Diaminostannylenes react with [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] without cluster fragmentation to give carbonyl substitution products regardless of the steric demand of the diaminostannylene reagent. Thus, the Sn(3)Ru(3) clusters [Ru(3){μ-Sn(NCH(2)(t)Bu)(2)C(6)H(4)}(3)(CO)(9)] (4) and [Ru(3){μ-Sn(HMDS)(2)}(3)(CO)(9)] (6) [HMDS = N(SiMe(3))(2)] have been prepared in good yields by treating [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with an excess of the cyclic 1,3-bis(neo-pentyl)-2-stannabenzimidazol-2-ylidene and the acyclic and bulkier Sn(HMDS)(2), respectively, in toluene at 110 °C. The use of smaller amounts of Sn(HMDS)(2) (Sn/Ru(3) ratio = 2.5) in toluene at 80 °C afforded the Sn(2)Ru(3) derivative [Ru(3){μ-Sn(HMDS)(2)}(2)(μ-CO)(CO)(9)] (5). Compounds 5 and 6 represent the first structurally characterized diaminostannylene-ruthenium complexes. While a further treatment of 5 with Ge(HMDS)(2) led to a mixture of uncharacterized compounds, a similar treatment with the sterically alleviated diaminogermylene Ge(NCH(2)(t)Bu)(2)C(6)H(4) provided [Ru(3){μ-Sn(HMDS)(2)}(2){μ-Ge(NCH(2)(t)Bu)(2)C(6)H(4)}(CO)(9)] (7), which is a unique example of Sn(2)GeRu(3) cluster. All these reactions, coupled to a previous observation that [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] reacts with excess of Ge(HMDS)(2) to give the mononuclear complex [Ru{Ge(HMDS)(2)}(2)(CO)(3)] but triruthenium products with less bulky diaminogermylenes, indicate that, for reactions of [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with diaminometalenes, both the volume of the diaminometalene and the size of its donor atom (Ge or Sn) are of key importance in determining the nuclearity of the final products.  相似文献

The anionic oxophosphinidene complexes (H-DBU)[MCp{P(O)R*}(CO)(2)] (M = Mo, W; R* = 2,4,6-C(6)H(2)(t)Bu(3); Cp = η(5)-C(5)H(5), DBU = 1,8-diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7-ene) displayed multisite reactivity when faced with different electrophilic reagents. The reactions with the group 14 organochloride compounds ER(4-x)Cl(x) (E = Si, Ge, Sn, Pb) led to either phosphide-like, oxophosphinidene-bridged derivatives [MCp{P(OE')R*}(CO)(2)] (E' = SiMe(3), SiPh(3), GePh(3), GeMe(2)Cl) or to terminal oxophosphinidene complexes [MCp{P(O)R*}(CO)(2)(E')] (E' = SnPh(3), SnPh(2)Cl, PbPh(3); Mo-Pb = 2.8845(4) ? for the MoPb compound). A particular situation was found in the reaction with SnMe(3)Cl, this giving a product existing in both tautomeric forms, with the phosphide-like complex [MCp{P(OSnMe(3))R*}(CO)(2)] prevailing at room temperature and the tautomer [MCp{P(O)R*}(CO)(2)(SnMe(3))] being the unique species present below 203 K in dichloromethane solution. The title anions also showed a multisite behavior when reacting with transition-metal based electrophiles. Thus, the reactions with the complexes [M'Cp(2)Cl(2)] (M' = Ti, Zr) gave phosphide-like derivatives [MCp{P(OM')R*}(CO)(2)] (M = Mo, M' = TiCp(2)Cl, ZrCp(2)Cl; M = W, M' = ZrCp(2)Cl), displaying a bridging κ(1),κ(1)-P,O- oxophosphinidene ligand connecting MCp(CO)(2) and M'Cp(2)Cl metal fragments (W-P = 2.233(1) ?, O-Zr = 2.016(4) ? for the WZr compound]. In contrast, the reactions with the complex [AuCl{P(p-tol)(3)}] gave the metal-metal bonded derivatives trans-[MCp{P(O)R*}(CO)(2){AuP(p-tol)(3)}] (M = Mo, W; Mo-Au = 2.7071(7) ?). From all the above results it was concluded that the terminal oxophosphinidene complexes are preferentially formed under conditions of orbital control, while charge-controlled reactions tend to give derivatives with the electrophilic fragment bound to the oxygen atom of the oxophosphinidene ligand (phosphide-like, oxophosphinidene-bridged derivatives).  相似文献

