光折变聚合物材料与光折变晶体相比,其非线性光学系数大,响应时间快,成本低廉,制备灵活,有可能成为制作光子学集成器件的材料。简要介绍了光折变聚合物材料在图像识别、光信息存储及光学相干层析技术等方面的应用情况,指出光折变聚合物材料中存在光子带隙。最后预测了光折变聚合物材料作为光子晶体在光子学器件中的应用前景。  相似文献

基于光学低相干反射测量而发展起来的光学相干层析技术( Optica1 Coherence Tomography,OCT)是一种新型的成像技术,它可以对强散射介质如生物组织实施非侵入性的快速活体成像。与传统的组织切片相比,OTC可以大大减少对发育形态成像所需的时间、复杂程度及成本。非接触和非侵入式的成像方式有助于研究个体发育中由基因变异所引起的形态和功能变化,因而在发育生物学的研究当中有着广阔的应用前景。概述了OCT技术在发育生物学当中诸方面的应用情况。  相似文献

随着超快激光技术的快速发展以及人们对太赫兹辐射与物质作用机理的进一步认识,太赫兹辐射作为一项新的、快速发展的技术在很多领域受到广泛关注,在安全检测、医学诊断、无线通信和制药等诸多领域预示着广泛的应用前景。由于食品安全问题的重要性,食品安全的检测技术面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。太赫兹光谱与成像技术提供了一种新型的食品安全检测手段。相比于其他技术,THz技术具有高信噪比和动态范围宽等诸多特点, 能够同时获得样品在THz波段的时域信息与频域信息,以及对应的物质物理结构和化学成分等重要信息,在食品安全检测领域具有独特的优势。文章简要介绍了太赫兹波的概念、特点和技术手段,太赫兹辐射技术在食品安全领域的最新应用进展,并讨论了THz技术应用的限制因素, 展望了THz技术的应用前景。  相似文献

微纳光子结构研究随着光子学、半导体物理学及微加工技术的发展而逐渐蓬勃开展,并在其结构、理论、制备技术等方面取得了系列进展。受限于目前的微加工技术水平,要成功制备大尺度、高质量的光子材料仍然存在着一定挑战。激光全息光刻技术作为一种简便快捷的微结构制作技术已经发展成为一种经济快速制作大面积微纳超材料及光子晶体模板的重要手段。介绍了激光全息光刻技术的原理,详细阐述了该技术在制作三维面心立方、木堆积结构、金刚石结构光子晶体以及光学周期类准晶、手性超材料、周期性缺陷结构等微纳光子结构中的应用研究进展。激光全息光刻技术成功制作微纳光子结构为光子材料在更多领域的广泛应用提供了基础和方法。  相似文献

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, are chronic, non-infectious diseases of long duration. NCDs are increasingly widespread worldwide and are becoming a serious health and economic burden. NCDs arise from complex interactions between the genetic make-up of an individual and environmental factors. Several epidemiological studies have revealed that the perinatal environment influences health later in life, and have proposed the concept of developmental programming or developmental origin of health and disease (DOHaD). These studies suggest the importance of life course health care from fetal life, early childhood, adulthood, and through to old age. Recent progress in genomics, proteomics and diagnostic modalities holds promise for identifying high risk groups, predicting latent diseases, and allowing early intervention. Preemptive medicine is the ultimate goal of medicine, but to achieve it, the full participation of the public and all sectors of society is imperative.  相似文献

Optical molecular imaging has been rapidly developed to noninvasively visualize in vivo physiological and pathological processes involved in normal and suffering organisms at the cellular and molecular levels, in which advanced optical imaging technology and modern molecular biology are being combined to provide a state‐of‐the‐art tool for preclinical biomedical research. Among optical molecular imaging modalities, bioluminescence tomography (BLT) has experienced considerable growth and attracted much attention in recent years for its excellent performance, unique advantages, and high cost‐effectiveness. This article focuses on the genesis and development of BLT, especially for its computational methodology, imaging system, and biomedical application. An overview of the advantages and challenges of the conventional planar bioluminescence imaging technique is first described in comparison with currently available molecular imaging modalities. The imaging algorithms for inverse source reconstruction are classified and summarized according to different a priori knowledge, followed by a simple depiction of the uniqueness theorems of BLT solution. Diverse imaging systems for obtaining three‐dimensional quantitative information of internal bioluminescent sources are then reviewed. The latest application examples of BLT in tumor study and drug discovery are introduced and compared with other mature imaging technologies. Finally, the paper is concluded and an attractive prospect for BLT is predicted.  相似文献

The field of medical photonics is rapidly expanding, and a wide variety of optical technologies and instruments have recently been developed for diagnostic, therapeutic and basic science applications in medicine. This review presents the recent advances and application of medical photonics, and the obtained results from our laboratory are highlighted. Finally, the challenges and future prospects for the transition from technological exploration to clinical studies are discussed. The instrumentation and application of moiré topography in the diagnosis of corporal asymmetries associated to different illnesses of the osseous-muscular system in early ages is presented in this paper. A sample comprising 203 adolescents ranging between 12 and 15 years were studied. Some moiré topography analysis of human legs and the sole of the foot are also given as examples of moiré applications. The results show the advantages of using this technique in the health care and treatment of different illnesses in adolescents. Some of these advantages are provided by the easy diagnosis and the low cost of the moiré technique.  相似文献

Currently, the minimum feature size fabricated is about 15-40 nm. The resolution of Fresnel zone plates is limited by the width of the outermost zone. Although the photon sieves make it possible to focus soft X-rays to spot sizes smaller than the diameter of the smallest pinhole they have low diffraction efficiency. In order to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses of them, we propose a new model which is composed of Fresnel zone and pinholes and give its fast Fourier algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the resolution of photon sieves is not better than that of Fresnel zone plates in low order of local rings. In this case, we can substitute pinholes for Fresnel zone in photon sieves. Resolution is nearly a constant, and also the diffraction efficiency improves.  相似文献

Laser-induced autofluorescences show a strong intensity distortion for endogenous NADH in the UV and synthesized markers in the NIR range because of tissue optics. Rescaling taking into account bio-optical methods results in the chromophore profile in the observed tissue region. For the in vivo tests an experimental NIR imager was used. NIR fluorescence of the entire body of small animals can be imaged. For first experiments an undifferentiated superficial tumor of mouse thigh was used. Corrections that are due to tissue optics must take care of a more strongly scattering of the light in the NIR range in comparison to the UV fluorescence such as in optical biopsy. For example, the diameter of the fluorescent volume is apparently larger for the same reason. Therefore, the established rescaling from the UV adapted to the NIR range is important for the interpretation fluorescence pictures in biomedicine.  相似文献

利用低压等离子体聚合技术制备了约5 μm的辉光放电聚合物薄膜, 将所制备的样品放入热处理炉中通入氩气保护, 分别在280 ℃, 300 ℃, 320 ℃, 340 ℃进行热处理. 对热处理后的样品采用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)分析了不同热处理温度对薄膜结构的影响. 对CH振动区进行了分峰高斯拟合, 定量的分析了个官能团的变化. 利用紫外可见光谱仪分析了热处理前后薄膜在紫外–可见光区域内光学透过率及光学带隙的变化. 结果表明: 随着热处理温度的升高,薄膜中H含量减少, 薄膜中甲基相对含量减少, 而双键、芳香环结构相对含量增加, 在600 nm以后的可见光区, 薄膜的透过率减小. 薄膜光透过率的截止波长红移, 光学带隙减小. 关键词: 热处理 薄膜结构 等离子体聚合 光学性能  相似文献
