A combination of triphenylphosphine (PPh3) and 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanobenzoquinone (DDQ) provides a safe and easily available mixed reagent system for the conversion of 1° and 2° alcohols, thiols, trimethylsilyl-, and tetrahydropyranyl ethers to their corresponding thiocyanates and the 3° ones to isothiocyanates in good to high yields.  相似文献

TES- and TBS-protected alcohols undergo deprotection in good to excellent yield upon heating with 1 equiv of BiOClO4-xH2O in CH2Cl2. TBDPS- and TIPS-protected 2° alcohols are more resistant to deprotection. The use of this method in selective desilylation is, however, limited to the deprotection of alkyl silyl ethers in the presence of TBDPS-protected phenols.  相似文献

Mercury(I) selenite(IV) is polymorphic and crystallizes at least in three modifications, named α-, β-and γ-Hg2SeO3. Polycrystalline β-Hg2SeO3 was prepared by precipitation of a concentrated mercurous nitrate solution with selenous acid. Hydrothermal treatment of the colorless β-Hg2SeO3 powder in demineralized water at 250°C (10 days) yields light-yellow single crystals of α-Hg2SeO3 which show the highest density of the three modifications. Colorless needle-shaped single crystals of β-Hg2SeO3 and very few single crystals of γ-Hg2SeO3 co-crystallize from strongly diluted Hg2(NO3)2 and H2SeO3 solutions and were grown by a diffusion technique. All crystal structures were solved and refined from single crystal diffractometer data sets and are based on Hg22+ dumbbells and trigonal pyramidal SeO32− anions as the main building units. A common structural feature of all modifications is the formation of open channels extending parallel to the shortest crystallographic axis. The non-bonding orbitals of the SeIV atoms are stereochemically active and protrude into the channels. Upon heating in an open system under N2 atmosphere, both α- and β-Hg2SeO3 decompose in a well-separated three-step mechanism. The first step (T > 250°C) involves disproportionation into elementary mercury and α-HgSeO3 which at ca. 400°C subsequently transforms into β-HgSeO3. The second step between T = 400 and 500°C is accompanied by a loss of Hg and SeO2 and the formation of the basic salt Hg3SeO6. In the third step, at temperatures between T = 500° and 600°C, this material decomposes completely. Upon heating in a closed system (sealed silica capillaries), β-Hg2SeO3 transforms between 320-340°C into the more dense α-Hg2SeO3 which on further heating likewise converts into elementary mercury and β-HgSeO3.  相似文献

Using biprotonated dabco (1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) or pipz (piperazine) as counter cations, mixed-ligand fluoromanganates(III) with dimeric anions could be prepared from hydrofluoric acid solutions. The crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction on single crystals: dabcoH2[Mn2F8(H2O)2]·2H2O (1), space group P21, Z = 2, a = 6.944(1), b = 14.689(3), c = 7.307(1) Å, β = 93.75(3)°, R1 = 0.0240; pipzH2[Mn2F8(H2O)2]·2H2O (2), space group , Z = 2, a = 6.977(1), b = 8.760(2), c = 12.584(3) Å, α = 83.79(3), β = 74.25(3), γ = 71.20(3)°, R1 = 0.0451; (dabcoH2)2[Mn2F8(H2PO4)2] (3), space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 9.3447(4), b = 12.5208(4), c = 9.7591(6) Å, β = 94.392(8)°, R1 = 0.0280. All three compounds show dimeric anions formed by [MnF5O] octahedra (O from oxo ligands) sharing a common edge, with strongly asymmetric double fluorine bridges. In contrast to analogous dimeric anions of Al or Fe(III), the oxo ligands (H2O (1,2) or phosphate (3)) are in equatorial trans-positions within the bridging plane. The strong pseudo-Jahn-Teller effect of octahedral Mn(III) complexes is documented in a huge elongation of an octahedral axis, namely that including the long bridging Mn-F bond and the Mn-O bond. In spite of different charge of the anion in the fluoride phosphate, the octahedral geometry is almost the same as in the aqua-fluoro compounds. The strong distortion is reflected also in the ligand field spectra.  相似文献

