Synthesis and Properties of trans -Di(fluoro)phthalocyaninatorhenate(III); Crystal Structure of the linear -Bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium Double Salt l (PNP) trans[Re(F)2pc2–] · 0.33l (PNP)F · 2 H2O trans-Bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II) reacts with (nBu4N)F · 3 H2O in acetone on air yielding trans-di(fluoro)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenate(III), trans[Re(F)2pc2–]. The complex anion is precipitated as tetra(n-butyl)ammonium (nBu4N), or after addition of (PNP)HSO4 as linear-bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium (l(PNP)) salt. The latter crystallizes as a double salt of formula l(PNP)trans[Re(F)2pc2–] · 0.33l(PNP)F · 2 H2O in the cubic space group I23 (no. 197) with the cell parameter a = 21.836(2) Å; V = 10412(2) Å3; Z = 6. The Re atom is located in the centre of the (Niso)4 plane (Niso: isoindole-N atom) and coordinates axially two fluorine atoms in a mutual trans position. The Re–N and Re–F distance is 2.035(6) and 1.798(7) Å, respectively. According to the short Re–F distance the asymmetric Re–F stretching vibration is observed in the MIR spectrum at 746 cm–1. Obviously due to a large spin-orbit coupling, the complex salt with an electronic low-spin d4 ground state of ReIII (S = 1) is diamagnetic. Hence a sharp signal is observed at –126.1 ppm in the 19F NMR spectrum. The UV-VIS-NIR spectrum shows the typical π-π* transitions at 15000 (B), 29500 (Q) and 36900 cm–1 (N) and trip-multiplet transitions at 9500/10500 cm–1 and 13200/14100 cm–1.  相似文献

trans -Bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II): Synthesis, Properties, and Crystal Structure Dirheniumheptoxide reacts with phthalodinitrile in boiling 1-chloronaphthalene and subsequent reprecipitation of the green raw product from conc. sulfuric acid to yield an oxo-phthalocyaninate of rhenium, which is reduced by molten triphenylphosphine forming dark green trans-bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II), trans[Re(PPh3)2pc2–]. The latter crystallizes triclinic in the space group P 1 with the cell parameters as follows: a = 11.512(2) Å, b = 12.795(2) Å, c = 12.858(2) Å, α = 64.42(2)°, β = 79.45(2)°, γ = 72.74(1)°; V = 1628.1(5); Z = 1. Re is in the centre of the (Np)4 plane (Np: N1, N3) and coordinates two triphenylphosphine ligands axially in trans position. The average Re–Np and Re–P distances are 2.007(1) and 2.516(3) Å, respectively. Despite the many extra bands the typical B, Q and N regions of the pc2– ligand are observed at ca. 16500, 28900/32900 and 35300 cm–1. A weak band group at ca. 8900 cm–1 is attributed to a trip-multiplet transition, another one at ca. 14500 cm–1 to a P → Re charge transfer. The vibrational spectra are dominated by internal vibrations of the pc2– ligand. The very weak intensity of the IR bands at 905 and 1327 cm–1 are diagnostic of the presence of ReII.  相似文献

(pyH)3Mo2Br7(H2O)2 (pyH = Pyridinium cation) was prepared from the solution of (NH4)5Mo2Cl9 · H2O in 1:1 HBr by the addition of pyHBr. The compound has monoclinic unit cell: P 21/n with a = 10.250(4), b = 11.891(4), c = 11.971(3) Å and β = 112.86(2)°. Z = 2, D calcd. = 2.54, D obsd. = 2.52(2) g cm?3. The structure has been refined to the unweighted and weighted residuals of 7.8 and 8.7%. The structure contains Mo2Br6(H2O)22?, C5H6N+ and Br? ions. Short Mo? Mo distance 2.130(4) Å reflects the strong bond. H2O is coordinated to molybdenum at 2.19(3) Å. Distribution of H2O molecules and Br? ions around Mo2 is different from (picH)2Mo2X6(H2O)2 (X = Br, I) and determined by the two-fold axes perpendicular to the Mo? Mo direction and the plane defined by two H2O molecules and 2 Br atoms. Three independent Mo? Br distances are 2.574(4), 2.606(5) and 2.569(5) Å. Specific structure of the Mo2Br6(H2O)22? ion has no synthetic consequences and reaction with neutral aromatic nitrogen bases leads to the known Mo2Br4L4 compounds.  相似文献

