A new polydentate bridging ligand, NH(4)C(5)N=NC(6)H(4)N(H)C(5)H(4)N (HL(2)), is synthesized by the cobalt-mediated phenyl ring amination of coordinated NH(4)C(5)N=NC(6)H(5). The green cobalt complex intermediate [Co(L(2))(2)](ClO(4)), [1](ClO(4)), and the free ligand HL(2) were isolated and characterized. The X-ray structure of [H(2)L(2)](ClO(4)) is reported. The ligand, upon deprotonation, behaves as a bridging ligand. It reacts with NiCl(2).6H(2)O and Na(2)[PdCl(4)] to produce dimetallic complexes, [Ni(2)Cl(2)(L(2))(2)], 2, and [Pd(2)(L(2))(2)](ClO(4))(2), [3](ClO(4))(2), respectively. X-ray structures of these two dimetallic complexes are reported. The structure of the dinickel complex, in particular, is unique. In this complex, the two deprotonated secondary amine nitrogens of the two [L(2)](-) ligands bind to two nickel centers simultaneously forming a planar Ni(2)N(2) arrangement. The complex [3](ClO(4))(2) is diamagnetic while the complex 2 is paramagnetic. The results of magnetic measurements on the dinickel complex in the temperature range 1.8-300 K are reported. The system can be described as a single spin S = 2 in the low-temperature range T < J/k whereas at high temperatures, T > J/k, it behaves as two independent spins S = 1.The reaction of [L(2)](-) with K(2)[PtCl(4)], however, yielded a monometallic platinum complex, [PtCl(3)(L(2))], 5, where the pyridyl nitrogen of the aminopyridyl function remained unused. The X-ray structure of the complex 4a is reported. The bond lengths along the ligand backbones in all the complexes indicate extensive pi-delocalization. Spectral data of the complexes are reported and compared.  相似文献

An operationally simple and highly efficient methodology for the removal of the allyl protecting group in amides and lactams has been developed by using the commercially available bis(allyl)-ruthenium(IV) catalysts [Ru(eta(3):eta(2):eta(3)-C(12)H(18))Cl(2)] (C(12)H(18)=dodeca-2,6,10-triene-1,12-diyl) and [{Ru(eta(3):eta(3)-C(10)H(16))(micro-Cl)Cl}(2)] (C(10)H(16)=2,7-dimethylocta-2,6-diene-1,8-diyl). The tandem process, which takes place in aqueous media and proceeds in a one-pot manner, involves the initial isomerization of the C=C bond of the allyl unit and subsequent oxidative cleavage of the resulting enamide.  相似文献

Symmetrically disubstituted bis(3-hydroxyalkynyl) complex [TpRu{C[triple chemical bond]CCPh(2)(OH)}(2)(NO)] (1) (Tp = BH(pyrazol-1-yl)(3)) and unsymmetrically mixed (arylalkynyl)(3-hydroxyalkynyl) congener [TpRu(C[triple chemical bond]CC(6)H(4)Me){C[triple chemical bond]CCPh(2)(OH)}(NO)] (2) were newly prepared. Treatment of 1 or 2 with p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate was carried out to give unusual four-membered metallacyclic complexes [TpRu{C(=C=CPh(2))C(O)C(=CPh(2))}(NO)] (3) and [TpRu{C(=C=CPh(2))C(O)CH(C(6)H(4)Me)}(NO)] (5), respectively, as major products. Formation mechanism of 3 and 5 would involve insertion of the generated allenylidene group (Ru=C=C=CPh(2)) into the other Ru--C(alkynyl) bond, followed by hydration of the resulting alpha-alkynyl--allenyl fragment. With regards to the chemical reactivity of their four-membered metallacycles, treatment with aq. HCl in MeOH afforded the ring-opened one-HCl adducts, [TpRuCl{C(=C=CPh(2))C(O)CH=CPh(2)}(NO)] (7) and [TpRuCl{C(=C=CPh(2))C(O)CH(2)(C(6)H(4)Me)}(NO)] (8). On the other hand, the use of CH(2)Cl(2) and THF as the reaction solvent gave another type of one-HCl adducts [TpRu{CH(C(Cl)=CPh(2))C(O)C(==CPh(2))}(NO)] (9 a/9 b) and [TpRu{CH(C(Cl)=CPh(2))C(O)CH(C(6)H(4)Me)}(NO)] (11 a/11 b) as diastereomeric pairs, still retaining the four-membered ring structure. Moreover, their kinetically controlled products 9 b and 11 b were treated with aq. HCl to afford the ring-opened two-HCl adducts [TpRuCl{C(C(Cl)=CPh(2))(H)C(O)CH=CPh(2)}(NO)] (10) and [TpRuCl{CH(C(6)H(4)Me)C(O)CH(2)(C(Cl)=CPh(2))}(NO)] (12), respectively. In 10 and 12, each one Ru--C bond is cleaved at mutually different positions in the ring. Protonation on the carbonyl group would trigger the formation of 7-12.  相似文献