The trioxo [ReO(3){SO(3)C(pz)(3)}] (1) (pz = pyrazolyl) and oxo [ReOCl{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}(PPh(3))]Cl (2) compounds with tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate were obtained by treatment of Re(2)O(7) or [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)], respectively, with Li[SO(3)C(pz)(3)], whereas [ReCl(3){HC(pz)(3)}] (3), [ReCl(3){HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)}] (4) and [ReCl(4){eta(2)-HC(pz)(3)}] (5) were prepared by reaction of [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)] (3,4) or [ReCl(4)(NCMe)(2)] (5) with hydrotris(pyrazolyl)methane HC(pz)(3) (3,5) or hydrotris(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3) (4). [ReO{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}{OC(CH(3))(2)pz}][ReO(4)] 6, with a chelated pyrazolyl-alkoxide, was derived from an unprecedented ketone-pyrazolyl coupling on reaction of crude 1 with acetone. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopies, FAB-MS spectrometry and cyclic voltammetry and, in the case of 5 and 6, also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical E(L) Lever parameter has been estimated, for the first time, for the SO(3)C(pz)(3)(-) and oxo ligands allowing the measurement of their electron-donor character and comparison with other ligands. Compounds 1, 2 and 6 appear to be the first tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate complexes of rhenium to be reported.  相似文献

The reactions of Na[C(5)(CN)(5)] (Na[1]) with group 11 phosphine complexes [(P)(n)MCl] (M = Cu, Ag, Au, P = Ph(3)P; M = Cu, P = dppe (Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))] give a range of compounds containing the pentacyanocyclopentadienide ligand, [C(5)(CN)(5)](-) (1). The new complexes [(Ph(3)P)(2)M{1}](2) [M = Cu (3); M = Ag (5)], [(Ph(3)P)(3)Ag{1}] (4), [(dppe)(3)Cu(2){1}(2)] (6) and [Au(PPh(3))(2)][1] (7) include the first complete series of group 11 complexes of any cyclopentadienide ligand to be structurally characterised.  相似文献

The reaction of the functional diphosphine 1 [1 = 2-(bis(diphenylphosphino)methyl-oxazoline] with [PtCl(2)(NCPh)(2)] or [PdCl(2)(NCPh)(2)], in the presence of excess NEt(3), affords [Pt{(Ph(2)P)(2)C···C(···NCH(2)CH(2)O)}(2)] ([Pt(1(-H)-P,P)(2)], 3a) and [Pd{(Ph(2)P)(2)C···C(···NCH(2)CH(2)O)}(2)] ([Pd(1(-H)-P,P)(2)], 3b), respectively, in which 1(-H) is (oxazoline-2-yl)bis(diphenylphosphino)methanide. The reaction of 3b with 2 equiv of [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) afforded [Pd(1(-H)-P,N)(2)(AuCl)(2)] (4), as a result of the opening of the four-membered metal chelate since ligand 1(-H), which was P,P-chelating in 3b, behaves as a P,N-chelate toward the Pd(II) center in 4 and coordinates to Au(I) through the other P donor. In the absence of a base, the reaction of ligand 1 with [PtCl(2)(NCPh)(2)] in MeCN or CH(2)Cl(2) afforded the isomers [Pt{(Ph(2)P)(2)C═C(OCH(2)CH(2)NH)}(2)]Cl(2) ([Pt(1'-P,P)(2)]Cl(2) (5), 1' = 2-(bis(diphenylphosphino)methylene)-oxazolidine) and [Pt{(Ph(2)P)(2)C═C(OCH(2)CH(2)NH)}{Ph(2)PCH═C(OCH(2)CH(2)N(PPh(2))}]Cl(2) ([Pt(1'-P,P)(2'-P,P)]Cl(2) (6), 2' = (E)-3-(diphenylphosphino)-2-((diphenylphosphino)methylene)oxazolidine]. The P,P-chelating ligands in 5 result from a tautomeric shift of the C-H proton of 1 to the nitrogen atom, whereas the formation of one of the P,P-chelates in 6 involves a carbon to nitrogen phosphoryl migration. The reaction of 5 and 6 with a base occurred by deprotonation at the nitrogen to afford 3a and [Pt{(Ph(2)P)(2)C···C(···NCH(2)CH(2)O)}{Ph(2)PCH═COCH(2)CH(2)N(PPh(2))}]Cl ([Pt(1(-H)-P,P)(2'-P,P)]Cl (7)], respectively. In CH(2)Cl(2), an isomer of 3a, [Pt{Ph(2)P)(2)C···C(···NCH(2)CH(2)O)}{Ph(2)PC(PPh(2))═COCH(2)CH(2)N}] ([Pt(1(-H)-P,P)(1(-H)-P,N)] (8)), was obtained as a side product which contains ligand 1(-H) in two different coordination modes. Complexes 3b·4CH(2)Cl(2), 4·CHCl(3), 6·2.5CH(2)Cl(2), and 8·CH(2)Cl(2) have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reactivity of (eta(3)-allyl)palladium chloro dimers [(1-R-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))PdCl](2) (R = H or Me) towards a sterically hindered diphosphazane ligand [EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)] (R = C(6)H(3)(Pr(i))(2)-2,6), has been investigated under different reaction conditions. When the reaction is carried out using NH(4)PF(6) as the halide scavenger, the cationic complex [(1-R-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))Pd{EtN(P(OR)(2))(2)}]PF(6) (R = H or Me) is formed as the sole product. In the absence of NH(4)PF(6), the initially formed cationic complex, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))Pd{EtN(P(OR)(2))(2)}]Cl, is transformed into a mixture of chloro bridged complexes over a period of 4 days. The dinuclear complexes, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))Pd(2)(mu-Cl)(2){P(O)(OR)(2)}{P(OR)(2)(NHEt)}] and [Pd(mu-Cl){P(O)(OR)(2)}{P(OR)(2)(NHEt)}](2) are formed by P-N bond hydrolysis, whereas the octa-palladium complex [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))(2-Cl-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))Pd(4)(mu-Cl)(4)(mu-EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2))](2), is formed as a result of nucleophilic substitution by a chloride ligand at the central carbon of an allyl fragment. The reaction of [EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)] with [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))PdCl](2) in the presence of K(2)CO(3) yields a stable dinuclear (eta(3)-allyl)palladium(I) diphosphazane complex, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))[mu-EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)Pd(2)Cl] which contains a coordinatively unsaturated T-shaped palladium center. This complex exhibits high catalytic activity and high TON's in the catalytic hydrophenylation of norbornene.  相似文献

