The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å). In the structure, the complex cations and the NO 3 anions are linked into a framework by N-H...O type hydrogen bonds. Original Russian Text Copyright ? 2007 by G. V. Romanenko, Z. A. Heating of a hydrochloric acid solution of trans-PtPy(NH2CH2CN)Cl4 results in the hydrolysis of coordinated aminoacetonitrile to aminoacetic acid with the formation of a five-membered chelate ring attached to platinum through the nitrogen atom of the amino group and the oxygen atom of the carboxy group. X-ray diffraction analysis of [PtPy(NH2CH2COO)Cl3] is carried out. The crystals are monoclinic: space group C2/c, a = 21.704(2), b = 8.7027(7), c = 15.576(1) Å, β = 126.606(1)o, V = 2361.8(3) Å3, Z = 8; R hkl = 0.057, wR = 0.141. In the neutral complex, the Pt atom has a distorted octahedral coordination. The equatorial plane is formed by a Cl atom (Pt-Cl, 2.284(3) Å), the N atom of the Py molecule (Pt-N, 2.062(8) Å), and the N and O atoms of the bidentate-chelating ligand (Pt-N, 2.039(8); Pt-O, 2.026(7) Å); two Cl atoms are arranged in the apical positions (Pt-Cl, 2.301(3) and 2.312(3) Å). The five-membered chelate ring has a flattened gauche conformation with an NCCO torsion angle of 19(1)°.  相似文献

A novel copper(II) complex {[Cu(BIX)2(H2O)2](PhCOO)2} n (1) (BIX = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-methyl))-benzene) is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the P-1 space group, Z = 1, a = 9.465(2) Å, b = 9.703(2) Å, c = 12.060(2) Å, α = 77.26(3)°, β = 70.37(3)°, γ = 67.14(3)°, and V = 956.1(3) Å3. The crystal structural analysis of complex 1 shows that the copper center is six-coordinated in an elongated octahedral geometry by four N atoms from four different BIX and two O atoms from two water molecules; two neighboring Cu(II) cations are bridged by two BIX extending into an infinite 1D double chain structure.  相似文献

In cluster I, four Pd atoms form a planar cycle. The neighboring Pd atoms are bound by two acetate or two mercaptide bridges (Pd…Pd 2.95–3.23 Å, Pd…Pd angles 87.15°–92.85°). In cluster II, the Pd atoms form a planar six-membered cycle with Pd···Pd distances of 3.09–3.14 Å, the PdPdPd angles being 118.95°–120.80°. The Pd atoms are linked in pairs by two mercaptide bridges. The formation of clusters I and II in solution is proved by IR spectroscopy and calorimetry. Analogous clusters are formed in solution upon the reaction of palladium(II) diacetate with thiophenol.  相似文献

Thermal decomposition of [Pt(NH3)4][ReHlg6] binary complex salts (Hlg = Cl, Br) in a hydrogen atmosphere has been studied. Polycrystal X-ray diffractometry indicated that two-phase metallic systems are the final products of thermolysis. Structure refinement was performed for [Pt(NH3)4][ReCl6] by the combined technique involving decomposition of the diffractogram into individual reflections, isolation of reflections most sensitive to the position of separate light atoms, and full-profile analysis. Crystal data for PtReN4Cl6H12: a = 11.616(1) Å, b = 10.998(1) Å, c = 10.377(1) Å, V = 1148.1 Å3, space group Cmca, Z = 4, d x = 3.831 g/cm3. The indices are Rp = 5.48%, Rwp = 10.01%, R(F2) = 12.62%. The coordination polyhedron of Re is an almost regular octahedron: Re-Cl 2.34–2.36 Å, ∠ Cl-Re-Cl 86.9–90.3°; the coordination polyhedron of Pt is a square: Pt-N 2.04 Å, ∠N-Pt-N 90.4°.  相似文献

Vanadium(V) complexes of general composition M3VO2(SO4)2 (M = Rb, Cs) were synthesized by a solid-state route. The individuality of the synthesized compounds was proved by X-ray and neutron diffraction, vibrational spectroscopy, and microscopic analysis. The X-ray diffraction patterns of M3VO2(SO4)2 were indexed to fit the monoclinic system (space group P2/c, Z = 4) with the following unit cell parameters: a = 11.6487(2) Å, b = 8.4469(2) Å, c = 12.1110(2) Å, β = 109.483(1)°, V = 1123.43 Å3 (Rb); a = 12.0546(3) Å b = 8.7706(2) Å, c = 12.6496(3) Å, β = 109.843(2)°, V = 1257.99 Å3 (Cs). In the crystal structure of M3VO2(SO4)2, [VO2(SO4)2]3? complex anions can be discerned in which the vanadium atom is surrounded by five oxygen atoms: two oxygen atoms form short terminal V–O bonds, and three oxygen atoms are from the two sulfato groups, one of which acts as a monodentate ligand and the other acts as a bidentate chelating ligand.  相似文献

A new complex [UO2CrO4{CH3CON(CH3)2}2] (I) was studied by thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 13.8108(11) Å, b = 8.6804(7) Å, c = 13.0989(10) Å, β = 104.777(1)°, V = 1518.4(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, R = 2.39%. The structure of I contains infinite chains of the [UO2CrO4{CH3CON(CH3)2}2] composition running along [001]; the complex belongs to the AT11M1 2 crystal-chemical group (A = UO 2 2+ , T11 = CrO 4 2? , M1 = CH3CON(CH3)2) of uranyl complexes. The chains are linked into a three-dimensional framework due to hydrogen bonds between oxygen atoms of chromate ions and hydrogen atoms of methyl groups of the dimethylacetamide.  相似文献

