l-(N-Cbz)-7-azaisotryptophan, l-(N-Cbz)-1a, a new isostere of tryptophan, was synthesized by reacting Li2-(N-Boc)-2-amino-3-picoline, Li2-(N-Boc)-2a, with appropriately protected l-aspartic acid followed by simple functional group manipulation. This synthetic success led us to access a set of analogs of azaisotryptophan (4ac; 6ac) as well as a new class of chiral amines (7ac; 8ac) for future application in asymmetric synthesis and design of homochiral ligands. Further, we have generalized the method substantiating a variety of new azaindol-2-yl derivatives (10aa10lc) with functionalized substituents. In a preliminary luminescence characterization, l-(N-Cbz)-1a has exhibited about 30 nm bathochromic shifted fluorescence emission compared to tryptophan and (N-Cbz)-tryptophan.  相似文献

A large number of novel N-aryl modified monocyclic γ-lactam derivatives have been prepared via Pd(0) catalyzed heteroarylation in the N-aryl part of (±) cis and (±) trans γ-lactam carboxylate derivatives 3(af) and 6(af), respectively, with furan-2-boronic acid and thiophen-2-boronic acid. (±) cis Methyl 1-(2-bromoaryl)-5-oxo-3-aryl/heteroarylpyrrolidin-2-carboxylate derivatives 3(af), were prepared in good yields from 1(af) via hydrolysis, stereoselective decarboxylation, followed by esterification. Corresponding trans isomers 6(af) were prepared by the standard method already reported by us.  相似文献

Three new series of catenar liquid crystals 1ac derived from heterocyclic bisoxazoles and bisthiazoles exhibiting columnar phases were reported. All compounds 1ac exhibited hexagonal columnar phases, which were confirmed by powder XRD diffractometer. Compounds 1a have a slightly wider temperature range of columnar phases than that of compounds 1b, which might be attributed to higher dipole polarized in 1a. A Ncell and Rar value equal to 2.54–2.76 and 19.99–20.45 Å2 within a slice of 9.0 Å thick were obtained for three derivatives 1ac (all ns=12), indicating that a single molecule was packed within columns in Colh phases. All derivatives showed good stabilities at temperature below T=408 °C on TGA. The PL spectra of all compounds 1ac showed one intense peak at λmax=505–510 nm, and these photoluminescent emissions originated from quinoxaline moiety.  相似文献

The reaction of bromoalkanes (R–Br; (3), R=CnH2n+1, n=4 (a), 8 (b), 12 (c),18 (d)) and bromobenzyl derivatives (R′–Br; (4), R′=CH2C6H2(CH3)3-2,4,6 (a); CH2C6H(CH3)4-2,3,5,6 (b); CH2C6(CH3)5 (c)) with 1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline (IP)(L2) gave the corresponding 1-R-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline (IPR)(L3ad) and 1-R′-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline(IPR')(L4ac) ligands, respectively. Treatment of L3ad and L4ad with [Ru(p-cymene)Cl2]2 led to the formation of [Ru(p-cymene)(IPR)Cl]Cl (RuL3ad) and [Ru(p-cymene)(IPR′)Cl]Cl (RuL4ac). New ruthenium(II) complexes RuL3ad and RuL4ac were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, UV–visible and NMR spectroscopy. In order to understand effects of these changes on the N-substituent of imidazol on IP and how they translate to catalytic activity, these new RuL2, RuL3ad and RuL4ac were applied in the transfer hydrogenation of ketones by 2-propanol in presence of potassium hydroxide. The activities of the catalysts were monitored by NMR and GC analysis.  相似文献

Five new polyketide derivatives, 6′-hydroxypestalotiopsone C (1), acropyrone (2), bicytosporone D (3), waol acid (4), and pestalotiopene C (5), together with seven known metabolites (612), were obtained from extracts of the endophytic fungus Acremonium strictum, isolated from the mangrove tree Rhizophora apiculata. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive NMR and MS analysis. Compounds 6, 7, and 9 showed moderate cytotoxic activity against human cisplatin-sensitive (IC50 values 27.1, 76.2, and 8.3 μM, respectively) and resistant A2780 cell lines (IC50 values 12.6, 30.1, and 19.0 μM, respectively), whereas only 9 exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (MIC value 14.3 μM).  相似文献

