Seven phenolic compounds, including one new compound trans‐3,4,3′,5′‐tetrahydroxy‐4′‐methylstilbene 4‐O‐β‐D‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), together with six known compounds (+)‐hinokiol ( 2 ), 6‐hydroxy‐5,7‐dimethoxycoumarin ( 3 ), caffeic acid ( 4 ), vanillic acid ( 5 ), 4‐hydroxy‐2,6‐dimethoxyphenol‐1‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 6 ) and 4‐allyl‐2,6‐dimethoxyphenol‐1‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 7 ), were isolated from the root bark of Elsholtzia bodinieri Van't. Twenty components (including a new flavanone) were isolated and identified from the whole plant of Anaphalis sinica Hance. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical transformation. These components are 6‐[(5‐methyl‐6‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐pyrone‐3‐yl)‐methylene]glabranine ( 1 ), kaempferol ( 2 ), tiliroside ( 3 ), quercetin ( 4 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucoside ( 5 ), scutellarin ( 6 ), 5,7‐dihydroxy‐8‐methoxyflavone ( 7 ), 5,7‐dihydroxy‐4′‐methoxy‐flavone‐7‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 8 ), helipyrone ( 9 ), 4′‐hydroxydehydrokawain ( 10 ), panamin ( 11 ), ursolic acid ( 12 ), pomolic acid ( 13 ), 3‐acetyloleanolic acid ( 14 ), a mixture of N‐(2‐hydroxy‐acyl)‐4‐hydroxy‐8(E)‐ene‐sphingenine ( 15 ), O‐methyl‐D‐inositol ( 16 ), a mixture of β‐sitosterol ( 17 ) and stigmasterol ( 18 ) and a mixture of daucosterol ( 19 ) and stigmasterol‐β‐D‐glucoside ( 20 ). Among them, 6‐[(5‐methyl‐6‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐pyrone‐3‐yl)‐methylene]glabranine ( 1 ) is a new compound, and 13C NMR data of panamin ( 11 ) is reported for the first time.  相似文献

Two new flavone glycosides, 3′‐hydroxy‐5,7‐dimethoxyflavone 4′‐O‐β‐D‐apiofuranoside ( 1 ), and 5,7‐dimethoxyflavone 4′‐O‐[β‐D‐apiofuranosyl(1→5)‐ β‐D‐glucopyranoside] ( 2 ) along with four known compounds, 4′‐hydroxy‐5,7‐dimethoxyflavone ( 3 ), 2,6‐dimethoxy‐1,4‐benzoquinone ( 4 ), lupeol ( 5 ) and betulin ( 6 ) were isolated from the stem and roots of Strobilanthes formosanus. The isolation and identification of twenty‐two components (including one new compound) from the whole herb of Clinoponium laxiflorum (Hay) Matsum (Labiatae) are described. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral and chemical transformation. One new compound is methyl rosmarinate. The other twenty‐one compounds include three steroids (α‐spinasterol, α‐spinasteryl‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside, and β‐sitosteryl‐3‐O‐β‐glucopyranoside), three triterpenes (oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, and betulinic acid), nine flavonoids (didymin, apigenin‐7‐O‐β‐glucopyranoside, luteolin‐7‐O‐β‐glucopyranoside, isosakuranetin, narigenin, apigenin, luteolin, narirutin, and hesperidin), three lignolic acids (rosmarinic acid, 3‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)lactic acid, and caffeic acid), and three phenols (4‐hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3,4‐dihydroxybenzaldehyde, and 3,4‐dihydroxybenzoic acid).  相似文献

A new clionasterol glucoside, clionasterol‐[(1'→3α)‐O‐β‐D]‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), a new acylated clionasterol glucoside, clionasterol‐[6'‐O‐acyl‐(1'→3β)‐O‐b‐D]‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ) and clionasterol ( 3 ) were isolated from the aerial parts of Oplismenus burmannii. The nature and length of fatty acid acyl chains in 2 was identified by alkaline methanolysis of compound 2 . The aglycone fraction on GC‐MS analysis showed three peaks in GC at tR 49.86 (82.1%), 51.13 (13.3%) and 56.53 (4.6%) min, which were characterized as arachidic acid methyl ester ( a ) oleic acid methyl ester ( b ) and 12‐methyltetradecanoic acid methyl ester ( c ) respectively. Thus 2 was characterized as a mixture of three new compounds, clionasterol‐[6'‐O‐eicosanoyl‐(1'→3β)‐O‐β‐D]‐glucopyranoside ( 2a ), clionasterol‐[6'‐O‐(8Z)‐octa‐deca‐9‐enoyl‐(1'→3β)‐O‐β‐D]‐glucopyranoside ( 2b ) and clionasterol‐[6'‐O‐(12‐methyltetradecanoyl)‐(1'→3β)‐O‐β‐D]‐glucopyranoside ( 2c ).  相似文献