Treatment of TiCl(NMe(2))(3) with H(3)N·B(C(6)F(5))(3) results in N-H activation and ligand exchange to yield the structurally characterised salt [TiCl(NMe(2))(2)(NMe(2)H)(2)](+)[Ti[triple bond]NB(C(6)F(5))(3)(Cl)(2)(NMe(2)H)(2)](-). Cation exchange with [Me(4)N]Cl, [Ph(4)P]Cl and [(PhCH(2))Ph(3)P]Cl yields the respective ammonium and phosphonium salts of the [Ti[triple bond]NB(C(6)F(5))(3)(Cl)(2)(NMe(2)H)(2)](-) anion. X-ray crystallography reveals that the essential trigonal bipyramidal geometry and composition of the anion is retained in each of these salts despite some minor variations in the Ti-N-B angle and the nature of the interionic interactions. Electronic investigation by DFT calculations confirmed the Ti-N triple bond character implied by the experimentally determined bond length, with the HOMO and HOMO-1 having Ti-N π-bonding character. The dimethylamine ligands of the anion resist substitution by moderate bases but can be displaced by pyridine to give a pentacoordinate anion. In contrast, addition of 2,2'-bipyridyl gives a neutral octahedral complex. Treatment of the pyridine complex with TlCp results in the formation of a four coordinate anionic cyclopentadienyl complex.  相似文献

Attempts to prepare mixed-ligand zinc-zinc-bonded compounds that contain bulky C(5)Me(5) and terphenyl groups, [Zn(2)(C(5)Me(5))(Ar')], lead to disproportionation. The resulting half-sandwich Zn(II) complexes [(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))ZnAr'] (Ar' = 2,6-(2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3))(2)-C(6)H(3), 2; 2,6-(2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))(2)-C(6)H(3), 3) can also be obtained from the reaction of [Zn(C(5)Me(5))(2)] with the corresponding LiAr'. In the presence of pyr-py (4-pyrrolidinopyridine) or DBU (1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene), [Zn(2)(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)] reacts with C(5)Me(5)OH to afford the tetrametallic complexes [Zn(2)(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))L(μ-OC(5)Me(5))](2) (L = pyr-py, 6; DBU, 8), respectively. The bulkier terphenyloxide Ar(Mes)O(-) group (Ar(Mes) = 2,6-(2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2))(2)-C(6)H(3)) gives instead the dimetallic compound [Zn(2)(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))(OAr(Mes))(pyr-py)(2)], 7, that features a terminal Zn-OAr(Mes) bond. DFT calculations on models of 6-8 and also on the Zn-Zn-bonded complexes [Zn(2)(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(OC(5)H(5))(py)(2)] and [(η(5)-C(5)H(5))ZnZn(py)(3)](+) have been performed and reveal the nonsymmetric nature of the Zn-Zn bond with lower charge and higher participation of the s orbital of the zinc atom coordinated to the cyclopentadienyl ligand with respect to the metal within the pseudo-ZnL(3) fragment. Cyclic voltammetric studies on [Zn(2)(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)] have been also carried out and the results compared with the behavior of [Zn(C(5)Me(5))(2)] and related magnesium and calcium metallocenes.  相似文献