The reaction of P4S10 (1) with N,N′-diphenylurea (PhNH)2CO (2) results in new heterocyclic compounds: the pyridinium salt of 1,3-diphenyl-2-sulfido-2-thioxo-1,3-diaza-2λ5-phosphetidine (3) (with a P–N–C–N cycle) and the pyridinium salt of 1,4-diphenyl-2,5-disulfido-2,5-dithioxo-1,4-dithiadiaza-2λ5,5λ5-diphosphinane (4), containing the (P–S–N)2 cycle and the cyclic thiophosphates [pyH]2[P2S8] (5), [pyH]2[P2S7] (6) and [pyH]3[P3S9] (7). A similar reaction, but carried out with N,N′-diphenylthiourea (PhNH)2CS (8), leads to the formation of 4 and 6. pyPS2Cl (9), used as an alternative starting material, also yields compounds 3, 4, 5, and further [pyH][PS2Cl2] (10) and S8 after reaction with 2. Compound 3 reacts with Pd(CH3COO)2, with the formation of the complex [Pd(Ph2N2COPS2)2] (11). The crystal structures of 3 and 7 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of PhHgOAc with 2-NCH3NCTPPH (2) gave a mercury(II) complex of (phenylato)(2-N-methyl-5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl-21-carbaporphyrinato-N,N′,N″)-mercury(II), [HgPh(2-NCH3NCTPP); 7]; the coordination sphere around Hg(1) in 7 was a four-coordinate derivative with a seesaw geometry and dipole–dipole (DD) interaction governed the longitudinal relaxation rate for Hg(1)–Ph–H2,6 protons of 7 in CDCl3 (0.01 M) at 599.95 MHz.  相似文献

The reactions of Mo2(O2CCH3)4 with different equivalents of N,N′-bis(pyrimidine-2-yl)formamidine (HL1) and N-(2-pyrimidinyl)formamide (HL2) afforded dimolybdenum complexes of the types Mo2(O2CCH3)(L1)2(L2) (1) trans-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (2) cis-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (3) and Mo2(L2)4 (4). Their UV–Vis and NMR spectra have been recorded and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 3 establish the first pair of trans and cis forms of dimolybdenum complexes containing formamidinate ligands. The L1 ligands in 13 are bridged to the metal centers through two central amine nitrogen atoms, while the L2 ligands in 14 are bridged to the metal centers via one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom and the amine nitrogen atom. The Mo–Mo distances of complexes 1 [2.0951(17) Å], 2 [2.103(1) Å] and 3 [2.1017(3) Å], which contain both Mo?N and Mo?O axial interactions, are slightly longer than those of complex 4 [2.0826(12)–2.0866(10) Å] which has only Mo?O interactions.  相似文献

The reaction of silver(I) with 1,2-bis[1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazine (bpeh) and N,N-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amine (bpma) in the presence of Na(sac) (sac = saccharinate) yielded [Ag2(sac)2(bpeh)] (1) and [Ag(sac)(bpma)]n (2) with conformational chirality. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 displays a binuclear composition, in which each silver(I) ion is bound to one monodentate sac ligand and one of the bidentate pyridylimino groups of the bpeh ligand in a distorted trigonal coordination geometry. Complex 2 is a one-dimensional helical polymer, in which silver(I) centers are bridged by tridentate bpma ligands, and each silver(I) ion is coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral geometry by one monodentate sac ligand, a bidentate pyridylamine group of one bpma ligand, and a py group of another bpma ligand. Weak intermolecular C–H?O hydrogen bonds and C–H?π interactions lead to assembly of 1 and 2 into three-dimensional supramolecular frameworks. Spectral and thermal analysis data for 1 and 2 are in agreement with the crystal structures. In addition, both complexes in the solid state display intraligand π–π∗ fluorescence.  相似文献

The preparation, characterization, and mesomorphic properties of two series of tridentate N-salicylidene-2-hydroxyanilines and their metal complexes were described. The crystal and molecular structure of bis[2-hydroxy-4-propyloxy-N-(2-hydroxy-3,4-dipropyloxybenzylidene) aniline]copper(II) were determined by means of X-ray analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n and a Z=4. The geometry at Cu2+ ions is square pyramidal with a THF solvent molecule coordinated. The core structure was nearly flat, and the intramolecular Cu–Cu atoms were separated by ca. 3.0163(6) Å. All compounds 2a formed smectic C phases, and copper complexes 1aCu were not mesogenic. In contrast, compound 2e and complexes 1bCu, 1dCu, 1eCu, and 1ePd exhibited columnar phases. The lack of mesomorphism in 1eZn was attributed to a preferred tetrahedral over square planar geometry. A Ncell equal to 2.44–2.92, calculated from powder XRD data within a 9.0 Å thick indicated that an induced structure correlated by two catenar-shaped molecules was formed in Colh phases.  相似文献

