The title compound, C14H19N3OS, is in the thioketo form, with the thione S and hydrazine N atoms cis with respect to each other so that the S atom is involved in inter‐ and intramolecular hydrogen bonds simultaneously. Intermolecular C—H⋯S and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds result in one‐dimensional polymeric chains of molecules along the a axis. A weak C—H⋯π ring interaction binds the polymeric chains together. 相似文献

The title compound, {(C6H14N2)[Ag(NCS)3]}n, is a polymeric silver(I) complex. The AgI atom is hexacoordinated by the S atoms of six thiocyanate anions, with each thiocyanate S atom acting in a bridging mode to link the Ag atoms together. The unique AgI atom lies at a cell origin and has crystallographically imposed symmetry. The diazonia[2.2.2]octane molecule lies about a site with imposed symmetry with the unique N atom on a threefold axis. The S and N atoms of the thiocyanate ligands sit on a mirror plane and a threefold axis, respectively. The crystal structure consists of one‐dimensional chains, which are stabilized by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title compound, 2‐hydroxy‐1,2‐diphenylethanone 4‐ethylthiosemicarbazone, C17H19N3OS, the thiosemicarbazone moiety is planar and has an E configuration. The planar phenyl rings make dihedral angles of 82.34 (8) and 8.07 (17)° with the plane of the thiosemicarbazone moiety. The crystal structure contains two intramolecular (N—H⋯O and N—H⋯N) and one intermolecular interaction (O—H⋯S), as well as two C—H⋯π(benzene) interactions. Molecules are stacked in columns running along the a axis. Molecules in each column are connected to each other by means of linear O—H⋯S hydrogen bonds and C—H⋯π interactions. In addition, there are also C—H⋯π(benzene) interactions between the columns. 相似文献

The structures of N‐ethyl‐3‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐5‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐pyrazoline‐1‐thiocarboxamide, C19H20FN3OS, (I), and 3‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐N‐methyl‐5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐pyrazoline‐1‐thiocarboxamide, C18H18FN3S, (II), have similar geometric parameters. The methoxy/methyl‐substituted phenyl groups are almost perpendicular to the pyrazoline (pyraz) ring [interplanar angles of 89.29 (8) and 80.39 (10)° for (I) and (II), respectively], which is coplanar with the fluorophenyl ring [interplanar angles of 5.72 (9) and 10.48 (10)°]. The pyrazoline ring approximates an envelope conformation in both structures, with the two‐coordinate N atom involved in an intramolecular N—H⋯Npyraz interaction. In (I), N—H⋯O and C—H⋯S intermolecular hydrogen bonds are the primary interactions, whereas in (II), there are no intermolecular hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The Zn atom in dichloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]zinc(II), [ZnCl2(C11H16N4)], (I), is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand and two terminal Cl atoms. The molecule has no crystallographic symmetry. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to yield intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain extending along the b axis. On the other hand, in di‐μ‐chloro‐bis{chloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]cadmium(II)}, [Cd2Cl4(C11H16N4)2], (II), each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cd atoms is pentacoordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand, and by one terminal and two bridging Cl− anions. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cd⋯Cd line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to produce pairwise intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby affording chains of molecules running along the c axis. 相似文献

The two title complexes, [Zn2(C13H9Cl2N2O)2(C2H3O2)2], (I), and [Cu2(C13H9Cl2N2O)2(NCS)2], (II), are dinuclear Schiff base compounds. Both molecules are located on crystallographic centres of inversion. In (I), the ZnII atom is five‐coordinated in a trigonal–bipyramidal coordination, with one imine N atom of one Schiff base and two acetate O atoms defining the basal plane, and one O atom and one pyridine N atom of the Schiff base occupying the axial positions, while in (II), the CuII atom is five‐coordinated in a square‐pyramidal coordination, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base and one terminal N atom of a bridging thiocyanate ligand defining the basal plane, and one terminal S atom of another bridging thiocyanate ligand occupying the apical position. The different bridging ligands lead to the different coordinations of the complexes. 相似文献

The CuI cations in the title compound, [Cu(NCS)(C6H6N2O)2]n, are coordinated by N atoms from each of two mirror‐related nicotinamide ligands, as well as by one N atom of one thiocyanate ligand and one S atom of a symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligand, within a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The CuI cations and the thiocyanate anions are located on a crystallographic mirror plane and the nicotinamide ligands occupy general positions. The CuI cations are connected by the thiocyanate anions to form chains in the direction of the crystallographic a axis. These chains are connected by hydrogen bonds between the amide H atoms and the O atoms of adjacent nicotinamide ligands, to give a three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