Acetone solutions of [Au(OClO3)(PCy3)] react with complexes [M{S2C=(t-Bu-fy)}2]2- [t-Bu-fy=2,7-di-tert-butylfluoren-9-ylidene; M=Pd (2a), Pt (2b)] or [M{S2C=(t-Bu-fy)}(dbbpy)] [dbbpy=4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridyl; M=Pd (3a), Pt (3b)] to give the heteronuclear complexes [M{S2C=(t-Bu-fy)}2{Au(PCy3)}2] [2:1 molar ratio; M=Pd (4a), Pt (4b)], [M{S2C=(t-Bu-fy)}(dbbpy){Au(PCy3)}]ClO4 [1:1 molar ratio; M=Pd (5a), Pt (5b)], or [M{S2C=(t-Bu-fy)}(dbbpy){Au(PCy3)}2](ClO4)2 [2:1 molar ratio; M=Pd (6a), Pt (6b)]. The crystal structures of 3a, 4a, 4b, 5b, and 6a have been solved by single-crystal X-ray studies and, in the cases of the heteronuclear derivatives, reveal the formation of short Pd...Au or Pt...Au metallophilic contacts in the range of 3.048-3.311 A. Compounds 4a and b and 5a and b undergo a dynamic process in solution that involves the migration of the [Au(PCy3)]+ units between the sulfur atoms of the dithiolato ligands. The coordination of 2a and b and 3a and b to [Au(PCy3)]+ units results in important modifications of their photophysical properties. The dominant effect in the absorption spectra is an increase in the energy of the MLCT (4a and b) or charge transfer to diimine (5a, b, 6a, b) transitions because of a decrease in the energies of the mixed metal/dithiolate HOMOs. The Pd complexes 2a and 4a are luminescent at 77 K, and the features of their emissions are consistent with an essentially metal-centered 3d-d state. The Pt/Au complexes are also luminescent at 77 K, and their emissions can be assigned as originating from a MLCT triplet state (4b) or a mixture of charge transfer to diimine and diimine intraligand pi-pi* triplet states (5b and 6b).  相似文献