Blue, paramagnetic bis(phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II)) (μeff = 0,88 μB, per Re, at 300 K) is prepared by thermal decomposition of trans-bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II), in boiling triphenylphosphine. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with cell parameters as follows: a = 7.799(3) Å, b = 12.563(7) Å, c = 12.69(1) Å, α = 89.97(5)°, β = 94.14(5)°, γ = 106.39(4)°; Z = 1. Two cofacial phthalocyaninates are bonded together by a Re–Re bond with a Re–Re distance of 2.285(2) Å. The Re atoms are located distinctly outside the centre of the (Niso)4 planes by 0.426(3) Å. The Re–Niso distance varies from 1.99(1) to 2.04(1) Å (average 2.02 Å). The pc2– ligands are in an eclipsed conformation and concavely distorted. In the UV-VIS-NIR spectrum the B region is split into two bands of comparable intensity due to strong excitonic coupling. The Re–Re stretching vibration at 240 cm–1 is selectively enhanced in the resonance Raman spectrum (λexc = 488 nm).  相似文献

Ruthenium(III) Phthalocyanines: Synthesis and Properties of Di(halo)phthalocyaninato(1?)ruthenium(III) Di(halo)phthalocyaninato(1?)ruthenium(III), [Ru(X)2Pc?] (X = Cl, Br, I) is prepared by oxidation of [Ru(X)2Pc2?]? (Cl, Br, OH) with halogene in dichloromethane. The magnetic moment of [Ru(X)2Pc?] is 2,48 μB (X = Cl) resp. 2,56 μB (X = Br) in accordance with a systeme of two independent spins (low spin RuIII and Pc?: S = 1/2). The optical spectra of the red violet solution of [Ru(X)2Pc?] (Cl, Br) are typical for the Pc? ligand with the “B” at 13.5 kK, “Q1” at 19.3 kK and “Q2 region” at 31.9 kK. Sytematic spectral changes within the iron group are discussed. The presence of the Pc? ligand is confirmed by the vibrational spectra, too. Characteristic are the metal dependent bands in the m.i.r. spectra at 1 352 and 1 458 cm?1 and the strong Raman line at 1 600 cm?1. The antisymmetric Ru? X stretch (vas(Ru? X)) is observed at 189 cm?1 (X = I) resp. 234 cm?1 (X = Br). There are two interdependent bands at 295 and 327 cm?1 in the region expected for vas(Ru? Cl) attributed to strong interaction of vas(Ru? Cl) with an out-of-plane Pc? tilting mode of the same irreducible representation. Only the symmetric Ru? Br stretch at 183 cm?1 is selectively enhanced in the resonance-Raman(RR) spectra. The Raman line at 168 cm?1 of the diiodo complex is assigned to loosely bound iodine. The broad band at 978 cm?1 in the RR spectra of the dichloro complex is due to an intraconfigurational transition within the electronic ground state of low spin RuIII split by spin orbit coupling.  相似文献

MoO42? is reduced by diethyldithiocarbamate (Et2dtc?) on prolonged digestion in aqueous medium whereby the complex [Mo2VO2S2(Et2dtc)2] is formed. The central moiety Mo2O2S22+ has a high formation tendency. When [Mo2V(S2)6]2? is refluxed with Et2dtc? in ethanol, [Mo2VS (Et2dtc)2] is formed, the X-ray crystal structure of which has been determined (space group P212121, a = 10.550(2) Å, b = 13.820(5) Å, c = 14.723(12) Å, dc = 1.90 g · cm3?, Z = 4). The Mo? Mo distance of the diamagnetic compound is 2.817(2) Å and the average Mo=St distance 2.099(4) Å.  相似文献

[Mo3,OS3(dtp)4(H2O)] reacts with NaOAc·3H2O in Py to give the title compound. The crystal data are as follows: [Mo2OS3)(OAc)2(dtp)2·Py]?0.5H,O(dtp = [S3P(OC2H5)2]?, Py = C5H5N); M = 976.64; triclinic; space group P1 ; a=11.704(5), b=14.169(7), c= 11.688 (5) Å α=109.94(4) β = 91.53(4), γ = 91.93(4)°; V= 1819(1) Å2; Z=2; Dc = 1.78 g·cm?3 λ(Mo Kα) = 0.71069 Å μ=15.15 cm?1; F(000) = 970 T=296 K; final R=0.071 for 1652 reflections with I>3σ(I). In the molecule, the [Mo3OS3] core is surrounded by two bridging OAc groups and two terminal chelate dtp groups attached to the {Mo3} triangle in a symmetric style, and the Py ligand is coordinated to the Mo atom at the apex of {Mo3} triangle with the nitrogen. This novel configuration is obtained for the first time with Mo—N bond length being 2.27 (2) Å and three Mo—Mo bond lengths 2.584 (4), 2.587 (4) and 2.657(4) Å, respectively. As a whole, the molecule has a virtual C2 symmetry.  相似文献

