A protocol is introduced for the preparation of a new cage‐like Pd–Schiff base organometallic complex supported on Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@Schiff‐base‐Pd). The structure of the nanomagnetic catalyst was comprehensively characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller measurements, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray mapping, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. In the second stage, the catalytic activity of this catalyst was studied in the Suzuki and Heck cross‐coupling reactions in water as a green solvent. In this sense, simple preparation of the catalyst from commercially available materials, high catalytic activity, simple operation, short reaction times, high yields and use of green solvent are some advantages of this protocol. Finally, the nanocatalyst was easily recovered, using an external magnet, and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic efficiency. In addition, the stability of the catalyst after recycling was confirmed using SEM, XRD and FT‐IR techniques.  相似文献

A novel heterogeneous Pd catalyst was synthesized by anchoring Pd(II) onto 4′‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine‐coated Fe3O4 (FMNPs@TPy‐Pd). This catalyst has been demonstrated for the first time as a recoverable and reusable heterogeneous nanocatalyst in Suzuki and Heck cross‐coupling reactions. The catalyst is very easy to handle and is environmentally safe and economical. FMNPs@TPy‐Pd was characterized using transmission and scanning electron microscopies, X‐ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies.  相似文献

In this study, a novel magnetic mesoporous MCM‐41 silica supported ionic liquid/palladium complex (Fe3O4@MCM@IL/Pd) with core‐structure was prepared and characterized and its catalytic performance was developed under green conditions. The Fe3O4@MCM@IL/Pd was prepared via a post grafting method and was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, wide‐ and low‐angle powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibration sample magnetometer and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analyses. This was applied as an efficient and recoverable nanocatalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives under ultrasonic conditions. The catalyst was magnetically recovered and reused for 12 consecutive cycles without significant loss of its activity and selectivity.  相似文献

A novel and task‐specific nano‐magnetic Schiff base ligand with phosphate spacer using 2‐aminoethyl dihydrogen phosphate instead of usual coating agents, i.e. tetraethoxysilane and 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane, for coating of nano‐magnetic Fe3O4 is introduced. The nano‐magnetic Schiff base ligand with phosphate spacer as a novel catalyst was synthesized and fully characterized using infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, thermogravimetry, derivative thermogravimetry, vibrating sample magnetometry, atomic force microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. The resulting task‐specific nano‐magnetic Schiff base ligand with phosphate spacer was successfully employed as a magnetite Pd nanoparticle‐supported catalyst for Sonogashira and Mizoroki–Heck C–C coupling reactions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the synthesis and applications of magnetic nanoparticles of Fe3O4@O2PO2(CH2)2NH2 as a suitable spacer for the preparation of a designable Schiff base ligand and its corresponding Pd complex. So the present work can open up a new and promising insight in the course of rational design, synthesis and applications of various task‐specific magnetic nanoparticle complexes. The Fe3O4 magnetic particles were modified with 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐diol (Phen) and the related Mn complex (Fe3O4@Phen@Mn) synthesized as a heterogeneous catalyst to be used for the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of various tetrazoles. The catalysts were characterized by several methods, such as the elemental analysis, FT‐IR, X‐ray powder diffraction, dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, thermogravimetric‐differential thermal analysis, vibrating sample magnetometer and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. In addition, the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of the catalyst and its Phen ligand were in vitro screened with 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl by free radical scavenging methods. Results showed that the synthesized compounds possess strong antioxidant activity (IC50; 0.172  ±  0.005 mg ml?1) as well as a good antibacterial potential in comparison to standards.  相似文献

A novel heterogeneous magnetic palladium nano‐biocatalyst was designed by utilizing Irish moss, a family of sulfated polysaccharides extracted from algae, as a natural biopolymer. This magnetic Irish moss decorated with palladium (Pd–Fe3O4@IM) to form a biomagnetic catalytic system was synthesized and well characterized by FT–IR analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The catalyst was stable to air and moisture and displayed high catalytic activity in ligand‐free Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions conducted under green chemistry reaction conditions. The aromatic ketones are produced by the cross‐coupling reaction between acid chlorides and aryl boronic acid derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

