New potentially biologically active compounds derived from 2-mercapto-benzoxazole were synthesized and coupled on polymeric support of poly (maleic anhydride-alt-vinyl acetate) for the preparation of polymer-drug conjugates with controlled drug release. All compounds were characterized by elemental and spectroscopy (FT-IR, 1H-NMR) analysis. The toxicological tests recommend the products for further laboratory screening.   相似文献

A new molecular structural characterization (MSC) method called the molecular vertex eigenvalue correlative index (MVECI) is constructed and used to describe the structures of 122 alkylbenzene compounds. Through multiple linear regression (MLR) and stepwise multiple regression (SMR), a quantitative structure-retention relationship (QSRR) model with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.995 is obtained. Through partial least-square regression (PLS), another QSRR model with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.991 is obtained. The estimation stability and prediction ability of the two models are strictly analyzed by both internal and external validations. For the internal validation, the cross-validation (CV) correlation coefficients (R CV) of the two models are 0.993 and 0.988. For the external validation, the correlation coefficients (R test) of the two models are 0.996 and 0.995, respectively. The results show that the stability and predictability of the models are good, and the molecular vertex eigenvalue correlative index can successfully describe the structures of alkylbenzene compounds.  相似文献

The concentrations of Zn, Mn, Fe, Pb, Ni, Cu and Cd in soil, leaves and edible wild fruit (Crataegus laevigata L., Cornus mas L. and Prunus spinosa L.) from southeast Serbia were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Metal translocations from soil to fruit were calculated as well as their oral intake and health risk indices. Positive correlations were found among metal concentrations in soil, leaves and fruit.   相似文献

HPLC has been already used for the TAP estimation. Phenylalanine, salicylic, p-hydroxybenzoic (pHBA) or terephthalic (TPA) acids have been used as sensor compounds. Products of their reaction with the hydroxyl radicals, generated in the Fenton-like reaction, were analyzed using electrochemical or fluorescence detection. This paper describes the TAP assay based on the hydroxyl radicals reaction with pHBA, reversed-phase-HPLC separation and UV photometric detection. The elaborated assay has been used to evaluate TAP values of some apiculture products.   相似文献

In this work for disposal of the biologically hard decomposed pollutant Benzo[a]Pyrene (BaP) photooxidation Chlorella kessleri was used. The simulation model system under the different experimental conditions (varying biomass and light intensity) was evaluated. For quantitative analysis of the decrease in BaP, GC/MS technique was used. The highest degradation efficiency was achieved in the case of biomass from the culture of live algae (29%) and light intensity at level of 13.5 W m?2. When the dry biomass was used, degradation under the same conditions was lower because of lack of enzymatic activity in the system.   相似文献

Wood originating from a softwood species was subjected to chemical treatment by reaction with succinic anhydride in N, N-dimethylformamide at different concentration values. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis were used to study changes that occurred on a softwood surface. The extent of chemical treatment on softwood was evaluated by determining the weight percent gain values. Thermal properties of modified softwood and the water absorption were also evaluated. The chemical treatment with succinic anhydride influenced the thermal stability of the softwood samples with increasing anhydride concentration levels.   相似文献

The spatial relationships between the pharmacophore elements were investigated in the case of four different stereoisomeric forms of opioid tetrapeptide, endomorphin-2, taking into account the L-D and cis-trans isomerisms. On the basis of distances and angles measured between the pharmacophoric points, a comparative analysis of conformational distributions was performed, applying a variety of distance-angle maps. The results obtained by this theoretical study indicated that the stereoisomers of endomorphin-2 could be distinguished from one another, based on the comparative analysis of distance-angle maps. Nevertheless, it could be concluded that this method proved to be suitable to examine the effects of L-D and cis-trans isomerisms on the spatial relationships of the pharmacophores of tetrapeptide.   相似文献

Five different columns (two silica, two cyanopropyl and one diol) were investigated in hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC). For the assessment of columns behavior in HILIC mode, six basic drugs (lamotrigine, thioridazine, clozapine, chlorpheniramine, pheniramine and sulpiride) were chosen. The assessment of the influence of the concentration of organic modifier on analytes’ retention on each column was provided by fitting the retention data into theoretical models. Utilizing the statistical analysis, the selection of the model that provides better prediction of the retention behavior was enabled. Dual RP-HILIC mechanism was suggested on cyanopropyl and diol columns, therefore the transition points between the two mechanisms on these columns were calculated. Furthermore, in order to investigate the impact of three factors simultaneously on the retention behavior of the analyzed substances on Betasil Silica column, chemometrically-aided empirical models were built. The experiments were conducted according to the matrix of Box-Behnken design and on the basis of the retention data, six quadratic models were obtained and their adequacy was confirmed using ANOVA test. The obtained coefficients of quadratic models enabled the elucidation of both single factor and factor interactions influence. This was also graphically presented in 3D response surface plots.   相似文献

The influence of anionic poly(acrylic acid) — PAA addition on the stability of synthesized silica, alumina and mixed silica-alumina suspensions as a function of solution pH was studied. The turbidimetry method was used to monitor the changes of the examined systems stability over time. The calculated stability coefficients enabled estimation of polymer adsorption influence on stability of metal oxide suspension. It was shown that the alumina suspension without the polymer is the most unstable at the pH values 6 and 9, whereas the silica polymer was most unstable at pH 3. PAA with higher molecular weight (240 000) is a relatively effective stabilizer of all investigated adsorbents (except silica at pH 3). These properties of poly(acrylic acid) are highly desirable in many branches of industry (e.g. production of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, paints) where polymers are widely used as effective stabilizers of colloidal suspensions.   相似文献

The objective of the paper was to investigate the chemical composition of Inula helenium roots extracts and to evaluate the antioxidant potential conferred by the chemical constituents. GC/MS and HPLC/MS techniques were used to characterize two extracts separated from Inula helenium roots by extraction with chloroform and ethyl acetate, respectively. Volatile compounds have been identified by GC from their mass spectra and retention time values, while HPLC identification of phenolic compounds was realized by comparing their retention times, UV and MS spectra with those of standards or literature data. Measurements of antioxidant activity of Inula helenium root extracts showed a variation between them, which can be correlated with the flavonoid and total phenolic contents. Both Inula helenium root extracts contain phenolic acids (caffeic, chlorogenic, dicaffeoyl quinic, hydroxibenzoic), terpenes (alantolactone) and different flavonoids (epicatechin, catechin gallate, ferulic acid-4-O-glucoside, dihydroquercetin pentosyl rutinoside, kaempherol-7-O-dipentoside, quercetin-3-O-β-glucopyranoside). In addition, the study provides preliminary data on the anti-inflammatory activity of Inula helenium root extracts, this being evaluated using the fresh egg albumin as phlogistic agent, and aspirin as reference compound. Root extracts of I. helenium did not exert any significant anti-inflammatory effect on egg albumin-induced rat paw edema.   相似文献
