为了建立液晶显示器颜色计算模型,分别对EIZO CG19, IBM 19, DELL 19和HP 19 LCD显示器进行了通道独立性和颜色叠加性的检验。通过检验单通道和双通道数字驱动值与颜色三刺激值之间的关系可以验证各通道之间的独立性,从而证明了上述显示器的显示色与三原色光谱辐亮度函数之间存在线性叠加关系。实验中发现三原色光谱辐亮度与数字驱动值的关系是波长的非线性函数,提出了一种按波长分区法计算三原色光谱辐亮度函数的方法,用RGB三原色的测量光谱拟合出各波长辐亮度值与数字驱动值之间的三次多项式关系,利用这个关系可计算得到任意数字驱动值对应的三原色光谱辐亮度曲线,然后可按颜色相加关系由三原色光谱辐亮度曲线计算出任意数字驱动值下的显示色。实验结果表明,只需要测量少量几个数字驱动值下的光谱曲线就可以准确计算出任意数字驱动值下的三原色光谱辐亮度曲线,进而计算得到任意混合色的光谱辐亮度曲线,大大减少了测量样品数量。这种计算方法所需的测量样品数量少、计算准确度高,可以满足工业应用的精度要求,能作为LCD显示器颜色特征化的一种方法。 相似文献

In this paper, a compression scheme of sub-image-transformed elemental images using Karhunen-Loeve transform (KLT) in three-dimensional integral imaging is proposed. The proposed scheme provides improved compression efficiency by improving the similarity between elemental images using sub-image transformation. To test the proposed scheme, various elemental images of 3D objects are picked up and the compression process is carried out using KLT. From the experimental results, it is showed that the proposed compression scheme gives us an improved efficiency of 26% as compared with the conventional compression method. 相似文献

Theoretical feasibility of suppressing offensive sports chants by means of delayed feedback of sound

A novel approach for disrupting offensive chants at sporting events is proposed, based on attacking synchronization between individuals. Since timing is crucial for coordination between chanters, disruption of timing is expected to be effective against undesired chants. Delayed auditory feedback is known to disrupt timing in individual sound production. It may be expected to have similar effects on groups of chanters. To test this hypothesis, a controlled laboratory study was carried out. This showed that the timing of individuals joining in with sports chants can indeed be severely disrupted by also presenting an artificially delayed version of this chant (distracter). This effect is reduced as an individual is given more cues (direction, fidelity) to differentiate between original chant and distracter. However, informal field trials showed that it may be hard to exploit the perceptual effects discussed here for countering offending sports chants in a real-life setting, particularly due to feedback distortion at the required high levels. 相似文献

In this paper, an optimum optical power monitor placement is formulated in integer linear programming for crosstalk attack detection by exploiting monitoring information from test connections. The experimental results showed that equipping 6 out of 14, 8 out of 15 and 8 out of 16 nodes with optical power monitoring devices in NSF, MESH and GRID topologies are enough to detect the nodes that are traversed by the crosstalk attack in the networks. 相似文献

An extended temperature oscillation measurement technique based on the axial dispersion model is proposed for the determination of both heat transfer coefficients and axial dispersion coefficients in heat exchangers. The test technique uses a sinusoidal inlet temperature variation which is realized with a computer controlled compact electric heater. The corresponding analytical solution of the outlet temperature response in the initial stage is obtained and used to evaluate the heat transfer coefficients and axial dispersion coefficients. We present results from a pilot study directed at developing an anchorable subjective speech quality test. The test uses multidimensional scaling techniques to obtain quantitative information about the perceptual attributes of speech. In the first phase of the study, subjects ranked perceptual distances between samples of speech produced by two different talkers, one male and one female, processed by a variety of codecs. The resulting distance matrices were processed to obtain, for each talker, a stimulus space for the various speech samples. This stimulus space has the properties that distances between stimuli in this space correspond to perceptual distances between stimuli and that the dimensions of this space correspond to attributes used by the subjects in determining perceptual distances. Mean opinion scores (MOS) scores obtained in an earlier study were found to be highly correlated with position in the stimulus space, and the three dimensions of the stimulus space were found to have identifiable physical and perceptual correlates. In the second phase of the study, we developed techniques for fitting speech generated by a new codec under investigation into a previously established stimulus space. The user is provided with a collection of speech samples and with the stimulus space for these speech samples as determined by a large-scale listening test. The user then carries out a much smaller listening test to determine the position of the new stimulus in the previously established stimulus space. This system is anchorable, so that different versions of a codec under development can be compared directly, and it provides more detailed information than the single number provided by MOS testing. We suggest that this information could be used to advantage in algorithm development and in development of objective measures of speech quality. 相似文献