Six organotin compounds with 4,4′-thiodibenzenethiol (LH2) of the type RnSnL4−nSnRn (n = 3: R = Me 1, Ph 2, PhCH23, n = 2: R = Me 4, Ph 5, PhCH26) have been synthesized. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) spectra. The structures of compounds 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 were also determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, which revealed that compounds 1 and 2 were monomeric structures, compounds 4, 5 and 6 were centrosymmetric dinuclear macrocyclic structures, and all the tin(IV) atoms are four-coordinated. Furthermore, supramolecular structures were also found in compounds 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, which exhibit one-dimensional chains, two-dimensional networks or three-dimensional structures through intermolecular C–H?S weak hydrogen bonds (WHBs), non-bonded Sn?S interactions or C–H?π interactions.  相似文献

The synthesis of 7-substituted pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamides was studied. First, methyl 7-hydroxypyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylate (5) was prepared in three steps from methyl 5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (3). Treatment of 5 with POCl3 gave the highly reactive 7-chloro derivative 10, which was reacted with amines, benzyl alcohol, and phenylboronic acid in the presence of Pd-catalyst to give the corresponding 7-substituted derivatives 11. Hydrolysis of the esters 5 and 11 followed by amidation gave the corresponding carboxamides 16ah and 15. Regioselectivity of N-alkylation of 7-hydroxypyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid derivatives 5 and 16 was tunable by the carboxy function. Alkylation of the secondary amides 16af furnished the 1-alkyl derivatives 17af, whereas the ester 5 and the tertiary amides 16g,h gave the 4-alkyl derivatives 14ad and 16m,n, selectively.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes [Cu(ph-tpy)(B)](ClO4) (13), where ph-tpy is (4′-phenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and B is N,N-donor phenanthroline base, viz. 1,10-phenanthroline (phen, 1), dipyridoquinoxaline (dpq, 2), and dipyridophenazine (dppz, 3), were prepared and characterized from analytical and spectral data. Complex 1, characterized by X-ray crystallography, shows a distorted square-pyramidal (4 + 1) CuN5 coordination geometry having the tridentate ph-tpy ligand at the basal plane and bidentate phen bound to the axial-equatorial sites. The complexes display a dd band near 650 nm in aqueous DMF. The complexes are avid binders to calf thymus DNA giving the binding order: 3 (dppz) > 2 (dpq) > 1 (phen). The dpq and dppz complexes show photo-induced DNA cleavage activity in red light via photo-redox pathway forming hydroxyl radicals. The cytotoxicity of the dppz complex 3 was studied by MTT assay in HeLa cancer cells. The IC50 values are 3.7 and 12.4 μM in visible light of 400–700 nm and dark, respectively.  相似文献

The 4,4′-bis(RfCH2OCH2)-2,2′-bpy ligands [Rf = n-C3F7 (1a), HCF2(CF2)3 (1b)] were prepared and then treated with [MCl2(CH3CN)2] (M = Pt or Pd) to result in the corresponding metal complexes, [MCl2(4,4′-bis(RfCH2OCH2)-2,2′-bpy)] (M = Pt 2a–b; Pd 3a–b). Both ligands and metal complexes were fully characterized by multi-nuclei NMR (1H, 19F and 13C), FTIR, and mass (GC/MS or HR-FAB) methods. The X-ray structures of 2a–b and 3a–b were studied. With terminal CF3, the structures of 2a and 3a exhibit disordered polyfluorinated regions in solid state. With terminal HCF2, the structures of 2b and 3b show a π–π stacking of the bpy planes, five-membered C–H···O hydrogen bond and an unusual intramolecular blue-shifting C–H···F–C hydrogen bond system, whereas without terminal HCF2, the structures of 2a and 3a show the similar π–π stacking, five-membered C–H···O hydrogen bond and typical orientation of polyfluorinated ponytails, but not the C–H···F–C hydrogen bond system. Polyrhachis dives is consumed as an insect food in some regions of China. In this study, new dopamine derivatives, (+)-polyrhadopamine A (1a) and (−)-polyrhadopamine A (1b), (+)-polyrhadopamine B (2a) and (−)-polyrhadopamine B (2b), and polyrhadopamines C–E (35), were isolated from this species. The structures and stereochemistry of these substances were assigned by using spectroscopic and computational methods. Compounds 1a, 1b, 2a, and 2b are dimeric N-acetyldopamine derivatives, 3 is a dopamine analog containing an unusual sulfone group, and 4 and 5 possess a rare benzo[d]thiazole moiety. The functions of these substances as ROCK1/2 inhibitors, neural stem cell (NSCs) proliferation stimulators, immunosuppressive, and anti-inflammatory agents were determined.  相似文献

