The title complex, trans‐{μ‐2,2′‐[(1,2‐dioxoethane‐1,2‐diyl)diimino]diethanoato(4−)}bis[diaquacopper(II)] dihydrate, [Cu2(C6H4N2O6)(H2O)4]·2H2O, with a three‐dimensional framework, displays a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The structure consists of a neutral centrosymmetric binuclear unit in which the oxamide ligand has a trans geometry, is fully deprotonated and acts in a bis‐tridentate fashion.  相似文献

In trans‐bis(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO2)2(CH4O)2], the Cu atom lies on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Cu—O(methanol) bond length in the axial direction is 2.596 (3) Å, which is much longer than the Cu—O(carboxylate) and Cu—N distances in the equatorial plane [1.952 (2) and 1.977 (2) Å, respectively]. In mer‐tris(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H12NO2)3], the Fe atom also has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Fe—O and Fe—N bond‐length ranges of 1.949 (4)–1.970 (4) and 2.116 (5)–2.161 (5) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by stacking interactions of the 5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, although hydrogen bonds also contribute to the stabilization of the copper(II) complex.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, {[Cd(C6H8O4S)(C13H14N2)]·H2O}n, the CdII atom displays a distorted octahedral coordination, formed by three carboxylate O atoms and one S atom from three different 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands, and two N atoms from two different 4,4′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)dipyridine ligands. The CdII centres are bridged through carboxylate O atoms of 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands and through N atoms of 4,4′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)dipyridine ligands to form two different one‐dimensional chains, which intersect to form a two‐dimensional layer. These two‐dimensional layers are linked by S atoms of 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands from adjacent layers to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The stoichiometric reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), iminodiacetic acid (IDA‐H2) and Cu(ClO4)2 in a H2O–CH3OH (2:1) solution yields μ‐iminodiacetato‐2:1κ4O,N,O′:O′′‐tris(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1κ4N,N′;2κ2N,N′‐dicopper(II) diperchlorate methanol solvate, [Cu2(C4H5NO4)(C12H8N2)3](ClO4)2·CH3OH. The IDA ligand bridges the two CuII ions via a carboxylate group and uses one further N and an O atom of the second carboxylate group to complete a fac‐tridentate coordination at one Cu centre. A phen ligand completes a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination at this metal atom, although there is weak coordination by a perchlorate O atom at a sixth position. The second Cu centre has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination to two phen moieties and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O2)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated centrosymmetric octahedral environment, equatorially trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate quinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands and axially coordinated by two water O atoms. Symmetry‐related molecules are linked by strong O—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving the uncoordinated carboxyl O atom of the carboxylate group and the coordinated water molecules, to form a two‐dimensional network. Weak intermolecular C—H...N interactions also stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, {[Cd(C8H10O4)(C10H14N4)]·0.5H2O}n, the 1,1′‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)diimidazole ligand and the cyclohexane‐1,4‐dicarboxylate dianion both function in a bridging mode to link adjacent cadmium(II) centers into a two‐dimensional four‐connected (4,4) network. The networks are parallel to the (001) plane. Two (4,4) networks are interpenetrated in an unusual parallel mode. The compound is the first two‐dimensional parallel interpenetrating (4,4) network structure based on a flexible dicarboxylate and a long bidentate N‐donor ligand. The interpenetrating nets are further consolidated by water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[diaqua(sulfato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ2‐glycine‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(SO4)(C2H5NO2)(H2O)2]n, (I), was synthesized by slow evaporation under vacuum of a saturated aqueous equimolar mixture of copper(II) sulfate and glycine. On heating the same blue crystal of this complex to 435 K in an oven, its aspect changed to a very pale blue and crystal structure analysis indicated that it had transformed into the two‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[(μ2‐glycine‐κ2O:O′)(μ4‐sulfato‐κ4O:O′:O′′:O′′)copper(II)], [Cu(SO4)(C2H5NO2)]n, (II). In (I), the CuII cation has a pentacoordinate square‐pyramidal coordination environment. It is coordinated by two water molecules and two O atoms of bridging glycine carboxylate groups in the basal plane, and by a sulfate O atom in the apical position. In complex (II), the CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment. It is coordinated by four sulfate O atoms, one of which bridges two CuII cations, and two O atoms of bridging glycine carboxylate groups. In the crystal structure of (I), the one‐dimensional polymers, extending along [001], are linked via N—H...O, O—H...O and bifurcated N—H...O,O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In the crystal structure of (II), the two‐dimensional networks are linked via bifurcated N—H...O,O hydrogen bonds involving the sulfate O atoms, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In the crystal structures of both compounds, there are C—H...O hydrogen bonds present, which reinforce the three‐dimensional frameworks.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Ni(H2O)6](C6H10N2O6PS)2·6H2O, the asymmetric unit consists of one‐half of an Ni atom (which lies on an inversion centre) with three coordinated water molecules, one complete 2‐carboxylato‐2‐(isothiouronium‐S‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,3‐diyl phosphate anion and three noncoordinated water molecules. The hexaaquanickel(II) cations have distorted octahedral coordination and are connected via water chains to form two‐dimensional supramolecular networks parallel to the ab plane. The phosphate ester anion is linked via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, thus creating various ring, dimer and chain hydrogen‐bonding patterns, and building up a second two‐dimensional supramolecular network parallel to the ab plane. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an intra‐ and interlayer hydrogen‐bond network. This work illustrates that a carboxylate with a caged phosphate ester can open its ring in the presence of dichloridotetrakis(thiourea)nickel, and the resulting polyfunctional anion can be used for constructing a complex hydrogen‐bonding scheme.  相似文献