Reactions between sodium amides Na[N(SiMe3)R1] [R1 = SiMe3 (1), SiMe2Ph (2) or But (3)] and cyanoalkanes RCN (R = Ad or But) were investigated. In each case the nitrile adduct [Na{mu-N(SiMe3)2}(NCR)]2 [R = Ad (1a) or But (1b)], trans-[Na{mu-N(SiMe3)(SiMe2Ph)}(NCR)]2 [R = Ad (2a) or But (2b)], [(Na{mu-N(SiMe3)But})3(NCAd)3] (3a) or [(Na{mu-N(SiMe3)But})3(NCBut)n] [n = 3 (3b) or 2 (3c)] was isolated. The reaction of complexes 3a or 3b with benzene afforded the ketimido complex [Na{mu-N=C(Ad)(Ph)}]6.2C6H6 (4a) or [Na{mu-N=C(But)(Ph)}]6 (4b); the former was also prepared in more conventional fashion from NaPh and AdCN. The synthesis and structure of an analogue of complex 1a, [Li{mu-N(SiMe3)2}(NCAd)]2 (5a), is also presented. The compounds 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3, 3b, 4a, 4b and 5a were characterised by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Compounds of the new tetrafluorophthalimido anion, [C(6)F(4)(CO)(2)N](-), are readily accessible by treatment of tetrafluorophthalimide with either LiNPr(i)(2) or mixtures of NEt(3) and Me(3)ECl (E = Si or Sn), to give C(6)F(4)(CO)(2)N-X (X = Li 3, SiMe(3)4, and SnMe(3)5). The reaction of the trimethylsilyl derivative 4 with AgF leads cleanly to the ion pair complex [Ag(NCMe)(2)][Ag(N(CO)(2)C(6)F(4))(2)] (6·2MeCN), which contains a linear [Ag{N(CO)(2)C(6)F(4)}(2)](-) anion and a tetracoordinate Ag(+) cation. Compound 6 reacts with iodine to give the N-iodo compound C(6)F(4)(CO)(2)NI 7, which crystallises as an acetonitrile adduct. Treatment of 6 with LAuCl affords LAu{N(CO)(2)C(6)F(4)} (L = Ph(3)P 8a, Cy(3)P 8b, or THT 9), whereas the reaction with AuCl in acetonitrile affords the heterobinuclear compound [Ag(MeCN)(2)][Au{N(CO)(2)C(6)F(4)}(2)]·MeCN (10·3MeCN). The tetrafluorophthalimido ligand is not readily displaced by donor ligands; however, the addition of B(C(6)F(5))(3)(Et(2)O) to a diethyl ether solution of 8a leads to the salt [Au(PPh(3))(2)][N{COB(C(6)F(5))(3)}(2)C(6)F(4))] 11. The analogous reaction of (THT)Au{N(CO)(2)C(6)F(4)} with B(C(6)F(5))(3) in toluene in the presence of excess norbornene (nb) gives [Au(nb)(3)][N{COB(C(6)F(5))(3)}(2)C(6)F(4))] 12. Compounds 11 and 12 contain a new non-coordinating phthalimido-bridged diborate anion with O-bonded boron atoms. The crystal structures of compounds 2-11 are reported.  相似文献

Carbophosphazene-based coordination ligands [{NC(NMe(2))}(2){NP(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)}] (1), [{NC(NEt)(2)}{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{NP(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)}] (2), [NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)](2)[NP(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)] (3), [{NCCl}(2){NP(NC(NMe(2))(2))(2)}] (4), and [{NC(p-OC(5)H(4)N)}(2){NP(NC(NMe(2))(2))(2)}] (5) were synthesized and structurally characterized. In these compounds, the six-membered C(2)N(3)P ring is perfectly planar. The reaction of 1 with CuCl(2) afforded [{NC(NMe(2))}(2){NHP(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}·{Cu(3,5-Me(2)PzH)(2)(Cl)}][Cl] (6). The ligand binds to Cu(II) utilizing the geminal [P(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)] coordinating unit. Similarly, the reaction of 2 with PdCl(2) afforded, after a metal-assisted P-N hydrolysis, [{NC(NEt)(2)}{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{NP(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}·{Pd(3,5-Me(2)PzH)(Cl)}] (7). In the latter, the [P(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)] unit does not coordinate; in this instance, the Pd(II) is bound by a ring nitrogen atom and a carbon-tethered pyrazolyl nitrogen atom. The reaction of 3 with PdCl(2) also results in P-N bond hydrolysis affording [{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)}{NP(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{Pd(Cl)}] (8). In contrast to 7, however, in 8, the Pd(II) elicits a nongeminal η(3) coordination from the ligand involving two carbon-tethered pyrazolyl groups and a ring nitrogen atom. Metalated products could not be isolated in the reaction of 3 with K(2)PtCl(4). Instead, a P-O-P bridged carbodiphosphazane dimer, [{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)NHC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{NP(O)}](2) (9), was isolated as the major product. Finally, the reaction of 5 with PdCl(2) resulted in [{NC(OC(5)H(4)N)}(2){NP(NC(NMe(2))(2))(2)}·{PdCl(2)}] (10). In the latter, the exocyclic P-N bonds are quite robust and are involved in binding to the metal ion. Compounds 6-10 have been characterized by a variety of techniques including X-ray crystallography. In all of the compounds, the bond parameters of the inorganic heterocyclic rings are affected by metalation.  相似文献