Reaction of the proligand Ph2PN(SiMe3)2 (L1) with WCl6 gives the oligomeric phosphazene complex [WCl4(NPPh2)]n, 1 and subsequent reaction with PMe2Ph or NBu4Cl gives [WCl4(NPPh2)(PMe2Ph)] (2) or [WCl5(NPPh2)][NBu4] (3), respectively. DF calculations on [WCl5(NPPh2)][NBu4] show a W=N double bond (1.756 A) and a P-N bond distance of 1.701 A, which combined with the geometry about the P atom suggests, there is no P-N multiple bonding. Reaction of L1 with [ReOX3(PPh3)2] in MeCN (X = Cl or Br) gives [ReX2(NC(CH3)P(O)Ph2)(MeCN)(PPh3)](X = Cl, 4, X = Br, 5) which contains the new phosphorylketimido ligand. It is bound to the rhenium centre with a virtually linear Re-N-C arrangement (Re-N-C angle = 176.6 degrees, when X = Cl) and there is multiple bonding between Re and N (Re-N = 1.809(7) A when X = Cl). The proligand Ph2PNHNMe2(L2H) reacts with [(C5H5)TiCl3] to give [(C5H5)TiCl2(Me2NNPPh2)] (6). An X-ray crystal structure of the complex shows the ligand (L2) is bound by both nitrogen atoms. Reaction of the proligands Ph2PNHNR2[R2 = Me2 (L2H), -(CH2CH2)2NCH3 (L3H), (CH2CH2)2CH2 (L4H)] with [{RuCl(mu-Cl)(eta6-p-MeC6H4iPr)}2] gave [RuCl2(eta6-p-MeC6H4iPr)L] {L = L2H (7), L3H (8), L4H (9)}. The X-ray crystal structures of 7-9 confirmed that the phosphinohydrazine ligand is neutral and bound via the phosphorus only. Reaction of complexes 7-9 with AgBF4 resulted in chloride ion abstraction and the formation of the cationic species [RuCl(6-p-MeC6H4iPr)(L)]+ BF4- {(L = L2H (10), L3H (11), L4H (12)}. Finally, reaction of complex 6 with [{RuCl(mu-Cl)(eta6-p-MeC6H4iPr)}2] gave the binuclear species [(eta6-p-MeC6H4iPr)Cl2Ru(mu2,eta3-Ph2PNNMe2)TiCl2(C5H5)], 13.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of novel Li and Yb complexes is reported, in which the monoanionic beta-diketiminato ligand has been (i) reduced (SET or 2 [times] SET), (ii) deprotonated, or (iii) C-N bond-cleaved. Reduction of the lithium beta-diketiminate Li(L(R,R'))[L(R,R')= N(SiMe(3))C(R)CHC(R')N(SiMe(3))] with Li metal gave the dilithium derivative [Li(tmen)(mu-L(R,R'))Li(OEt(2))](R = R'= Ph; or, R = Ph, R[prime or minute]= Bu(t)). When excess of Li was used the dimeric trilithium [small beta]-diketiminate [Li(3)(L(R,R[prime or minute]))(tmen)](2)(, R = R'= C(6)H(4)Bu(t)-4 = Ar) was obtained. Similar reduction of [Yb(L(R,R'))(2)Cl] gave [Yb[(mu-L(R,R'))Li(thf)](2)](, R = R[prime or minute]= Ph; or, R = R'= C(6)H(4)Ph-4 = Dph). Use of the Yb-naphthalene complex instead of Li in the reaction with [Yb(L(Ph,Ph))(2)] led to the polynuclear Yb clusters [Yb(3)(L(Ph,Ph))(3)(thf)], [Yb(3)(L(Ph,Ph))(2)(dme)(2)], or [Yb(5)(L(Ph,Ph))(L(1))(L(2))(L(3))(thf)(4)] [L(1)= N(SiMe(3))C(Ph)CHC(Ph)N(SiMe(2)CH(2)), L(2)= NC(Ph)CHC(Ph)H, L(3)= N(SiMe(2)CH(2))] depending on the reaction conditions and stoichiometry. The structures of the crystalline complexes 4, 6x21/2(hexane), 5(C(6)D(6)), and have been determined by X-ray crystallography (and have been published).  相似文献