Three new compounds Ca(HF2)2, Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 and Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) were obtained in the system metal(II) fluoride and anhydrous HF (aHF) acidified with excessive PF5. The obtained polymeric solids are slightly soluble in aHF and they crystallize out of their aHF solutions. Ca(HF2)2 was prepared by simply dissolving CaF2 in a neutral aHF. It represents the second known compound with homoleptic HF environment of the central atom besides Ba(H3F4)2. The compounds Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 and Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) represent two additional examples of the formation of a polymeric zigzag ladder or ribbon composed of metal cation and fluoride anion (MF+)n besides PbF(AsF6), the first isolated compound with such zigzag ladder. The obtained new compounds were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction method and partly by Raman spectroscopy. Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 crystallizes in a triclinic space group P1¯ with a=4.5870(2) Å, b=8.8327(3) Å, c=11.2489(3) Å, α=67.758(9)°, β=84.722(12), γ=78.283(12)°, V=413.00(3) Å3 at 200 K, Z=1 and R=0.0588. Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) at 200 K: space group P1¯, a=4.5722(19) Å, b=4.763(2) Å, c=8.818(4) Å, α=86.967(10)°, β=76.774(10)°, γ=83.230(12)°, V=185.55(14) Å3, Z=1 and R=0.0937. Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) at 293 K: space group P1¯, a=4.586(2) Å, b=4.781(3) Å, c=8.831(5) Å, α=87.106(13)°, β=76.830(13)°, γ=83.531(11)°, V=187.27(18) Å3, Z=1 and R=0.072. Ca(HF2)2 crystallizes in an orthorhombic Fddd space group with a=5.5709(6) Å, b=10.1111(9) Å, c=10.5945(10) Å, V=596.77(10) Å3 at 200 K, Z=8 and R=0.028.  相似文献

Bromosilanes were prepared conveniently and efficiently via the reaction of hydrosilanes and Br3CCOOEt in the presence of a catalytic amount of PdCl2 in refluxing THF over 15 min in high yields. The developed methodology was further applied for the one-pot synthesis of silyl ethers and silyl esters in excellent yields.  相似文献

The asymmetric BF3·Et2O catalyzed nucleophilic reactions of 3-silyloxypiperidine N,O-acetal 10 with silyl enol ethers derived from ketones are described. (+)-Febrifugine 1, an antimalarial alkaloid, was successfully synthesized based on this nucleophilic substitution. In addition, N,O-acetal 10 was synthesized from l-benzyl glutamate in 11 steps.  相似文献

The citrate-nitrate gel combustion route was used to prepare SrFe2O4(s), Sr2Fe2O5(s) and Sr3Fe2O6(s) powders and the compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Different solid-state electrochemical cells were used for the measurement of emf as a function of temperature from 970 to 1151 K. The standard molar Gibbs energies of formation of these ternary oxides were calculated as a function of temperature from the emf data and are represented as (SrFe2O4, s, T)/kJ mol−1 (±1.7)=−1494.8+0.3754 (T/K) (970?T/K?1151). (Sr2Fe2O5, s, T)/kJ mol−1 (±3.0)=−2119.3+0.4461 (T/K) (970?T/K?1149). (Sr3Fe2O6, s, T)/kJ mol−1 (±7.3)=−2719.8+0.4974 (T/K) (969?T/K?1150).Standard molar heat capacities of these ternary oxides were determined from 310 to 820 K using a heat flux type differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Based on second law analysis and using the thermodynamic database FactSage software, thermodynamic functions such as ΔfH°(298.15 K), S°(298.15 K) S°(T), Cp°(T), H°(T), {H°(T)-H°(298.15 K)}, G°(T), free energy function (fef), ΔfH°(T) and ΔfG°(T) for these ternary oxides were also calculated from 298 to 1000 K.  相似文献

