N-2-(4-picolyl)-N′-2-chlorophenylthiourea, 4PicTu2Cl, monoclinic, P21/c, a=10.068(5), b=11.715(2), β=96.88(4)°, and Z=4; N-2-(6-picolyl)-N′-2-chlorophenylthiourea, 6PicTu2Cl, triclinic, P-1, a=7.4250(8), b=7.5690(16), c=12.664(3) Å, =105.706(17), β=103.181(13), γ=90.063(13)°, V=665.6(2) Å3 and Z=2 and N-2-(6-picolyl)-N′-2-bromophenylthiourea, 6PicTu2Br, triclinic, P-1, a=7.512(4), b=7.535(6), c=12.575(4) Å, a=103.14(3), β=105.67(3), γ=90.28(4)°, V=665.7(2) Å3 and Z=2. The intramolecular hydrogen bonding between N′H and the pyridine nitrogen and intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the thione sulfur and the NH hydrogen, as well as the planarity of the molecules, are affected by the position of the methyl substituent on the pyridine ring. The enthalpies of fusion and melting points of these thioureas are also affected. 1H NMR studies in CDCl3 show the NH′ hydrogen resonance considerably downfield from other resonances in their spectra.  相似文献

N-(ω-carboxyalkyl)morpholine hydrochlorides, OC4H8N(CH2)nCOOH·HCl, n=1–5, were obtained and analyzed by 13C cross polarization (CP) magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR, FTIR and PM3 calculations. The structure of N-(3-carboxypropyl)morpholine hydrochloride (n=3) has been solved by X-ray diffraction method at 100 K and refined to the R=0.031. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=14.307(3), b=9.879(2), c=7.166(1) Å, β=93.20(3)°, V=1011.3(3) Å3, Z=4. In this compound the nitrogen atom is protonated and two molecules form a centrosymmetric dimer, connected by two N+–HCl (3.095(1) Å) and two O–HCl (3.003(1) Å) hydrogen bonds. 13C CP MAS NMR spectra, contrary to the solution, showed non-equivalence of the ring carbon atoms. The PM3 calculations predict a molecular dimer without proton transfer for an HCl complex, while for an HBr complex an ion pairs with proton transfer, and reproduces correctly the conformation of both dimers but overestimates H-bond distances. Shielding constants calculated from the PM3 geometry of ion pairs gave a linear correlation with the 13C chemical shifts in solids.  相似文献

The crystal structures of propionaldehyde complex (RS,SR)-(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHCH2CH3)]+ PF6 (1b+ PF6s−; monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 10.166 (1) Å, b = 18.316(1) Å, c = 14.872(2) Å, β = 100.51(1)°, Z = 4) and butyraldehyde complex (RS,SR)-[(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHCH2CH2CH3)]+ PF6 (1c+PF6; monoclinic, P21/a (No. 14), a = 14.851(1) Å, b = 18.623(3) Å, c = 10.026(2) Å, β = 102.95(1)°, Z = 4) have been determined at 22°C and −125°C, respectively. These exhibit C O bond lengths (1.35(1), 1.338(5) Å) that are intermediate between those of propionaldehyde (1.209(4) Å) and 1-propanol (1.41 Å). Other geometric features are analyzed. Reaction of [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(ClCH2Cl)]+ BF4 and pivalaldehyde gives [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHC(CH3)3)]+BF4 (81%), the spectroscopic properties of which establish a π C O binding mode.  相似文献

The Schiff base compound, N-N′-bis(4-methoxybenzylidene)ethylenediamine (C18H20N2O2) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been investigated by X-ray analysis and PM3 method. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a=10.190(1), b=7.954(1), c=10.636(1) Å, β=111.68(1)°, V=801.1(1) Å3, Z=2 and Dcal=1.229 Mgm−3. The title structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.056 for 2414 reflections [I>3.0σ(I)] by full-matrix anisotropic least-squares methods. The energy profile of the compound was calculated by PM3 method as a function of θ[N1′–C9′–C9–N1]. The most stable molecular structure of the title compound is the anti conformation, which is different in energy by 5.0 and 1.0 kcal mol−1 from the eclipsed conformation I and gauche conformations, (III and V), respectively.  相似文献