The black crystal of (NH4)[Mo2(S2)6]* 8/3 H2O belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group D32-P22121, with a = 12.064(6), b = 12.534(4), c = 19.558(9)Å, V =2957(3)Å3, Z = 4 and Dc = 2.23g.cm?3. The intensity data were collected on a Syntex R3 four-circle diffractometer. The structure was solved by Patterson method and direct method, the light atoms (except H atoms) were obtained from ΔF syntheses. The structure was refined by least-squares with anisotropic thermal parameters. The values of R and Rw were 0.092 and 0.072 respectively. The crystal structure contains discrete dimeric cluster [Mo2(S2)6]2? ions, NH4+ cations and H2O molecules. There are two crystallographically independent [Mo2S2)6]2? ions in the crystal, one locates on general position [Figure 1(a)], the other locates on two-fold axis [Figure 1(b)]. It contains one and a half [Mo2S2)6]2? ions in an asymmetric unit. In [Mo2S2)6]2? each Mo is coordinated side on by four S22? groups in a distorted dodecahedral arrangement, two of which are bridging and the other two are terminal. The Mo? S bond length is 2.441 Å (mean), and S? S is 2.049 Å (mean). The Mo? Mo distance is 2.784 Å (mean), which is to be regarded as a single bond length. The formal oxidation state of Mo is five, it is probably a mixed valence MoIV? MoVI, and so shows a remarkable deep colour.  相似文献

CrIII Phthalocyaninates: Synthesis, Properties, and Crystal Structure of l-Bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium trans-Di(nitrito(O))phthalocyaninato(2–)chromate(III) [Cr(H2O)2Pc2?]Ix reacts with excess (PNP)NO2 in dimethylformamide to yield less soluble greenblack l-bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium trans-di(nitrito(O))phthalocyaninato(2–)chromate(III), l(PNP)trans[Cr(ONO)2Pc2?], which crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 (No. 2) with Z = 2. The Cr atom is in the center of the Pc2? ligand and the two nitrite ions are monodentate O-coordinated in a mutually trans arrangement to the Cr atom. The Cr? O and Cr? Niso bond distances are 1.9898(14) und 1.981(2) Å, respectively. The geometric data of the coordinated nitrite ion are: d(N? O) = 1.307(2) Å; d(N? O) = 1.205(2) Å; ?(O? N? O) = 113.7(2)°; ?(Cr? O? N) = 116.85(12)°. The non-bonding O atoms are trans to the Cr atom. The Pc2? ligand is slightly saddled. Three weak spin-allowed trip-quartet(TQ) transitions (in 103 cm?1): TQ1 (8.20) < TQ2 (11.3) < TQ3 (20.33) and the characteristic π-π* transitions of the Pc2? ligand: B (14.68) < Q1 (27.1) < Q2 (29.0) < N (35.4) are observed in the UV-VIS-NIR spectrum. Prominent luminescence spectra are obtained by excitation within the TQ1 region, in which the spin-forbidden trip-sextet transition at 7376 cm?1 dominates at low temperatures (T < 50 K). The vibrational spectra are discussed. In coincidence of the excitation lines with TQ3, vs(Cr? O) at 378 cm?1 is selectively resonance Raman (RR) enhanced. vas(Cr? O) is observed in the FIR spectrum at 391 cm?1. The following internal vibrations (in cm?1) of the nitrito ligand are in the MIR spectrum: vas(N? O)/1447 > vas(N? O)/1018/1029 > δ(O? N? O)/828 and in the RR-spectrum: vs(N? O)/1410 > vs(N? O)/952, the last followed by three overtones.  相似文献

The doublesalt crystallizes monoclinically in the space group C12/c1 with cell parameters: a = 34.567(9) Å, b = 20.237(9) Å, c = 21.251(5) Å, β = 119.79(2)°; Z = 4. The Fe atoms are located almost in the centre (Ct) of the (Niso)4 planes (d(Fe–Ct) = 0.080(1) Å; Niso: isoindoline N atom). The average Fe–Niso distance is 1.947(5) Å, the Fe-(μ-N) distance 1.650(1) Å. The Fe-(μ-N)–Fe skeleton is linear (177.4(4)°). Both waving pc2– ligands are in a staggered conformation (skew angle φ = 38.5(5)°). Fe coordinates linear azide (d(Fe–Nazide) = 2.152(7) Å) with an angle of 121.2(6)°. The isolated triiodide ion is almost linear (d(I–I) = 2.936(2) Å). The PNP cation obtains an hybrid conformation (∠(P–N–P) = 157.4(2)°). The asymmetrical Fe-(μ-N)–Fe stretching vibration is observed in the IR spectrum at 997 cm–1, the symmetrical one is selectively enhanced in the resonance Raman (RR) spectrum at 478 cm–1. The corresponding I–I stretching vibrations of the triiodide ion are present in the actual spectra at 134 (IR) and 115 cm–1 (RR). An IR band at 334 cm–1 is attributed to the asymmetrical Fe–Nazide stretching vibration.  相似文献

