Exploratory synthesis in the K–In–Ge–As system has yielded the unusual layered compounds K8In8Ge5As17(1) and K5In5Ge5As14(2), both of which contain In–Ge–As layers with interleaved potassium ions, Ge–Ge bonds, InAs4tetrahedra, As–As bonds, and rows of Ge2As6dimers. Compound 1 has As3groups, while compound 2 has infinite As ribbons on both faces of each layer. Unlike compound 1, compound 2 has substitutional defects where indium partially occupies each of the three independent germanium sites in the ratio of 1:5 for In:Ge. This partial occupancy makes 2 an electron-precise compound. The Ge(In)–Ge(In) bond of 2 is longer than the Ge–Ge bond of 1, and this bond lengthening effect was confirmed by performing DFT-MO calculations on the model compounds H3Ge–GeH3and H3Ge–InH3. Possible implications of electron imprecise formulas determined by X-ray crystal structure determinations are discussed. Two new layered gallophosphates Co(en)3·Ga3P4O16·5H2O (1) and trans-Co(dien)2·Ga3P4O16·3H2O (2) have been hydrothermally synthesized using the racemic mixture of chiral metal complex Co(en)3Cl3 and Co(dien)2Cl3 as the structure-directing agent, respectively. Their structures are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by X-ray power diffraction, ICP, elemental, and TG analyses. The structures of 1 and 2 consist of vertex-linking GaO4 and PO3(=O) tetrahedral units forming macroanionic [Ga3P4O16]3− sheets with a 4.6-net. The 4.6-net is characteristic of chiral [3.3.3] propellane-like structural motifs. The sheets of 1 stack in an ABAB sequence, with a pair of enantiomers of chiral Co(en)33+ cations residing in the interlayer region. The sheets of 2 array in a helical fashion with an ABCDEF stacking sequence, with only one enantiomer of chiral Co(dien)23+ cations residing in the interlayer region. Structural elucidation of 1 and 2 reveals that there exist stereo-specific correspondence between the metal complex template and the structure of the inorganic host. Ternary system: H2O–Fe(NO3)3–Co(NO3)2 isotherm: 30 °C. The H2O–Co(NO3)2 binary system has been investigated in the –28 to 50 °C temperature range. The solid–liquid equilibria of the ternary system H2O–Fe(NO3)3–Co(NO3)2 were studied by using a synthetic method based on conductivity measurements. One isotherm is established at 30 °C, and the stable solid phases that appear are iron nitrate nonahydrate: Fe(NO3)3·9 H2O, iron nitrate hexahydrate: Fe(NO3)3·6 H2O, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate: Co(NO3)2·6 H2O, and cobalt nitrate trihydrate: Co(NO3)2·3 H2O. The La(Mn0.5Co0.5)1−xCuxO3−δ series with x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1 was synthesized by the Pechini method to obtain insight into the phase formation in the quasi-ternary LaMnO3-LaCoO3-“LaCuO3” system caused by the instability of LaCuO3 under ambient conditions. After sintering at 1100°C some remarkable results were obtained: LaMn0.3Co0.3Cu0.4O3−δ crystallized as a single phase in the orthorhombic perovskite structure typical of LaCuO3. Among the synthesized compositions this compound showed the highest electrical conductivity in air at 800°C (155 S cm−1) and also the highest thermal expansion coefficient (α30−800°C=15.4×10−6 K−1). The LaCuO3−δ composition also crystallized as a single phase but in a monoclinic structure although previous investigations have shown that other phases are preferably formed after sintering at 1100°C. The electrical conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient were the lowest within the series of compositions, i.e. 9.4 S cm−1 and 11.9×10−6 K−1, respectively.  相似文献

Here we report a temperature-dependent Raman study of the pyrochlore “dynamic spin-ice” compound Pr2Sn2O7 and compare the results with its non-pyrochlore (monoclinic) counterpart Pr2Ti2O7. In addition to phonon modes, we observe two bands associated with electronic Raman scattering involving crystal field transitions in Pr2Sn2O7 at ∼135 and 460 cm−1 which couple strongly to phonons. Anomalous temperature dependence of phonon frequencies that are observed in pyrochlore Pr2Sn2O7 are absent in monoclinic Pr2Ti2O7. This, therefore, confirms that the strong phonon-phonon anharmonic interactions, responsible for the temperature-dependent anomalous behavior of phonons, arise due to the inherent vacant sites in the pyrochlore structure.  相似文献

Phase equilibrium in the pseudo-quaternary system K2O–MoO3–P2O5–Bi2O3 was studied as three-component solvent K2MoO4–KPO3–MoO3 containing 15 mol% Bi2O3 during slow cooling and spontaneous crystallization. The results of the investigation were shown on a composition diagram, which indicates the crystallization fields of K2Bi(PO4)(MoO4), K5Bi(MoO4)4, BiPO4 and K3Bi5(PO4)6. New phosphate K3Bi5(PO4)6 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (space group C2/c, a=17.680(4), b=6.9370(14), c=18.700(4) Å, β=113.79(3)°) and FTIR spectroscopy. The possibility of lone electron pair stereoactivity of bismuth was suggested using the calculations of characteristics of the Voronoi–Dirichlet polyhedra for K3Bi5(PO4)6 and K2Bi(PO4)(MoO4).  相似文献