Two new resin glycosides, cuses 3 (1) and 4 (2), were initially obtained from the seeds of Cuscuta chinensis. Both of them contained a reducing glucose unit, and thus existed as a pair of isomers. In order to solve the existing problem of tautomerism, the remanent resin glycoside fraction was converted into aminoalditol derivatives with p-anisidine, and then another eight new resin glycosides cuses 5–12 (310) were further isolated. Cuses 7–12 (610) were considered to be generated via glycosidation of two acylated oligosaccharides, and thus characterized as ether-type resin glycoside dimers. Their structures including absolute stereochemistry were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Compounds 310 exhibited cytotoxic activity toward MCF-7, SMMC-7721, and MG-63 cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 8.72 to 59.35 μg/mL.  相似文献

A series of new coordination compounds Zn(SCN)2L2 (1), Co(SCN)2L2 (2), [Cd(SCN)2L2·2L]n (3) and [CdHg(SCN)4L2]n (4) have been prepared by self-assembly of a rigid functional pyridine ligand, trans-4-[4′-(N-methyl-N-hydroxyethyl)amimo]styryl pyridine (abbreviated as L) with M(SCN)x (M: Zn, Co, Cd, CdHg; x: 2, 4). The crystal structures indicate that 1 and 2 are mononuclear compounds while 3 and 4 are coordination polymers. O–H?N, C–H?O, O–H?π and C–H?π hydrogen bonds play significant roles in the final crystal structures. The solid-state luminescence properties have been measured. The results indicate that the photoluminescence spectra of all the compounds can be changed by the frameworks and introducing of different metal ions.  相似文献

A facile method has been developed for the synthesis of 4H-chromene-3-carboxylates 3ad by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2-hydroxy-2H-chromene-3-carboxylates 2ad with triethylsilane in the presence of BF3·O(C2H5)2. Cyclocondensation of 4H-chromene-3-carboxylates 3ad with benzylamines 4ad afforded a series of 2,3-dihydrochromenopyrrolones 5ap and with propargylamine afforded 2-propynyl-2,3-dihydrochromenopyrrolones 6ad. Click reaction of 6ad with benzyl azides 7ad provided a series of 1H-1,2,3-triazolylmethyl-2,3-dihydrochromenopyrrolones 8ap. Thus synthesized compounds 3ad, 5ap, 6ad, and 8ap are novel heterocyclic compounds and being reported for the first time.  相似文献

The reaction of acetonitrile (15) and mixed acetonitrile/water 1:1 (69) solutions containing the cyanide-bearing [Fe(bipy)(CN)4] building block (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) and the partially blocked [Ln(bpym)]3+ cation (Ln = lanthanide trivalent cation and bpym = 2,2′-bipyrimidine) has afforded two new families of 3d–4f supramolecular assemblies of formula [Ln(bpym)(NO3)2(H2O)3][Fe(bipy)(CN)4] · H2O · CH3CN [Ln = Sm (1), Gd (2), Tb (3), Dy (4) and Ho (5)] and [Ln(bpym)(NO3)2(H2O)4][Fe(bipy)(CN)4] [Ln = Pr (6), Nd (7), Sm (8), Gd (9)]. They crystallize in the P21/c (15) and P2/c (69) space groups and their structures are made up of [Fe(bipy)(CN)4] anions (19) and [Ln(bpym)(NO3)2(H2O)n]+ cations [n = 3 (15) and 4 (69)] with uncoordinated water and acetonitrile molecules (15) which are interlinked through an extensive network of hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking into three-dimensional motifs. Both families have in common the occurrence of the low-spin iron(III) unit [Fe(bipy)(CN)4] where two bipy–nitrogen and four cyanide–carbon atoms build a somewhat distorted octahedral surrounding around the iron atom [Fe–N = 1.980(3)–1.988(3) Å (15) and 1.988(2)–1.992(2) Å (69); Fe–C = 1.904(5)–1.952(4) Å (15) and 1.911(2)–1.948(3) Å (69)]. The main structural difference between both families concerns the environment of the lanthanide atom which is nine- (15)/10-coordinated (69) with a chelating bpym, two bidentate nitrate and three (15)/four (69) water molecules building distorted monocapped (15)/bicapped (69) square antiprisms. This different lanthanide environment is at the origin of the different hydrogen bonding pattern of the two families of compounds.  相似文献
