A simple method for rapid determination of trace pentavalent vanadium in natural water was presented by flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL). Through water injection, luminol and potassium permanganate were eluted from the anion exchange column to generate the CL, which was enhanced in the presence of V(V). Under the optimum conditions, the increased CL intensity was linear with V(V) concentration in the range from 0.1 to 100?ng?mL?1. The limit of detection was 50?pg?mL?1 (3σ) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.24% (n?=?5) for a 1.0?ng?mL?1?V(V). At a flow rate of 2.0?mL?min?1, one cycle of analysis could be performed in 0.5?min with a RSD of less than 3.0%. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of vanadium in natural water.  相似文献

The amoxicillin-imprinted polymer was synthesized with methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross-linker. The binding characteristic of the imprinted polymer to amoxicillin was evaluated by equilibrium binding experiments. Using the imprinted polymer as recognition material, 3-(3′-nitrophenyl)-5(2′-sulfonylphenylazo)-rhodanine (4NRASP) was synthesized by the authors and was used as chemiluminescence (CL) reagent. A novel chemiluminescence (CL) sensor for the determination of amoxicillin was developed based on the CL reaction of amoxicillin with potassium permanganate in an acidic medium. The sensor displayed excellent selectivity and high sensitivity. The linear response range of the sensor was from 5.0 × 10?9 to 1.0 × 10?6 g · mL?1 (r = 0.9985) and the detection limit was 1.3 × 10?9 g · mL?1. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 1.0 × 10?7 g · mL?1 amoxicillin solution was 1.7% (n = 11). The sensor was applied to the determination of amoxicillin in urine samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Abstract

Flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) with molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was applied to determine fenfluramine. The fenfluramine-imprinted polymer was prepared with acrylamide (AM) as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker. Methyl and sulfonic group were introduced to rhodanine matrix, and a novel rhodanine ramification 3MORASP was synthesized by the author, and it was used as chemiluminescence reagent. 3-(3′-Methoxyphenyl)-5(2′-sulfonylphenylazo)-rhodanine (3MORASP), first synthesized by the authors, was used as chemiluminescence (CL) reagent. The novel flow path of FI-CL was designed, which made three merged streams of reactants injected into MIP column move through different pathways simultaneously. Fenfluramine was detected based on the reaction of fenfluramine, 3MORASP, and potassium permanganate in an acidic medium. The CL intensity was correlated linearly with the concentration of fenfluramine over the range of 1.0 × 10?7 to 5.0 × 10?6 g · mL?1, and the detection limit was 9.48 × 10?9 g · mL?1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.4% for determination of 1.0 × 10?6 g · mL?1 fenfluramine (n = 11). This method was successfully applied to the determination of fenfluramine in weight-reducing tonic.  相似文献

This work presents a new chemiluminescent (CL) probe array assay. The new type CL probe array is based on enzyme mimics of Co3O4–SiO2 mesoporous nanocomposite material, which not only have an excellent catalytic effect on the luminol–H2O2 CL reaction in an alkaline medium but also can be used for the immobilization of enzymes. The linear range of the lactose concentration is 3.0?×?10?7 to 1.0?×?10?5 g mL?1 and the detection limit is 6.9?×?10?8 g mL?1. β-Galactosidase and glucose oxidase were selected as a model for enzyme assays to demonstrate the applicability of Co3O4–SiO2 mesoporous nanocomposite material in multienzyme immobilization. The novel bifunctional CL probe array has been successfully applied to the determination of lactose in milk.  相似文献

In this study, the fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) of good biocompatibility and low toxicity was prepared by a carbonation route, and a strong enhancement effect of CDs on the luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 chemiluminescence (CL) system was observed. 5?±?1?nm CDs were used as catalysts to enhance the reaction sensitivity. In the presence of 2-methoxyestradiol (2-ME), the CL intensity of CDs-luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 was significantly inhibited. The relative CL intensity was linearly related to the 2-ME concentration in the range of 1.0?×?10?9 –1.0?×?10?7?g?mL-1 with a lower detection limit of 4.1?×?10?10?g?mL?1. As a preliminary application, the highly sensitive method was successfully applied to the determination of 2-ME in both pharmaceutical preparation and serum samples with satisfactory results. The possible mechanism of CL reaction catalyzed by CDs was investigated and the CDs played a role of catalyst in the reaction which could promote the generation of oxygen radicals.