The heteroleptic lithium amide, [(Me3Sn)(Me3Ge)NLi.(Et2O)]2 (2), reacts with MCl(2) (M = Sn, Ge, Pb) to yield the corresponding cubane complexes [M(mu3-NGeMe3)]4 [M = Sn (3), Ge (4), Pb (5)]. In an analogous reaction with SnCl2, the lithium stannylamide, [(Me3Sn)2NLi.(Et2O)]2 (1), produces the mixed-valent Sn congener [Sn(mu3-NSnMe3)]4 (6). All imidocubanes contain both di- and tetravalent group 14 metals that are bridged by N. These structures are comprised of M4N4 (M = Sn, Pb, Ge) cores that possess varying distortion from perfect cube geometry. The Pb derivative (5) exhibits enhanced volatility and vapor-phase integrity.  相似文献

Various products of the reaction of [E(ddp)] (ddp=2-{(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)amino}-4-{(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imino}-2-pentene; E=Al, Ga) with Pt(0) and Pd(0) olefin complexes are reported. Thus, the reaction of [Pt(cod)(2)] (cod=1,5-cyclooctadiene) with two equivalents of [Ga(ddp)] yields [Pt(1,3-cod){Ga(ddp)}(2)] (1), whereas treatment of [Pd(2)(dvds)(3)] (dvds=1,1,3,3-tetramethyl1,3-divinyldisiloxane) with [E(ddp)] leads to the monomeric compounds [(dvds)Pd{E(ddp)}] (E=Ga (2 a), Al (2 b)) by substitution of the bridging dvds ligand. Both 1 and 2 a readily react with strong pi-acceptor ligands such as CO or tBuNC to give the dimeric compounds [M{mu(2)-Ga(ddp)}(L)] (L=CO, tBuNC; M=Pt (3 a, 5 a), Pd (3 b, 5 b)), respectively. Based on (1)H NMR spectroscopic data, [Pt{Ga(ddp)}(2)(CO)] is likely to be an intermediate in the formation of 3 a. Furthermore, reactions of 1 with H(2) and HSiEt(3) yield the monomeric compounds [Pt{Ga(ddp)}(2)(H)(2)] (7) and [Pt{Ga(ddp)}(2)(H)(SiEt(3))] (8). Finally, the reaction of [Pt(cod)(2)] with one equivalent of [Ga(ddp)] in the presence of H(2) in hexane gives the new dimeric cluster [Pt{mu(2)-Ga(ddp)}(H)(2)](2) (9).  相似文献

The nature of the products of the reactions of [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with diaminogermylenes depends upon the volume and the cyclic or acyclic structure of the latter. Thus, the triruthenium cluster [Ru(3){μ-Ge(NCH(2)CMe(3))(2)C(6)H(4)}(3)(CO)(9)], which has a planar Ru(3)Ge(3) core and an overall C(3h) symmetry, has been prepared in quantitative yield by treating [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with an excess of the cyclic 1,3-bis(neo-pentyl)-2-germabenzimidazol-2-ylidene in toluene at 100 °C, but under analogous reaction conditions, the acyclic and bulkier Ge(HMDS)(2) (HMDS = N(SiMe(3))(2)) quantitatively leads to the mononuclear ruthenium(0) derivative [Ru{Ge(HMDS)(2)}(2)(CO)(3)]. Mixtures of products have been obtained from the reactions of [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with the cyclic and very bulky 1,3-bis(tert-butyl)-2-germaimidazol-2-ylidene under various reaction conditions. The Ru(3)Ge(3) and RuGe(2) products reported in this paper are the first ruthenium complexes containing diaminogermylene ligands.  相似文献

