拓展了结构分析有限条法,基于固体力学有限形变理论的更新拉格朗日法(U.L.法),建立了弹塑性大变形样条有限条法,并将其用于模拟外卷边槽钢辊弯成型过程,分析了带材的变形特点,获得了变形带材的三维位移场、应变场和应力场。算例表明,变形带材的角部出现横向压应变峰值,外卷边轧辊前部位出现纵向拉应变峰值。另外,带材的横向变形是主要的,纵向变形较小。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the question of existence of solutions for one-dimensional higher-order semi-linear fractional differential equations supplemented with nonlocal strip type boundary conditions. The nonlocal strip condition addresses a situation where the linear combination of the values of unknown function at two nonlocal points, located to the left and right hand sides of the strip, respectively, is proportional to its strip value. The case of Stieltjes type strip condition is also discussed. Our results, relying on some standard fixed point theorems are supported with illustrative examples.  相似文献

This paper addresses a new hot rolling scheduling problem from the compact strip production process, which is the mainstream production technology that is used worldwide for sheet strips. The problem is modeled as a combination of two coupled sub-problems. One sub-problem is a sheet strip assignment problem that assigns sheet strips to rolling turns with the constraints of safe values of different gauge levels, and the other is a sheet strip sequencing problem that decides the rolling sequence for all of the sheet strips in a rolling turn to form a particular parabolic shape in thickness. To solve this hot rolling scheduling problem, we present a novel approach that consists of a sheet strip assignment heuristic and a sheet strip sequencing heuristic. The sheet strip assignment heuristic minimizes the number of virtual sheet strips by generating rolling turns according to the ordered sheet strips with maximum gauge level and their safe values. The sheet strip sequencing heuristic minimizes the average change of the thickness of adjacent sheet strips by arranging a certain number of duplicate sheet strips to the increasing stage of a rolling turn. Extensive experiments based on both synthetic and real-world instances from a compact strip production process show the effectiveness of the proposed two-stage heuristic in solving the hot rolling scheduling problem.  相似文献

In the strip packing problem the goal is to pack a set of rectangles into a vertical strip so as to minimize the total height of the strip needed. We consider a modified version of the strip packing problem. In this version it is allowed to change the form of the rectangles by lengthening them, keeping the area fixed. 利用带形区域上SLE的性质与Schwarz反射原理,讨论了带形区域上SLE壳的性质.给出了R-对称共形映射与带形区域内壳的关系;得到了带形区域内由一对不相交的壳组成集合与Loewner共形映射之间的关系;导出了R-对称共形映射的提升在带形区域的壳空间内以及带形区域的壳对空间上的相关映射是连续.这就将上半平面上SLE壳的有关性质推广到了带形区域的情形.  相似文献

作出了周期裂纹削弱的无限长板条的应力分析.假设这些裂纹均在水平位置,又板条承受 y方向的拉伸力p.此时边值问题归结为一个复杂混合边值问题.发现,对此问题言,特征展开变分原理方法 ( eigenfunction expansion variational method,简称为EEVM)是非常有效的.研究了裂纹端的应力强度因子和T-应力.从拉伸力作用下的弹性变形考虑,开裂板条可等价于一不开裂的正交异性板条.还分析了等价正交异性板条的弹性性质.最后给出了算例和数值结果.  相似文献

The best uniform approximation of a segment function on an interval by a polynomial strip of fixed width (in ordinate) with respect to the Hausdorff measure at each point of the interval is considered. Ranges of strip widths are indicated for which this problem gives outer and inner estimates for the graph of the segment function in terms of the polynomial strip, and a range of strip widths is given for which the problem has an independent value. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a solution and uniqueness conditions are obtained in a form comparable to the Chebyshev alternance. A range of strip widths is indicated for which the solution of the problem is always unique. Certain variational properties of the solution are examined.  相似文献

In this paper several finite cracks with constant length (Yoffe-type crack) propagating in an orthotropic strip were studied. The distributed dislocation technique is used to carry out stress analysis in an orthotropic strip containing moving cracks under anti-plane loading. The solution of a moving screw dislocation is obtained in an orthotropic strip by means of Fourier transform method. The stress components reveal the familiar Cauchy singularity at the location of dislocation. The solution is employed to derive integral equations for a strip weakened by moving cracks. Finally several examples are solved and the numerical results for the stress intensity factor are obtained. The influences of the geometric parameters, the thickness of the orthotropic strip, the crack size and speed have significant effects on the stress intensity factors of crack tips which are displayed graphically.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to find a suitable finite element method for solving a tissue problem in a semi-infinite strip with a singularity at the origin. The problem is modelled using Laplace's equation in an infinite strip, simplified to a semi-infinite strip. An analytic form of the solution is derived and this is used for comparing with the finite element solution obtained in the semi-infinite strip using novel infinite elements. Numerical results for various values of the parameters present in the solution are reported and an optimum solution is presented.  相似文献