The two title chromene compounds, 3,3a‐dihydrocyclopenta[b]chromen‐1(2H)‐one, C16H12O2, (I), and 2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐3,3a‐dihydrocyclopenta[b]chromen‐1(2H)‐one, C19H14O3, (II), have been determined in the monoclinic space group P21/n. Compound (I) is mainly stabilized by C—H⋯π interactions. Compound (II) is linked into infinite one‐dimensional chains with a C(3) motif via intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The intermolecular C—H⋯π and π–π interactions also play key roles in stabilizing the crystal packing. Two intramolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds with S(5) motifs were detected in (II). 相似文献

The structures of the three title isomers, namely 4‐(2‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (I), 4‐(3‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (II), and 4‐(4‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (III), all C12H13N3O2S, differ in their hydrogen‐bonding arrangements. In all three molecules, the conformation of the 4‐aminopyridine‐3‐sulfonamide moiety is conserved by an intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond and a C—H⋯O interaction. In the supramolecular structures of all three isomers, similar C(6) chains are formed via intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to C(4) chains in (I), and to R22(8) centrosymmetric dimers in (II) and (III). In each isomer, the overall effect of all hydrogen bonds is to form layer structures. 相似文献

Using 2‐aminomethyl‐1H‐benzimidazole as the ligand, a new thiocyanate‐bridged copper(II) complex, namely bis(2‐aminomethyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N2,N3)dithiocyanatocopper(II),[Cu(NCS)2(C8H9N3)], has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The Cu atom is five‐coordinated and exhibits a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The thiocyanate ions (NCS−) act as either bridging or terminal ligands. The bridging NCS− ligands connect neighboring Cu atoms, constructing chains, while the terminal NCS− ligands form hydrogen bonds with amine H atoms, leading to a complicated network. 相似文献

The title compound, C12H12N2O4S2, crystallizes in white and yellow polymeric forms as a result of interesting anti–anti and syn–anti conformational isomerism of the thiocarbonyl and carbonyl moieties relative to one another. This work is the first reported X‐ray crystallographic structure determination of isomers of this class of bipodal ligand. The white form, anti–anti, (I), crystallizes with the benzene ring lying about a twofold rotation axis, resulting in both of the thiocarbonyl and carbonyl moieties being anti relative to each other. The yellow modification crystallizes as syn–anti, (II), with one thiocarbonyl moiety syn and the other anti relative to the respective carbonyl groups. The individual molecules of both (I) and (II) are extensively linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding in (II) includes a network of bifurcated N—H⋯O and N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds, while molecules of (I) include bifurcated C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title compound, [Sn4(CH3)8(C13H8Cl2NO2)2(C2H5O)2O2], is a centrosymmetric dimer, with three linearly fused four‐membered Sn—O—Sn—O rings. The coordination polyhedron of the Sn atom bonded to the carboxylate can be described as trigonal–bipyramidal distorted toward square‐pyramidal. That of the second Sn atom is similar, but the distortion towards square‐pyramidal geometry is greater. The Sn—O and Sn—C distances are 2.020 (2)–2.226 (2) and 2.096 (4)–2.114 (4) Å, respectively. The benzene rings of the 2‐[(2,3‐dichlorophenyl)amino]benzoate ligand subtend an angle of 50.49 (17)°; the conformation of the ligand is stabilized by intramolecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The structure is assembled viaπ–π stacking interactions to form chains parallel to [10]. 相似文献

The CoII ion in the title complex {[Co(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)3]·1.72H2O}n, has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry comprised of three water ligands, one deprotonated pyrimidine N atom and an adjacent carboxylate O atom of one orotate ligand. The sixth coordination site is occupied by an exocyclic O atom from a neighbouring orotate moiety, and through this interaction a helicoidal chain is formed. The molecules are linked by intramolecular Owater—H⋯O and intermolecular N—H⋯O and Owater—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title polymeric compound, catena‐poly[dipotassium [bis[μ‐N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato(2−)]‐κ4O,N,O′:O′′;κ4O′′:O,N,O′‐dicopper(II)]‐di‐μ‐isothiocyanato‐κ2N:S;κ2S:N], {K[Cu(NCS)(C10H9NO3)]}n, consists of [isothiocyanato(N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato)copper(II)]− anions connected through the two three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) and the two anti, anti‐μ‐carboxylate bridges into infinite one‐dimensional polymeric anions, with coulombically interacting K+ counter‐ions with coordination number 7 constrained between the chains. The CuII atoms adopt a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging μ‐NCS ligand in the basal plane. The first axial position is occupied by a thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related μ‐NCS ligand at an apical distance of 2.9770 (8) Å, and the second position is occupied by an O atom of a bridging carboxylate group from an adjacent coordination unit at a distance of 2.639 (2) Å. 相似文献