Water pollution by polychlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons has always been a global issue. In this work, we reported a synthesis of supported palladium catalysts Pd/C, Pd/CeO2, Pd/SBA‐15, Pd/ZrO2,Pd/SiO2, and Pd/Al2O3 as well as their catalytic activities on hydrodechlorination (HDC) of 1,2,4,5‐tetrachlorobenzene (TeCB). These Pd catalysts were characterized by Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller (BET) specific surface area, Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy Dispersive X‐ray Fluorescence (EDXRF), CO‐chemisorption, and H2‐temperature programmed reduction (H2‐TPR) analysis. Pd/C, Pd/CeO2 and Pd/SBA‐15 catalysts showed relatively high catalytic activities. The catalytic activities were associated with dispersion of Pd, metal surface area, and reaction temperature, etc.  相似文献

We describe the synthesis of a novel Fe3O4/amidoxime (AO)/Pd nanocatalyst by grafting of AO groups on Fe3O4 nanoparticles and subsequent deposition of Pd nanoparticles. Prior to grafting of AO, the 2‐cyanoethyl‐functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles prepared through combining 2‐cyanoethyltriethoxysilane and Fe3O4 were treated with hydroxylamine. The AO‐grafted Fe3O4 nanoparticles were then used as a platform for the deposition of Pd nanoparticles. The catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, vibrating sample magnetometry, wavelength‐ and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies and inductively coupled plasma analysis. Fe3O4/AO/Pd is novel phosphine‐free recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for Sonogashira reactions. Interestingly, the novel catalyst could be recovered in a facile manner from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnet device and recycled seven times without any significant loss in activity. Supported palladium catalyst (Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2) was easily prepared by supporting PdCl2 on silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4 in ethylene glycol. The as‐prepared sample was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The formation of active specie Pd(0) was confirmed by XRD and XPS, and the Pd loading for the fresh and recovered catalyst was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2 was employed for the synthesis of biphenyl derivatives via Suzuki reaction. In terms of the yield of biphenyl, the supported catalyst displayed nearly equal catalytic performance to that of homologous PdCl2 under microwave irradiation for 30 min but higher than that obtained by traditional heating method for 12 h. The catalytic performance of Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2 for Suzuki reactions involving various aryl halides and arylboronic acids were also examined. Impressive yield of biphenyl at 68.2% was obtained even in the presence of unreactive aryl chlorides. Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2 was recovered by a permanent magnet and directly reused in the next run, and no obvious deactivation was observed for up to 6 times. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, we report a simple, facile and efficient method for the synthesis of Fe3O4/SiO2‐DTZ‐Pd. The immobilized palladium was an efficient catalyst without addition of phosphine ligands for Stille, Heck and N‐arylation reactions. This method has some advantages such as high yields and easy work up of products. In addition, the catalyst can be recovered using a magnet and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. This catalyst was characterized by various physico‐chemical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP).  相似文献

Tribenzylammonium tribromide supported onto magnetic nanoparticles (Br3‐TBA‐Fe3O4) as a bromine source was successfully synthesized and characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The synthesized catalyst is shown to be a versatile and highly efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the Knoevenagel condensation and synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H )‐one and polyhydroquinoline derivatives. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first report of the use of a bromine source immobilized on Fe3O4 nanoparticles as a magnetically separable catalyst for these reactions. The nanosolid catalyst can be magnetically recovered and reused readily several times without significant loss in catalytic efficiency.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of two magnetic catalysts Fe3O4@SiO2@DOPisatin‐M(II) (M = Ni, Cu) was investigated in the environmentally green H2O2 oxidant‐based oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides and oxidative coupling of thiols to disulfides. By using these catalysts, various substrates were successfully converted into their corresponding product. These catalysts could also be reused multiple time without significant loss of activity. The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were determined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX) and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS).  相似文献

The surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles was modified using l ‐arginine as a green and available amino acid to trap palladium nanoparticles through a strong interaction between the metal nanoparticles and functional groups of the amino acid. The proposed green synthetic method takes advantage of nontoxic reagents through a simple procedure. Characterization of Fe3O4@SiO2@l ‐arginine@Pd(0) was done using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry and inductively coupled plasma analysis. The catalytic activity of Fe3O4@SiO2@l ‐arginine@Pd(0) as a new nanocatalyst was investigated in C – C coupling reactions. Waste‐free, use of green medium, efficient synthesis leading to high yield of products, eco‐friendly and economic catalyst, excellent reusability of the nanocatalyst and short reaction time are the main advantages of the method presented. The immobilization of sulfonic acid on the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) as a novel acid nanocatalyst has been successfully reported. The morphological features, thermal stability, magnetic properties, and other physicochemical properties of the prepared superparamagnetic core–shell (Fe3O4@PFBA–Metformin@SO3H) were thoroughly characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis–differential thermal analysis (TGA‐DTA), atomic force microscopy (AFM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. It was applied as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 2‐(piperazin‐1‐yl) quinoxaline and benzimidazole derivatives via a one‐pot multiple‐component cascade reaction under green conditions. The results displayed the excellent catalytic activity of Fe3O4@PFBA–metformin@SO3H as an organic–inorganic hybrid nanocatalyst in condensation and multicomponent Mannich‐type reactions. The easy separation, simple workup, excellent stability, and reusability of the nanocatalyst and quantitative yields of products and short reaction time are some outstanding advantages of this protocol.  相似文献

