The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2C‐trans‐bis[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐2κ2N,N′]cadmium(II)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets. 相似文献

The CuI cations in the title compound, [Cu(NCS)(C6H6N2O)2]n, are coordinated by N atoms from each of two mirror‐related nicotinamide ligands, as well as by one N atom of one thiocyanate ligand and one S atom of a symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligand, within a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The CuI cations and the thiocyanate anions are located on a crystallographic mirror plane and the nicotinamide ligands occupy general positions. The CuI cations are connected by the thiocyanate anions to form chains in the direction of the crystallographic a axis. These chains are connected by hydrogen bonds between the amide H atoms and the O atoms of adjacent nicotinamide ligands, to give a three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have syn–anti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain. 相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C2H8N2)3][Na(NCS)3(H2O)]}n, consists of discrete [Ni(en)3]2+ dications (en is ethylenediamine) and polymeric [(H2O)0.5Na(NCS)3(H2O)0.5]n2n? anions. The compound crystallizes in space group Pc1. The NiII atom lies on a threefold axis and has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Na+ cation also lies on a site with imposed crystallographic threefold symmetry and is coordinated by the thiocyanate N atoms (the thiocyanates are in general positions), by one water molecule with crystallographically imposed 32 symmetry and by a second water molecule with crystallographically imposed symmetry. The unique Na atom thus has trigonal–bipyramidal coordination. The O atoms of the water molecules bridge the Na+ cations to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains in the crystal structure. The [Ni(en)3]2+ dications are distributed around and between the chains and are linked to them via N—H?S hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The CuII atom is five‐coordinated in a square‐pyramidal configuration, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base ligand and one terminal N atom of a bridging thiocyanate ligand defining the basal plane, and one terminal S atom of another bridging thiocyanate ligand occupying the axial position. In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role. 相似文献

Two N atoms and one carboxylate O atom of the ligand form the basal plane, while the axial positions are filled by an N atom of the ligand and one O atom belonging to the carboxylate group of an adjacent molecule. The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C10H8N2)]n, is formed by neutral zigzag chains of the [–NC–N–CN–Cu{(bpy)N(CN)2}–NC–N–CN–] type running along the c axis (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine). The Cu atoms in the chains are pentacoordinated in the form of a distorted tetragonal pyramid, with a CuN5 chromophore. The coordination sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy molecule in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.018 (4) and 2.025 (2) Å] and by three terminal N atoms of two dicyanamide ligands. One of the dicyanamide ligands is coordinated in a monodentate fashion through a nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 1.963 (4) Å]. The second acts as an end‐to‐end bridging ligand to a neighbouring Cu atom and is coordinated by one nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.001 (2) Å], while the second nitrile N atom occupies the apical position [Cu—N 2.159 (2) Å] and originates from the bridge connecting another Cu atom. The shortest intrachain Cu?Cu distance is 8.212 (1) Å, as a consequence of the large bridging ligand, whereas the minimum interchain distance between Cu atoms is only 5.77 (7) Å, because of the interdigitation of the chains. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐dimethylbiguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water molecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl− anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. The CuII atoms adopt a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging μ‐NCS ligand in the basal plane. The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry.