Unexpected spiro cyclic products were formed from the reaction of imines and salicylaldehyde with silyl enol ethers in the presence of BF3·OEt2. Different kinds of dioxaspiro products were afforded depending on the nature of starting materials. Furthermore, salicylaldehyde could also react directly with several silyl enol ethers, giving three products with different spiro cyclic structure under the same reaction conditions.  相似文献

A suberato-pillared Mn(II) coordination polymer Mn2(H2O)(C8H12O4)2 was hydrothermally synthesized at 170°C for 3 days and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: monoclinic, C2/c, Z=4, a=26.544(5), b=7.617(2), c=9.187(2) Å, β=105.38(2)°, V=1791.0(7) Å3, R1=0.064 and wR2=0.162. The compound shows a layered structure consisting of inorganic Mn oxygen polyhedral layers and organic regions. The inorganic Mn oxygen layers are generated from Mn2O10 bioctahedral units, which share corners with neighbors to form zigzag chains along the [001] direction and are, along the [010] direction, further connected by carboxylate groups of the suberato ligands and hydrogen bonds. The magnetic studies indicated that the compound becomes antiferromagnetic at low temperatures with TNéel=12 K and follows Curie-Weiss law χm(T+22.429)= 4.48 cm3 mol−1 K between 25 and 300 K. Upon heating in Ar stream, Mn2(H2O)(C8H12O4)2 decomposes in three steps.  相似文献

A sequence of structural phase transitions in [(CH3)2NH2]3[Bi2Cl9] (DMACB) is established on the basis of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dilatometric studies. Four phase transitions are found: at 367/369, 340/341, 323/325 and 285/292 K (on cooling/heating). The crystal structure of DMACB is determined at 350 K. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n: a=8.062(2), b=21.810(4), c=14.072(3) Å, β=92.63(3)°, Z=4, R1=0.0575, wR2=0.1486. The crystal is built of the double chain anions (“pleated ribbon structure”) and the dimethylammonium cations. Dielectric studies in the frequency range 75 kHz-900 MHz indicate relatively fast reorientation of the dimethylammonium cations over the I, II, III and IV phases. Infrared spectra are recorded in the temperature range 40-300 K and analyzed in region assigned to the symmetric and asymmetric NC2 stretching vibrations. Optical observations show the existence of the ferroelastic domain structure over all phases below 367 K. The possible mechanisms of phase transitions are discussed on the basis of presented results.  相似文献

The rapid synthesis of cis-2,6-disubstituted dihydropyrans is achieved in a three-component, one-pot cascade reaction. BiBr3-mediated addition of ketene silyl acetals or silyl enol ethers to β,γ-unsaturated cis-4-trimethylsilyl-3-butenal provides a Mukaiyama aldol adduct containing a vinylsilane moiety tethered to a silyl ether. Addition of a second aldehyde initiates a domino sequence involving intermolecular addition followed by an intramolecular silyl-modified Sakurai (ISMS) reaction. Isolated yields of this one-pot reaction vary from 44 to 80% and all compounds were isolated as the cis-diastereomers (10 examples).  相似文献

The relative fluoride donor ability: C6F5BrF2 > C6F5IF2 > C6F5IF4 was outlined from reactions with Lewis acids of graduated strength in different solvents. Fluoride abstraction from C6F5HalF2 with BF3·NCCH3 in acetonitrile (donor solvent) led to [C6F5HalF·(NCCH3)n][BF4]. The attempted generation of [C6F5BrF]+ from C6F5BrF2 and anhydrous HF or BF3 in weakly coordinating SO2ClF gave C6F5Br besides bromoperfluorocycloalkenes C6BrF7 and 1-BrC6F9. In reactions of C6F5IF2 with SbF5 in SO2ClF the primary observed intermediate (19F NMR, below 0 °C) was the 4-iodo-1,1,2,3,5,6-hexafluorobenzenium cation, which converted into C6F5I and 1-IC6F9 at 20 °C. The reaction of C6F5IF4 with SbF5 in SO2ClF below −20 °C gave the cation [C6F5IF3]+ which decomposed at 20 °C to C6F5I, 1-iodoperfluorocyclohexene, and iodoperfluorocyclohexane. Principally, the related perfluoroalkyl compound C6F13IF4 showed a different type of products in the fast reaction with AsF5 in CCl3F (−60 °C) which resulted in C6F14. Intermediate and final products of C6F5HalFn−1 (n = 3, 5) with Lewis acids were characterized by NMR in solution. Stable solid products were isolated and analytically characterized.  相似文献