The gold(I) selenolate compound [Au(2)(SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)] (dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) has been prepared by reaction of [Au(2)Cl(2)(mu-dppf)] with PhSeSiMe(3) in a molar ratio 1:2. This complex reacts with gold(I) or gold(III) derivatives to give polynuclear gold(I)-gold(I) or gold(I)-gold(III) complexes of the type [Au(4)(mu-SePh)(2)(PPh(3))(2)(mu-dppf)](OTf)(2), [Au(3)(C(6)F(5))(3)(mu-SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)], or [Au(4)(C(6)F(5))(6)(mu-SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)], with bridging selenolate ligands. The reaction of [Au(2)(SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)] with 1 equiv of AgOTf leads to the formation of the insoluble Ag(SePh) and the compound [Au(2)(mu-SePh)(mu-dppf)]OTf. The complexes [Au(4)(C(6)F(5))(6)(mu-SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)] and [Au(2)(mu-SePh)(mu-dppf)]OTf (two different solvates) have been characterized by X-ray diffraction studies and show the presence of weak gold(I)-gold(III) interactions in the former and intra- and intermolecular gold(I)-gold(I) inter-actions in the later.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ce(Cp*)(2)I] or [U(Cp*)(2)I(py)] with 1 mol equivalent of bipy (Cp*=C(5)Me(5); bipy=2,2'-bipyridine) in THF gave the adducts [M(Cp*)(2)I(bipy)] (M=Ce (1 a), M=U (1 b)), which were transformed into [M(Cp*)(2)(bipy)] (M=Ce (2 a), M=U (2 b)) by Na(Hg) reduction. The crystal structures of 1 a and 1 b show, by comparing the U-N and Ce-N distances and the variations in the C-C and C-N bond lengths within the bidentate ligand, that the extent of donation of electron density into the LUMO of bipy is more important in the actinide than in the lanthanide compound. Reaction of [Ce(Cp*)(2)I] or [U(Cp*)(2)I(py)] with 1 mol equivalent of terpy (terpy=2,2':6',2'-terpyridine) in THF afforded the adducts [M(Cp*)(2)(terpy)]I (M=Ce (3 a), M=U (3 b)), which were reduced to the neutral complexes [M(Cp*)(2)(terpy)] (M=Ce (4 a), M=U (4 b)) by sodium amalgam. The complexes [M(Cp*)(2)(terpy)][M(Cp*)(2)I(2)] (M=Ce (5 a), M=U (5 b)) were prepared from a 2:1 mixture of [M(Cp*)(2)I] and terpy. The rapid and reversible electron-transfer reactions between 3 and 4 in solution were revealed by (1)H NMR spectroscopy. The spectrum of 5 b is identical to that of the 1:1 mixture of [U(Cp*)(2)I(py)] and 3 b, or [U(Cp*)(2)I(2)] and 4 b. The magnetic data for 3 and 4 are consistent with trivalent cerium and uranium species, with the formulation [M(III)(Cp*)(2)(terpy(*-))] for 4 a and 4 b, in which spins on the individual units are uncoupled at 300 K and antiferromagnetically coupled at low temperature. Comparison of the crystal structures of 3 b, 4 b, and 5 b with those of 3 a and the previously reported ytterbium complex [Yb(Cp*)(2)(terpy)] shows that the U-N distances are much shorter, by 0.2 A, than those expected from a purely ionic bonding model. This difference should reflect the presence of stronger electron transfer between the metal and the terpy ligand in the actinide compounds. This feature is also supported by the small but systematic structural variations within the terdentate ligands, which strongly suggest that the LUMO of terpy is more filled in the actinide than in the lanthanide complexes and that the canonical forms [U(IV)(Cp*)(2)(terpy(*-))]I and [U(IV)(Cp*)(2)(terpy(2-))] contribute significantly to the true structures of 3 b and 4 b, respectively. This assumption was confirmed by the reactions of complexes 3 and 4 with the H(.) and H(+) donor reagents Ph(3)SnH and NEt(3)HBPh(4), which led to clear differentiation of the cerium and uranium complexes. No reaction was observed between 3 a and Ph(3)SnH, while the uranium counterpart 3 b was transformed in pyridine into the uranium(IV) compound [U(Cp*)(2){NC(5)H(4)(py)(2)}]I (6), where NC(5)H(4)(py)(2) is the 2,6-dipyridyl(hydro-4-pyridyl) ligand. Complex 6 was further hydrogenated to [U(Cp*)(2){NC(5)H(8)(py)(2)}]I (7) by an excess of Ph(3)SnH in refluxing pyridine. Treatment of 4 a with NEt(3)HBPh(4) led to oxidation of the terpy(*-) ligand and formation of [Ce(Cp*)(2)(terpy)]BPh(4), whereas similar reaction with 4 b afforded [U(Cp*)(2){NC(5)H(4)(py)(2)}]BPh(4) (6'). The crystal structures of 6, 6' and 7 were determined.  相似文献

