The condensation of 4‐amino‐3‐aryl‐5‐mercapto‐1, 2, 4‐triazoles (1a‐f) with 6‐/8‐substituted 1,4‐dihydro‐4‐oxo‐quinoline‐3‐carboxylic adds (2a‐d) in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride on refluxng or under microwave irradiation gave twenty four novel 3‐aryl‐6‐ (6‐/8‐substituted 4‐chloroquinoline‐3‐yl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1, 3,4‐thiadiazoles (4a‐x), Considerable increase in the reaction rate has been observed with improved yields under microwave irradiation. The structures of the compounds synthesized were determined by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. Their spectral properties and the reaction mechanism were also discussed. The preliminary biological test showed that some of compounds bad moderate antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The synthesis of some new S‐nucleosides of 5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiols ( 4a‐n ) is described. Direct glycosylation of ( 4a‐n ) with tetra‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D‐glucopyranosyl bromide in the presence of potassium hydroxide followed by deacetylation using dry ammonia in methanol gave the corresponding 3‐S‐(ñ‐D‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazoles ( 6a‐n ) in good yields. All the compounds were fully characterized by means of 1HNMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analyses. To assist in the interpretation of the spectroscopic data, the crystal structure of 3‐S‐(2′,3′,4′,6′‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 5a ) was determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

A novel, functional‐group‐tolerant, and highly regioselective one‐pot synthesis of six 4‐chloro‐1‐aryl‐3‐oxypyrazoles, 8a – 8f , containing an oximino ester moiety has been developed. Their structures were characterized by 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analyses. The regioselectivity of the reaction was also determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of product 8d . The reaction pathway, proposed with the aid of DFT calculations, likely proceeds via a DMF‐catalyzed mechanism, which involves an electrophilic attack by SOCl2 and two nucleophilic substitutions by benzyl bromide (BnBr) and Cl?, respectively, as the key steps. A preliminary in vitro bioassay indicated that most compounds exhibited good fungicidal activities against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Gibberella zeae. Especially, 8d and 8e displayed higher or similar fungicidal activities compared with pyraclostrobin at the concentration of 10 μg/ml.  相似文献

Synthesis ofN1‐3‐{(4‐substitute daryl‐3‐chloro‐2‐oxo‐azetidine)‐iminocarbamyl}‐propyl‐6‐nitroindazole 4a – 4s was conducted by a conventional method. All the compounds were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB‐Mass techniques and chemical methods. All the final synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity and antitubercular activity with MIC values against some selected microorganisms.  相似文献

Electron impact-induced fragmentation mechanism of Trans-α-Aryl-β-enamino esters were investigated using mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectrometry and high resolution accurate mass data It was found that the main characteristic fragmentations of compounds studied were:an odd electron ion M^ -EtOH was formed by losing a neutral molecule of ethanol;and the skeletal rearrangements took place;and the ring opening reaction happened after losing a carbon monoxide;and the typical McLafferty rearrangement underwent in ester group.The cycliztion reation caused by losing neutral molecule of TsNH2 due to the ortho-effects of substituted group of gromatic ring was also observed.  相似文献

Thirteen novel N‐(2‐fluoro‐5‐(3‐methyl‐2,6‐dioxo‐4‐(trifluoromethyl)‐2,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐1(6H)‐yl)phenyl)‐2‐phenoxy)acetamides were designed and synthesized utilizing 4‐fluoro‐aniline and ethyl 3‐amino‐4,4,4‐trifluoro‐but‐2‐enoate as starting materials. The chemical structures of all compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, mass spectrum and elemental analyses. Subsequently, the herbicidal activities of the as‐prepared compounds were evaluated in the greenhouse. Bioassay results indicated that most of compounds had better herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous weeds. Among all the tested compounds, compounds 4a – 4i showed good herbicidal activities at both pre‐emergence and post‐emergence treatment against two or three kinds of dicotyledonous weeds, such as Abutilon theophrasti Medic, Amaranthus ascendens L, and Chenopodium album L at the dosage of 75 g ai/ha.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A series of novel pyrazolyl‐substituted 1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives ( 6a‐6d, 7a‐7d, 8a‐8d ) were prepared by cyclization of the intermediate 3‐aryl‐l‐phenyl‐pyrazol‐4‐ylformaldehyde 4′‐phenylthiosemicarbazones with 0.5 M ferric chloride solution. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Simultaneously, the compounds were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer and had preferable fluorescence activity.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel 4-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl-2(3H)-thiazole thione derivatives with functionalized diarylheterocycle pharmacophore as potential COX-2 inhibitors was described. The title compounds were synthesized by cyclocondensation of corresponding dithiocarbamate and 2-bromo-1-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)ethanone, followed by dehydration with H2SO4. All of the target compounds were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and mass spectral data.  相似文献

The 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylic acid 1 was converted via reactions of its acid chloride 3 with various asymmetrical disubstituted urea and alcohol derivatives into the corresponding novel 4‐benzoyl‐N‐(N′,N′‐dialkylcarbamyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxamide 4a , b and alkyl 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate 7a‐c , respectively, in good yields (57%‐78%). Friedel‐Crafts reactions of 3 with aromatic compouns for 15 min.‐2 h led to the formation of the 4‐3‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 9a‐c , 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐aroyl‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 10a , b and than from the acylation reactions of 9a‐c were obtained the 3,4‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐acyloxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 13a‐d . The structures of all new synthesized compounds were established by NMR experiments such as 1H, and 13C, as well as 2D COSY and IR spectroscopic data, and elemental analyses. All the compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities (agar diffusion method) against eight bacteria and two yeasts.  相似文献

