Er2(CO3)2(C2O4)(H2O)2 — Synthesis, Crystal Structure and the Thermal Decomposition of a Carbonate‐Oxalate‐Hydrate of Erbium The hydrothermal reaction of an equimolar ratio of Er2O3 with the aminoacid L‐cysteine in evacuated glass ampoules in H2O at 130 °C gave transparent, pink crystals of the formula Er2(CO3)2(C2O4)(H2O)2. It crystallises in the monoclinic space group Cm (Z = 2, a = 777.3(2) pm, b = 1492.0(3) pm, c = 473.09(8) pm, b = 90.12(9)°). The thermal decomposition of Er2(CO3)2(C2O4)(H2O)2 was investigated.  相似文献

The First Vanadium(III) Borophosphate: Synthesis and Crystal Structure of CsV3(H2O)2[B2P4O16(OH)4] CsV3(H2O)2[B2P4O16(OH)4] was prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions (T = 165 °C) from mixtures of CsOH(aq), VCl3, H3BO3, and H3PO4 (molar ratio 1 : 1 : 1 : 2). The crystal structure was determined by X‐ray single crystal methods (monoclinic; space group C2/m, No. 12): a = 958.82(15) pm, b = 1840.8(4) pm, c = 503.49(3) pm; β = 110.675(4)°; Z = 2. The anionic partial structure contains oligomeric units [BP2O8(OH)2]5–, which are built up by a central BO2(OH)2 tetrahedron and two PO4 tetrahedra sharing common corners. VIII is octahedrally coordinated by oxygen of adjacent phosphate tetrahedra and OH groups of borate tetrahedra as well as oxygen of phosphate tetrahedra and H2O molecules, respectively (coordination octahedra VO4(OH)2 and VO4(H2O)2). The oxidation state +3 for vanadium was confirmed by measurements of the magnetic susceptibility. The trimeric borophosphate groups are connected via vanadium centres to form layers with octahedra‐tetrahedra ring systems, which are likewise linked via VIII‐coordination octahedra. Overall, a three‐dimensional framework constructed from VO4(OH)2 and VO4(H2O)2 octahedra as well as BO2(OH)2 and PO4 tetrahedra results. The structure contains channels running along [001], which are occupied by Cs+ in a distorted octahedral coordination (CsO4(H2O)2).  相似文献

During the reaction of an aqueous solution of (H3O)2[B12H12] with Tl2CO3 anhydrous thallium(I) dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate Tl2[B12H12] is obtained as colorless, spherical single crystals. It crystallizes in the cubic system with the centrosymmetric space group Fm$\bar{3}$ (a = 1074.23(8) pm, Z = 4) in an anti‐CaF2 type structure. Four quasi‐icosahedral [B12H12]2– anions (d(B–B) = 180–181 pm, d(B–H) = 111 pm) exhibit coordinative influence on each Tl+ cation and provide a twelvefold coordination in the shape of a cuboctahedron (d(Tl–H) = 296 pm). There is no observable stereochemical activity of the non‐bonding electron pairs (6s2 lone pairs) at the Tl+ cations. By neutralization of an aqueous solution of the acid (H3O)2[B12H12] with PbCO3 and after isothermic evaporation colorless, plate‐like single crystals of lead(II) dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate hexahydrate Pb(H2O)3[B12H12] · 3H2O can be isolated. This compound crystallizes orthorhombically with the non‐centrosymmetric space group Pna21 (a = 1839.08(9), b = 1166.52(6), c = 717.27(4) pm, Z = 4). The crystal structure of Pb(H2O)3[B12H12] · 3H2O is characterized as a layer‐like arrangement. The Pb2+ cations are coordinated in first sphere by only three oxygen atoms from water molecules (d(Pb–O) = 247–248 pm). But a coordinative influence of the [B12H12]2– anions (d(B–B) = 173–181 pm, d(B–H) = 93–122 pm) on lead has to be stated, too, as three hydrogen atoms from three different hydroborate anions are attached to the Pb2+ cations (d(Pb–H) = 258–270 pm) completing their first‐sphere coordination number to six. These three oxygen and three hydrogen ligands are arranged as quite irregular polyhedron leaving enough space for a stereochemical lone‐pair activity (6sp) at each Pb2+ cation. Since additional intercalating water of hydration is present as well, both classical H–Oδ ··· +δH–O‐ and unconventional B–Hδ ··· +δH–O hydrogen bonds play a significant role in the stabilization of the entire crystal structure.  相似文献