Two new flavonoids, abutilin A and B, were isolated from the chloroform soluble fraction of Abutilon pakistanicum and their structures assigned from 1H and 13C NMR spectra, DEPT and by 2D COSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments. Ferulic acid (3), (E)‐cinnamic acid (4), 5‐hydroxy‐4′,6,7,8‐tetramethoxyflavone (5), kaempferol (6), luteolin (7) and luteolin 7‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (8) have also been reported from this species. From the whole plant of Morina nepalensis var. alba Hand.‐Mazz., two new acylated flavonoid glycosides ( 1 and 2 ), together with four known flavonoid glycosides ( 3–6 ), were isolated. Their structures were determined to be quercetin 3‐O‐[2″′‐O‐(E)‐caffeoyl]‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranoside (monepalin A, 1 ), quercetin 3‐O‐[2″′‐O‐(E)‐caffeoyl]‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (monepalin B, 2 ), quercetin 3‐O‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranoside (rumarin, 3 ), quercetin 3‐O‐β‐D ‐galactopyranoside ( 4 ), quercetin 3‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ) and apigenin 4O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 6 ). Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of all compounds were achieved from the 2D NMR spectra, including H–H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and 2D HMQC‐TOCSY spectra. This paper describes the isolation of flavonoids and other aromatic compounds from an ethyl acetate extract of leaves of Siparuna glycycarpa using stepwise elution counter‐current chromatography (CCC). The elution profile yielded the following compounds: diglycosylated flavonoids, quercetin 3‐O‐rutinoside and quercetin 7‐O‐rutinoside, followed by monoglycosylated flavonoids, kaempferol‐3‐O‐β‐glucopyranoside, kaempferol‐3‐O‐β‐rhamnopiranoside, kaempferol‐3‐O‐β‐6′′(p‐coumaroyl) glucopyranoside, and quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐glucopyranoside, and then free phenolics, protocatechuic acid, and 2′,6′‐dihydroxy‐4, 4′‐dimethoxydihydrochalcone, which shows that this type of elution covers a broader range of polarity than the traditional isocratic mode. This makes it more suitable to perform separations of mixtures containing large differences in hydrophobicity. A GC analysis of a blank CCC run was performed to determine if changes in the mobile phase composition affect the chromatographic process. Results showed a gradual variation of the composition of the mobile phase emerging after the step gradient, favoring the selectivity of the solvent system.  相似文献

Three new natural products, a lignoid glycoside 1 and two dimeric phenylpropanoids 2 and 3 , along with two known lignans 4 and 5 , were isolated from the BuOH‐ and CHCl3‐soluble fractions of the whole plant of Daphne oleoides (Thymelaeaceae). The structures of the new compounds were established by spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR, as 4‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐9′‐hydroxy‐3,3′,4′‐trimethoxy‐7′,9‐epoxylignan ( 1 ), (1R,2S,5R,6R)‐6‐(3‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐5‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐(4‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐3,7‐dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane ( 2 ) and (1R,2S,5R,6S)‐2,6‐bis(3‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐5‐methoxyphenyl)‐3,7‐dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane ( 3 ). The other lignans were identified as (+)‐pinoresinol O‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 4 ) and (+)‐medioresinol ( 5 ).  相似文献