It could be concluded that the enhancement effect on CL by CDs was attributed to the formation of oxygen radicals. The oxidation reaction of luminol was accelerated by oxygen radicals, which led to the enhanced CL emission.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and accurate high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) technique coupled with chemiluminescence (CL) detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of epinephrine (E), noradrenaline (NA) and dopamine (DA). It was based on the analyte enhancement effect on the CL reaction between luminol and potassium ferricyanide. The effects of various parameters, such as potassium ferricyanide concentration, luminol concentration, pH value and component of the mobile phase on chromatographic behaviors of the analytes (E, NA and DA) were investigated. The separation was carded out on C18 column using the mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L potassium hydrogen phthalate solution and methanol (92 : 8, V/V). Under the optimum condi- tions, E, NA and DA showed good linear relationships in the range of 1 × 10^-8 -5 × 10^-6, 5.0× 10^-9 -1.0× 10^-6 and 5.0×10^-9-1.0× 10^-6 g]mL respectively. The detection limits for E, NA and DA were 4.0×10^-9, 1.0× 10^-9 and 8.0 × 10^-10 g/mL. The proposed method has been applied successfully to the analysis of E, NA and DA in human serum samples.  相似文献

Abstract

A rapid and sensitive flow‐injection chemiluminescence (FI‐CL) method, which is based on the CL intensity that generated from the redox reaction of Ce(IV)‐rhodamine B in H2SO4 medium, for the determination of acyclovir and gancyclovir is described. For acyclovir, the determination range is 3×10?8 g mL?1–7×10?5 g mL?1, with 1.56×10?8 g mL?1 as its determination limit. During 11 repeated measurements for 1×10?6 g mL?1 acyclovir, the relative standard deviation was 2.08%. For gancyclovir, the determination range was 5×10?8 g mL?1–7×10?5 g mL?1, with 2.35×10?8 g mL?1 as its determination limit. The relative standard deviation is 2.83% with 11 repeated measurements of 1×10?6 g mL?1 gancyclovir. This method can be successfully used to determine the content of acyclovir and gancyclovir in injections, acyclovir in eye drops, and, maybe, also for other ciclovirs.  相似文献

We report herein a novel chemiluminescence (CL) phenomenon triggered by light irradiation when a fluorescent dye, for example hematoporphyrin, fluorescein, eosin, or methylene blue is present in the luminol solution. A possible mechanism is proposed for the photoinduced chemiluminescence (PICL) reaction. Compared with reported methods for CL triggering, for example flow-injection, static reagent injection, and the electrochemical technique, the proposed in-situ PICL method presented has three advantages. First, the method is more selective, because the PICL signal of the target fluorescent dyes is initiated by excitation at a selective wavelength only. Second, the space and time resolution of the PICL method are better. Last, and most important, compared with injecting a reagent or inserting a electrode into the CL system to initiate the CL reaction, with the in-situ PICL method there is no physical interference with the target detecting system. All these advantages of the PICL method indicate it has many potential applications in the analytical sciences. The proposed method was applied to analysis of urine containing adrenaline. The linear range for adrenaline is 2.0?×?10?10–1.0?×?10?7 g mL?1 and the detection limit is 6.0?×?10?11 g mL?1.

A simple and sensitive method was developed for the determination of three nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)—ibuprofen, naproxen and fenbufen in human plasma. The method involved in column liquid chromatographic separation and chemilumenescence (CL) detection based on the CL reaction of NSAIDs, potassium permanganate (KMnO4) and sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) in sulfuric acid (H2SO4) medium. The chromatographic separation was carried out using a reversed-phase C18 column, which allowed the selective determination of the three medicines in the complicated samples. The special features of the CL detector provided lower LOD for determination than that of existing chromatographic alternatives. The results indicated that the linear ranges were 0.01–10.0 μg mL?1 for ibuprofen, 0.001–1.0 μg mL?1 for naproxen, and 0.01–10.0 μg mL?1 for fenbufen. The limits of detection were 0.5 ng mL?1 for ibuprofen, 0.05 ng mL?1 for naproxen and 0.5 ng mL?1 for fenbufen (S/N = 3). All average recoveries were in the range of 90.0–102.3%. Finally, the method had been satisfactorily applied for the determination of ibuprofen, naproxen and fenbufen in human plasma samples.  相似文献

