To realize the accurate reconstruction of sound field in a moving medium under the condition of limited holographic aperture, a patch nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) in a moving medium is proposed. The proposed method not only reduces the influence caused by the limited aperture effects through sound field extrapolation, but also perfectly suits for sound field reconstruction in a moving medium by improving the shape of the modified Tikhonov regularization filter and the noise estimation method in accordance with flow effects. In the method, two cases that the flow direction is parallel to and perpendicular to the hologram surface are considered. Especially in the perpendicular case, the expression of the wavenumber component in the z direction is improved to make the proposed method suitable for the moving medium at a high Mach number. Simulations are investigated to examine the performance of the proposed method and show its advantages by comparing with NAH in a moving medium and the conventional patch NAH. It is found that, the proposed method is effective and robust at different flow velocities of the medium and different frequencies of the sound source.  相似文献

Planar near-field acoustical holography in a moving medium   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Near-field acoustical holography (NAH) is a well-established method to study acoustic radiation near a stationary sound source in a homogeneous, stationary medium. However, the current theory of NAH is not applicable to moving sound sources, such as automobiles and trains. In this paper, the inclusion of a moving medium (i.e., moving source and receiver) is introduced in the wave equation and a new set of equations for plannar NAH is developed. Equations are developed for the acoustic pressure, particle velocity, and intensity when mean flow is either parallel or perpendicular to the hologram plane. If the source and the measurement plane are moving at the same speed, the frequency Doppler effect is absent, but a wave number Doppler effect exists. This leads to errors when reconstructing the acoustic field both towards and away from the source using static NAH. To investigate these errors, a point source is studied analytically using planar NAH with flow in one direction. The effect of the medium moving parallel to the hologram plane is noted by a shift of the radiation circle in wave number space (k-space). A k-space Green's function and a k-space filter are developed that include the effects of the moving medium.  相似文献

This paper presents a time domain formulation for the sound field radiated by moving bodies in a uniform steady flow with arbitrary orientation. The aim is to provide a formulation for prediction of noise from body so that effects of crossflow on a propeller can be modeled in the time domain. An established theory of noise generation by a moving source is combined with the moving medium Green's function for derivation of the formulation. A formula with Doppler factor is developed because it is more easily interpreted and is more helpful in examining the physic of systems. Based on the technique presented, the source of asymmetry of the sound field can be explained in terms of physics of a moving source. It is shown that the derived formulation can be interpreted as an extension of formulation 1 and 1A of Farassat based on the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings (FW–H) equation for moving medium problems. Computational results for a stationary monopole and dipole point source in moving medium, a rotating point force in crossflow, a model of helicopter blade at incidence and a propeller case with subsonic tips at incidence verify the formulation.  相似文献

光散射是限制光传输以及降低和破坏光学成像性能的主要因素,透过复杂散射介质对运动目标的全光成像是光学领域极具挑战性的技术之一.本文提出一种利用散斑差值自相关透过散射介质对运动目标进行实时追踪的方法.采用赝热光照明,基于光学记忆效应理论,通过对运动目标采集的两帧散斑做差值,然后做自相关运算,计算目标移动的距离,实现对目标的实时追踪,并且利用相位恢复算法进行简单处理就可以重建隐藏目标.对该方法进行了实验验证,成功地对隐藏的运动目标实现了成像与追踪.这种透过散射介质对运动目标的全光成像及实时追踪技术,在生物医学等领域具有重要应用潜力.  相似文献

The problem of generation of an instability wave leaving the edge of a half-plane that separates an immobile medium from a moving medium is considered. It is assumed that the instability wave is initiated by an acoustic wave arriving from the moving medium. The possibility of suppressing the instability wave by another acoustic wave incident from the nonflowing medium is considered. It is shown that the suppression is always possible by adjusting the amplitude and phase of the control perturbation to the parameters of the instability wave.  相似文献

This review presents both classical and new results of the theory of sound propagation in media with random inhomogeneities of sound speed, density and medium velocity (mainly in the atmosphere and ocean). An equation for a sound wave in a moving inhomogeneous medium is presented, which has a wider range of applicability than those used before. Starting from this equation, the statistical characteristics of the sound field in a moving random medium are calculated using Born-approximation, ray, Rytov and parabolic-equation methods, and the theory of multiple scattering. The results obtained show, in particular, that certain equations previously widely used in the theory of sound propagation in moving random media must now be revised. The theory presented can be used not only to calculate the statistical characteristics of sound waves in the turbulent atmosphere or ocean but also to solve inverse problems and develop new remote-sensing methods. A number of practical problems of sound propagation in moving random media are listed and the further development of this field of acoustics is considered.  相似文献