A series of mononuclear platinum complexes containing diynyldiphenylphosphine ligands [cis-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CR)L](n)(n= 0, L = tht, R = Ph 2a, Bu(t)2b; L = PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CR, 4a, 4b; n=-1, L = CN(-), 3a, 3b) has been synthesized and the X-ray crystal structures of 4a and 4b have been determined. In order to compare the eta2-bonding capability of the inner and outer alkyne units, the reactivity of towards [cis-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(thf)(2)] or [Pt(eta2)-C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))(2)] has been examined. Complexes coordinate the fragment "cis-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)" using the inner alkynyl fragment and the sulfur of the tht ligand giving rise the binuclear derivatives [(C(6)F(5))(2)Pt(mu-tht)(mu-1kappaP:2eta2-C(alpha),C(beta)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CR)Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)](R = Ph 5a, Bu(t)5b). The phenyldiynylphosphine complexes 2a, 3a and 4a react with [Pt(eta2)-C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))(2)] to give the mixed-valence Pt(II)-Pt(0) complexes [((C(6)F(5))(2)LPt(mu-1kappaP:2eta2)-C(5),C(6)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh))Pt(PPh(3))(2)](n)(L = tht 6a, CN 8a and PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh 9a) in which the Pt(0) fragment is eta2-complexed by the outer fragment. Complex 6a isomerizes in solution to a final complex [((C(6)F(5))(2)(tht)Pt(mu-1kappaP:2eta2)-C(alpha),C(beta)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh))Pt(PPh(3))(2)]7a having the Pt(0) fragment coordinated to the inner alkyne function. In contrast, the tert-butyldiynylphosphine complexes 2b and 3b coordinate the Pt(0) unit through the phosphorus substituted inner acetylenic entity yielding 7b and 8b. By using 4a and 2 equiv. of [Pt(eta2)-C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))(2)] as precursors, the synthesis of the trinuclear complex [cis-((C(6)F(5))(2)Pt(mu-1kappaP:2eta2)-C(5),C(6)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh)(2))(Pt(PPh(3))(2))(2)]10a, bearing two Pt(0)(PPh(3))(2)eta2)-coordinated to the outer alkyne functions is achieved. The structure of 7a has been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A series of nickel(II) and palladium(II) aryl complexes substituted in the ortho position of the aromatic ring by a (pinacolato)boronic ester group, [MBr[o-C(6)H(4)B(pin)]L(2)] (M = Ni, L(2) = 2PPh(3) (2a), 2PCy(3) (2b), 2PEt(3) (2c), dcpe (2d), dppe (2e), and dppb (2f); M = Pd, L(2) = 2PPh(3) (3a), 2PCy(3) (3b), and dcpe (3d)), has been prepared. Many of these complexes react readily with KO(t)Bu to form the corresponding benzyne complexes [M(eta(2)-C(6)H(4))L(2)] (M = Ni, L(2) = 2PPh(3) (4a), 2PCy(3) (4b), 2PEt(3) (4c), dcpe (4d); M = Pd, L(2) = 2PCy(3) (5b)). This reaction can be regarded as an intramolecular version of a Suzuki cross-coupling reaction, the driving force for which may be the steric interaction between the boronic ester group and the phosphine ligands present in the precursors 2 and 3. Complex 3d also reacts with KO(t)Bu, but in this case disproportionation of the initially formed eta(2)-C(6)H(4) complex (5d) leads to a 1:1 mixture of a novel dinuclear palladium(I) complex, [(dcpe)Pd(mu(2)-C(6)H(4))Pd(dcpe)] (6), and a 2,2'-biphenyldiyl complex, [Pd(2,2'-C(6)H(4)C(6)H(4))(dcpe)] (7d). Complexes 2a, 3b, 3d, 4b, 5b, 6, and 7d have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction; complex 5b is the first example of an isolated benzyne-palladium(0) species.  相似文献

The diphosphine 2,4,6-(CH(3))(3)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)OH (1) reacts with [OsCl(2)(PPh(3))(3)] in presence of an excess of triethylamine to yield the isomeric para-quinone methide derivatives [Os{4-(CH(2))-1-(O)-2,6-(CH(3))(2)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)}(Cl)(H)(PPh(3))] (2 and 3), which differ in the positions of the mutually trans hydride and chloride ligands. Complex 2 reacts with CO to afford the dicarbonyl species [Os{1-(O)-2,4,6-(CH(3))(3)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)}(Cl)(CO)(2)] (4), which results from hydride insertion into the quinonic double bond. Protonation of 2 and 3 leads to the formation of the methylene arenium derivative [Os{4-(CH(2))-1-(OH)-2,6-(CH(3))(2)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)}(Cl)(H)(PPh(3))][OSO(2)CF(3)] (5 a). The diphosphine 1 reacts with [OsCl(2)(PPh(3))(3)] at 100 degrees C under H(2) to afford [Os{1-(OH)-2,6-(CH(3))(2)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)}(Cl)(H(2))(PPh(3))] (6), a PCP pincer complex resulting formally from C(sp(2))--C(sp(3)) cleavage of the C--CH(3) group in 1. C--C hydrogenolysis resulting in the same complex is achieved by heating 2 under H(2) pressure. Reaction of the diphosphine substrate with [OsCl(2)(PPh(3))(3)] under H(2) at lower temperature allows the observation of a methylene arenium derivative resulting from C--H activation, [Os{4-(CH(2))-1-(OH)-2,6-(CH(3))(2)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)}(Cl)(2)(H)] (7). This compound reacts with PPh(3) in toluene to afford the ionic derivative [Os{4-(CH(2))-1-(OH)-2,6-(CH(3))(2)-3,5-(iPr(2)PCH(2))(2)C(6)}(Cl)(H)(PPh(3))]Cl (5 b). X-ray diffraction studies have been carried out on compounds 2, 3, 4, 5 b, 6, and 7, which allows the study of the structural variations when going from methylene arenium to quinone methide derivatives.  相似文献

