2,3-Bis(5-tert-butyl-2-methoxyphenyl)buta-1,3-diene was prepared by bromination of (Z)- and (E)-2,3-bis(5-tert-butyl-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-butene followed by treatment with zinc powder in a mixture of CH2Cl2 and acetic acid, which was converted to the corresponding o-terphenyl skeleton by the condensation with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate followed by oxidation with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanobenzoquinone.  相似文献

Abstract

A facile one-pot synthesis of ethyl 5-methyl-4,7-dihydrotetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, 5-tert-butyl-4,7-dihydrotetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, 6,6-dimethyl-5,6,7,9-tetrahydrotetrazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-8(4H)-one and 5,6,7,9-tetrahydrotetrazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-8(4H)-one derivatives were described via a three-component reaction of aldehyde, 5-aminotetrazole and diketones in PEG-400 under microwave irradiation at 110?°C for 30?min. A wide range of diketones such as ethylacetoacetate, tert-butyl acetoacetate, 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione and 1,3-cyclohexanedione were utilized to carry out the synthesis of different dihydrotetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and tetrahydrotetrazolo[1,5-a]quinazolinones. This method has the advantage of green protocol, operational simplicity, high yields, recyclability of the solvent and involves isolation of the final product without column purification. The scope of this reaction tolerates with aromatic, heteroaromatic and alicyclic aldehydes.  相似文献

In the formylation reaction of 2,4-dialkylphenol (2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, 2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and 2,4-dimethylphenol) in the presence of hexamethylenetetramine, steric effects of alkyl groups play important roles in forming different types of by-products, namely 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-[(6,8-di-tert-butyl-2H-1,3-benzoxazin-3(4H)-yl)methyl]phenol (1), 2-tert-butyl-4-methyl-6-[(6-tert-butyl-8-methyl-2H-1,3-benzoxazin-3(4H)-yl)methyl]phenol (2) and tris(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)amine hydrochlorate (3). These three compounds are fully characterized and single-crystal structures of 1 and 3 are further elucidated.  相似文献

3-[2-(3,5-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylsulfanyl)acetoxy]2,2-bis[2-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylsulfanyl) acetoxymethyl]propyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylsulfanylacetate was synthesized. Its structure was determined by means of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray-diffraction analysis. This compound was found to possess high antioxidant activity in the conditions of auto-oxidation of low-pressure polyethylene.  相似文献

Boiling of ethyl cyanoacetate with 6-tert-butyl-3-hydrazino-1'2'4-triazin-5(2H)-one in alkalinemedium yielded 6-tert-butyl-3-(5-hydroxy-3-oxo-2'3-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1'2'4-triazin-5(2H)-one.Acylation of 6-tert-butyl-3-hydrazino-1'2'4-triazin-5(2H)-one with benzoyl chloride furnished 3-benzoyl-hydrazido-1'2'4-triazine that cyclized when treated with POCl3 providing a derivative of[1'2'4]triazolo[4'3-b][1'2'4]triazine. Boiling of 6-tert-butyl-3-hydrazino-1'2'4-triazin-5(2H)-one in glacialacetic acid gave rise to diacetylated derivative whereas the boiling with acetic anhydride in an inert solventafforded monoacetylated product.  相似文献

The stability constants of alkali metal complexes obtained from the followingO-substituted calix[4]arenes were determined by UV/Vis spectroscopy inmethanol at 20°C: 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis(diethylcarbamoylmethoxy)-26,28-bis(diphenylphosphinoylmethoxy)calix[4]arene(cone-1), 25,27-syn-26,28-anti-5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis(diethylcarbamoylmethoxy)-26,28-bis(diphenylphosphinoylmethoxy)calix[4]arene (paco-1),5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-diethoxycarbonylmethoxy-26,28-bis(diphenylphosphinoylmethoxy)calix[4]arene(cone-2) and25,27-syn-26,28-anti-5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-diethoxycarbonylmethoxy-26,28-bis(diphenylphosphinoylmethoxy)calix[4]arene(paco-2). All ligands form 1:1 complexes with alkali metal cations. The amide-containing calixarenes were found to be more efficient for alkali metalcomplexation than those bearing ester substituents. While sodium ions are selectivelycomplexed by the two mixed amide-(phosphine oxide) calixarenes, the twoester-containing isomers cone-2 and paco-2 turned out to be selective towards potassium and rubidium ions, respectively. With allfour ligands the lowest stability constants were found for the lithium andcesium ions.  相似文献