N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-amino-3-penten-2-on (C11H13NO2) has been studied by X-ray analysis. It crystallizes the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a=8.834(1), b=10.508(2), c=11.212(2) Å, V=1040.8(3) Å3, Z=4, Dc=1.22 g cm−3 and μ(MoK)=0.084 mm−1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.038 for 1373 reflections (I>2σ(I)). The title compound is photochromic and the molecule is not planar. Intramolecular hydrogen bonds occur between the pairs of atoms N(1) and O(1) [2.631(2) Å], and N(1) and O(2) [2.641(2) Å], the H atom essentially being bonded to the N atom. There is also a strong intermolecular O–HO hydrogen bonding [2.647(2) Å] between neighbouring molecules. Tautomeric properties and conformations of the title compound were investigated by semi-empirical quantum mechanical AM1 calculations and the results are compared with the X-ray results.  相似文献

The crystal structure of N-(2-hydroxy-5-chlorophenyl) salicylaldimine (C13H10NO2Cl) was determined by X-ray analysis. It crystallizes orthorhombic space group P212121 with a=12.967(2) Å, b=14.438(3) Å, c=6.231(3) Å, V=1166.5(6) Å3, Z=4, Dc=1.41 g cm−3 and μ(MoK)=0.315 mm−1. The title compound is thermochromic and the molecule is nearly planar. Both tautomeric forms (keto and enol forms in 68(3) and 32(3)%, respectively) are present in the solid state. The molecules contain strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds, N1–H1O1/O2 (2.515(1) and 2.581(2) Å) for the keto form and O1–H01N1 for the enol one. There is also strong intermolecular O2–HO1 hydrogen bonding (2.599(2) Å) between neighbouring molecules. Minimum energy conformations AM1 were calculated as a function of the three torsion angles, θ1(N1–C7–C6–C5), θ2(C8–N1–C7–C6) and θ3(C9–C8–N1–C7), varied every 10°. Although the molecule is nearly planar, the AM1 optimized geometry of the title compound is not planar. The non-planar conformation of the title compound corresponding to the optimized X-ray structure is the most stable conformation in all calculations.  相似文献

Polarized absorption spectra of Ba(MnO4)2·3H2O/Ba(ClO4)2·3H2O mixed single crystals are reported at 4.2°K. Previous 1T21A1 assignments for the 5200 Å and 3000 Å absorption bands of MnO4 are substantiated; further support is provided for the 1T11A1 assignment of the 3600 Å absorption band of MnO4. The site-splitting of the 5200 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ −150 cm−1; that of the 3000 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ 300 cm−1. A significant e vibronic intensity component is observed in the 5200 Å 1T2 state.  相似文献

The XeOSeF5+ cation has been synthesized for the first time and characterized in solution by 19F, 77Se and 129Xe NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and Raman spectroscopy with AsF6 as its counter anion. The X-ray crystal structures of the tellurium analogue and of the Xe(OChF5)2 derivatives have also been determined: [XeOChF5][AsF6] crystallize in tetragonal systems, P4/n, a=6.1356(1) Å, c=13.8232(2) Å, V=520.383(14) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0453 at −60°C (Te) and a=6.1195(7) Å, c=13.0315(2) Å, V=488.01(8) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0730 at −113°C (Se); Xe(OTeF5)2 crystallizes in a monoclinic system, P21/c, a=10.289(2) Å, b=9.605(2) Å, c=10.478(2) Å, β=106.599(4)°, V=992.3(3) Å3, Z=4 and R1=0.0680 at −127°C; Xe(OSeF5)2 crystallizes in a triclinic system, , a=8.3859(6) Å, c=12.0355(13) Å, V=732.98(11) Å3, Z=3 and R1=0.0504 at −45°C. The energy minimized geometries and vibrational frequencies of the XeOChF5+ cations and Xe(OChF5)2 were calculated using density functional theory, allowing for definitive assignments of their experimental vibrational spectra.  相似文献