Triclinic single crystals of Cu4(H3N–(CH2)9–NH3)(OH)2[C6H2(COO)4]2 · 5H2O were prepared in aqueous solution at 80 °C in the presence of 1,9‐diaminononane. Space group P$\bar{1}$ (no. 2) with a = 1057.5(2), b = 1166.0(2), c = 1576.7(2) pm, α = 106.080(10)°, β = 90.73(2)° and γ = 94.050(10)°. The four crystallographic independent Cu2+ ions are surrounded by five oxygen atoms each with Cu–O distances between 191.4(3) and 231.7(4) pm. The connection between the Cu2+ coordination polyhedra and the [C6H2(COO)4]4– anions yields three‐dimensional framework with negative excess charge and wide centrosymmetric channel‐like voids. These voids extend parallel to [001] with the diagonal of the nearly rectangular cross‐section of approximately 900 pm. The channels of the framework accommodate [H3N–(CH2)9–NH3]2+ cations and water molecules, which are not connected to Cu2+. The nonane‐1,9‐diammonium cations adopt a partial gauche conformation. Thermoanalytical measurements in air show a loss of water of crystallization starting at 90 °C and finishing at approx. 170 °C. The dehydrated compound is stable up to 260 °C followed by an exothermic decomposition yielding copper oxide.  相似文献

Hydrothermal investigations in the system MgO/B2O3/P2O5(/H2O) yielded two new magnesium borophosphates, Mg2(H2O)[BP3O9(OH)4] and Mg(H2O)2[B2P2O8(OH)2]·H2O. The crystal structures were solved by means of single crystal X‐ray diffraction. While the acentric crystal structure of Mg2(H2O)[BP3O9(OH)4] (orthorhombic, P212121 (No. 19), a = 709.44(5) pm, b = 859.70(4) pm, c = 1635.1(1) pm, V = 997.3(3) × 106 pm3, Z = 4) contains 1D infinite chains of magnesium coordination octahedra interconnected by a borophosphate tetramer, Mg(H2O)2[B2P2O8(OH)2]·H2O (monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 776.04(5) pm, b = 1464.26(9) pm, c = 824.10(4) pm, β = 90.25(1)°, V = 936.44(9) × 106 pm3,Z = 4) represents the first layered borophosphate with 63 net topology. The structures are discussed and classified in terms of structural systematics.  相似文献

An attempt has been made to design double‐stranded ladder‐like coordination polymers (CPs) of hemidirected PbII. Four CPs, [Pb(μ‐bpe)(O2C‐C6H5)2] ? 2H2O ( 1 ), [Pb2(μ‐bpe)2(μ‐O2C‐C6H5)2(O2C‐C6H5)2] ( 2 ), [Pb2(μ‐bpe)2(μ‐O2C‐p‐Tol)2(O2C‐p‐Tol)2] ? 1.5 H2O ( 3 ) and [Pb2(μ‐bpe)2(μ‐O2C‐m‐Tol)2(O2C‐m‐Tol)2] ( 4 ) (bpe=1,2‐bis(4′‐pyridyl)ethylene), have been synthesised and investigated for their solid‐state photoreactivity. CPs 2 – 4 , having a parallel orientation of bpe molecules in their ladder structures and being bridged by carboxylates, were found to be photoreactive, whereas CP 1 is a linear one‐dimensional (1D) CP with guest water molecules aggregating to form a hydrogen‐bonded 1D structure. The linear strands of 1 were found to pair up upon eliminating lattice water molecules by heating, which led to the solid‐state structural transformation of photostable linear 1D CP 1 into photoreactive ladder CP 2 . In the construction of the double‐stranded ladder‐like structures, the parallel alignment of C?C bonds in 2 – 4 is dictated by the chelating and μ2‐η21 bridging modes of the benzoate and toluate ligands. The role of solvents in the formation of such double‐stranded ladder‐like structures has also been investigated. A single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal transformation occurred when 4 was irradiated under UV light to form [Pb2(rctt‐tpcb)(μ‐O2C‐m‐Tol)2(O2C‐m‐Tol)2] ( 5 ).  相似文献

