以硫化锌为高折射材料和冰晶石为低反射材料,利用真空镀膜技术、光学极值法检测膜厚技术镀制了窄带全介质干涉滤光片,K9玻璃为薄膜保护层,采用切割、粗磨、精磨、抛光、镀膜等光学工艺制得酶标分析仪波长标准物质,经均匀性、稳定性考核合格后,由紫外可见近红外分光光度计标准装置对标准物质定值。研制的酶标分析仪波长标准物质定制结果扩展不确定度为0.7 nm(k=2),使用方便,量值准确、稳定,技术指标满足酶标分析仪波长示值误差及重复性检定/校准工作的需要。  相似文献

根据浊度法抗生素效价测定仪吸光度的有效测量范围和液体培养基培养过程中吸光度逐渐降低的特点,选用中性灰色玻璃研制了吸光度标称值分别为0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0的光谱中性滤光片组标准物质。用紫外可见近红外分光光度计对研制的标准物质的均匀性、正反面和稳定性进行测试,吸光度均匀性最大值为0.002 0,吸光度正反面最大差值为0.000 4,吸光度稳定性最大值为0.002 5,符合二级标准物质要求,经评定标准物质吸光度的相对扩展不确定度为1%(k=2)。将该标准物质的定值结果与上一级计量标准中国计量科学研究院的校准结果进行比对验证,结果表明研制的标准物质定值准确,可用于抗生素效价测定仪吸光度准确性和溯源性校准。  相似文献

提出酶标分析仪检定用中性滤光片的校准方法,并用校准实例对校准方法进行了验证。结合校准方法,根据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立了数学模型,不确定度的来源有测量结果的重复性、分光光度计透射比误差、分光光度计杂散辐射、中性滤光片年稳定性、中性滤光片均匀性,按该校准方法校准的中性滤光片,校准结果的不确定度为U=0.005(k=2),校准结果能够满足JJG 861—2007《酶标分析仪检定规程》对中性滤光片不确定度U≤0.01(k=2)的要求,可用于开展酶标分析仪吸光度值的校准工作。  相似文献

建立紫外可见分光光度计线性范围的校准方法。通过实验对紫外可见分光光度计线性范围的校准进行研究,提出了相应的校准方法和技术指标。采用重铬酸钾标准物质进行校准,测量波长为257 nm。线性范围下限不大于1.0×10–3 mg/mL,线性范围上限不小于0.10 mg/mL。该校准方法覆盖了JJG 178–2007 《紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计检定规程》中没有覆盖的吸光度范围,能够实现紫外可见分光光度计全范围吸光度的计量校准。  相似文献

以紫外可见近红外分光光度计为计量标准器建立火灾探测器滤光片校准方法。火焰探测器紫外滤光片校准选择波长范围150~300 nm进行光谱扫描,测量滤光片在紫外区域的透射比;红外滤光片校准选择波长范围800~1 100 nm进行光谱扫描,测量滤光片在红外区域的透射比。线型光束感烟火灾探测器滤光片校准波长扫描范围设置为700~1 100 nm,取850~950 nm透射比平均值计算减光值。火焰探测器紫外滤光片校准结果为220,240,260,280 nm波长下的透射比,红外滤光片校准结果为850,900,950,1 000 nm波长下的透射比,不作合格性判定。线型光束感烟火灾探测器滤光片减光值标称值为0.4,0.9 d B时,误差不超过±0.1 d B;减光值标称值为10.0 d B时,误差不超过±1.0 d B。  相似文献

We have investigated the influence of narrow-band UV radiation, 265–330 nm. on germination of spores of the fungus Cladosporium cucumerinum Ellis and Arth., using a Xe arc lamp and filters. Reciprocity of time and dose rate was demonstrated when fungal spores were subjected to UV radiation at 325 nm but failed to hold at 265 nm. Based on these findings, data on fluence response, and partial action spectra, we propose that there are two biologically active sites in this organism that are affected by radiation between 265 and 330 nm and that might be influenced by changes in the stratospheric ozone layer: a short-wave-sensitive site (265–295 nm) and a long-wave-sensitive site (300–330 nm). Data obtained with narrow-band interference filters confirmed previous reports of damage to nucleic acid from UV at 265–295 nm and in addition demonstrated significant inhibition by UV at 300–320 nm. Further studies of the 300 330 nm portion of the spectrum, using combinations of plastic and glass filters, showed that the influence of UV radiation in this region was primarily to produce a non-photoreactivable delay in germ-tube emergence.  相似文献