In the polymeric title compound, {[Cu(C10H7NO5)(H2O)]·H2O}n, the Cu atom adopts a square‐based pyramidal coordination involving a N,O,O′‐tridentate glycine dianionic ligand, a water O atom and an apical bridging carboxylate O atom from an adjacent ligand. The title compound also adopts a carboxylate‐bridged chain structure. The molecular chain propagates in a helical fashion along the b axis of the monoclinic unit cell. Neighbouring chains are linked together to form a three‐dimensional network via hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and O atoms of the bridging carboxylate groups.  相似文献

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have attracted much interest in the fields of gas separation and storage, catalysis synthesis, nonlinear optics, sensors, luminescence, magnetism, photocatalysis gradation and crystal engineering because of their diverse properties and intriguing topologies. A Cu–MOF, namely poly[[(μ2‐succinato‐κ2O:O′){μ2‐tris[4‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]amine‐κ2N:N′}copper(II)] dihydrate], {[Cu(C4H4O4)(C24H18N10)]·2H2O}n or {[Cu(suc)(ttpa)]·2H2O}n, (I), was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using tris[4‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]amine (ttpa) and succinate (suc2?), and characterized by IR, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), luminescence, optical band gap and valence band X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (VB XPS). Cu–MOF (I) shows a twofold interpenetrating 4‐coordinated three‐dimensional CdSO4 topology with point symbol {65·8}. It presents good photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) and rhodamine B (RhB) under visible‐light irradiation. A photocatalytic mechanism was proposed and confirmed.  相似文献

The new bifunctional ligand 4,4′‐(adamantane‐1,3‐diyl)bis(1,2,4‐triazole) (tr2ad) and benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylate sustain complementary coordination bridging for the three‐dimensional framework of poly[[bis[μ3‐4,4′‐(adamantane‐1,3‐diyl)bis(1,2,4‐triazole)‐κ3N1:N2:N1′]bis(μ4‐benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylato‐κ4O1:O1′:O3:O5)di‐μ3‐hydroxido‐κ6O:O:O‐tetracopper(II)] dihydrate], {[Cu4(C9H3O6)2(OH)2(C14H18N6)2]·2H2O}n. The net node is a centrosymmetric (μ3‐OH)2Cu4 cluster [Cu—O = 1.9525 (14)–2.0770 (15) Å and Cu...Cu = 3.0536 (5) Å] involving two independent copper ions in tetragonal pyramidal CuO4N and trigonal bipyramidal CuO3N2 environments. One carboxylate group of the anion is bridging and the other two are monodentate, leading to the connection of three hydroxide clusters and the generation of neutral coordination layers separated by 9.3583 (5) Å. The interlayer linkage is effected by μ3‐tr2ad ligands, with one triazole group N1:N2‐bridging and the second monodentate [Cu—N = 1.9893 (19), 2.010 (2) and 2.411 (2) Å]. In total, the hydroxide clusters are linked to six close neighbors within the carboxylate layer and to four neighbors via tr2ad bridges. Hydrogen bonding of solvent water molecules to noncoordinated triazole N atoms and carboxylate groups provides two additional links for the net, which adopts a 12‐connected topology corresponding to hexagonal closest packing. The study also introduces a new type of bis(triazole) ligand, which may find wider applications for supramolecular synthesis.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title complex, {[Cu(C5H6O6P)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of half a Cu atom, one complete 1‐oxo‐2,6,7‐trioxa‐1‐phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐4‐carboxylate anion ligand and two non‐equivalent water molecules. The Cu atom lies on a crystallographic inversion centre and has an elongated axially distorted octahedral environment. A two‐dimensional layer structure parallel to (100) is formed as a result of the connectivity brought about by each anion bonding to two different Cu atoms via a carboxylate O atom and a bridging O atom of a C—O—P group. The water molecules participate in extensive O—H...O hydrogen bonding. Neighbouring layers are linked together by intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions. The crystal structure is characterized by intra‐ and interlayer motifs of a hydrogen‐bonded network. This study demonstrates the usefulness of carboxylates with caged phosphate esters in crystal engineering.  相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å].  相似文献