Reaction of N-vinylindazolium tetrafluoroborates with aqueous potassium carbonate or sodium borohydride affords 2,3-dihydroquinazolines which evolve to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolines by intra or intermolecular nucleophilic attack. The X-ray structure of one tetrahydroquinazoline, the tricyclic compound 17a, was determined (C14H16N2O5, P21/n, a=6.001(4)Å, b=13.601(8)Å, c=17.452(6)Å, β=94.93(3)°, V=1419(1)Å3, Z=4, R=0.078 for 1541 observed reflexions). Only open-chain compounds are obtained when these salts react with methanol. 2-Vinylindazolium and 3-vinylbenzotriazolium tetrafluoroborates react with aqueous potassium carbonate and with sodium borohydride yielding the corresponding neutral benzazoles by cleavage of the azole-vinyl bond. They add methanol to the exocyclic double bond and, in the case of indazole derivative, an expansion to a 1,2-dihydroquinazoline is observed in basic medium.A general mechanism is proposed for the reaction of vinylpyrazolium and indazolium salts with nucleophiles.  相似文献

The methylene-bridged, mixed-chalogen compounds Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeCH2Te) (1) and Fe2(CO)6(μ-SCH2Te) (3) have been synthesised from the room temperature reaction of diazomethane with Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeTe) and Fe2(CO)6(μ-STe), respectively. Compounds 1 and 3 have been characterised by IR, 1H, 13C, 77Se and 125Te NMR spectroscopy. The structure of 1 has been elucidated by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of bis(trifluoroacetato)-(N-methyl-meso-tetraphenylporphyrinato) thallium(III), Tl(N---Me---tpp)(CF3CO2)2 (2), was established and the coordination sphere around the Tl3+ ion is described as 4:3 tetragonal base–trigonal base piano stool seven-coordinate geometry in which the two cis CF3CO2 − groups occupy two apical sites. The plane of the three pyrrole nitrogen atoms [i.e. N(2), N(3) and N(4)] strongly bonded to Tl3+ is adopted as the reference plane 3N. The pyrrole N(1) ring bearing the methyl group [i.e. C(45)H3] is the most deviated one from the 3N plane making a dihedral angle of 23.3° whereas smaller angles of 9.9, 2.7 and 4.7° occur with pyrroles N(2), N(3), and N(4), respectively. Because of the larger size of the thallium(III) ion, Tl is considerably out of the 3N plane; its displacement of 1.02 Å is in the same direction as that of the two apical CF3CO2 − ligands. The intermolecular trifluoroacetate exchange process for 2 in CD2Cl2 solvent is examined through 19F and 13C NMR temperature-dependent measurements. In the slow-exchange region, the CF3 and carbonyl (CO) carbons of the CF3CO2 − groups in 2 are separately located at δ 114.3 [1J(C–F)=290 Hz, 3J(Tl–C)=411 Hz] and 155.1 [2J(C–F)=37 Hz, 2J(Tl–C)=204 Hz], respectively, at −106 °C. In the same slow-exchange region, the fluorine atoms of 2, Tl(N---Me---tpp)(CF3CO2)+ and the free CF3CO2 − are located at δ −73.76 [4J(Tl–F)=44 Hz], −73.30 [4J(Tl–F)=22 Hz], and −76.15 ppm at −97 °C, respectively.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the N-(4-chloro)benzoyl-N′-(4-tolyl)thiourea (C15H13N2OSCl, Mr=304.79) is determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure is monoclinic, space group: P21/n, a=16.097(6), b=4.5989(2), c=19.388(7) Å and β=89.299(6)° V=1434.7(9)Å3, Z=4. FTIR and NMR spectra have been characterized. The interactions of intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds have been discussed. Density functional theory (DFT) (B3LYP) methods have been used to determine the structure and energies of stable conformers. Minimum energy conformations are calculated as a function of the torsion angle θ (C13–N1–C14–N2) varied every 30°. The optimized geometry corresponding to crystal structure is the most stable conformation. This has partly been attributed to intramolecular hydrogen bonds. With the basis sets of the 6-311G* quality, the DFT calculated bond parameters and harmonic vibrations are predicted in a very good agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

