Regioselective Ring Opening Reactions of Unifold Unsaturated Triangular Cluster Complexes [M2Rh(μ‐PR2)(μ‐CO)2(CO)8] (M2 = Re2, Mn2; R = Cy, Ph; M2 = MnRe, R = Ph) with Diphosphanes Equimolar amounts of the triangular title compounds and chelates of the type (Ph2P)2Z (Z = CH2, DPPM ; C=CH2, EPP ) react in thf solution at –40 to –20 °C under release of the labile terminal carbonyl ligand attached to the rhodium atom in good yields (70–90%) to ring‐opened unifold unsaturated complexes [MRh(μ‐PR2)(CO)4M(DPPM bzw. EPP)(μ‐CO)2(CO)3] (DPPM: M2 = Re2, R = Cy 1 , Ph 2 ; Mn2, Cy 5 , Ph 6 ; MnRe, Cy 7 . EPP: M2 = Re2, R = Cy 8 ; Mn2, Cy 10 ). Complexes 1 , 2 and 8 react subsequently under minor uptake of carbon monoxide and formation of the valence saturated complexes [ReRh(μ‐PR2)(CO)4M(DPPM bzw. EPP) (CO)6] (DPPM: R = Cy 3 , Ph 4 . EPP: R = Cy 9 ). Separate experiments ascertained that the regioselective ring opening at the M–M‐edge of the title compounds is limited to reactions with diphosphanes chelates with only one chain member and that the preparation of the unsaturated complexes demands relatively good donor ability of both P atoms. As examples for both types of compounds the molecular structures of 8 and 3 have been determined from single crystal X‐ray structure analysis. Additionally all new compounds are identified by means of ν(CO)IR, 1H‐ and 31P‐NMR data. This includes complexes with a modified chain member in 1 and 5 which, after deprotonation reaction to carbanionic intermediates, could be trapped with [PPh3Au]+ cations as rac‐[MRh(μ‐PR2)(CO)4M((Ph2P)2CHAuPPh3)(μ‐CO)2(CO)3] (M2 = Re 17 , Mn 18 ) and products rac‐[MRh(μ‐PR2)(CO)4M((Ph2P)2CHCH2R)(μ‐CO)2(CO)3] (M2 = Re, R = Ph 19 , n‐Bu 21 , Me 23 ; Mn, Ph 20 , n‐Bu 22 , Me 24 ) which result from Michael‐type addition reactions of 8 or 10 with strong nucleophiles LiR.  相似文献

The title compound [Cu2(phen)2(C9H14O4)2] · 6 H2O was prepared by the reaction of CuCl2 · 2 H2O, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), azelaic acid and Na2CO3 in a CH3OH/H2O solution. The crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c (no. 15), a = 22.346(3), b = 11.862(1), c = 17.989(3) Å, β = 91.71(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0473, wR2 = 0.1344 for 4279 observed reflections) consists of centrosymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(C9H14O4)2] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cu atom is square‐planar coordinated by the two N atoms of the chelating phen ligand and two O atoms of different bidentate bridging azelaate groups with d(Cu–N) = 2.053, 2.122(2) Å and d(Cu–O) = 1.948(2), 2.031(2) Å. Two azelaate anions bridge two common Cu atoms via the terminal O atoms (d(C–O) = 1.29(2) Å; d(C–C) = 1.550(4)–1.583(4) Å). Phen ligands of adjacent complexes cover each other at distances of about 3.62 Å, indicating π‐π stacking interaction, by which the complexes are linked to 1 D bands.  相似文献

The stability constants of the 1 : 1 complexes formed between Mg2+ or Ca2+ and 5 Umpa2– or 6 Umpa2– were determined by potentiometric pH titrations in aqueous solution (25 °C; I = 0.1 M, NaNO3). Based on previously established log KMM(R‐PO3) versus pKHH(R‐PO3) straight‐line plots (M2+ = Mg2+ or Ca2+; R‐PO32– = simple phosphate monoester or phosphonate ligands where R is a non‐interacting residue), it is shown that the Mg(5 Umpa), Ca(5 Umpa), Mg(6 Umpa) and Ca(6 Umpa) complexes have the stability expected on the basis of the basicity of the phosphonate group in 5 Umpa2– and 6 Umpa2–. This means, these ligands may be considered as simple analogues of nucleotides, e. g. of uridine 5′‐monophosphate. In the higher pH range deprotonation of the uracil residue in the M(5 Umpa) and M(6 Umpa) complexes occurs and this leads to the negatively charged M(5 Umpa–H) and M(6 Umpa–H) species. Based on the comparison of various acidity constants it is shown that the M(5 Umpa) complexes are especially acidic; or to say it differently, the M(5 Umpa–H) species are especially stable. This increased stability is attributed to the formation of a seven‐membered chelate involving next to the phosphonate group also the carbonyl oxygen atom at C4 (after deprotonation of the (N3)H site). The formation degree of this chelated isomer reaches about 45% for the Mg(5 Umpa–H) and Ca(5 Umpa–H) species. No indication for chelate formation was observed for the M(6 Umpa–H) complexes.  相似文献