A novel chemiluminescence(CL) flow system for sulfite is described based on electrostatically immobilized luminol on an anion exchange column. Sulfite is detected by the CL reaction with luminol bleeding from the column by hydrolysis. The calibration graph is linear in the range 3 × 10–7 to 1 × 10–5 mol/L, and the detection limit is 1 × 10–7 mol/L. Interfering metal ions co-existing in sample solutions could be effectively eliminated on-line by an upstream cation exchanger. A complete analysis could be performed in 1 min with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%. The system could be reused for over 50 h and has been applied successfully to the determination of sulfur dioxide in air.  相似文献

A novel chemiluminescence (CL) flow system has been developed for the sequential determination of Fe(II) and Fe(III) in water. Fe(II) was detected by its catalytic effect on the CL reaction between luminol immobilized on an anion exchange resin column and dissolved oxygen; Fe(III) was determined by difference measurement after on-line conversion to Fe(II) in a reducing mini-column packed with Cu plated Zn granules. For both ions, the calibration graph was linear in the range 1 × 10–9 to 1 × 10–6 g/mL, and the detection limit was 4 × 10–10 g/mL. A complete analysis could be performed in 1.5 min with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%. The system could be reused for over 200 times and has been applied successfully to the determination of Fe(II) and Fe(III) in natural water samples.  相似文献

A sensitive method for the determination of total chromium in real samples by flow injection–chemiluminescence (FI–CL) analysis was proposed. It was found that the CL intensity from luminol–lysozyme reaction could be markedly quenched, and the decrease of CL intensity was linear with the logarithm of Cr(III) concentrations over the range of 5.0 to 4000 pg mL?1 with a detection limit of 2.0 pg mL?1 (3σ) and relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.0, 2.6, and 2.0% for 10, 100, and 1000 pg mL?1 Cr(III) (n = 7), respectively. At a flow rate of 2.0 mL min?1, the whole process including sampling and washing could be accomplished within 36 s. The proposed CL method was successfully applied to the determination of total chromium in pharmaceutical capsules, a dietary supplement, and spiked human serum samples, with recoveries from 92.2 to 108.4% and RSDs of less than 4.0%. Using the homemade FI–CL model, the binding constant (K = 4.38 × 106 L mol?1) and the binding sites (n ≈ 1) of Cr(III) to lysozyme were given.  相似文献

We report on a 4-min microwave pyrolytic method for the preparation of fluorescent and water-soluble silicon-hybrid carbon dots (C-dots) with high fluorescent quantum yield. The material is prepared by preheating aminopropyltriethoxysilane and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid for 1 min, then adding a mixture of poly(ethylene glycol) and glycerin to the solution and heating for another 3 min. It is found that the hybrid carbon dots strongly enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) of the luminol/N-bromosuccinimide system. A study on the enhancement mechanism via CL, fluorescence and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy showed that the effect most probably is due to electrostatic interaction between the C-dots and the luminol anion which facilitates electron transfer from luminol anion to the N-bromosuccinimide oxidant. CL intensity is linearly related to the concentration of the C-dots in the range between 1.25 and 20 μg mL?1. The detection limit is 0.6 μg mL?1 (at an S/N of 3).