设计并合成了2个可溶性的金属酞菁类化合物(A和B)作为近红外吸收染料。其中,染料A是铜酞菁衍生物,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的最大吸收波长为710nm,染料B是钒氧萘酞菁衍生物,在DMF中的最大吸收波长为800nm。将它们加入到丙烯酸酯单体中,采用60 Co-γ射线原位辐射聚合的方法制得了交联型聚丙烯酸酯近红外滤光片。采用紫外-可见-近红外吸收光谱仪测定聚丙烯酸酯滤光片的吸收光谱曲线,结果表明:染料A和B均能均匀地分布在丙烯酸酯聚合物中,且聚丙烯酸酯近红外滤光片在DMF、丙酮、甲苯等溶剂中几乎不溶。在聚丙烯酸酯滤光片中,染料A与B的吸收峰范围分别为620~780nm和700~870nm。制备的交联型滤光片对上述波长范围的近红外光有较好的屏蔽作用,耐溶剂性能良好。  相似文献

The simultaneous determination of ethanol, glycerol, fructose, glucose and residual sugars in botrytized-grape sweet white wines was performed by means of near-infrared reflectance using 19 interference filters and a partial least squares (PLS) model in latent variables as a multivariate calibration technique. The results were compared with those obtained using other multivariate calibration techniques, such as MLR, SWR and PCR, by means of a validation set of samples with known compositions. Ethanol, fructose and residual sugars were well predicted by all the multivariate techniques. Glycerol and glucose showed the highest prediction residuals. The technique may be of practical interest in the routine analysis of these types of wines with low cost in terms of samples, time and personnel. Luminescent sensors incorporating two luminophores, an indicator and a reference, offer many advantages over intensity measurements from sensors made with one indicator dye. Quantum dots have yet to be widely employed as insensitive reference luminophores in such systems. This work describes the use of near-infrared emitting quantum dots in conjunction with a long-lifetime platinum(II) porphyrin phosphor in a microsphere-based, ratiometric oxygen sensor. The process for self-assembly of the nanocomposite system was developed, and the response and photostability of the prototypes were investigated. Results indicate the sensors possess excellent sensitivity (K(SV) = 0.00826 μM(-1)) at oxygen concentrations below 300 μM and were resistant to photobleaching. The sensor luminophores displayed minimal spectral overlap and little interference from excitation light, preventing the need for optical filters. A reversible photoenhancement of the quantum dot signal was also observed when exposed for extended periods of time. This work demonstrates the advantages of incorporating long-wavelength quantum dots into ratiometric intensity sensing schemes and highlights some key limitations that must be considered in their use.  相似文献

A process near-infrared (NIR) spectrophotometer was interfaced directly to a reactor by using a fiber optic bundle interactance immersion probe. This remote sensor configuration enables the production of polyurethanes to be monitored in real-time. A Beer's Law model was derived for the quantitative determination of isocyanate in the urethane polymerization reaction. Statistical process control was used to observe trends in the polymerization reaction. The integration of NIR process analytical instrumentation directly into the process provides real-time chemical information that yields improvements in product quality and consistency, while minimizing reaction time.  相似文献

The light originating from seven light-emitting diodes of different colours is guided, one at a time, into a measuring cell by means of a fibre optic coupler. Detection is carried out with photodiodes which are connected to a log-ratio amplifier yielding direct absorbance readings. Optical filters are used to narrow the emission band from blue light emitting diodes as these bands are relatively wide compared to those of the emitters of other colours. An inexpensive and compact multi-wavelength photometer covering the visible range is thus obtained, which in many cases can replace a conventional spectrophotometer for absorbance measurements. The performance for a range of commonly used photometric analytical procedures is described and compared to conventional measurements with a spectrophotometer.  相似文献

An atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of 0.001–0.10% magnesium in irons has been proposed. After suitable dissolution of the sample, 1500 p.p.m. of strontium is added to suppress aluminium interference and the solution is atomised in an atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