Cleavage reactions of the dinuclear [{Ni(′S2C ′)}2] · DMF (′S2C ′ 2– = 1,3‐imidazolidinyl‐N,N′‐bis(2‐benzenethiolate)(2–)) with HNPiPr3 or HNSPh2 yielded the mononuclear complexes [Ni(NHPiPr3)(′S2C ′)] ( 1 ) and [Ni(NHSPh2)(′S2C ′)] ( 2 ) which have been completely characterized. The nickel‐carbene‐dithiolate [Ni(′S2C ′)] moiety is one of the very rare complex fragments that are able to coordinate both HNPR3 or HNSR2. IR spectra and X‐ray structure determinations show that 1 and 2 exhibit intramolecular N–H…S(thiolate) hydrogen bonds. Geometric parameters and NMR spectroscopic data of 1 and 2 are compatible with N–X single bonds and ylidic structures of the HNPiPr3 and HNSPh2 ligands. Comparison of Ni–N distances in diamagnetic and paramagnetic [Ni(NHSPh2)] complexes was rendered possible through the X‐ray structure determination of the homoleptic [Ni(NHSPh2)6]Cl2 ( 3 ) which formed as minor by‐product in the synthesis of 2 .  相似文献

Two manganese(II) bipyridine carboxylate complexes, [(bipy)2MnII(μ‐C2H5CO2)2MnII(bipy)2}2](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), and [MnII(ClCH2CO2)(H2O)(bipy)2]ClO4 · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 8.604(3), b = 12.062(3), c = 13.471(3) Å, α = 112.47(2), β = 93.86(2), γ = 92.87(3)°, V = 1211.1(6) Å3 and Z = 1. In the dimeric, cationic complex with a crystallographic center of symmetry two 2,2′‐bipyridine molecules chelate each manganese atom. These two metal fragments are then bridged by two propionato groups in a syn‐anti conformation. The Mn…Mn distance is 4.653 Å. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 9.042(1), b = 13.891(1), c = 21.022(3) Å, β = 102.00(1)°, V = 2569.3(5) Å3 and Z = 4. 2  is a monomeric cationic complex in which two bipyridine ligands chelate the manganese atom in a cis fashion. A chloroacetato and an aqua ligand complete the six‐coordination. Only in 2 is the intermolecular packing controlled by weak π‐stacking besides C–H…π contacts between the bipyridine ligands.  相似文献

The complexes [Ag(η2‐N∧S)2](PF6), N∧S = 1‐methyl‐2‐(methylthiomethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole, mmb (complex 1 ) or 1‐methyl‐2‐(tert‐butylthiomethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole, mtb (complex 2 ), and [Ag(μ,η2‐mmb)(μ,η2‐O2PF2)] (complex 3 ) were synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. Long Ag–S (ca. 2.70 Å) and shorter Ag–N bonds (ca. 2.23 Å) are part of characteristically distorted tetrahedral coordination arrangements at the silver(I) ions in 1 and 2 . Unexpectedly, the comparison with the copper analogue [Cu(η2‐mmb)2](PF6) reveals a more tetrahedral and less linear coordination arrangement for the corresponding silver species. Compound 3 as obtained by hydrolysis of the PF6 ion or by the use of AgPO2F2 exhibits bridging mmb and η2‐difluorophosphate ligands in a chain‐type structure.  相似文献