The plane problem of the mutual wear of a wavy punch and an elastic strip, bonded to an undeformable foundation under the condition of complete contact between the punch and the strip is considered. An analytical expression for the contact pressure is constructed using the general Papkovich–Neuber solution, the two harmonic functions in which are represented in the form of Fourier integrals after which the problem reduces to a non-linear system of differential equations. In the case of a small degree of wear of the strip, this system becomes linear and admits of a solution in explicit form. The harmonics, constituting the profile of the punch and the contact pressure, move along the strip with respect to one another and are shifted in time. Conditions are obtained that ensure the hermetic nature of the contact between the wavy punch and the strip when there is friction and wear.  相似文献

We consider the problem of a phase change in a continuous casting process: molten bronze is poured on to a moving steel strip cooled from below, in order to solidify the bronze. An estimate of the width of the solidification zone, depending on the thickness of the strip and on the casting velocity, is obtained, neglecting conduction in the direction of the strip motion.  相似文献

The identification of the stress-strain curve of metal strips is a common task in the metals industry. As an alternative to commonly used tensile test machines, an inexpensive, model-based optical measurement method is presented. Particular importance was placed on the cost and usability of the method. The indirect approach computes the stress-strain curve based on a measured strip bending line. For the measurement, a metal strip is bent over a solid roll. A defined weight can be mounted at the end of the strip to control the local bending moment in the strip. The bending line of the strip is optically measured by a camera. The identification is carried out based on an optimization problem, where the quadratic error between the measured and the modelled strip bending line is minimized. Experimental results and measurements from a tensile test machine show a good agreement and thus verify the proposed identification method.  相似文献

We examine the 2D strip packing problems with guillotine-cut constraint, where the objective is to pack all rectangles into a strip with fixed width and minimize the total height of the strip. We combine three most successful ideas for the orthogonal rectangular packing problems into a single coherent algorithm: (1) packing a block of rectangles instead of a single rectangle in each step; (2) dividing the strip into layers and pack layer by layer; and (3) unrolling and repacking the top portion of the solutions where usually wasted space occurs. Computational experiments on benchmark test sets suggest that our approach rivals existing approaches.  相似文献

Motivated by the increased use of fibre-reinforced materials, we illustrate how the effective elastic modulus of an Isotropic and homogeneous material can be increased by the insertion of rigid inclusions. Specifically, we consider the two-dimensional antiplane shear problem for a strip of material. The strip is reinforced by introducing two sets of ribbon-like, rigid inclusions perpendicular to the faces of the strip. The strip is then subjected to a prescribed uniform displacement difference between its faces, see Figure 1. It should be noted that the problem posed is equivalent to that of the uniform antiplane shear problem for an infinite two-dimensional material containing a staggered array of rigid inclusions (see [1] for a review of antiplane problems in the literature). The problem is reduced in standard fashion [2–6] to a mixed boundary value problem in a rectangular domain, whose closed form solution given in terms of integrals of Weierstrassian Elliptic functions, is obtained via triple sine series techniques. The effective shear modulus of the reinforced strip can now be calculated and compared with the shear modulus of a strip without inclusions. Also obtained are the stress singularity factors at the end tips of the inclusions. Numerical results are presented for several different reinforcement geometries.  相似文献

The two-dimensional strip packing problem is to pack a given set of rectangles into a strip with a given width and infinite height so as to minimize the required height of the packing. From the computational point of view, the strip packing problem is an NP-hard problem. With the B*-tree representation, this paper first presents a heuristic packing strategy which evaluates the positions used by the rectangles. Then an effective local search method is introduced to improve the results and a heuristic algorithm (HA) is further developed to find a desirable solution. Computational results on randomly generated instances and popular test instances show that the proposed method is efficient for the strip packing problem.  相似文献

The method of images is utilized to derive the solution of a screw dislocation under time-harmonic conditions for an elastic strip from the solution of infinite planes. The displacement and stress components are obtained for a strip under concentrated antiplane, time-harmonic traction. The dislocation solution is employed to formulate integral equation for a strip weakened by cracks and cavities.