The bimetallic [Pt(NH3)4]2[W(CN)8][NO3]·2H2O is characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [S.G.P21/m(11), a=8.0418(7), b=19.122(2), c=9.0812(6) Å, Z=2]. All platinum centres have the square-plane D4h geometry with average dimensions Pt(1)–N 2.042(2) and Pt(2)–N 2.037(10) Å. The octacyanotungstate anion has the square-antiprismatic D4d configuration with average dimensions W(1)–C 2.164(13), C–N 1.140(12), W(1)–N 3.303(5) Å. The structure exhibits two different mutual orientations of Pt versus W units resulting in Pt(2)–W(1), W(1)* separations of 4.77(2), 4.55(2)* and Pt(1)–W(1) of 6.331(8) Å. A centrosymmetric structure reveals groups of two distinct columns: the first is formed by intercalated NO3 between parallel [Pt(1)(NH3)4]2+ planes and the second consists of [W(CN)8]3− interlayered by, parallel to square faces of W-antiprisms, [Pt(2)(NH3)4]2+. The structure is stabilised through a three-dimensional hydrogen bond network via nitrogen atoms of cyanide ligands, hydrogen atoms of NH3 ligands, water molecules and oxygen atoms of NO3 counteranions. The vibrational pattern and the range of ν(CN) frequencies attributable to the electronic environment of W(V) and W(IV) are consistent with the ground state Pt(II)↔W(V) charge transfer.  相似文献

The pentaamminecobalt(III) complex with the 3-cyano-2,4-pentanedionate anion coordinated through the nitrile nitrogen has been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of [(NH3)5CoNCacac](Cl)(ClO4)·2H2O are triclinic, space group P , a = 10.245(2) Å, b = 14.071(4) Å, c = 6.971(2) Å, = 90.03(3)°, β = 109.86(2)°, γ = 108.91(2)°, V= 887.1 Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.64 g cm−3, F(000) = 456, Mo-K radiation, λ = 0.71069 Å, μ(Mo-K) = 12.7 cm−1. The structure was determined by the heavy-atom method, and refined by block-diagonal least-squares calculations, R = 0.0537, Rw = 0.0607, for 2499 observed reflections. Principal dimensions are: Co---N(NH3) trans to NCacac 1.940(5), other Co---N(NH3) 1.967(2), Co---N(NCacac) 1.911(5) Å. The pendant acac moiety is best described in terms of a delocalized bond network with, for example, C---C distances in the range 1.44–1.52(1) Å. Several reactions involving this free acac group are also described including the preparation and characterization of the dimeric species pentaamminecobalt(III) - μ - (3 - cyano - 2,4 - pentanedionato) - bis(propylenediamine) cobalt(III) perchlorate.  相似文献