Reduction of 2-, 4-acetoxymethyl derivatives of 5-tert-butylfuran-3-carboxylic acid leads to the corresponding bis(hydroxymethyl)furans. Bis(chloromethyl)furans prepared from the latter were involvedin reaction with sodium diethyl phosphite. In the presence of two equivalents of a phosphorus-containing nucleophile, bis(phosphonomethyl)furans are formed. One equivalent of sodium diethyl phosphite reacts with 3,4-bis(chloromethyl)furan to give a mixture of 3-and 4-phosphorylated products in a 4.5:1 ratio in a low yield. The revealed difference in reactivity between the 3- and 4-chloromethyl groups demonstrates the importance of shielding of the chloromethyl group by the neighboring tert-butyl substituent. Examination of the 1H NMR spectra of 3,4-bis(hydroxymethyl)-, 3,4-bis(chloromethyl)-, 3,4-bis(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-5-tert-butylfurans, and also specially prepared 5-tert-butyl-3-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-4-(ethoxymethyl)-2-methylfuran established that the signal of the substituent neighboring to the tert-butyl group is always shifted downfield.  相似文献

5-tert-Butyl-4-chloromethyl-, 5-tert-butyl-4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-3-methylfuran-2-carboxylates are effectively brominated with N-bromosuccinimide by the 3-methyl group. The bis(halomethyl)derivative is phosphorylated under conditions of the Arbuzov reaction to give the corresponding chloromethylphosphonate. The obtained organophosphorus derivatives of bromomethyl- and chloromethylfuran-2-carboxylic acid react with secondary amines and sodium butanethiolate to form the corresponding substitution products. Alkyl 5-tert-butyl-4-chloromethyl-3-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-furan-2-carboxylate reacts with sodium acetate in acetic acid to give a 4-acetoxymethyl derivative. It is the first example of a facile reaction with O-nucleophiles of halomethyl derivatives of phosphonomethylated furans.  相似文献

New method of synthesis was developed for N,N-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)hydroxylamine by reduction of the corresponding aminoxyl with hydrazine hydrate. At the treatment with strong acids this hydroxylamine derivative is converted in bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)amine and 10-[5-tert-butyl-2-(4-tert-butylphenylamino) phenyl]-3,7-di-tert-butylphenoxazine. The structure of the latter was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The mechanism was suggested of the acid-catalyzed disproportionation of N,N-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl) hydroxylamine.  相似文献

The synthesis of bicyclic phosphorus–nitrogen (PN) compounds containing the rigid bicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one framework was attempted using the Mannich condensation reaction of four different phosphorinanone classes with amines and aldehydes. Three different isomers of 4-tert-butyl-2,6-di(methoxycarbonyl)-3,5-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-4-phosphacyclohexanone were obtained from the Michael addition reaction of tert-butylphosphine with 2,4-di(methoxycarbonyl)-1,5-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)penta-1,4-dien-3-one. The reaction of the all-equatorial isomer with methylamine and formaldehyde produced the bicyclic PN compound 7-tert-butyl-1,5-di(methoxycarbonyl)-6,8-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-3-methyl-3-aza-7-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one. The identical Mannich reaction of the enol tautomer also yielded the same product, as well as the PN compound 4-tert-butyl-6-methoxycarbonyl-5-(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-2-methyl-2-aza-4-phosphacyclohexanone and the E/Z isomers of 3-(p-dimethylaminophenyl)methyl-2-propenoate. The newly synthesised 3-aza-7-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one PN compound adopts a chair–chair conformation both in solution and the solid state.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of 1,3,5-trisubstituted aminotetrazolium salts based on alkylation of 1- and 5-aminotetrazoles with the t-BuOH-HClO4 system is presented. Depending on the structure of the tetrazole substrate and reaction conditions, alkylation proceeds at the endocyclic nitrogen atoms as well as at the 1- and 5-amino groups giving mono-, di-, and tri-tert-butyl substituted tetrazolium salts. An X-ray diffraction investigation of 3-tert-butyl-1,5-bis(tert-butylamino)tetrazolium perchlorate and 5-amino-1,3-di-tert-butyltetrazolium chloride was carried out.  相似文献