The Li, Rb and Cs complexes with the herbicide (2,4‐dichlorophenoxy)acetic acid (2,4‐D), namely poly[[aqua[μ3‐(2,4‐dichlorophenoxy)acetato‐κ3O1:O1:O1′]lithium(I)] dihydrate], {[Li(C8H5Cl2O3)(H2O)]·2H2O}n, (I), poly[μ‐aqua‐bis[μ3‐(2,4‐dichlorophenoxy)acetato‐κ4O1:O1′:O1′,Cl2]dirubidium(I)], [Rb2(C8H5Cl2O3)2(H2O)]n, (II), and poly[μ‐aqua‐bis[μ3‐(2,4‐dichlorophenoxy)acetato‐κ5O1:O1′:O1′,O2,Cl2]dicaesium(I)], [Cs2(C8H5Cl2O3)2(H2O)]n, (III), respectively, have been determined and their two‐dimensional polymeric structures are described. In (I), the slightly distorted tetrahedral LiO4 coordination involves three carboxylate O‐atom donors, of which two are bridging, and a monodentate aqua ligand, together with two water molecules of solvation. Conjoined six‐membered ring systems generate a one‐dimensional coordination polymeric chain which extends along b and interspecies water O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions give the overall two‐dimensional layers which lie parallel to (001). In hemihydrate complex (II), the irregular octahedral RbO5Cl coordination about Rb+ comprises a single bridging water molecule which lies on a twofold rotation axis, a bidentate Ocarboxy,Cl‐chelate interaction and three bridging carboxylate O‐atom bonding interactions from the 2,4‐D ligand. A two‐dimensional coordination polymeric layer structure lying parallel to (100) is formed through a number of conjoined cyclic bridges, including a centrosymmetric four‐membered Rb2O2 ring system with an Rb...Rb separation of 4.3312 (5) Å. The coordinated water molecule forms intralayer aqua–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Complex (III) comprises two crystallographically independent (Z′ = 2) irregular CsO6Cl coordination centres, each comprising two O‐atom donors (carboxylate and phenoxy) and a ring‐substituted Cl‐atom donor from the 2,4‐D ligand species in a tridentate chelate mode, two O‐atom donors from bridging carboxylate groups and one from a bridging water molecule. However, the two 2,4‐D ligands are conformationally very dissimilar, with one phenoxyacetate side chain being synclinal and the other being antiperiplanar. The minimum Cs...Cs separation is 4.4463 (5) Å. Structure extension gives coordination polymeric layers which lie parallel to (001) and are stabilized by intralayer water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[chlorido[μ4‐2,2′‐(2‐methylbenzimidazolium‐1,3‐diyl)diacetato]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C12H11N2O4)Cl]n, is an undulating two‐dimensional polymer consisting of a paddlewheel Cd2(CO2)4 cluster which lies on an inversion centre. These paddlewheel clusters act as four‐connected square building units interlinked via bridging zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligands into a corrugated layer which is consolidated by π–π interactions between benzene rings of benzimidazole groups. Neighbouring layers are further assembled via interlayer π–π interactions into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. The key feature of this study is the synthesis of a paddlewheel‐based polymer constructed with a novel multifunctional zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligand.  相似文献