A thorough phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Saxifraga montana H. afforded a new glucoside, methyl 6″‐O‐(E)‐p‐hydroxycinnamoxyl‐glucosyringate ( 1 ), and seventeen known natural products, 3‐methyl‐6‐methoxy‐3,4‐dihydroisocoumarin‐8‐O‐β‐D‐glucospyranoside ( 2 ), gallic acid ( 3 ), glucosyringic acid ( 4 ), daphnoretin ( 5 ), chamaejasmoside ( 6 ), myricetin ( 7 ), quercetin ( 8 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐galactopyranoside ( 9 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinoside ( 10 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucospyranoside ( 11 ), rutin ( 12 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl (6‐1) glucopyranoside ( 13 ), ursolic acid ( 14 ), 5,28‐stigmastadien‐3β‐ol ( 15 ), β‐sitosterol ( 16 ), β‐daucosterin ( 17 ), 6′‐palmitoxyl‐β‐daucosterin ( 18 ). On the basis of various spectroscopic methods, especially intensive 2D‐NMR (COSY, HMQC and HMBC), FAB‐MS and HR‐ESI‐MS techniques, their structures were elucidated.  相似文献

The three new 3‐O‐methylquercetin glucosides 1 – 3 , together with three known congeners and 3‐O‐methylquercetin, were isolated from the fern Ophioglossum pedunculosum (quercetin=2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐3,5,7‐trihydroxy‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one). The new compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic analysis as 5′‐isoprenyl‐3‐O‐methylquercetin 4′,7‐di‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 3‐O‐methylquercetin 4′‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside 7‐[O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside] ( 2 ), and 3‐O‐methylquercetin 7‐[O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside] ( 3 ). The effect of the isolated compounds on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced NO production was evaluated. The inhibitory activity of 3‐O‐methylquercetin derivatives decreased markedly with the increasing number of glucosyl groups in the structures.  相似文献

A new dihydrobenzodioxane derivative, origalignanol ( 10 ), together with nine polyphenolic compounds, salvianolic acid A ( 1 ), salvianolic acid C ( 2 ), lithospermic acid ( 3 ), apigenin 7‐O‐β‐D‐glucuronide ( 4 ), apigenin 7‐O‐β‐D‐(6″‐methyl)glucuronide ( 5 ), luteolin, ( 6 ), luteolin 7‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 7 ), luteolin 7‐O‐β‐D‐glucuronide ( 8 ), and luteolin 7‐O‐β‐D‐xylopyranoside ( 9 ), were isolated from the aqueous ethanolic extract of the aerial parts of Origanum vulgare for the first time. The structure of new compound 10 was determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Compound 5 is probably an artifact formed during the isolation. Compounds 1, 2 and 3 showed strong DPPH radical scavenging activity with an EC50 of 7.2 ± 0.4, 9.6 ± 0.9, and 9.5 ± 0.7 μM, respectively, and protected rat hepatocytes from CCl4‐damage at 100 μM.  相似文献

Due to the possible role in human health, the number of analytical studies on lignans aimed at their quali‐ and quantitative analysis in plant extracts, biological fluids and foods is continuously increasing. However, helpful systematic mass spectrometric investigations on these compounds are few and rather limited to specific lignan sub‐classes. To increase the comprehension of the previously outlined picture of the gas‐phase properties of furofuran lignans, we extended the study to tetrahydrofuran lignans and here we reported the collision‐activated dissociation (CAD) fragmentation patterns of the alkali metal cation adducts, [M+Alk]+, and [M–H]? ions of three isomeric tetrahydrofuran lignans, (+)‐8′‐hydroxylariciresinol 4′‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (1), (+)‐7′‐hydroxylariciresinol 7′‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (2) and 4‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy‐3,3′‐dimethoxy‐7,9′‐epoxylignan‐5′,8′,9‐triol (3) investigated by electrospray ionization triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (ESI‐TQMS). Hydrogen/deuterium (H/D) solution exchange experiments, allowing the selective H/D exchange of all the acidic hydrogen atoms, proved to be a very effective tool to obtain information on the nature of fragments generated during TQ/CAD processes. The [M+Na]+ CAD mass spectra of the three isomeric tetrahydrofurans revealed four different pathways involving the loss of the glucose moiety, which allowed the assignment of the glycosylation site. In the negative ion mode, the main fragmentation channel of the [M–H]? ions of O‐glucosylated lignans at the phenolic oxygen atoms is represented by the loss of 162 Da. When the sugar is bound to a benzylic OH group the loss of the sugar as a 180 Da unit occurs eventually following the loss of a water molecule involving both the C(9)H2OH chain and the sugar. Three new isoflavone C‐glycosides, along with two known isoflavone O‐glycosides, were isolated from the roots of Pueraria lobata (Willd .) Ohwi . The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 4′,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐methoxyisoflavone 8‐C‐[β‐d‐ glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)]‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 4′,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐methoxyisoflavone 8‐C‐[β‐d‐ apiofuranosyl‐(1→6)]‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside ( 2 ), and 8‐Cβ‐d‐ glucopyranosyl‐4′,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐methoxyisoflavone 4′‐Oβ‐d‐ glucopyranoside ( 3 ) on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR and MS analyses. The known compounds isolated were identified by comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark of Acanthopanax brachypus afforded a new labdanetype diterpene glycoside, 3α‐trans‐sinapoyloxy‐jhanol 18‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), together with four known compounds, including one diterpene acid, acanthoic acid ( 2 ), one coumarin, isofraxidin ( 3 ), one phenolic glycoside, sasanquin ( 4 ), as well as one chalcone glycoside, okanin 4‐methyl ether‐3′‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ). All of the structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, including 1H, 13C, 2D‐NMR and HR‐MS, as well as chemical methods and comparison with the literature data.  相似文献