The formula of reflection and transmission coefficients that suitable for both cases are derived. The dynamic response of a poroelastic stratum subjected to moving load is studied. The governing dynamic equations for poroelastic medium are solved by using Fourier transform. The general solutions for the stresses and displacements in the transformed domain are established. Based on the general solutions, with the consideration of boundary conditions, the final expressions of stresses and displacements in physical domain are put forward for the three-dimensional single-layer medium. Some numerical solutions for the stresses, displacements and pore fluid pressure are presented and reveal that the response of a poroelastic stratum varies obviously with the moving velocity.  相似文献

We study the energy characteristics of fields radiated from electric, magnetic, and toroidal dipoles in a nondispersive medium moving with velocity lower than the speed of light in this medium. The angular dependences of Abraham's energy-flux density of electromagnetic field are analyzed. In particular, it is shown that if the medium velocity is high enough, then the radial component of the vector of energy-flux density is negative in a certain angular range. Expressions for the electromagnetic energy flux through a sphere of large radius are obtained. It is shown that if the velocity of a moving medium is high enough, then the energy flux is negative and its absolute value can exceed the energy losses of sources.  相似文献

We contrast the two situations in which either a light beam is incident on a moving medium or a moving optical image is incident on a stationary medium. The principle of relativity suggests that the effects on the light of propagating through the medium should be similar. We find, however, that there are subtle differences which we can understand in terms of the relative alignment of the Poynting and wave vectors. Our analysis and experiments investigate both translational motion and rotation.  相似文献

Bohr–van Leuween theorem has attracted the notice of physicists for more than 100 years. The theorem states about the absence of magnetisation in classical systems in thermal equilibrium. In this paper, we discuss about fluctuations of magnetic moment in classical systems. In recent years, this topic has been investigated intensively and it is not free from controversy. We have considered a system consisting of a single particle moving in a plane. A magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the plane. The system is in contact with a thermal bath. We have considered three cases: (a) particle moving in a homogeneous medium, (b) particle moving in a medium with space-dependent friction and (c) particle moving in a medium with space-dependent temperature. For all the three cases, the average magnetic moment and fluctuations in magnetic moment have been calculated. Average magnetic moment saturates to a finite value in the case of free particle but goes to zero when the particle is confined by a 2D harmonic potential. Fluctuations in magnetic moment shows universal features in the presence of arbitrary friction inhomogeneity. For this case, the system reaches equilibrium asymptotically. In the case of space-dependent temperature profile, the stationary distribution is non-Gibbsian and fluctuations deviate from universal value for the bounded system only.  相似文献

The theory of the excitation of surface waves by a fast charged particle moving though a thin homogeneous metal film surrounded by a dielectric medium is proposed. The Vavilov-Cherenkov effect is shown to occur for surface waves at the particle velocity one or two orders of magnitude lower than the corresponding velocities in a homogeneous medium.  相似文献

A generalization of the Rayleigh law of a low-frequency sound attenuation in a microinhomogeneous medium to the case of scattering particles moving in a viscous liquid at a large Reynolds numbers is proposed. It is shown that, under these conditions, the attenuation may be independent of the scattering by the moving particles themselves but be only determined by the flow caused by these particles, the maximum attenuation being observed in the direction across the particle motion. The corresponding corrections proportional to the first power of the hydrodynamic Mach number are compared with the corrections lying at the basis of the modified Rayleigh law, which was proposed earlier for the potential flow of an ideal liquid around inhomogeneities, and also with the laws of scattering in a moving viscous microinhomogeneous medium at a small Reynolds numbers. As an example of the operation of the generalized law, characteristics of the sound scattering by rain are refined.  相似文献

The dispersion relations and cut-off frequencies for the appropriate modes existing inside the relativistically moving lossy isotropic plasma waveguide are studied and are found to depend on waveguide dimensions, plasma-parameters and the drift velocity of plasma medium. The field as well as power flow are also studied in detail and it is found that the fields as well as power flow for TE modes are unchanged while for TM modes they are modified depending on the drift velocity of the plasma medium. The results are compared with those obtained for the case of lossless relativistically moving and lossy stationary plasma waveguides.  相似文献