CaI2(H2O)2 reacts with O‐donor ligands L to yield coordination compounds of the type {[Ca(H2O)2L4]I2}n/∞, ( 1 : L = CH3COOC2H5, n = 1; 2 : L = THF, n = 2). Both compounds feature a coordination number of six around the calcium atom with two water molecules in axial positions and four ligands L in equatorial positions of a tetragonal bipyramid. Due to only a slight variation in the arrangement of the cationic units [Ca(H2O)2L4]2+, hydrogen bonds can be built up between them and the iodide anions in different ways in order to lead to a one‐dimensional polymer for 1 and a two‐dimensional polymer for 2 . Density functional theory calculations provide useful informations on the involved orbitals on the μ2‐bridging iodide and on the structure of the systems, leading to a small H–I–H angle of 71.2° in 1 compared to a large H–I–H angle of 121.8° in 2 .  相似文献

Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [nacnac]MX3 Compounds (M = Ge, Sn; X = Cl, Br, I) Reactions of [nacnac]Li [(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)NC(Me)C(H)C(Me)N(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)]Li ( 1 ) with SnX4 (X = Cl, Br, I) and GeCl4 in Et2O resulted in metallacyclic compounds with different structural moieties. In the [nacnac]SnX3 compounds (X = Cl 2 , Br 3 , I 4 ) the tin atom is five coordinated and part of a six‐membered ring. The Sn–N‐bond length of 3 is 2.163(4) Å and 2.176(5) Å of 4 . The five coordinated germanium of the [nacnac]GeCl3 compound 5 shows in addition to the three chlorine atoms further bonds to a carbon and to a nitrogen atom. In contrast to the known compounds with the [nacnac] ligand the afore mentioned reaction creates a carbon–metal‐bond (1.971(3) Å) forming a four‐membered ring. The Ge–N bond length (2.419(2) Å) indicates the formation of a weakly coordinating bond.  相似文献

Cluster Complexes [M2Rh(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐CO)2(CO)8] with Triangular Core of RhM2 (M = Re, Mn; M2 = MnRe): Synthesis, Structure, Ring Opening Reaction, and Properties as Catalysts for Hydroformylation and Isomerisation of 1‐Hexene The salts PPh4[M2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)8] and Rh(COD)[ClO4] were in equimolar amounts reacted at –40 to –15 °C in the presence of CO(g) in CH2Cl2/methanol solution under release of PPh4[ClO4] to intermediates. Such species formed in a selective reaction the unifold unsaturated 46 valence electrons title compounds [M2Rh(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐CO)2(CO)8] (M = Re 1 , Mn 2 ; M2 = MnRe 3 ) in yields of > 90%; analogeous the derivatives with the PPh2 bridge could the obtained (M = Re 4 , Mn 5 ). From these clusters the molecular structure of 2 was determined by a single crystal X‐ray analysis. The exchange of the labil CO ligand attached at the rhodium ring atom in 1 – 3 against selected tertiary and secondary phosphanes in solution gave the substitution products [M2RhL(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐CO)2(CO)7] (M = Re: L = PMe3 6 , P(n‐Bu)3 7 , P(n‐C6H4SO3Na)3 8 , HPCy2 9 , HPPh2 10 , HPMen2 11 , M2 = MnRe: L = HPCy2 12 ) nearly quantitative. Such dimanganese rhodium intermediates ligated with secondary phosphanes were converted in a subsequent reaction to the ring‐opened complexes [MnRh(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐H)(CO)5Mn(μ‐PR2)(CO)4] (M = Mn: R = Cy 13 , Ph 14 , Mn 15 ). The molecular structure of 13 , which showed in the time scale of the 31P NMR method a fluxional behaviour, was determined by X‐ray structure analysis. All products obtained were always characterized by means of υ(CO)Ir, 1H and 31P NMR measurements. From the reactants of hydroformylation process, CO(g) 1 – 2 in different solvents afforded at 20 °C under a reversible ring opening reaction the valence‐saturated complexes [MRh(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7M(CO)5] (M = Re 16 , Mn 17 ), whereas the reaction of CO(g) and the ring‐opened 13 to [MnRh(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐H)(CO)6Mn(μ‐PCy2)(CO)4] ( 18 ) was as well reversible. The molecular structures of 17 and 18 were determined by X‐ray analysis. The υ(CO)IR, 1H and 31P NMR measurements in pressure‐resistant reaction vessels at 20 °C ascertained the heterolytic splitting of hydrogen in the reaction of 1 – 2 dissolved in CDCl3 or THF‐d8 under formation of product monoanions [M2Rh(μ‐CO)(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)9] (M = Re, Mn), which also were formed by the reaction of NaBH4 and 1 – 2 . Finally, the substrate 1‐hexene and 1 and 3 gave under the release of the labil CO ligand an η2‐coordination pattern of hexene, which was weekened going from the Re to the Mn neighbor atoms. After the results of the catalytic experiments with 1 and 2 as catalysts, such change in the bonding property revealed an advantageous formation of hydroformylation products for the dirhenium rhodium catalyst 1 and that of isomerisation products of hexene for the dimanganese rhodium catalyst 2 . Par example, 1 generated n‐heptanal/2‐methylhexanal in TOF values of 246 [h–1] (n/iso = 3.4) and the c,t‐hexenes in that of 241 [h–1]. Opposotite to this, 2 achieved such values of 55 [h–1] (n/iso = 3.6) and 473 [h–1]. A triphenylphosphane substitution product of 1 increased the activity of the hydroformylation reaction about 20%, accompanied by an only gradually improved selectivity. The hydrogenation products like alcohols and saturated hydrocarbons known from industrial hydroformylation processes were not observed. The metals manganese and rhenium bound at the rhodium reaction center showed a cooperative effect.  相似文献

