We consider a stochastic equation of the Navier-Stokes type containing a noise part given by a stochastic Ito integral with respect to a Wiener process. The purpose of this paper is to approximate the solution of this nonlinear equation by the solutions of a sequence of linear equations with additive noise. We prove the convergence in mean squares  相似文献

Using the decomposition of solution of SDE, we consider the stochastic optimal control problem with anticipative controls as a family of deterministic control problems parametrized by the paths of the driving Wiener process and of a newly introduced Lagrange multiplier stochastic process (nonanticipativity equality constraint). It is shown that the value function of these problems is the unique global solution of a robust equation (random partial differential equation) associated to a linear backward Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman stochastic partial differential equation (HJB SPDE). This appears as limiting SPDE for a sequence of random HJB PDE's when linear interpolation approximation of the Wiener process is used. Our approach extends the Wong-Zakai type results [20] from SDE to the stochastic dynamic programming equation by showing how this arises as average of the limit of a sequence of deterministic dynamic programming equations. The stochastic characteristics method of Kunita [13] is used to represent the value function. By choosing the Lagrange multiplier equal to its nonanticipative constraint value the usual stochastic (nonanticipative) optimal control and optimal cost are recovered. This suggests a method for solving the anticipative control problems by almost sure deterministic optimal control. We obtain a PDE for the “cost of perfect information” the difference between the cost function of the nonanticipative control problem and the cost of the anticipative problem which satisfies a nonlinear backward HJB SPDE. Poisson bracket conditions are found ensuring this has a global solution. The cost of perfect information is shown to be zero when a Lagrangian submanifold is invariant for the stochastic characteristics. The LQG problem and a nonlinear anticipative control problem are considered as examples in this framework  相似文献

In this article, we construct a splitting method for nonlinear stochastic equations of Schrödinger type. We approximate the solution of our problem by the sequence of solutions of two types of equations: one without stochastic integral term, but containing the Laplace operator and the other one containing only the stochastic integral term. The two types of equations are connected to each other by their initial values. We prove that the solutions of these equations both converge strongly to the solution of the Schrödinger type equation.  相似文献

Approximations of random operator equations are considered where the stochastic inputs and the underlying deterministic equation are approximated simultaneously. The main convergence result asserts that, under reasonable and verifiable assumptions, a sequence of weak solutions of approximate random equations converges weakly to a weak solution of the original equation. It is shown that this theorem extends and unifies results already known. We apply our theory to approximations of random differential equations involving stochastic processes with discontinuous paths and to projection methods for nonlinear random Hammerstein integral equations in spaces of integrable functions.  相似文献

We study a class of stochastic evolution equations in a Banach space E driven by cylindrical Wiener process. Three different analytical concepts of solutions: generalised strong, weak and mild are defined and the conditions under which they are equivalent are given. We apply this result to prove existence, uniqueness and continuity of weak solutions to stochastic delay evolution equations. We also consider two examples of these equations in non-reflexive Banach spaces: a stochastic transport equation with delay and a stochastic delay McKendrick equation.  相似文献

We prove that the δ-dimensional Bessel process (δ > 1) is a strong solution of a stochastic differential equation of the special form. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether there exist other (weak and strong) solutions of these equations. This leads us to the conclusion that Zvonkin's theorem cannot be extended to stochastic differential equations with an unbounded drift.  相似文献

Existence and uniqueness theorems are proved for a general class of stochastic linear abstract evolution equations, with a general type of stochastic forcing term. The abstract evolution equation is modeled using an evolution operator (or 2-parameter semigroup) approach and this includes linear partial differential equations and linear differential delay equations. The stochastic forcing term is modeled by defining an Itô stochastic integral with respect to a Hilbert space-valued orthogonal increments process, which can be used to model both Gaussian and non-Gaussian white noise processes. The theory is illustrated by examples of stochastic partial differential equations and delay equations, which arise in filtering problems for distributed and delay systems.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of the numerical computation of the stabilizing solution of the game theoretic algebraic Riccati equation is investigated. The Riccati equation under consideration occurs in connection with the solution of the H  ∞  control problem for a class of stochastic systems affected by state dependent and control dependent white noise. The stabilizing solution of the considered game theoretic Riccati equation is obtained as a limit of a sequence of approximations constructed based on stabilizing solutions of a sequence of algebraic Riccati equations of stochastic control with definite sign of the quadratic part. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by several numerical experiments.  相似文献

This paper considers semilinear stochastic differential equations in Hilbert spaces with Lipschitz nonlinearities and with the noise terms driven by sequences of independent scalar Wiener processes (Brownian motions). The interpretation of such equations requires a stochastic integral. By means of a series of Itô integrals, an elementary and direct construction of a Hilbert space valued stochastic integral with respect to a sequence of independent scalar Wiener processes is given. As an application, existence and strong and weak uniqueness for the stochastic differential equation are shown by exploiting the series construction of the integral.  相似文献