Two isostructural uranyl complexes have been crystallized with different bipyridyl cations to yield the compounds hemi(4,4′‐bipyridinium) tris(5‐chlorothiophene‐2‐carboxylato)dioxidouranate(VI) monohydrate, (C10H10N2)0.5[U(C5H2ClO2S)3O2]·H2O, (I), and hemi[4,4′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridinium] tris(5‐chlorothiophene‐2‐carboxylato)dioxidouranate(VI) monohydrate, (C12H14N2)0.5[U(C5H2ClO2S)3O2]·H2O, (II). In the [UO2X3] complexes (X is 5‐chlorothiophene‐2‐carboxylate), the uranyl O atoms occupy the two axial positions and the equatorial positions are occupied by six O atoms of the three X ions so that each U atom is eight coordinated in a puckered hexagonal–bipyramidal structure. In both compounds, the metal centres are linked by classical O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the coordinated ligands, the diprotonated organic linker cation (which rests on a centre of inversion at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond) and water molecules. The crystal structures are further stabilized by weak C—H...O and π–π stacking interactions, forming similar three‐dimensional supramolecular architectures, forming a two‐dimensional network parallel to the (100) plane in (I) and a three‐dimensional network in (II).  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The title two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded coordination compounds, [Cu(C8H5O4)2(C4H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C8H7O2)2(C4H6N2)2]·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The molecule of complex (I) lies across an inversion centre, and the Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole (4‐MeIM) molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐carboxybenzoate (HBDC) anions in a square‐planar geometry. Adjacent molecules are linked through intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional sheet with (4,4) topology. In the asymmetric part of the unit cell of (II) there are two symmetry‐independent molecules, in which each Cu2+ ion is also coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐MeIM molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐methylbenzoate (3‐MeBC) anions in a square‐planar coordination. Two neutral complex molecules are held together via N—H...O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds to generate a dimeric pair, which is further linked via discrete water molecules into a two‐dimensional network with the Schläfli symbol (43)2(46,66,83). In both compounds, as well as the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, π–π interactions also stabilize the crystal stacking.  相似文献

In the cobalt(II) coordination polymer poly[[(μ2‐benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato){μ2‐1,1′‐[2,2′‐oxybis(ethane‐2,1‐diyl)]di‐1H‐imidazole}cobalt(II)] monohydrate], {[Co(C10H14N4O)(C8H4O4)]·H2O}n, two crystallographically distinct CoII cations are four‐coordinated by N2O2 donor sets in distorted tetrahedral geometries. The CoII centers are connected by benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (m‐BDC) anions, giving two types of linear chains, which are further joined via meso‐helical 1,1′‐[2,2′‐oxybis(ethane‐2,1‐diyl)]di‐1H‐imidazole ligands to yield a thick two‐dimensional slab. The compound displays a two‐dimensional four‐connected 42.63.8 topology, which is unprecedented in coordination polymers.  相似文献

A polydentate ligand bridged by a fluorene group, namely 9,9‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐2,7‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)fluorene (L), has been prepared under solvothermal conditions in acetonitrile. Crystals of the three‐dimensional metal–organic framework (MOF) poly[[[μ3‐9,9‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐2,7‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)fluorene‐κ3N:N′:O]bis(methanol‐κO)(μ‐sulfato‐κ2O:O′)nickel(II)] methanol disolvate], {[Ni(SO4)(C27H24N2O2)(CH3OH)]·2CH3OH}n, (I), were obtained by the solvothermal reaction of L and NiSO4 in methanol. The ligand L forms a two‐dimensional network in the crystallographic bc plane via two groups of O—H…N hydrogen bonds and neighbouring two‐dimensional planes are completely parallel and stack to form a three‐dimensional structure. In (I), the NiII ions are linked by sulfate ions through Ni—O bonds to form inorganic chains and these Ni‐containing chains are linked into a three‐dimensional framework via Ni—O and Ni—N bonds involving the polydentate ligand L. With one of the hydroxy groups of L coordinating to the NiII atom, the torsion angle of the hydroxyethyl group changes from that of the uncoordinated molecule. In addition, the adsorption properties of (I) with carbon dioxide were investigated.  相似文献