The behavior of amino- and mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles in a t-BuOH–HClO4 system has been examined. Under the investigated conditions monoalkylation of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole proceeds at the endocyclic N1 atoms whereas 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol undergoes S-tert-butylation. Exhaustive alkylation of the above mentioned triazoles results in di-tert-butyl substituted derivatives, which give 1,3-disubstituted triazoles under the action of base. 4-Amino-1,2,4-triazole undergoes alkylation on the amino group as well as on the endocyclic N1 atom giving a 1,4-disubstituted triazolium salt. An X-ray diffraction investigation of 5-tert-butylsulfanyl-1,2,4-triazole, 1-tert-butyl-3-tert-butylamino-1,2,4-triazol-4-ium, 1-tert-butyl-3-tert-butylsulfanyl-1,2,4-triazol-4-ium, and 1-tert-butyl-4-tert-butylamino-1,2,4-triazolium perchlorates was carried out.  相似文献

Reaction of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol with urotropin in conditions of Duff reaction takes an abnormal route and instead of the expected di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde provides a mixture of N-substituted 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzylamines and redox conjugate benzoxazines containing mostly 6,8-di-tert-butyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)-2H-3,4-dihydrobenz[e][1,3]oxazine. A solvolysis of an individual benzoxazine in the system HO(CH2)2OH-H2O-HCl affords di(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)amine, and in AcOH 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicilaldehyde. A novel thiacalix[4]arene ditopic receptor with 1,3-alternate conformation and possessing two complexation sites for hard and soft cations, 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis[(N,N-diethylaminocarbonyl)methoxy]-26,28-bis[(pyridylmethyl)oxy]-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4]arene is prepared. Regioselective synthesis of distal-bis[(N,N-diethylaminocarbonyl)methoxy]thiacalix[4]arene is accomplished by a protection-deprotection method using benzyl groups as a protecting group. The deprotection of benzyl group was succeeded in the presence of solid superacid (Nafion-H) under refluxing benzene. Its complexation behavior is examined by 1H-NMR titration experiments. The formation of 1:2 homo- and heteronuclear complexes demonstrates that the preorganization, subtle conformational changes and affinity have a pronounced effect on the complexation of the receptor.  相似文献

A semi-rigid bipyrazolyl ligand, namely 5-tert-butyl-1,3-bis[(3′,5′-diethyl-1H-pyrazol-4′-yl) methylene]benzene, and its Ag(I) and Cu(II) complexes have been prepared and structurally characterized. X-ray analysis demonstrates that the Ag(I) complex is based on a dinuclear molecular rectangle, while the Cu(II) complex displays a mono-strand helical structure. Two different conformations, namely cis,cis and cis,trans have been observed for this bipyrazolyl ligand.  相似文献

The reaction between 5-[N-(benzotriazol-1-ylmethyl)amino]-3-tert-butyl-1-phenylpyrazole or 5-amino-4-(benzotriazol-1-ylmethyl)-3-tert-butyl-1-phenylpyrazole with some unactivated and electron-rich alkenes has followed heterocyclization reactions to yield hydropyrazolopyridines, under solvent-free conditions, as predicted by benzotriazole methodology in contrast with those results obtained under solution. The reaction mechanism was proposed after fully spectroscopic analysis of final products and intermediates.  相似文献