Hollow Fe3O4@TiO2‐NH2/Pd as a light‐weight, magnetically heterogeneous catalyst was successfully prepared, and characterized by using different techniques including X‐ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Then this heterogeneous catalyst was tested in the Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction, and the results confirmed the success of this method. The catalyst could be separated easily using an external magnet and reused at least in five runs successfully without any appreciable loss in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A novel chiral magnetic nanocatalyst was prepared by the surface modification of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with a chloropropylsilane and further by arginine to form Fe3O4@propylsilan‐arginine (Fe3O4@PS‐Arg). After the structural confirmation of Fe3O4@PS‐Arg synthesized MNPs by Fourier transform‐infrared, X‐ray diffraction, field emission‐scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibrating‐sample magnetometry and thermogravimetric analyses, their catalytic activity was evaluated for one‐pot enantioselective synthesis of 3‐amino‐1‐aryl‐1H‐benzo[f]chromene‐2‐carbonitrile derivatives. The results showed that in the presence of 0.07 g Fe3O4@PS‐Arg nanocatalyst and ethanol as solvent, the best reaction yield (96%) was obtained in the least time (5 min). Easy operation, reusability and stability, short reaction time, high reaction yields and good enantioselectivity are the major advantages of the newly synthesized nanocatalyst. Also, this study provides a novel strategy for further research and investigation on the synthesis of new reusable enantioselective catalysts and chiral compounds.  相似文献

A novel Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex immobilized on core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SPNC) was successfully designed and synthesized. The structural features of these nanoparticles were studied and confirmed by using various techniques including FT‐IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), wavelength dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (WDX), and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). These newly synthesized nanoparticles have been used as efficient heterogeneous catalytic system for one‐pot multicomponent synthesis of new pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide derivatives. Notably, the catalyst could be easily separated from the reaction mixture by using an external magnet and reused for several successive reaction runs with no significant loss of activity or copper leaching. The present protocol benefits from a hitherto unreported MNPs‐immobilized Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex as an efficient nanocatalyst for the synthesis of newly reported derivatives of pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide from one‐pot multicomponent reactions.  相似文献

Nanocellulose (NC) materials have some unique properties, which make them attractive as organic or inorganic supports for catalytic applications. Nanocatalysts with diameters of less than 100 nm are difficult to separate from the reaction mixture, therefore, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were used as catalysts to overcome this problem. Fe3O4@NCs/BF0.2 as a green, bio‐based, eco‐friendly, and recyclable catalyst was synthesized and characterized using fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray fluorescence (XRF), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. Fe3O4@NCs/BF0.2 was employed for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐perimidine derivatives via a reaction of 1,8‐diaminonaphthalene with various aldehydes at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. The present procedure offers several advantages including a short reaction time, excellent yields, easy separation of catalyst, and environmental friendliness.  相似文献

Surface modification of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with triethoxyethylcyanide groups was used for the immobilization of palladium nanoparticles to produce Fe3O4/Ethyl‐CN/Pd. The catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared, wavelength‐dispersive X‐ray, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies, field‐emission scanning electron and transmission electron microscopies, and X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry and inductively coupled plasma analyses. In this fabrication, cyano groups played an important role as a capping agent. The catalytic behaviour of Fe3O4/Ethyl‐CN/Pd nanoparticles was measured in the Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides (Ar? I, Ar? Br, Ar? Cl) with phenylboronic acid in aqueous phase at room temperature. Interestingly, the novel catalyst could be recovered in a facile manner from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnet device and recycled seven times without any significant loss in activity. The remarkable features of this method are short reaction time, high conversions, and high yield of product, easy workup procedures and solvent‐free conditions. The Fe3O4@SiO2@IL‐PVP catalyst was characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction patterns (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS). Also, nanocatalysts could be easily recovered by a simple magnet and reused for the next reactions without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献