By reaction of [TiCl(3)(thf)(3)] with LiC(6)Cl(5), the homoleptic organotitanium(III) derivative [Li(thf)(4)][Ti(III)(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (1) has been prepared as a paramagnetic (d(1), S = 1/2, g(av) = 1.959(2)), extremely air-sensitive compound. Oxidation of 1 with [N(C(6)H(4)Br-4)(3)][SbCl(6)] gives the diamagnetic (d(0)) organotitanium(IV) species [Ti(IV)(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (2). Compounds 1 and 2 are also electrochemically related (E(1/2) = 0.05 V). The homoleptic, diamagnetic (d(10)) compounds [N(PPh(3))(2)][Tl(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (3) and [Sn(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (4) have also been prepared. Nearly tetrahedral environments have been found for the d(0), d(10), and d(1) metal centers in the molecular structures of compounds 2-4 as well as in that of [Li(thf)(2)(OEt(2))(2)][Ti(III)(C(6)Cl(5))(4)].CH(2)Cl(2) (1') (X-ray diffraction). The reaction of the heavier Group 4 metal halides, MCl(4) (M = Zr, Hf) with LiC(6)Cl(5) in the presence of [NBu(4)]Br gives, in turn, the heteroleptic species [NBu(4)][M(C(6)Cl(5))(3)Cl(2)] (M = Zr (5), Hf (6)). Compounds 5 and 6 are isomorphous and isostructural, with the metal center in a trigonal-bipyramidal (TBPY-5) environment defined by two axial Cl ligands and three equatorial C(6)Cl(5) groups (X-ray diffraction). No redox features are observed for compounds 3-6 in CH(2)Cl(2) solution between -1.6 and +1.6 V.  相似文献

Treatment of ThCl(4)(DME)(2) or UCl(4) with 1 equiv of dilithiumbis(iminophosphorano) methandiide, [Li(2)C(Ph(2)P═NSiMe(3))(2)] (1), afforded the chloro actinide carbene complexes [Cl(2)M(C(Ph(2)P═NSiMe(3))(2))] (2 (M = Th) and 3 (M = U)) in situ. Stable PCP metal-carbene complexes [Cp(2)Th(C(Ph(2)P═NSiMe(3))(2))] (4), [Cp(2)U(C(Ph(2)P═NSiMe(3))(2))] (5), [TpTh(C(Ph(2)P═NSiMe(3))(2))Cl] (6), and [TpU(C(Ph(2)P═NSiMe(3))(2))Cl] (7) were generated from 2 or 3 by further reaction with 2 equiv of thallium(I) cyclopentadienide (CpTl) in THF to yield 4 or 5 or with 1 equiv of potassium hydrotris(pyrazol-1-yl) borate (TpK) also in THF to give 6 or 7, respectively. The derivative complexes were isolated, and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. All of these U (or Th)-carbene complexes (4-7) possess a very short M (Th or U)═carbene bond with evidence for multiple bond character. Gaussian 03 DFT calculations indicate that the M═C double bond is constructed by interaction of the 5f and 6d orbitals of the actinide metal with carbene 2p orbitals of both π and σ character. Complex 3 reacted with acetonitrile or benzonitrile to cyclo-add C≡N to the U═carbon double bond, thereby forming a new C-C bond in a new chelated quadridentate ligand in the bridged dimetallic complexes (9 and 10). A single carbon-U bond is retained. The newly coordinated uranium complex dimerizes with one equivalent of unconverted 3 using two chlorides and the newly formed imine derived from the nitrile as three connecting bridges. In addition, a new crystal structure of [CpUCl(3)(THF)(2)] (8) was determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of IrH(5)(PCy(3))(2) in acetone with 2 equiv of HBF(4) results in the formation of the air-stable complex [Ir(H)(2)(PCy(3))(2)(acetone)(2)]BF(4), 1. The reaction of 1 with an excess of 2-thiazolidinethione or 2-benzothiazolethione in the presence of 2 equiv of HBF(4) gives the complexes [Ir(H)(PCy(3))(L)(4)](BF(4))(2) (2a, L = 2-thiazolidinethione; 2b, L = 2-benzothiazolethione). Complex 2a has an intramolecular NH.H(Ir).HN interaction both in the crystalline solid as determined by X-ray diffraction and in a CD(2)Cl(2) solution as determined by the T(1) method. The d(HH) were determined to be 2.2 +/- 0.1 ? in the solid state and 1.9 +/- 0.1 ? in solution. The NH.H(Ir).HN interactions and NH.F.HN hydrogen bonds which involve FBF(3)(-) form a four-member ring in a butterfly conformation. The nOe effect of the hydride on the NH proton is around 10%. A crystal of 2a is in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with a = 11.426(3), b = 11.922(3), c = 19.734(4) ?, alpha = 87.05(1) degrees, beta = 88.23(1) degrees, gamma = 75.50(1) degrees, V = 2599(1) ?(3), and Z = 2 at T = 173 K; full-matrix least-squares refinement on F(2) was performed for 10 198 independent reflections; R[F(2)>2sigma(F(2))] = 0.0480, R(w)(F(2)) = 0.099. The formation of the NH.HIr proton-hydride interaction is as favorable as the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds NH.FBF(3)(-) or NH.O hydrogen bonds with OPPh(3) or H(2)O in CD(2)Cl(2). A similar NH.HIr interaction also has been observed in the complexes [Ir(H)(2)(PCy(3))(2)(L)(2)]BF(4) (3a, L = 2-thiazolidinethione; 3b, L = 2-benzothiazolethione) but not in the complexes with L = NH(2)NH(2) (3c) and L = NH(3) (3d). Both the NH and IrH protons are deuterated when a solution of 2 or 3 in C(6)D(6) is exposed to 1 atm of D(2) gas or D(2)O.  相似文献