The structures of the trinuclear gold(I), [Au(3)(2,6-Me(2)-form)(2)-(THT)Cl], the dinuclear [Au(2)(2,6-Me(2)-form)(2)], and the oxidative-addition product [Au(2)(2,6-Me(2)-form)(2)Cl(2)] formamidinate complexes are reported. The trinuclear complex is stable with gold-gold distances 3.01 and 3.55 A. The gold-gold distance in the dinuclear complex decreases upon oxidative-addition with halogens from 2.7 to 2.5 A, similar to observations made with the dithiolates and ylides.  相似文献

Molybdenum and tungsten complexes containing the pypzH (3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole) ligand as a chelating bidentate are prepared: [Mo(CO)(4)(pypzH)], cis-[MoBr(η(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(pypzH)], cis-[MoCl(η(3)-methallyl)(CO)(2)(pypzH)], [MI(2)(CO)(3)(pypzH)] (M = Mo, W) from [Mo(CO)(4)(NBD)] or the adequate bis(acetonitrile) complexes. The deprotonation of the molybdenum allyl or methallyl complexes affords the bimetallic complexes [cis-{Mo(η(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(μ(2)-pypz)}](2) or [cis-{Mo(η(3)-methallyl)(CO)(2)(μ(2)-pypz)}](2) (μ(2)-pypz = μ(2)-3-(2-pyridyl-κ(1)N)pyrazolate-2κ(1)N). The allyl complex was subjected to an electrochemical study, which shows a marked connection between both metallic centres through the bridging pyridylpyrazolates.  相似文献

Homo- and heterobimetallic complexes of the form [(PPh(3))(2)(mu(2)-1,8-S(2)-nap){ML(n)}] (in which (1,8-S(2)-nap)=naphtho-1,8-dithiolate and {ML(n)}={PtCl(2)} (1), {PtClMe} (2), {PtClPh} (3), {PtMe(2)} (4), {PtIMe(3)} (5) and {Mo(CO)(4)} (6)) were obtained by the addition of [PtCl(2)(NCPh)(2)], [PtClMe(cod)] (cod=1,5-cyclooctadiene), [PtClPh(cod)], [PtMe(2)(cod)], [{PtIMe(3)}(4)] and [Mo(CO)(4)(nbd)] (nbd=norbornadiene), respectively, to [Pt(PPh(3))(2)(1,8-S(2)-nap)]. Synthesis of cationic complexes was achieved by the addition of one or two equivalents of a halide abstractor, Ag[BF(4)] or Ag[ClO(4)], to [{Pt(mu-Cl)(mu-eta(2):eta(1)-C(3)H(5))}(4)], [{Pd(mu-Cl)(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))}(2)], [{IrCl(mu-Cl)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(2)] (in which C(5)Me(5)=Cp*=1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl), [{RhCl(mu-Cl)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(2)], [PtCl(2)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] and [{Rh(mu-Cl)(cod)}(2)] to give the appropriate coordinatively unsaturated species that, upon treatment with [(PPh(3))(2)Pt(1,8-S(2)-nap)], gave complexes of the form [(PPh(3))(2)(mu(2)-1,8-S(2)-nap){ML(n)}][X] (in which {ML(n)}[X]={Pt(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))}[ClO(4)] (7), {Pd(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))}[ClO(4)] (8), {IrCl(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}[ClO(4)] (9), {RhCl(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}[BF(4)] (10), {Pt(PMe(2)Ph)(2)}[ClO(4)](2) (11), {Rh(cod)}[ClO(4)] (12); the carbonyl complex {Rh(CO)(2)}[ClO(4)] (13) was formed by bubbling gaseous CO through a solution of 12. In all cases the naphtho-1,8-dithiolate ligand acts as a bridge between two metal centres to give a four-membered PtMS(2) ring (M=transition metal). All compounds were characterised spectroscopically. The X-ray structures of 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 reveal a binuclear PtMS(2) core with PtM distances ranging from 2.9630(8)-3.438(1) A for 8 and 5, respectively. The napS(2) mean plane is tilted with respect to the PtP(2)S(2) coordination plane, with dihedral angles in the range 49.7-76.1 degrees and the degree of tilting being related to the PtM distance and the coordination number of M. The sum of the Pt(1)coordination plane/napS(2) angle, a, and the Pt(1)coordination plane/M(2)coordination plane angle, b, a+b, is close to 120 degrees in nearly all cases. This suggests that electronic effects play a significant role in these binuclear systems.  相似文献