利用柠檬酸络合法制备了SrFe(Cu,Ti)O3-δ混合导体透氧材料。 采用XRD、O2-TPD、H2-TPR、SEM等测试技术考察了材料的稳定性。 结果表明,SrFe0.7Cu0.3O3-δ在低氧压下会发生相分解,产生SrCuO2杂相,而掺杂Ti后的SrFe0.6Cu0.3Ti0.1O3-δ在低氧压下保持单一的钙钛矿结构。 H2-TPR和O2-TPD的测试表明,Ti4+的掺杂提高了材料的氧脱附起始温度和其它金属离子的还原温度。 SrFe0.6Cu0.3Ti0.1O3-δ膜在透氧过程中,会有Cu2+和Sr2+从钙钛矿结构中析出,在原晶粒边界形成新的小晶粒,但这种轻微的组分偏析没有影响到材料的透氧量,此透氧膜在66 h的操作过程中显示了良好的稳定性。  相似文献

A new vanadium (V) hydroxymonophosphate hydrate, K3(VO2)2PO4PO3OH·H2O, with a “tape-like” structure has been synthesized. This compound crystallizes in the space group P21/c with a=5.099(1) Å, b=29.168(3) Å, c=8.115(1) Å, β=91.65(1)°. Its structure consists of [V2P2O11OH] ribbons built up of corner-sharing VO5 pyramids, PO4, and PO3OH tetrahedra, interleaved with K+ ions and H2O molecules. In spite of its unidimensional character, this structure forms pentagonal tunnels. Relationships with frameworks involving tetragonal tunnels are studied.  相似文献

Optical and vibrational studies have been carried out on 60B2O3·(20−x)Na2O·10PbO·10Al2O3:xTiO2 (x=0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mol%) glasses, in order to understand the role of TiO2 in the 60B2O3·20Na2O·10PbO·10Al2O3 glass matrix. The X-ray patterns reveal homogeneous glasses over the entire compositional range. The absorption spectra show that the energy of the optical band gap (ΔEopt) and Urbach's energy (EU) decreases as TiO2 content increases. The changes observed in the Raman and IR spectra are related to the BO4→BO3 back conversion effect and the appearance of “loose” BO4 groups. The data indicate that titanium ions act as a network modifier.  相似文献

采用高温熔融法制备了Tm~(3+)/Er~(3+)/Ho~(3+)共掺的铋硅酸盐50SiO 2-40Bi_2O_3-5AlF_3-5BaF_2玻璃。研究了在808 nm激光器(Laser Diode)激发下Tm~(3+)/Er~(3+)/Ho~(3+)共掺的铋硅酸盐在2 060 nm处的发光性能,同时测试及分析了该铋硅酸盐玻璃的差热特性、吸收光谱及荧光光谱。根据吸收光谱以及Judd-Oflet理论,计算了Ho~(3+)的Judd-Oflet强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)以及Tm~(3+)/Er~(3+)/Ho~(3+)相应的吸收截面。铋硅酸盐玻璃中,Tm_2O_3、Er_2O_3和Ho_2O_3掺杂浓度分别为0.75%、1.0%和0.5%时,2 060 nm处Ho~(3+)∶5I7→5I8发射峰强度达到最大。对Tm~(3+)/Er~(3+)/Ho~(3+)3种离子的光谱性质和离子间可能存在的能量传递也做了分析。Ho~(3+)在1 953 nm处的最大吸收截面σabs为9.08×10-21 cm~2,在2 060 nm处的最大发射截面σem为1.168×10-20 cm~2,辐射寿命τmea为2.75 ms,具有良好的增益效应σemτ(3.212×10-20cm~2·ms)。  相似文献