The reinvestigation of two allyl zinc compounds, parent bis(allyl)zinc [Zn(C(3)H(5))(2)] (1) and 2-methallyl chloro zinc [Zn(C(4)H(7))Cl] (2), revealed two new coordination modes in the solid state for the allyl ligand, viz cis- and trans-μ(2)-η(1):η(1). These results call for modification of the conventional interpretation of zinc-allyl interactions. Computational results indicate that the classical η(3)-bonding mode of the allyl ligand is not favored in zinc compounds. A rare case of a zinc-olefin interaction in the dimer of [Zn(η(1)-C(3)H(5))(OC(C(3)H(5))Ph(2))] was found in the monoinsertion product of 1 with benzophenone.  相似文献

The reaction of [[RhCl(C(8)H(14))(2)](2)] (2) with iPr(2)PCH(2)CH(2)C(6)H(5) (L(1)) led, via the isolated dimer [[RhCl(C(8)H(14))(L(1))](2)] (3), to a mixture of three products 4 a-c, of which the dinuclear complex [[RhCl(L(1))(2)](2)] (4 a) was characterized by Xray crystallography. The mixture of 4a-c reacts with CO, ethene, and phenylacetylene to give the square-planar compounds trans-[RhCl(L)(L(1))(2)] (L=CO (5), C(2)H(4) (6), C=CHPh (9)). The corresponding allenylidene(chloro) complex trans-[RhCl(=C=C=CPh(2))(L(1))(2)] (11), obtained from 4 a-c and HC triple bond CC(OH)Ph(2) via trans-[RhCl[=C=CHC(OH)Ph(2)](L(1))(2)] (10), could be converted stepwise to the related hydroxo, cationic aqua, and cationic acetone derivatives 12-14, respectively. Treatment of 2 and [[RhCl(C(2)H(4))(2)](2)] (7) with two equivalents of tBu(2)PCH(2)CH(2)C(6)H(5) (L(2)) gave the dimers [[RhCl(C(8)H(14))(L(2))](2)] (15) and [[RhCl(C(2)H(4))(L(2))](2)] (16), which both react with L(2) in the molar ratio of 1:2 to afford the five-coordinate aryl(hydrido)rhodium(III) complex [RhHCl(C(6)H(4)CH(2)CH(2)PtBu(2)-kappa(2)C,P)(L(2))] (17) by C-H activation. The course of the reactions of 17 with CO, H(2), PhC triple bond CH, HCl, and AgPF(6), leading to the compounds 19-21, 24, and 25 a, respectively, indicate that the coordinatively unsaturated isomer of 17 with the supposed composition [RhCl(L(2))(2)] is the reactive species. Labeling experiments using D(2), DCl, and PhC triple bond CD support this proposal. With either [Rh(C(8)H(14))(eta(6)-L(2)-kappaP]PF(6) or [Rh(C(2)H(4))(eta(6)-L(n)-kappaP]PF(6) (n=1 and 2) as the starting materials, the corresponding halfsandwich-type complexes 27, 28, and 32 were obtained. The nonchelating counterpart of the dihydrido compound 32 with the composition [RhH(2)(PiPr(3))(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))]PF(6) (35) was prepared stepwise from [Rh(C(2)H(4))(PiPr(3))(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))]PF(6) and H(2) in acetone via the tris(solvato) species [RhH(2)(PiPr(3))(acetone)(3)]PF(6) (34) as intermediate. The synthesis of the bis(chelate) complex [Rh(eta(4)-C(8)H(12))(C(6)H(5)OCH(2)CH(2)PtBu(2)-kappa(2)O,P)]BF(4) (39) is also described. Besides 4 a, the compounds 17, 25 a, and 39 have been characterized by Xray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