Systems of Wick stochastic differential equations are studied. Using an estimate on the Wick product we apply Picard iteration to prove a general existence and uniqueness theorem for systems of Wick stochastic differential equations. We also show the solution is stable with respect to perturbations of the noise. This result is used to show that the solution of a linear system of Wick stochastic differential equations driven by smoothed Brownian motion tends to the solution of the corresponding It equation as the smoothed process tends to Brownian motion  相似文献

In this paper we propose and analyze explicit space–time discrete numerical approximations for additive space–time white noise driven stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) with non-globally monotone nonlinearities such as the stochastic Burgers equation with space–time white noise. The main result of this paper proves that the proposed explicit space–time discrete approximation method converges strongly to the solution process of the stochastic Burgers equation with space–time white noise. To the best of our knowledge, the main result of this work is the first result in the literature which establishes strong convergence for a space–time discrete approximation method in the case of the stochastic Burgers equations with space–time white noise.  相似文献

We consider a system of stochastic differential equations driven by a standard n-dimensional Brownian motion where the drift function b is bounded and the diffusion coefficient is the identity matrix. We define via a duality relation a vector Z (which depends on b) of square integrable stochastic processes which is shown to coincide with the unique strong solution of the previously mentioned equation. We show that the process Z is well defined independently of the boundedness of b and that it makes sense under the more general Novikov condition, which is known to guarantee only the existence of a weak solution. We then prove that under this mild assumption the process Z solves in the strong sense a related stochastic differential inequality. This fact together with an additional assumption will provide a comparison result similar to well known theorems obtained in the presence of strong solutions. Our framework is also suitable to treat path-dependent stochastic differential equations and an application to the famous Tsirelson equation is presented.  相似文献

We study a numerical method for solving a system of Volterra-renewal integral equations with space fluxes, that represents the Chapman-Kolmogorov equation for a class of piecewise deterministic stochastic processes. The solution of this equation is related to the time dependent distribution function of the stochastic process and it is a non-negative and non-decreasing function of the space. Based on the Bernstein polynomials, we build up and prove a non-negative and non-decreasing numerical method to solve that equation, with quadratic convergence order in space.  相似文献

In this article, the authors prove the uniqueness in law of a class of stochastic equations in infinite dimension, then we apply it to establish the existence and uniqueness of invariant measure of the generalized stochastic partial differential equation perturbed by Lévy process.  相似文献

Using Girsanov transformation,we derive a new link from stochastic differential equations of Markovian type to nonlinear parabolic equations of Burgers-KPZ type,in such a manner that the obtained BurgersKPZ equation characterizes the path-independence property of the density process of Girsanov transformation for the stochastic differential equation. Our assertion also holds for SDEs on a connected differential manifold.  相似文献

In this paper we prove the local existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of stochastic fractional partial differential equations driven by multiplicative noise. We also establish that for this class of equations adding linear multiplicative noise provides a regularizing effect: the solutions will not blow up with high probability if the initial data is sufficiently small, or if the noise coefficient is sufficiently large. As applications our main results are applied to various types of SPDE such as stochastic reaction–diffusion equations, stochastic fractional Burgers equation, stochastic fractional Navier–Stokes equation, stochastic quasi-geostrophic equations and stochastic surface growth PDE.  相似文献

In this article, we explore the application of a set of stochastic differential equations called particle model in simulating the advection and diffusion of pollutants in shallow waters. The Fokker–Planck equation associated with this set of stochastic differential equations is interpreted as an advection–diffusion equation. This enables us to derive an underlying particle model that is exactly consistent with the advection–diffusion equation. Still, neither the advection–diffusion equation nor the related traditional particle model accurately takes into account the short-term spreading behaviour of particles. To improve the behaviour of the model shortly after the deployment of contaminants, a particle model forced by a coloured noise process is developed in this article. The use of coloured noise as a driving force unlike Brownian motion, enables to us to take into account the short-term correlated turbulent fluid flow velocity of the particles. Furthermore, it is shown that for long-term simulations of the dispersion of particles, both the particle due to Brownian motion and the particle model due to coloured noise are consistent with the advection–diffusion equation.  相似文献

The long term behavior of solutions of difference equations with continuous time and fading stochastic perturbations is investigated. It is shown that if the level of stochastic perturbations fades on the infinity, for instance, if it is given by square summable sequence, then an asymptotically stable and a square summable solution of a deterministic difference equation remains to be an asymptotically mean square stable and a mean square summable solution by stochastic perturbations.  相似文献

We prove a large deviation principle result for solutions of abstract stochastic evolution equations perturbed by small Lévy noise. We use general large deviations theorems of Varadhan and Bryc coupled with the techniques of Feng and Kurtz (2006) [15], viscosity solutions of integro-partial differential equations in Hilbert spaces, and deterministic optimal control methods. The Laplace limit is identified as a viscosity solution of a Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation of an associated control problem. We also establish exponential moment estimates for solutions of stochastic evolution equations driven by Lévy noise. General results are applied to stochastic hyperbolic equations perturbed by subordinated Wiener process.  相似文献