A straightforward synthesis of (2S)-[3,3-2H2]-proline 1c and (2S,3R)- and (2S,3S)-[3-2H1]-proline, 1b and 1a, respectively, has been devised. The key step of the route to the latter compounds involves highly stereoselective hydrolysis of the silyl enol ethers 3 and 3a, respectively, with protonation (deuteriation) from the re-face of the silyl enol ether.  相似文献

Single crystals of new oxyborates, Mg5NbO3(BO3)3 and Mg5TaO3(BO3)3, were prepared at 1370 °C in air using B2O3 as a flux. They were colorless and transparent with block shapes. X-ray diffraction analysis of the single crystals revealed Mg5NbO3(BO3)3 and Mg5TaO3(BO3)3 to be isostructural. The X-ray diffraction reflections were indexed to the orthorhombic Pnma (No. 62) system with a=9.3682(3) Å, b=9.4344(2) Å, c=9.3379(3) Å and Z=4 for Mg5NbO3(BO3)3 and a=9.3702(3) Å, b=9.4415(3) Å, c=9.3301(2) Å and Z=4 for Mg5TaO3(BO3)3. The crystal structures of Mg5NbO3(BO3)3 and Mg5TaO3(BO3)3 are novel warwickite-type superstructures having ordered arrangements of Mg and Nb/Ta atoms. Polycrystals of Mg5NbO3(BO3)3 prepared by solid state reaction at 1200 °C in air showed broad blue-to-green emission with a peak wavelength of 470 nm under 270 nm ultraviolet excitation at room temperature.  相似文献

The direct alkylation of silyl enol ethers with para-methoxybenzylic alcohols or their corresponding acetates was efficiently catalyzed by Bi(OTf)3 in CH3NO2 as the solvent. The reaction provided the α-benzylated carbonyl compounds in high yields after short reaction times using 1-2.5 mol % of the catalyst. Benzylic acetates other than para-methoxybenzylic acetates also underwent the reaction. High facial diastereoselectivities were observed with acetates derived from chiral α-branched para-methoxybenzylic alcohols. In addition, a catalytic reduction with Et3SiH as the reducing agent is reported.  相似文献

Three novel metal polyphosphides, α-SrP3, BaP8, and LaP5, were prepared in BN crucibles by the reaction of the respective stoichiometric mixtures under a high pressure of 3 GPa at 950-1000°C. Their crystal structures were determined from single-crystal X-ray data (α-SrP3: space group C2/m, a=9.199(6) Å, b=7.288(3) Å, c=5.690(3) Å, β=113.45(4)°, Z=4, R1/wR2=0.0684/0.1180 for 471 observed reflections and 22 variables; BaP8: space group P−1, a=6.762(2) Å, b=7.233(2) Å, c=8.567(2) Å, α=86.32(2)°, β=84.31(2)°, γ=70.40(2)°, Z=2, R1/wR2=0.0476/0.1255 for 2702 observed reflections and 82 variables; LaP5: space group P21/m, a=4.885(1) Å, b=9.673(3) Å, c=5.577(2) Å, β=105.32(2)°, Z=2, R1/wR2=0.0391/0.1034 for 1272 observed reflections and 31 variables). α-SrP3 is isostructural with SrAs3 and the crystal structure consists of two-dimensional puckered polyanionic layers 2[P3]2− that stack along the c-axis yielding channels occupied by Sr2+ counterions. BaP8 crystallizes in a new structure type which contains a three-dimensional infinite polyanionic framework 3[P3]2−, with large channels hosting the barium cations. LaP5 is a layered compound containing 2[P5]3− polyanionic layers separated by La3+ ions. All three compounds exhibit expected diamagnetic behaviors.  相似文献