A detailed mechanistic study of arene C [bond] H activation in CH(2)Cl(2) solution by Cp(L)IrMe(X) [L = PMe(3), P(OMe)(3); X = OTf, (CH(2)Cl(2))BAr(f); (BAr(f) = B[3,5-C(6)H(3)(CF(3))(2)](4))(-)] is presented. It was determined that triflate dissociation in Cp(L)IrMe(OTf), to generate tight and/or solvent-separated ion pairs containing a cationic iridium complex, precedes C [bond] H activation. Consistent with the ion-pair hypothesis, the rate of arene activation by Cp(L)IrMe(OTf) is unaffected by added external triflate salts, but the rate is strongly dependent upon the medium. Thus the reactivity of Cp(PMe(3))IrMe(OTf) can be increased by almost 3 orders of magnitude by addition of (n-Hex)(4)NBAr(f), presumably because the added BAr(f) anion exchanges with the OTf anion in the initially formed ion pair, transiently forming a cation/borate ion pair in solution (special salt effect). In contrast, addition of (n-Hex)(4)NBAr(f) to [CpPMe(3)Ir(Me)CH(2)Cl(2)][BAr(f)] does not affect the rate of benzene activation; here there is no initial covalent/ionic pre-equilibrium that can be perturbed with added (n-Hex)(4)NBAr(f). An analysis of the reaction between Cp(PMe(3))IrMe(OTf) and various substituted arenes demonstrated that electron-donating substituents on the arene increase the rate of the C [bond] H activation reaction. The rate of C(6)H(6) activation by [Cp(PMe(3))Ir(Me)CH(2)Cl(2)][BAr(f)] is substantially faster than [Cp(P(OMe)(3))Ir(Me)CH(2)Cl(2)][BAr(f)]. Density functional theory computations suggest that this is due to a less favorable pre-equilibrium for dissociation of the dichloromethane ligand in the trimethyl phosphite complex, rather than to a large electronic effect on the C [bond] H oxidative addition transition state. Because of these combined effects, the overall rate of arene activation is increased by electron-donating substituents on both the substrate and the iridium complex.  相似文献