The molybdenum complex [Mo( 2-C60)(CO)2(dpphen)(dbf)] (1) [dpphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline; dbf = dibutyl fumarate] has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the molecule of (1), the coordination geometry of the Mo atom is distorted octahedral with the phen (1,10-phenanthroline) group of dpphen and two CO groups in the equatorial plane. The Mo atom binds in an 2-fashion to the C—C bonds of C60and dbf. The two C—C bonds are almost mutually orthogonal.  相似文献

Bonding, structure, and stability of solid A2MH2 with A = Li, Na; M = Pd, Pt were investigated with a relativistically corrected density-functional approach, which reliably describes the trends among these four compounds. In order to examine the influence of the ligands (A) and of the crystalline environment, calculations were also made for free A2MH2 molecules and MH22– ions. The free MH22– complex is held together by strong bonds between formally closed shell atomic units because of strong M-d,s hybridization. The M–H bonds are further stabilized by the alkali metal ion ligands and by the crystal surrounding. The crystal field expands the H–A distance and enhances the H–A polarity. Relativistic effects contribute to M–H bonding in the solid state. The experimentally determined bond lengths and their trends are in accordance with theory. Due to relativistic and lanthanide effects, the Pt–H bond length becomes nearly as short as the Pd–H one. The small Li ion causes a distortion of the Li2PtH2 crystal resulting in an even shorter Pt–H bond length. In the gas-phase, A2PtH2 is more stable against dissociation than A2PdH2. The stability of the solid compounds is strongly influenced by the cohesive energy of the metal M, and also by the nature of the alkali metal. The evaluated enthalpies of formation favor increasing stability of solid A2MH2 against disproportionation into M and AH from Pt to Pd and from Li to Na. This is in agreement with experimental findings. The assignment of the experimental vibrational excitations should be reconsidered.  相似文献

Tetranuclear Cluster Complexes of the Type [MM′(AuR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (M,M′ = Mn, Re; R = Ph, Cy, Et): Synthesis, Structure, and Topomerisation The dirhenium complex [Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 1 ) reacts at room temperature in thf solution with each two equivalents of the base DBU and of ClAuPR3 (R = Ph, Cy, Et) in a photochemical reaction process to afford the tetranuclear clusters [Re2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 2 ), Cy ( 3 ), Et ( 4 )) in yields of 35–48%. The homologue [Mn2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 5 ) leads under the same reaction conditions to the corresponding products [Mn2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 6 ), Et ( 8 )). Also [MnRe(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax/eq‐H2PCy)] ( 9 ) reacts under formation of [MnRe(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 10 ), Et ( 11 )). All new cluster complexes were identified by means of 1H‐NMR, 31P‐NMR and ν(CO)‐IR spectroscopic measurements. 2 , 4 and 10 have also been characterized by single crystal X‐ray structure analyses with crystal parameters: 2 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.256(4) Å, b = 12.326(4) Å, c = 24.200(6) Å, α = 83.77(2)°, β = 78.43(2)°, γ = 68.76(2)°, Z = 2; 4 monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 12.851(3) Å, b = 18.369(3) Å, c = 40.966(8) Å, β = 94.22(1)°, Z = 8; 10 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.083(1) Å, b = 12.185(2) Å, c = 24.017(6) Å, α = 83.49(29)°, β = 78.54(2)°, γ = 69.15(2)°, Z = 2. The trapezoid arrangement of the metal atoms in 2 and 4 show in the solid structure trans‐positioned an open and a closed Re…Au edge. In solution these edges are equivalent and, on the 31P NMR time scale, represent two fluxional Re–Au bonds in the course of a topomerization process. Corresponding dynamic properties were observed for the dimanganese compounds 6 and 8 but not for the related MnRe clusters 10 and 11 . 2 and 4 are the first examples of cluster compounds with a permanent Re–Au bond valence isomerization.  相似文献