The packing in 2 shows alternating layers of cluster anions and of ammonium/uncoordinated oxalates perpendicular to the [1 0 1] direction. Vibration spectra, electrochemistry and thermogravimetric properties of the complexes are also discussed.  相似文献

[Mn(H2O)2]4[HNC5H4(COO)]2[C6H2(COO)4]2·4H2O — A Three‐dimensional Coordination Polymer with Guest Water Molecules in Channel‐like Voids Single crystals of [Mn(H2O)2]4[HNC5H4(COO)]2[C6H2(COO)4]2·4H2O have been prepared in aqueous solution at 55 °C. Space group P1¯ (no. 2), a = 999.7(2), b = 1314.4(2), c = 1645.8(2) pm, α = 101.096(8)°, β = 92.796(14)°, γ = 96.03(2)°, V = 2.1053(5) nm3, Z = 2. There are four unique Mn2+ which are coordinated in a distorted, octahedral manner by two water molecules, three oxygen atoms of the pyromellitate anions and one oxygen atom of isonicotinic acid (Mn—O 208.6(2) — 227.3(3) pm). The connection of Mn2+ and [C6H2(COO)4]4— yields a three‐dimensional coordination polymer with two different, channel‐like voids extending parallel to [110]. The first channel accomodates water molecules, the second channel is filled by isonicotinic acid molecules. Thermogravimetric analysis in air revealed that the loss of water of crystallisation occurs in two steps between 97 and 200 °C. The dehydrated sample was stable between 200 and 340 °C. Further decomposition yielded Mn3O4.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition of the compounds was investigated by DSC/TG or DTA/TG and high temperature X‐ray powder diffraction measurements. In all cases the final decomposition product is NaCrO2.  相似文献

Two new three‐dimensional frameworks with zeolite‐like channels were prepared in the presence of 1,6‐diaminohexane. Cu1.5(H3N–(CH2)6–NH3)0.5[C6H2(COO)4] · 5H2O ( 1 ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ with a = 772.56(7), b = 1110.36(7), c = 1111.98(8) pm, α = 98.720(7)°, β = 108.246(9)°, and γ = 95.559(7)°. Cu2(H3N–(CH2)6–NH3)0.5(OH)[C6H2(COO)4] · 3H2O ( 2 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/c with a = 1159.34(11), b = 1059.44(7), c = 1582.2(2) pm, and β = 106.130(11)°. The Cu2+ coordination polyhedra are connected by [C6H2(COO)4]4– anions to yield three‐dimensional frameworks with wide centrosymmetric channel‐like voids. Complex 1 reveals voids extending along [100] with diagonals of 900 pm and 300 pm, whereas in complex 2 the diagonal of the nearly rectangular crossection of the channels extending parallel to [001] is 900 pm. The negative excess charges of the frameworks are compensated by [H3N–(CH2)6–NH3]2+ cations, which occupy the voids along with water molecules. The [H3N–(CH2)6–NH3]2+ cations are not connected to Cu2+ and have served as templates.  相似文献