Complexes [Pd{C,N-Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}(μ-Cl)](2) (1) with Ar = C(6)H(4), C(6)H(3)NO(2)-5 or C(6)H(OMe)(3)-4,5,6, were obtained from the appropriate oxime, Li(2)[PdCl(4)] and NaOAc. They reacted with neutral monodentate C-, P- or N-donor ligands (L), with [PPN]Cl ([PPN] = Ph(3)P=N=PPh(3)), with Tl(acac) (acacH = acetylacetone), or with neutral bidentate ligands N^N (tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda), 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine ((t)Bubpy)) in the presence of AgOTf or AgClO(4) to afford complexes of the types [Pd{C,N-Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}Cl(L)] (2), [PPN][Pd{C,N-Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}Cl(2)] (3), [Pd{C,N-Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}(acac)] (4) or [Pd{C,N-Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}(N^N)]X (X = OTf, ClO(4)) (5), respectively. Complexes 1 reacted with bidentate N^N ligands in the presence of a base to afford mononuclear zwitterionic oximato complexes [Pd{C,N-Ar{C(Me)=NO}-2}(N^N)] (6). Dehydrochlorination of complexes 2 by a base yielded dimeric oximato complexes of the type [Pd{μ-C,N,O-Ar{C(Me)[double bond, length as m-dash]NO}-2}L](2) (7). The insertion of XyNC into the Pd-C(aryl) bond of complex 2 produced the mononuclear iminoaryloxime derivative [Pd{C,N-C(=NXy)Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}Cl(CNXy)] (8) which, in turn, reacted with [AuCl(SMe(2))] to give [Pd{μ-N,C,N-C(=NXy)Ar{C(Me)=NOH}-2}Cl](2) (9) with loss of XyNC. Some of these complexes are, for any metal, the first containing cyclometalated aryloximato (6, 7) or iminoaryloxime (8, 9) ligands. Various crystal structures of complexes of the types 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 have been determined.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ti(O-i-Pr)(2)Cl(2)] with NaL(OEt) (L(OEt)(-) = [CpCo[P(O)(OEt)(2)](3)](-), Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5)) afforded [L(OEt)Ti(O-i-Pr)(2)Cl] that reacted with HCl in ether to give [L(OEt)TiCl(3)] (1). The average Ti-O and Ti-Cl distances in 1 are 1.975 and 2.293 A, respectively. Reaction of titanyl sulfate with NaL(OEt) in water followed by addition of HBF(4) afforded [L(OEt)TiF(3)] (2), the Ti-O and Ti-F distances of which are 2.020(2) and 1.792(2) A, respectively. The Zr(IV) analogue [L(OEt)ZrF(3)] (3) was prepared similarly from zirconyl nitrate, NaL(Oet), and HBF(4) in water. The Zr-O and average Zr-F distances in 3 are 2.139(2) and 1.938(2) A, respectively. Treatment of 1 with tetrachlorocatechol (H(2)Cl(4)cat) afforded [L(OEt)Ti(Cl(4)cat)Cl] (4). The average Ti-O(P), Ti-O(C), and Ti-Cl distances in 4 are 1.972, 1.926, and 2.334 A, respectively. Hydrolysis of 4 in the presence of Et(3)N yielded the mu-oxo dimer [(L(OEt))(2)Ti(2)(Cl(4)cat)(2)(mu-O)] (5). The average Ti-O(P), Ti-O(C), and Ti-O(Ti) distances in 5 are 2.027, 1.926, and 1.7977(9) A. Treatment of 1 with 1,1'-binaphthol (BINOLH(2)) in the presence of Et(3)N afforded [(L(OEt))(2)Ti(2)(mu-O)(2)(mu-BINOL)] x 2BINOLH(2) (6.2BINOLH(2)). Complex 1 is capable of catalyzing ring opening of epoxides with Me(3)SiN(3) under solvent-free conditions presumably via a Ti-azide intermediate.  相似文献

Gold(I), silver(I), and copper(I) phosphine complexes of 6,9,12,15,18-pentaaryl[60]fullerides 1a and 1b, namely, [(4-MeC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Au(PPh(3)) (2a), [(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Au(PPh(3)) (2b), [(4-MeC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Ag(PCy(3)) (3a), [(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Ag(PPh(3)) (3b), [(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Ag(PCy(3)) (3c), [(4-MeC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Cu(PPh(3)) (4a), and [(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(5)C(60)]Cu(PPh(3)) (4b), have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically. All complexes except for 3c were also characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Several coordination modes between the cyclopentadienyl ring embedded in the fullerene and the metal centers are observed, ranging from η(1) with a slight distortion toward η(3) in the case of gold(I), to η(2)/η(3) for silver(I), and η(5) for copper(I). Silver complexes 3a and 3b are rare examples of crystallographically characterized Ag(I) cyclopentadienyls whose preparation was possible thanks to the steric shielding provided by fullerides 1a and 1b, which stabilizes these complexes. Silver complexes 3a and 3b both display unexpected coordination of the cyclopentadienyl portion of the fulleride anion with Ag(I). DFT calculations on the model systems (H(5)C(60))M(PH(3)) and CpMPH(3) (M = Au, Ag, or Cu) were carried out to probe the geometries and electronic structures of these metal complexes.  相似文献

The treatment of [Ru(L(OEt))(N)Cl(2)] (1; L(OEt)(-) = [Co(η(5)-C(5)H(5)){P(O)(OEt)(2)}(3)](-)) with Et(3)SiH affords [Ru(L(OEt))Cl(2)(NH(3))] (2), whereas that with [Ru(L(OEt))(H)(CO)(PPh(3))] (3) gives the dinuclear imido complex [(L(OEt))Cl(2)Ru(μ-NH)Ru(CO)(PPh(3))(L(OEt))] (4). The imido group in 4 binds to the two ruthenium atoms unsymmetrically with Ru-N distances of 1.818(6) and 1.952(6) ?. The reaction between 1 and 3 at 25 °C in a toluene solution is first order in both complexes with a second-order rate constant determined to be (7.2 ± 0.4) × 10(-5) M(-1) s(-1).  相似文献