Estertn compounds, (MeO2CCH2CH2)2SnX2 [X2 = I2 (2); X2 = Br2 (9); X2 = Cl, Br (4)) or X2 = (NCS)2 (3)] have been obtained by halide exchange reactions of (MeO2CCH2CH2)2SnCl2. Crystal structure determinations of 2–4 revealed chelating MeO2CCH2CH2 units with distorted octahedral geometries at tin. The Sn---O bond lengths in the isothiocyanato complex, 3, are shorter [2.390(11) to 2.498(12), mean 2.439 Å], with the chelate bite angles, C---Sn---O, larger [74.3(7) to 78.2(6), mean 76.0°] than those in the halide analogues 2 and 4 [Sn---O = 2.519(2) to 2.541(8), mean 2.530 Å; C---Sn---O 72.8(3) to 73.9(4), mean 73.3°]. 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR and IR spectra of 2–4 and 9 were determined in CDCl3 solution: the NMR spectra of (MeO2CCH2CH2)2SnX2 show the following trends: (i) both δ1H and δ13C, increase and (ii) both 2J (Sn---H) and 1J(Sn---C) decrease in the sequence X2 = (NCS)2, Cl2, ClBr, Br2 and I2. The MeO2CCH2CH2 and dmio groups (dmio = 1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolato) are all chelating groups in (MeO2CCH2CH2)2Sn(dmio) (5). As shown by X-ray crystallography, the tin atom in the anion of solid [Q][MeO2CCH2CH2Sn(dmio)2] 6 (Q = NEt4) forms 5 strong bonds [to C and the 4 thiolato S atoms, Sn---S 2.459(2) to 2.559(2) Å], arranged in a near trigonal bipyramidal array. There is an additional Intramolecular but weaker, interaction with the carbonyl oxygen atom [Sn---O = 3.111(5) Å]; v(C=O) = 1714 cm−1 in solid 6 (Q = NEt4). NMR spectra of 5 and 6 are also reported.  相似文献

One-dimensional Co(dien)2(VO3)3·(H2O) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of NH4VO3, Co2O3, diethylenetriamine (dien) and H2O at 130 °C. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.1581(6) Å, b=8.7006(3) Å, c=13.9893(4) Å, β=103.1483(11)°, V=1915.13(11) Å3, Z=4, and R1=0.0268 for 3060 observed reflections. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the structure is composed of infinite one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing VO4 tetrahedra with Co(dien)3+ complex cations and crystallization water molecules occupying the interchain positions, which are held together to a three-dimensional network via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions. The compound, with a new zig-zag conformation of metavanadate chains, is the first example of vanadium oxides incorporating trivalent transition metal coordination groups. Other characterizations by elemental analysis, IR and thermal analysis are also described.  相似文献

The neutral nitrogen-bidentate ligand, diphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane, Ph2CPz′2, can readily be obtained by the reaction of Ph2CCl2 with excess HPz′ in a mixed-solvent system of toluene and triethylamine. It reacts with [Mo(CO)6] in 1,2-dimethoxyethane to give the η2-arene complex, [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)3] (1). This η2-ligation appears to stabilize the coordination of Ph2CPz′ 2 in forming [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2C6H4NO2-p)][BPh4] (2) and [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2Ph)] [BF4] (3) from the reaction of 1 with the appropriate diazonium salt but the stabilization seems not strong enough when [Mo{P(OMe)3} 3(CO)3] is formed from the reaction of 1 with P(OMe)3. The solid-state structures of 1 and 3 have been determined by X-ray crystallography: 1-CH2Cl2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.814(3), b = 11.7929(12), c = 19.46 0(6) Å, β = 95.605(24)°, V = 2698.2(11) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.530 g/cm3 , R = 0.044, Rw = 0.036 based on 3218 reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2 (3)-1/2 hexane-1/2 CH3OH-1/2 H2O-1 CH2Cl2, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 41.766(10), b = 20.518(4), c = 16.784(3) Å, β = 101.871(18)°, V = 14076(5) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 1.457 g/cm3, R = 0.064, Rw = 0.059 based on 5865 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Two independent cations were found in the asymmetric unit of the crystals of 3. The average distance between the Mo and the two η2-ligated carbon atoms is 2.574 Å in 1 and 2.581 and 2.608 Å in 3. The unfavourable disposition of the η2-phenyl group with respect to the metal centre in 3 and the rigidity of the η2-arene ligation excludes the possibility of any appreciable agostic C---H → Mo interaction.  相似文献

The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献