Seven new phenolic glucosides, 2′‐O‐acetylhenryoside ( 1 ), 2′,3′‐di‐O‐acetylhenryoside ( 2 ), 2′,6′‐di‐O‐acetylhenryoside ( 3 ), 2′,3′,6′‐tri‐O‐acetylhenryoside ( 4 ), 2′,3′,4′,6′‐tetra‐O‐acetylhenryoside ( 5 ), 2‐[(2,3‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐6‐hydroxybenzoic acid ( 6 ), and 6‐hydroxy‐2‐[(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]benzoic acid ( 7 ), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Viburnum cylindricum, along with 26 known compounds (henryoside=2‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐6‐hydroxybenzoic acid [2‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)phenyl]methyl ester). We developed a simple and meaningful preparative method for the separation and purification of the main phenolic compounds from the leaves of celery (Apium graveolens L. var. dulce Mill./Pers.) and we established an accurate and specific analytical method for the identification of the main phenolic compounds from celery leaves. The crude extract from celery leaves was prefractioned by polyamide resin to enrich the phenolic compounds. They were then purified further by preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography, and seven main phenolic compounds were obtained: including chlorogenic acid, luteolin 7‐O‐β‐d‐ apiofuranosyl(1→2)‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside, luteolin 7‐O‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside, apiin, chrysoeriol 7‐O‐β‐d‐ apiofuranosyl(1→2)‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside, luteolin 7‐O‐[β‐d‐ apiofuranosyl(1→2)‐(6′′‐O‐malonyl)]‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside, and apigenin 7‐O‐[β‐d‐ apiofuranosyl(1→2)‐(6′′‐O‐malonyl)]‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside. Their purities were measured by using high‐performance liquid chromatography, and their chemical structures were confirmed using UV spectrophotometry, ultra high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry, and NMR spectroscopy. Our studies indicate that preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography combined with polyamide resin is a simple and meaningful preparative method for the separation and purification of phenolic compounds from the leaves of celery or other plants, and the use of UV spectrophotometry, ultra high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry, and NMR spectroscopy is an accurate and specific analytical method for the identification of phenolic compounds.  相似文献

Two new iridoid glycosides, named scyphiphorins A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), together with four known compounds, geniposidic acid (=(1S,4aS,7aS)‐1‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐1,4a,5,7a‐tetrahydro‐7‐(hydroxymethyl)cyclopenta[c]pyran‐4‐carboxylic acid; 3 ), 4‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzyl)butan‐2‐one, oleanolic acid (=(3β)‐3‐hydroxyolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid), and stigmasterol β‐D ‐glucoside (=(3β,22E)‐stigmasta‐5,22‐dien‐3‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside), were isolated for the first time from the stem bark of a Chinese mangrove, Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea Gaertn . f. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined as 10‐O‐benzoylgeniposidic acid and 10‐O‐[(2E,6R)‐8‐hydroxy‐2,6‐dimethyl‐1‐oxooct‐2‐en‐1‐yl]geniposidic acid, respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical methods, including 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献