A chelate compound Pb[(iso-C4H9)2PS2]2 is synthesized. Using X-ray diffraction data, the crystal structures of two modifications of this compound are determined (X8 APEX diffractometer, MoK α radiation, 14169 F hkl , R = 0.0480 for the low temperature α-form and 6261 F hkl , R = 0.0387 for the β-form studied at ambient temperature). The crystals are triclinic: a = 11.047(2) Å, b = 14.486(3) Å, c = 32.048(6) Å; α = 91.30(3)°, β = 99.73(3)°, γ = 101.61(3)°, V = 4942.9(17) Å3, Z = 8, ρcalc = 1.682 g/cm3 (α-modification) and a = 11.2124(5) Å, b = 14.6989(7) Å, c = 17.1644(6) Å; α = 109.393(1)°, β = 94.989(2)°, γ = 101.649(1)°, V = 2576.83(19) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.613 g/cm3 (β-modification), space group \(P\bar 1\) for both polymorphs. The structures are molecular, coordination cores of PbS4 are tetragonal pyramids with Pb atoms in the vertices and S atoms in the base. In both structures intermolecular Pb...S contacts yield supramolecular ensembles comprising by four molecules, where PbS4+2 cores form planar aggregates of edge-sharing octahedra. The ensembles are joined by weak intermolecular S...S interactions resulting in the development of polymeric chains along the a axis.  相似文献

A novel Cu(II) complex Cu2(Endc)2(Bipy)2 has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O, Endc (endo-norbornene-cis-5,6-dicarboxylic acid), and Bipy (2,2-bipyridine) at room temperature. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, P \(\bar 1\) with a = 9.0373(10), b = 10.1637(11), c = 10.5574(12) Å, α = 65.78(1)°, β = 72.32(2)°, β = 73.23(2)°, Z = 1, V = 827.46(16) Å3, ρ c = 2.160 g/cm3, F(000) = 410.0, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.0958 independent reflections for 4468 observed ones (I > 2 σ(I)).The Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from the Bipy molecule and three oxygen atoms from two Endc, giving a distorted squarepyramidal coordination geometry. Two neighboring Cu2+ ions are bridged by a pair of bimonodentate carboxyl groups of different Endc acids, giving a centrosymmetrical binuclear structure which a Cu…Cu distance of 3.2946 Å. The photoluminescence properties of the complex were studied at room temperature. The complex displays an obvious photoluminescent emission upon excitation at 390 nm in the solid state.  相似文献

Single crystals of two new mercury thiohalides of the composition Hg3S2Cl2? xBrx(x = 0.5) have been grown from gas phase and studied by X-ray crystallography. Structure refinement for monoclinic (I) and cubic (II) phases (I: a = 16.841(2) Å, b = 9.128(2) Å, c = 9.435(4) Å; β = 90.080(10)°, V = 1450.3(7) Å3, space group C2/m, Z = 8, R = 0.0528; II: a = 18.006(2) Å, V = 5837.8(11) Å3, space group \(Pm\bar 3n\), Z = 32, R = 0.0503) clearly shows that they are polymorphs of the same composition Hg3S2Cl1.5Br0.5. The monoclinic modification I is similar to the synthetic phases γ-Hg3S2Cl2, β-Hg3S2Br2, Hg3Se2Br2 and to the analogue of radtkeite mineral, Hg3S2ClI. The modification II is isostructural to the synthetic β-Hg3S2Cl2. In both structures, each S atom coordinates three Hg atoms with the formation of pyramidal SHg3 units (Hg-S 2.37–2.48 Å; HgSHg 93.1–97.5 ). The SHg3 units are linked through Hg vertices into corrugated layers [Hg12S8]∞∞ (I) and isolated cubic groups [Hg12S8] (II). Similarly to other mercury chalcohalides, the crystal structures are basically determined by the halogen atoms which form a cubic sublattice incorporating the Hg-S moieties.  相似文献

A neutral complex of palladium(II) with 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline [Pd(2,9-Me2-phen)Cl2] (goldish orange colored) is examined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystals of [Pd(2,9-Me2-phen)Cl2] are monoclinic and belong to the space group P21/n (a = 11.8670(7) Å, b = 7.8195(5) Å, c = 14.2418(9) Å, β = 92.5450(10)°, Z = 4, V = 1320.25 Å3, R = 0.0289). The complex [Pd(2,9-Me2-phen)Cl2] exhibits a strong distortion of the usual square-planar geometry with a deviation of the central Pd2+ ion and two chloride acido-ligands from the plane of coordinated 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline. The lengths of two Pd-N bonds are slightly different and are 2.058 Å and 2.067 Å, the lengths of the Pd-Cl bonds are equal and are 2.285 Å. 2,9-Me2-phen itself also suffers some distortion of the planar geometry resulting in the boat conformation of the molecule. The crystal structure of the [Pd(2,9-Me2-phen)Cl2] complex is characterized by the presence of π-π stacked dimers arranged in infinite tilted stacks.  相似文献