Rhodium and iridium complexes bearing a tridentate [PEP] type ligand ([PEP] = {o-(Ph(2)P)C(6)H(4)}(2)E(Me); E = Ge or Sn) were synthesized through the phosphine exchange reaction accompanied by selective E-C bond cleavage. The ligand precursors {o-(Ph(2)P)C(6)H(4)}(2)EMe(2) (E = Ge or Sn) were readily obtained in excellent yields by treating {o-(Ph(2)P)C(6)H(4)}(2)Li with 0.5 equivalents of Me(2)ECl(2). Tris(triphenylphosphine)rhodium(i) carbonyl hydride M(H)(CO)(PPh(3))(3) (M = Rh, Ir) cleaved one of the E-Me bonds of {o-(Ph(2)P)C(6)H(4)}(2)EMe(2) exclusively to afford the trigonal bipyramidal (TBP) complexes, [PEP]M(CO)(PPh(3)). Square-planar rhodium complexes [PEP]Rh(PPh(3)) were also prepared from the reactions of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)rhodium(i) hydride Rh(H)(PPh(3))(4) with {o-(Ph(2)P)C(6)H(4)}(2)EMe(2). Further, the trans influence of group 14 elements E (E = Si, Ge, Sn) in [PEP]Rh(PPh(3)) is discussed in terms of the (1)J(Rh-P) coupling constants, indicating that E exhibited a stronger trans labilizing effect in the order Sn < Ge < Si.  相似文献

A crown ether isocyanide CNR (R = benzo-15-crown-5) has been synthesized by dehydration of the corresponding formamide. Substitution reactions with the appropriate gold(I) precursors afford the luminescent mononuclear derivatives [AuX(CNR)] (X = Cl, C 6F 5, Br, I), [Au(C 6F 4OCH 2C 6H 4OC nH 2 n+1 - p)(CNR)] ( n = 4, 8, 10, 12), and [Au(C 6F 4OCH 2C 6H 2-3,4,5-(OC n H 2 n+1 ) 3(CNR)] ( n = 4, 8, 12). X-ray diffraction studies of [AuCl(CNR)] show the molecules associated in a tetranuclear manner with an antiparallel orientation and gold-gold distances of 3.420 and 3.427 A (Au...Au...Au angles are 121.2 degrees ). These tetranuclear units generate infinite zigzag chains through longer Au...Au distances of 3.746 A and weak C-H...O nonclassic interactions. Nucleophilic attack to the coordinated isocyanide in [AuCl(CNR)] by methanol or a primary amine produces the carbene derivatives [AuCl{C((NHR)(OMe)}] and [AuCl{C(NHR')(NHR)}] (R' = Me, n-Bu). The ether crown in these complexes is able to coordinate sodium from NaClO 4, affording the corresponding bimetallic complexes (Na/Au = 1:1). The derivatives containing one alkoxy chain are liquid crystals, displaying a smectic C mesophase (for n > 4), whereas the trialkoxy derivatives display unidentified or smectic C mesophases, depending on the alkyl chain length. After complexation of sodium salts, the mesogenic behavior is lost. All of the derivatives are luminescent at room temperature in the solid state with emission maxima in the range 405-550 nm; they emit at 77 K from 410 to 572 nm. Only the ligand and the fluoroaryl complexes emit in solution at room temperature, but all of the compounds are luminescent at 77 K. Very interestingly, some fluoroaryl derivatives with alkoxy chains are luminescent not only in the solid, and in solution, but also in the mesophase, and in the isotropic liquid at moderate temperatures. These are the first metal complexes ever reported to show luminescence in the isotropic liquid state.  相似文献