通过多步骤的化学法合成了Gd_2O_3:Yb~(3+),Nd~(3+),Tm~(3+)/SiO_2/Ag纳米复合材料。利用XRD,TEM,EDS,XPS,CLSM等方法对样品进行表征。实验结果表明,具有低声子能、稳定的化学性质的Gd2O3作为上转换发光的基质,当掺杂的敏化剂Nd3+离子浓度为1.0%(n/n),激活剂离子Tm3+浓度为0.5%(n/n)时,上转换发光强度达到最大值。此外,表面吸附的Ag纳米颗粒,由于表面等离激元共振耦合作用,使得上转换发光蓝光波段的强度增强1.70倍。  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relations have been determined for the Bi-Mn-Nb-O system in air (750-900 °C). Phases containing Mn2+, Mn3+, and Mn4+ were all observed. Ternary compound formation was limited to pyrochlore (A2B2O6O′), which formed a substantial solid solution region at Bi-deficient stoichiometries (relative to Bi2(Mn,Nb)2O7) suggesting that ≈14-30% of the A-sites are occupied by Mn (likely Mn2+). X-ray powder diffraction data confirmed that all Bi-Mn-Nb-O pyrochlores form with structural displacements, as found for the analogous pyrochlores with Mn replaced by Zn, Fe, or Co. A structural refinement of the pyrochlore 0.4000:0.3000:0.3000 Bi2O3:Mn2Ox:Nb2O5 using neutron powder diffraction data is reported with the A and O′ atoms displaced (0.36 and 0.33 Å, respectively) from ideal positions to 96g sites, and with Mn2+ on A-sites and Mn3+ on B-sites (Bi1.6Mn2+0.4(Mn3+0.8Nb1.2)O7, (?227), a=10.478(1) Å); evidence of A or O′ vacancies was not found. The displacive disorder is crystallographically analogous to that reported for Bi1.5Zn0.92Nb1.5O6.92, which has a similar concentration of small B-type ions on the A-sites. EELS spectra for this pyrochlore were consistent with an Mn oxidation between 2+ and 3+. Bi-Mn-Nb-O pyrochlores exhibited overall paramagnetic behavior with negative Curie-Weiss temperature intercepts, slight superparamagnetic effects, and depressed observed moments compared to high-spin, spin-only values. At 300 K and 1 MHz the relative dielectric permittivity of Bi1.600Mn1.200Nb1.200O7 was ≈128 with tan δ=0.05; however, at lower frequencies the sample was conductive which is consistent with the presence of mixed-valent Mn. Low-temperature dielectric relaxation such as that observed for Bi1.5Zn0.92Nb1.5O6.92 and other bismuth-based pyrochlores was not observed. Bi-Mn-Nb-O pyrochlores were readily obtained as single crystals and also as textured thin films using pulsed laser deposition.  相似文献

In the reaction of C5H5Co(CO)(C3F7)I with isonitriles in the molár ratio 11 the brown complexes C5H5Co(CNR)(C3F7)I are formed. The fluorine atoms of the α-CF2 groups are diastereotopic because of the asymmetric center at the Co atom. With (—)-α-phenylethylisonitrile a pair of diastereoisomers is obtained which could not be separated.C5H5Co(CO)(C3F7)I and C5H5Co(CNR)(C3F7)I react with excess isonitrile with the formation of benzene soluble, yellow salts [C5H5Co(CNR)2(C3F7)]+I?, which can be transformed into the corresponding PF?6 salts. The new compounds were characterised by C, H, N, Co analyses, molecular weight determinations, IR, 1H NMR, 19F NMR, 13C NMR, ESCA and mass spectra.  相似文献

The reaction of hexafluoro-cyclo-triphosphazene P3N3F6 with ammonia in acetonitrile has been studied. New compounds, (2-imino-2,4,4,6,6-pentafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-trienyl)-2-amino-4,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) and cis and trans isomers of non-gem-2,4-diamino-2,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F4(NH2)2 (4, 5), were detected by GC/MS, and 31P NMR spectroscopy in reaction mixtures. X-ray diffraction analysis of P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) revealed two conformational polymorphs, 2A and 2B, the latter being built up of two different conformers that were further denoted as 2Ba (the same as the single conformer in 2A) and 2Bb. The compound 2 was characterized by spectroscopic methods and its 2D potential energy surface (PES) was described by density functional theory computations depending on two dihedral angles. The calculated PES spans over 30 kJ/mol in energy including 8 local minima and all first and second order saddle points. The occurrence of the two experimentally observed conformers 2Ba and 2Bb seems to be governed by crystal packing effects.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了绿色荧光粉Ca3Y2Si3O12:Tb3+。XRD检测结果显示,荧光粉主晶相为Ca3Y2Si3O12,属单斜晶系。荧光光谱分析表明:Ca3Y2Si3O12:Tb3+硅酸盐荧光粉可以被370nm的近紫外光激发,发射绿光,主发射峰位于490nm(5D47F6),544nm(5D47F5),585nm(5D47F4)和621nm(5D47F3)。用544nm最强峰监测,得到主激发峰位于370nm的激发光谱,此光谱覆盖了300~450nm的波长范围。研究了煅烧条件、掺杂浓度及Ce3+共掺杂对荧光粉发光性能的影响:在1400℃下经二次煅烧6h得到的样品的发光性能最佳,Tb3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度为20mol%,Ce3+离子共掺杂能够提高荧光粉的发光强度,其最佳掺杂量为4mol%,说明存在Ce3+→Tb3+的能量传递。  相似文献

On a home-made crossed ion-molecular beam tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometer, carbon cluster ions with two hetero-atoms, CnSH± and CnS2±, were produced from laser ablation, mass-selected, and collided with pulsed nitrogen beam. From mass analysis of the fragment ions, structures of the cluster ions were characterized as linear, with two hetero-atoms locating on both ends of the carbon chain. The experimental results also revealed the main dissociation channel of the cluster ions. According to the results, for most cluster ions studied in the experiment, the weakest bond is the C-C bond next to the sulfur atom, but in some smaller cluster ions, S-C bond is easier to break. Under the experimental condition, cluster ions may suffer multiple collisions, so fragment ions produced from stepwise dissociation process were observed.  相似文献