An effective one-axis passive packaging method for a D lens fiber collimator is presented and compared with the traditional five-axis active packaging method. The dependence of collimator insertion loss on the gap between fiber pigtail and lens is shown experimentally to verify the packaging tolerance. In case of a 20 mm working distance, a 10 μm gap tolerance is obtained for a D lens collimator to obtain an insertion loss of <0.3 dB. In addition, a 2000 h damp heat test was carried out to demonstrate the reliability of this effective packaging method. 相似文献

In this paper, we use an XRD-based 100% approach method to quantify the activity evolution of phase transformation from annealed powder Mg(OH)2 to MgO. The sample is chemically synthesized. The isothermal phase transformation is carried out between 300 and 310 °C. The ratio of reacted magnesium hydroxide is applied and compared with different existing models. The Avrami model An appears to be the most close-fitting. An order of reaction between 1.5 and 2 is observed that it could be considered as a complex combination of different phenomenon, for which we test different models. 相似文献

Detection reliability of sonic infrared imaging is one of the increasingly important aspects for out of lab applications. And for the detection reliability evaluation, probability of detection (POD) for different defects under given test conditions has been successfully used as an accepted quantitative measurement. In this study, we test a set of C45 ferritic steel plates with artificial fatigue cracks. Experimental results show that the crack heating response increases with the increasing crack length, and the relationship between the logarithmic form of heat response signal and the crack length appears to be linear. Based on the above statistic characteristics, the linear regression analysis and the Wald method are adopted to estimate the POD function and its confidence interval. The study aims to provide a quantitative evaluation method for detection reliability in sonic infrared imaging. 相似文献

A new type of Hartmann test was developed using an optical fiber grating instead of the traditional Hartmann screen with multiple holes. A fiber-grating is made of short optical fibers arranged in single layers with no gaps between them. On illumination with laser light, the fiber-grating generates fan-like diverging multiple rays of almost equivalent intensities. Two gratings are overlapped at right angles to make multiple beams diverging in two directions. Rays reflected from test mirror surfaces converge to make a point focus provinding the sulface is free from aberrations. A CCD camera detects a spot pattern of beams near but out of focus, and a personal computer analyzes the spot patterns and calculates the figure error from a ideal surface. A few concave mirrors were analyzed by this method and the results compared with those obtained with a Fizeau interferometer. The data using the two systems were consistent with each other to within 1/10A. 相似文献

We perform an accurate test of ultrametricity in the aging dynamics of the three-dimensional Edwards-Anderson spin glass. Our method consists in considering the evolution in parallel of two identical systems constrained to have fixed overlap. This turns out to be a particularly efficient way to study the geometrical relations between configurations at distant large times. Our findings strongly hint towards dynamical ultrametricity in spin glasses, while this is absent in simpler aging systems with domain growth dynamics. A recently developed theory of linear response in glassy systems allows us to infer that dynamical ultrametricity implies the same property at the level of equilibrium states. 相似文献

In this paper, we explore an approach to understanding price fluctuations within a market via considerations of functional dependencies between asset prices. Interestingly, this approach suggests a class of models of a type used earlier to describe the dynamics of real and artificial neural networks. Statistical physics approaches turn out to be suitable for an analysis of their collective properties. In this paper, we first motivate the basic phenomenology and modelling arguments before moving on to discussing some major issues with inference and empirical verification. In particular, we focus on the natural creation of market states through the inclusion of interactions and how these then interfere with inference. This is primarily addressed in a synthetic setting. Finally we investigate real data to test the ability of our approach to capture some key features of the behaviour of financial markets. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis article describes an experimental investigation on the behavior of transmission control protocol in throughput measurements to be used in the verification of the service-level agreement between the Internet service provider and user in terms of line capacity for ultra-broadband access networks typical of fiber-to-the-x architectures. It is experimentally shown different conditions in high bandwidth-delay product links where the estimation of the line capacity based on a single transmission control protocol session results are unreliable. Simple equations reported in this work, and experimentally verified, point out the conditions in terms of packet loss, time delay, and line capacity, that allow consideration of the reliability of the measurement carried out with a single transmission control protocol session test by adopting a suitable measurement time duration. 相似文献
