charges of the frameworks are compensated by [H3N–(CH2)6–NH3]2+ cations, which occupy the voids along with water molecules. The [H3N–(CH2)6–NH3]2+ cations are not connected to Cu2+ and have served as templates.  相似文献

After addition of CCl4 the reaction of Me3SiNPEt3 with HBBr2 · SMe2 in CH2Cl2 leads to the tri(phosphorano)borazinium monocation [H3B3(NPEt3)3Cl2]+, which is characterized crystallographically as [H3B3 · (NPEt3)3Cl1.85Br0.15]Br · CCl4. Alkylammonium Hexachlorometallates. I. Crystallization Properties and Crystal Structure of Diethylenetriammonium Hexachlororhodate, [H3N(CH2)2NH2(CH2)2NH3][RhCl6] The reaction of RhCl3 · 3H2O with diethylenetriamine in 12 m hydrochloric acid yielded diethylenetriammonium hexachlororhodate [H3N(CH2)2NH2(CH2)2NH3][RhCl6] ( 1 ). Dark red single crystals of the compound were grown under hydrothermal conditions at a temperature interval of 180°C to 125°C in closed glass ampoules over several weeks (space group C2/c, a = 30.956(4) Å, b = 7.371(2) Å, c = 12.9736(15) Å, β = 113.787(11)°, Z = 8, 2385 reflections with I > 0, wR2(obs.) = 0.0279, R1(I > 2σ(I)) = 0.0271). The crystal structure is determined by a complex framework of hydrogen bonds between the hexachlororhodate anions and the diethylenetriammonium cations.  相似文献

Novel tetrameric rhenium(V) complexes have been prepared from [ReNCl2(PPh3)2] and [ReN(PMe2Ph)(S2CNEt)2], respectively. [ReNCl2(PPh3)2] reacts with 1.5 equivalents of KS2CNEt2 in methanol to yield the unusual dark red species [{cyclo-ReN}4(S2CNEt2)6(MeOH)2(PPh3)2][BPh4]2 · CH2Cl2 · 2 H2O ( 1 ). The crystal structure of the tetramer (triclinic, space group P1, a = 13.842(2), b = 15.213(2), c = 16.796(3) Å, α = 67.88(1), β = 70.90(1), γ = 88.05(1)°, U = 3080.2(8) Å3, Z = 1) shows four rhenium atoms in a square configuration which are bridged via linear asymmetric Re≡N–Re groups with bond lengths of about 169 and 203 pm. The molecule contains a centre of symmetry with two distinct octahedral rhenium environments. The first rhenium environment contains two bidentate dithiocarbamate ligands which complete the octahedral geometry and the second contains a bidentate dithiocarbamate ligand, coordinated methanol and has retained a single phosphine coligand. A symmetric compound containing the {cyclo-ReN}4 core is obtained from the reaction of [ReN(PMe2Ph)(S2CNEt2)2] with Al2Cl6 in acetone. [{cyclo-ReN}4(S2CNEt2)4Cl4(PMe2Ph)4] · 2 acetone ( 2 ) forms red crystals (monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 21.432(6), b = 13.700(3), c = 28.060(9) Å, β = 102.37(1)°, U = 8048(4) Å3, Z = 4) with each rhenium atom coordinated by a bidentate dithiocarbamato, a phosphine and a chloro ligand. The non-planar 8-membered {ReN}4 ring contains asymmetric Re≡N–Re bridges (mean values: 1.69 Å and 2.029 Å, respectively). In contrast, reaction of [ReNCl(S2CNEt2)(PMe2Ph)2] with one equivalent of K[S2CN(Me)CH2CH2NMe3]I gave the mixed dithiocarbamato-cation [ReN(S2CNEt2)(S2CN(Me)CH2CH2NMe3)(PMe2Ph)]+ ( 3 ) which was isolated as a tetraphenylborate salt.  相似文献

The structure of two trinuclear iron acetates [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]Cl· 6H2O (I) and [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3][FeCl4] · 2CH3COOH (II) was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystals I and II are ionic and belong to the orthorhombic system with parameters a = 13.704(3), b = 23.332(5), c = 9.167(2) Å, R = 0.0355, space goup P21212 for I and a = 10.145(4), b = 15.323(6), c = 22.999(8) Å, R = 0.0752, space group Pbc21 for II. The complex cation [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ has a μ3-O-bridged structure typical for trinuclear iron (III) compounds. As shown by Mössbauer spectroscopy, the iron(III) ions are in the high-spin state. In trinuclear cations, antiferromagnetic exchange interaction takes place between the Fe(III) ions with the exchange parameter J = -26.69 cm?1 for II (Heisenberg-Dirac-Van Vleck model for D3h, symmetry).  相似文献