An ampule reaction between Mo and PCl5 at 200 °C yielded (PCl4)2[Mo2Cl10], the first ternary compound in Mo–P–Cl system. Single crystal X-ray diffraction gave a triclinic unit cell: a = 6.870(1), b = 8.892(2), c = 9.423(2) Å, α = 100.24(2), β = 95.55(2), γ = 96.12(2)° (V = 559.3(2) Å3, Z = 1, sp. gr. P1, wR2 = 0.0575 and R1 = 0.0279. The ionic compound is built from edge sharing bioctahedra [Mo2Cl10]2– and two tetrahedra PCl4+. The averaged Mo–Clb distance, 2.503(1) Å, is longer than the Mo–Clt distance, 2.33(2) Å. The Mo … Mo distance, 3.77 Å, indicates the absence of a direct Mo–Mo interaction. Semiempirical and ab initio calculations showed the possibility for [Mo2Cl10]2– to exist with long and short Mo to Mo distances, the letter corresponding to the Mo–Mo bond.  相似文献

Preparation and Properties of Tetragonal α-Di(phthalocyaninato(1?))praseodymium(III)-polyhalides; Crystal Structure of α-[Pr(Pc?)2]Br1.5 Brown red di(phthalocyaninato(1?))-praseodym(III)-polyhalides [Pr(Pc?)2]Xy (X = Br, I) of variable composition (1 ≤ y ≤ 2.5) are formed by (electro)chemical oxidation of [Pr(Pc2?)2]?. The thermical decomposition of these polyhalides at 250°C yields partially oxidized, green α-[PrPc?Pc2?]. Due to strong spin–spin coupling of the phthalocyanin-π-radicals only PrIII contributes to the magnetic moment of ca. 3.0 B.M. for all complexes. Green metallic prisms of [Pr(Pc?)2]Br1.5 crystallize in the tetragonal α-modification: space group P4/nnc with a = 19.634(5) Å, c = 6.485(2) Å; Z = 2. In the sandwich complex PrIII is eightfold coordinated by the isoindoline N-atoms of the two staggered (41°), nearly planar Pc?- ligands. The quasi-onedimensional character of the structure along [001] is due to the infinite columns of Pc? ligands. The superperiod along [001] is a consequence of the distribution of the Pr atoms onto two incompletely filled crystallographic positions at a distance of c/2 and the disordered chains of the bromine atoms extending in the same direction. Powder diffractograms of Pr(Pc )2Br2, [Pr(Pc?)2]I2 und [PrPc Pc2?] confirm the tetragonal α-modification of these complexes, too. The content of tribromide correlates with the population of the Pr(2)-site. In the UV-VIS-NTR absorption spectrum of a thin film of Pr(Pc )2Br, the intense bands at 13.9 and 19.5 kK are assigned to the B and Q transition, respectively. The D band at 9. kK is characteristic for isolated dimeric Pc?-π-radicals. Due to increasing electron delocalisation as a result of the growing columns the D band is shifted to lower energy appearing successively at 6.05 and 3.3 kK. The mir and resonance Raman (RR) spectra of α-[Pr(Pr?)2]Xy, (X = Br, I) show the well known diagnostic bands for Pc?-π-radicals. Thc RR spectrum of the polyiodide is dominated by the overtone progression of the totally symmetric (I-I) stretching vibration of the triiodide at 108cm?1. The FT-Raman spectra are also marked by the totally symmetric stretching vibration of the polyhalides (Br3 : 145cm 1; 13?:105cm?1; I5? 151 cm?1).  相似文献