The η2‐thio‐indium complexes [In(η2‐thio)3] (thio = S2CNC5H10, 2 ; SNC4H4, (pyridine‐2‐thionate, pyS, 3 ) and [In(η2‐pyS)22‐acac)], 4 , (acac: acetylacetonate) are prepared by reacting the tris(η2‐acac)indium complex [In(η2‐acac)3], 1 with HS2CNC5H10, pySH, and pySH with ratios of 1:3, 1:3, and 1:2 in dichloromethane at room temperature, respectively. All of these complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods and complexes 2 and 3 are determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Crystal data for 2 : space group, C2/c with a = 13.5489(8) Å, b = 12.1821(7) Å, c = 16.0893(10) Å, β = 101.654(1)°, V = 2600.9(3) Å3, and Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.033 and Rw = 0.086; Crystal data for 3 : space group, P21 with a = 8.8064 (6) Å, b = 11.7047 (8) Å, c = 9.4046 (7) Å, β = 114.78 (1)°, V = 880.13(11) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.030 and Rw = 0.061. The geometry around the metal atom of the two complexes is a trigonal prismatic coordination. The piperidinyldithiocarbamate and pyridine‐2‐thionate ligands, respectively, coordinate to the indium metal center through the two sulfur atoms and one sulfur and one nitrogen atoms, respectively. The short C‐N bond length in the range of 1.322(4)–1.381(6) Å in 2 and C‐S bond length in the range of 1.715(2)–1.753(6) Å in 2 and 3 , respectively, indicate considerable partial double bond character.  相似文献

Synthesis of Phosphido Chalcogenido Bridged Dirhenium Complexes of the Type Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐ER)(CO)8 (E = S, Se, Te; R = org. Residue) The reaction of Re2(μ‐Br)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)8 with nucleophiles MER (M = Na, Li; E = S, Se, Te; R = org. residue) gives via substitution of the bromido bridge phosphido chalcogenido bridged dirhenium complexes of the general formula Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐ER)(CO)8. The new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data and by elemental analyses. In addition the molecular structures for E = S, Se, Te and R = Ph as well as for E = S and R = H, n‐Bu, 2‐pyridyl have been established by single crystal X‐ray analysis. 13C NMR spectra of Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐EPh)(CO)8 (E = S, Se, Te) prove that the sulfur and selenium compounds are at room temperature dynamic molecules due to inversion of the pyramidal chalcogenido bridge. The tellurium compound, however, is rigid on the time scale of 13C NMR spectroscopy. Eventually the reactivity of the SH function of the novel complex Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐SH)(CO)8 was investigated by reaction with Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2. In toluene at 90 °C the novel spirocyclic complex Re2(μ‐PCy2)(CO)84‐S)Re2(μ‐H)(CO)8 was formed by SH oxidative addition.  相似文献

Heterocubane Cluster Compounds (NEt4){Y=M[(μ3‐S)Re(CO)3]33‐E)} (M = W or Mo, Y = O or S, E = S or Se): Structures, Spectroscopy, and Electrochemistry Thiometallates [MS4]2– (M = Mo, W) or [WOS3]2– react with Re(CO)5(O3SCF3) and Li2E (E = S or Se) to yield the following compounds which were structurally characterized: (NEt4){S=W[(μ3‐S)Re(CO)3]33‐S)}(NEt4) ( 1 ), (NEt4){O/S=W[(μ3‐S)Re(CO)3](μ3‐S)}(NEt4) ( 1 / 2 ), (mixed crystals), (NEt4){S=W[(μ3‐S)Re(CO)3]33‐Se)}(NEt4) ( 3 ) and (NEt4){S=Mo[(μ3‐S)Re(CO)3]33‐S)}(NEt4) ( 4 ). The heterocubane anions 1 – 4 contain electron‐rich centers such as rhenium(I) or sulfide whereas molybdenum(VI) or tungsten(VI) act as acceptor sites. Accordingly, the absorption spectra show long‐wavelength metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer transitions, and cyclic voltammetry reveals a quasi‐reversible reduction of the clusters. Although both six‐coordinate rhenium(I) and four‐coordinate metal(VI) centers are present in the clusters there is no evidence for significant metal‐to‐metal charge transfer interaction.  相似文献