A novel borophosphate, Zn3(C6H14N2)3[B6P12O39(OH)12] · (C6H14N2)[HPO4] has been synthesised under mild hydrothermal conditions at T = 165 °C. The chiral crystal structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction data (trigonal, R3 (no. 146), Z = 3, a = 2089.55(4) pm, c = 1237.03(4) pm, V = 4677.5(2) · 106 pm3, R1 = 0.066, wR2 = 0.164 for 5100 observed reflections). The title compound can be considered as an ordered composite of the two different and neutral structures which fit into each other: An open framework of composition Zn3(C6H14N2)3[B6P12O39(OH)12] and columns of composition (C6H14N2)[HPO4]. The framework structure is formed by mixed octahedral‐tetrahedral secondary building units, in a three‐dimensional arrangement reflecting a hierarchical derivative of the NbO structure type. The underlying NbO topology is illustrated with the help of Periodic Nodal Surfaces. The composite nature of the compound is resolved in the spatial segregation of two frameworks with a separating surface.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structure Determination of Lead(II) Oxide Halide Alcoholates with Different Connectivity of Pb4O4 Heterocubane‐like Subunits The reaction of red lead(II) oxide (Litharge) and lead(II) halide (Cl? and Br?) with diethylene glycole at a temperature of 180 °C leads to the isotypic compounds [Pb6(C4H8O3)O2Cl6] (1) and [Pb6(C4H8O3)O2Br6] (2) . In a similar synthesis with PbI2 as educt at temperature of 160 °C the two modifications β‐[Pb6(C4H8O3)O2I6] (3) and α‐[Pb6(C4H8O3)O2I6] (4) were found, whereas at a reaction temperature of 180 °C [Pb9(C2H4O2)(C4H8O3)O3I8] (5) was surprisingly obtained as product. The X‐ray diffraction data show that at a temperature of 180 °C a splitting of the ether took place. The cited compounds show cubane like subunits built by lead and oxygen atoms. These fragments are connected by alkoholate molecules. In 5 additionally an I6 octahedra centered by lead is observed.  相似文献

The title compounds 1 and 2 have the same chemical composition but exhibit different structures and are therefore polymorphs. Thus, in compound 1 , isolated ZnO4‐tetrahedra, and in 2 , infinite double‐chains of corner‐sharing ZnO6 polyhedra are observed. In, KZn[H(O2C)2C6H3PO3] ( 3 ) K+‐ions have been incorporated into the structure leading to the formation of a bimetallic inorganic‐organic hybrid compound.  相似文献

The two title chromene compounds, 3,3a‐dihydrocyclopenta[b]chromen‐1(2H)‐one, C16H12O2, (I), and 2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐3,3a‐dihydrocyclopenta[b]chromen‐1(2H)‐one, C19H14O3, (II), have been determined in the monoclinic space group P21/n. Compound (I) is mainly stabilized by C—H⋯π interactions. Compound (II) is linked into infinite one‐dimensional chains with a C(3) motif via intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The intermolecular C—H⋯π and π–π interactions also play key roles in stabilizing the crystal packing. Two intramolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds with S(5) motifs were detected in (II).  相似文献

Space group (Nr. 2), a = 723.94(7) pm, b = 813.38(14) pm, c = 931.0(2) pm, α = 74.24(2)°, β = 79.24(2)°, γ = 65.451(10)°, V = 0.47819(14) nm3, Z = 1. Cu2+ is coordinated in a distorted, octahedral manner by two water molecules, three oxygen atoms of the pyromellitate anions and one nitrogen atom of pyrazine (Cu—O 194.1(2)–229.3(3) pm; Cu–N 202.0(2) pm). The connection of Cu2+ and [C6H2(COO)4)]4? yields infinite strands, which are linked by pyrazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional coordination polymer. Thermogravimetric analysis in air showed that the dehydrated compound was stable between 175 and 248 °C. Further heating yielded CuO.  相似文献