Magnesium Phthalocyanines: Synthesis and Properties of Halophthalocyaninatomagnesate, [Mg(X)Pc2?]? Preparation, Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of trans-(PNP)[TcCl4(Py)2] and trans-(PNP)[TcBr4(Py)2] By reaction of (PNP)2[TcX6] with pyridine in the presence of [BH4]? (PNP)[TcX4(Py)2], X = Cl, Br, are formed. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of these isotypic TcIII complexes (monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 2, for X = Cl: a = 13.676(4), b = 9.102(3), c = 17.144(2) Å, β = 91.159(1)°; for X = Br: a = 13.972(2), b = 9.146(3), c = 17.285(4) Å, β = 90.789(2)°) result in the averaged bond distances Tc? Cl: 2.386, Tc? Br: 2.519, Tc? N: 2.132(3) (X = Cl) and 2.143(4) Å (X = Br). The two pyridine rings are coplanar and vertical to the X? Tc? Using the molecular parameters of the X-ray structure determination and assuming D2h point symmetry, the IR and Raman spectra are assigned by normal coordinate analysis based on a modified valence force field. Good agreement between observed and calculated frequencies is obtained with the valence force constants fd(TcCl) = 1.45, fd(TcBr) = 1.035, fd(TcN) = 1.37 (X = Cl) and 1.45 mdyn/ Å (X = Br), respectively.  相似文献

Zirconiumphthalocyanines: Synthesis and Properties of Chloride Ligated Phthalocyanines of Ter- and Quadrivalent Zirconium; Crystal Structure of cis-Di(triphenylphosphine)iminium-tri(chloro)phthalocyaninato(2–)zirconate(IV)-di(dichloromethane) cis-Di(chloro)phthalocyaninato(2–)zirconium(IV) is obtained by the reaction of ZrCl4 with phthalodinitrile in 1-chloronaphthaline at 230°C. It reacts with molten di(triphenylphosphine)iminiumchloride ((PNP)Cl) yielding cis-di(triphenylphosphine)iminium-tri(chloro)phthalocyaninato(2-)zirconate(IV), cis-(PNP)[ZrCl3Pc2?]. This crystallizes with two molecules of dichloromethane in the monoclinic space group P21/n with the lattice constants a = 15.219(4) Å, b = 20.262(10) Å, c = 20.719(4) Å, b? = 93.46(2)°, Z = 4. The seven coordinated Zr atom is situated in a “square base-trigonal cap” polyhedron. The plane of the three chlorine atoms runs parallel to the plane of the four isoindole nitrogen atoms Niso. The Zr–Cl distances range from 2.49 to 2.55 Å, the Zr? Niso distances from 2.26 to 2.29 Å. Due to ion packing effects the Pc2? ligand shows an asymmetrical convex distortion. The PNP cation adopts the bent conformation. The P? N? P angle is 139°, the P? N distance 1.58 Å. As confirmed by the cyclovoltammograms cis-(PNP)[ZrCl3Pc2?] is oxidized (anodically or chemically by Cl2) to yield cis-tri(chloro)phthalocyaninato(1–)zirconium(IV) and reduced (cathodically or chemically by [BH4]?) yielding chlorophthalocyaninato(2–)zirconium(III) and cis-di(triphenylphosphine)iminium-di(chloro)phthalocyaninato(2–)zirconate(III). The optical spectra show the typical π–π*-transitions of the Pc2? resp. Pc? ligand not much affected by the different states of oxidation and coordination of zirconium. The same is true for the vibrational spectra of the Pc2? resp. Pc? ligand. In the f.i.r. spectra between 350 and 150 cm?1 the asym. and sym. Zr? Cl stretching and Cl? Zr? Cl deformation vibration as well as the asym. Zr? N stretching vibration of the [ZrClxN4] skeleton (x = 1–3) is assigned.  相似文献

Molybdenum(II) Halide Clusters with six Alcoholate Ligands: (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OCH3)6] · 6CH3OH and (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OC6H5)6] . The reaction of Na2[Mo6Cl8(OCH3)6] and 2,2,2-crypt yields (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OCH3)6] · 6 CH3OH ( 1 ), which is converted to (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OC6H5)6] ( 2 ) by metathesis with phenol. According to single crystal structure determinations ( 1 : P3 1c, a=14.613(3) Å, c=21.036(8) Å; 2 : P3 1c, a=15.624(1) Å, c=19.671(2) Å) the compounds contain anionic clusters [Mo6Cl8i(ORa)6]2? ( 1 : d(Mo—Mo) 2.608(1) Å to 2.611(1) Å, d(Mo—Cl) 2.489(1) Å to 2.503(1) Å, d(Mo—O) 2.046(4) Å; 2 : d(Mo—Mo) 2.602(3) Å to 2.608(3) Å, d(Mo—Cl) 2.471(5) Å to 2.4992(5) Å, d(Mo—O) 2.091(14) Å). Electronic interactions of the halide cluster and the phenolate ligands in [Mo6Cl8(OC6H5)6]2? is investigated by means of UV/VIS spectroscopy and EHMO calculations.  相似文献