Human saliva quantitative monitoring of clarithromycin (CLA) by chemiluminescence (CL) with flow injection analysis was proposed for the first time, which was based on the quenching effect of CLA on luminol–bovine serum albumin (BSA) CL system with a linear range from 7.5?×?10?4 to 2.0 ng/ml. This proposed approach, offering a maximum sample throughput of 100 h?1, was successfully applied to the quantitative monitoring of CLA levels in human saliva during 24 h after a single oral dose of 250 mg intake, with recoveries of 95.2~109.0 % and relative standard deviations lower than 6.5 % (N?=?7). Results showed that CLA reached maximum concentration of 2.28?±?0.02 μg/ml at approximately 3 h, and the total elimination ratio was 99.6 % in 24 h. The pharmacokinetic parameters including absorption rate constant (0.058?±?0.006 h?1), elimination rate constant (0.149?±?0.009 h?1) and elimination half-life time (4.66?±?0.08 h) were obtained. A comparison of human saliva and urine monitoring was also given. The mechanism study of BSA–CLA interaction revealed the binding of CLA to BSA is an entropy driven and spontaneous process through hydrophobic interaction, with binding constant K BSA–CLA of 4.78?×?106 l/mol and the number of binding sites n of 0.82 by flow injection–chemiluminescence model. Molecular docking analysis further showed CLA might be in subdomain IIA of BSA, with K BSA–CLA of 6.82?×?105 l/mol and ΔG of ?33.28 kJ/mol.  相似文献

A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of dihydralazine sulfate (DHZS) is described. The method is based on the reaction of luminol and diperiodatocuprate (K2[Cu(H2IO6)(OH)2], DPC) in alkaline medium to emit CL, which is greatly enhanced by DHZS. The possible CL mechanism was first proposed based on the kinetic characteristic, CL spectrum and UV spectra. The optimum condition for the CL reaction was in detail studied using flow-injection system. The experiments indicated that under optimum condition, the CL intensity was linearly related to the concentration of DHZS in the range of 7.0 × 10?9 to 8.6 × 10?7 g mL?1 with a detection limit (3σ) of 2.1 × 10?9 g mL?1. The proposed method had good reproducibility with the relative standard deviation 3.1% (n = 7) for 5.2 × 10?8 g mL?1 of DHZS. This method has the advantages of simple operation, fast response and high sensitivity. The special advantage of the system is that very low concentration of luminol can react with DPC catalyzed by DHZS to get excellent experiment results. And CL cannot be observed nearly when luminol with same concentration reacts with other oxidants, so luminol–DPC system has higher selectivity than other luminol CL systems. The method has been successfully applied to determine DHZS in serum.  相似文献

A novel flow injection procedure has been developed for the determination of gallic acid based on the enhancement function for luminol‐AgNO3‐Ag NPs chemiluminescence (CL) system by gallic acid. The enhancement mechanism was proposed for the reinforcing effect of the gallic acid on the CL system. The UV‐vis absorption spectrum and CL emission spectrum were applied to confirm the mechanism. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive with a detection limit of 5×10?10 g·mL?1 and a linear range of 8.0×10?10–1.0×10?7 g·mL?1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.3% for eleven measurements of 5×10?8 g·mL?1 gallic acid. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of gallic acid in Chinese proprietary medicine–Jianmin Yanhou tablets and synthesized samples.  相似文献

A validated kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of losartan potassium in pure and dosage forms. The method is based on oxidation of the losartan potassium with alkaline potassium permanganate at room temperature (25 ± 1 °C). The reaction is followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the increase in absorbance with time at 603 nm, and the initial rate, fixed time (at 12.0 min) and equilibrium time (at 90.0 min) methods are adopted for constructing the calibration graphs. All the calibration graphs are linear in the concentration range of 7.5–60.0 μg mL?1 and the calibration data resulted in the linear regression equations of n? = ?6.422 × 10?7 + 1.173 × 10?5 C, A =3.30 × 10?4 + 5.28 × 10?3 C and A = ?2.09 × 10?2 + 1.05 × 10?1 C for initial‐rate, fixed time and equilibrium time methods, respectively. The limits of detection for initial rate, fixed time and equilibrium time methods are 0.71, 0.21 and 0.19 μg mL?1, respectively. The activation parameters such as Ea, ΔH?, ΔS?, and ΔG? are also determined for the reaction and found to be 87.34 KJ mol?1, 84.86 KJ mol?1, 50.96 JK?1 mol?1 and ?15.10 KJ mol?1, respectively. The variables are optimized and the proposed methods are validated as per ICH guidelines. The method has been applied successfully to the estimation of losartan potassium in commercial tablets. The performance of the proposed methods was judged by calculating paired t‐ and F‐ values. The analytical results of the proposed methods when compared with those of the reference method show no significant difference in accuracy and precision and have acceptable bias.  相似文献