A series of 3‐(3‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐alkyl‐3,4‐dihydrobenzo[e][1,3]oxazepine‐1,5‐dione compounds with general formula CnH2n+1CNO(CO)2C6H4(C6H4OH) in which n are even parity numbers from 2 to 18. The structure determinations on these compounds were performed by FT‐IR spectroscopy which indicated that the terminal alkyl chain attached to the oxazepine ring was fully extended. Conformational analysis in DMSO at ambient temperature was carried out for the first time via high resolution 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A series of new 5‐(1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazoles 4a‐l were synthesized via [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction from 1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbonitriles 3a‐l , sodium azide and ammonium chloride, using dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent, in good yields: 64–85%. The structures of these newly synthesized compounds were determined from the IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopic data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Based on the structure of natural product 2‐aryl‐4,5‐dihydrothiazole‐4‐carboxylic acid, a series of novel (R)‐2‐aryl‐4,5‐dihydrothiazole‐4‐carboxylic acid derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The single crystal structure of compound 9b was determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The antifungal activities were evaluated for the first time. The bioassay results indicated that most compounds exhibited moderate to good antifungal activities. The antifungal activities of compound 13a (against Cercospora arachidicola Hori), 13d (against Alternaria solani), and 16e (against Cercospora arachidicola Hori) were 61.9%, 67.3% and 61.9%, respectively, which are higher than those of the commercial fungicides chlorothalonil and carbendazim. Moreover, compound 13d exhibited excellent antifungal activities against 7 kinds of the fungi tested (66.7%, 77.3%, 63.0%, 87.9%, 70.0%, 70.0% and 80.0% at 50 µg?mL). Therefore, 13d can be used as a new lead structure for the development of antifungal agents.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the preparation of functionalized 2‐aryl‐2,5‐dihydro‐5‐oxo‐4‐[2‐(phenylmethylidene)hydrazino]‐1H‐pyrroles is described. The four‐component reaction between aldehydes, NH2NH2?H2O, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and 1‐aryl‐N,N′‐bis(arylmethylidene)methanediamines proceeds in EtOH under reflux in good‐to‐excellent yields (Scheme 1). The structures of 4 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS, and, in the case of 4f , by X‐ray crystallography). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

A series of novel isoxazole, dihydropyrazolone, and tetrahydropyridine derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of corresponding ethyl 1‐substituted aryl‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐3‐carboxylates with different hydrazines and hydroxylamine. Reaction of tetrahydropyridone with N ,N‐dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal provided 1‐(5‐chloro‐2‐methylphenyl)‐2‐[2‐(dimethylamino)ethenyl]‐4‐oxo‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐3‐carboxylate, which was cyclized into a bicyclic compound on treatment with ammonium acetate. The structures of all synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy data. The structure of 5‐(5‐chloro‐2‐methylphenyl)‐4‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐2,5,6,7‐tetrahydro‐3H‐pyrazolo[4,3‐c]pyridin‐3‐one was unambiguously assigned by means of X‐ray analysis data.  相似文献

Eighteen novel 2‐(1‐aryl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives and two acylhydrazone intermediate compounds were synthesized by various pathways starting from 1‐aryl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐formhydrazide ( 1 ). All products were identified by spectroscopic analysis, and 2‐(1‐aryl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐5‐benzalthio‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole was further validated by X‐ray crystallography. Results from primary antibacterial activity tests indicated that most of the compounds were effective against E. coli, P. aeruginosa, B. subtilis and S. aureus.  相似文献

In order to find novel bleaching herbicide lead compounds, a series of novel 3‐aryl‐4‐substituted‐5‐[3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]‐1,2,4‐triazoles were designed and synthesized by the multi‐step reactions. N‐(Arylformamido)phenylthioureas undergo ring closure in the presence of sodium hydroxide to generate 3‐aryl‐4‐substituted‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazol‐5‐thiols 1 , which reacted with methyl sulfate in the presence of K2CO3 to give 3‐aryl‐5‐methylsulfanyl‐4‐substituted‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazoles 2 . The target compounds 4 were synthesized by the oxidation of 2 in the presence of H2O2 and Na2WO4, followed by the substitution with 3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenol in moderate to good yields. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, EI–MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of them displayed moderate to good selective herbicidal activity against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 µg/mL. Compounds 4c and 4i possessed 75.0% and 82.6% inhibition against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 µg/mL. However, the target compounds 4 showed weak herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus‐galli at the concentration of 100 and 10 µg/mL.  相似文献

Novel substituted derivatives of 3‐aryl‐5‐cyano‐6‐methylthiopyrimidine‐2, 4‐diones were synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 2‐cyano‐3,3′‐dimethylthioacrylate with arylureas in good yields. The structures of all title compounds were evaluated by elemental analyses and 1H NMR spectra and compound 2c was also confirmed by X‐ray diffraction. The hitherto unreported, highly functionalized 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates 3 have been synthesized in good yields via a one‐pot three‐component domino reaction of phenylhydrazines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and ninhydrin under mild conditions for the first time. No co‐catalyst or activator is required for this multicomponent reaction, and the reaction is, from an experimental point of view, simple to perform (Scheme 1). The structures of compounds 3 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization/addition reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

Biginelli compounds 1 were first brominated at Me? C(6) with 2,4,4,6‐tetrabromocyclohex‐2,5‐dien‐1‐one to give Br2CH? C(6) derivatives 2 . The hydrolysis of the 6‐(dibromomethyl) group of 2c to give the 6‐formyl derivative 3c in the presence of an expensive Ag salt followed by reaction with N2H4?H2O yielded tetrahydropyrimido[4,5‐d]pyridazine‐2,5(1H,3H)‐dione ( 4c ; Scheme 1). However, treatment of the 6‐(dibromomethyl) derivatives 2 directly with N2H4?H2O led to the fused heterocycles 4 in better overall yield (Schemes 1 and 2; Table).  相似文献