Metal Salts of Benzene‐1,2‐di(sulfonyl)amine. 4. Hydrophobically Wrapped Two‐Dimensional Polymers: Crystal Structures of the Isostructural Metal Complexes [M{C6H4(SO2)2N}(H2O)] (M = K, Rb) and of the Structurally Related Ammonium Salt [(NH4){C6H4(SO2)2N}(H2O)] The previously unreported compounds KZ · H2O ( 1 ), RbZ · H2O ( 2 ) and NH4Z · H2O ( 3 ), where Z is Ndeprotonated ortho‐benzenedisulfonimide, are examples of layered inorgano‐organic solids, in which the inorganic component is comprised of metal or ammonium cations, N(SO2)2 groups and water molecules and the outer regions are formed by the planar benzo rings of the anions. The metal complexes 1 and 2 were found to be strictly isostructural, whereas 3 is structurally related to them by a non‐crystallographic mirror plane ( 1 – 3 : monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 4; single crystal X‐ray diffraction at low temperatures). In each structure, the five‐membered 1,3,2‐dithiazolide heterocycle possesses an envelope conformation, the N atom lying about 40 pm outside the mean plane of the S–C–C–S moiety. The metal complexes feature two‐dimensional coordination networks interwoven with O–H…O hydrogen bonds originating from the water molecules. The metal centres adopt an irregular nonacoordination formed by five sulfonyl O atoms, two N atoms and two μ2‐bridging water molecules; each M+ is connected to four different anions. When NH4+ is substituted for M+, the metal–ligand bonds are replaced by N+–H…O hydrogen bonds, but the general topology of the lamella is not affected. In the three structures, the lipophilic benzo groups protrude obliquely from the surfaces of the polar lamellae and display marked interlocking between adjacent layers.  相似文献

Polysulfonylamines. CXVI. Destructive Complexation of the Dimeric Diorganyltin(IV) Hydroxide [Me2Sn(A)(μ‐OH)]2 (HA = Benzene‐1,2‐disulfonimide): Formation and Structures of the Mononuclear Complexes [Me2Sn(A)2(OPPh3)2] and [Me2Sn(phen)2]2⊕ · 2 A · MeCN Destructive complexation of the dimeric hydroxide [Me2Sn(A)(μ‐OH)]2, where A is deprotonated benzene‐1,2‐disulfonimide, with two equivalents of triphenylphosphine oxide or 1,10‐phenanthroline in hot MeCN produced, along with Me2SnO and water, the novel coordination compounds [Me2Sn(A)2(OPPh3)2] ( 3 , triclinic, space group P 1) and [Me2Sn(phen)2]2⊕ · 2 A · MeCN ( 4 , monoclinic, P21/c). In the uncharged all‐trans octahedral complex 3 , the heteroligands are unidentally O‐bonded to the tin atom, which resides on a crystallographic centre of inversion [Sn–O(S) 227.4(2), Sn–O(P) 219.6(2) pm, cis‐angles in the range 87–93°; anionic ligand partially disordered over two equally populated sites for N, two S and non‐coordinating O atoms]. The cation occurring in the crystal of 4 has a severely distorted cis‐octahedral C2N4 coordination geometry around tin and represents the first authenticated example of a dicationic tin(IV) dichelate [R2Sn(L–L′)2]2⊕ to adopt a cis‐structure [C–Sn–C 108.44(11)°]. The five‐membered chelate rings are nearly planar, with similar bite angles of the bidentate ligands, but unsymmetric Sn–N bond lengths, each of the longer bonds being trans to a methyl group [ring 1: N–Sn–N 71.24(7)°, Sn–N 226.81(19) and 237.5(2) pm; ring 2: 71.63(7)°, 228.0(2) and 232.20(19) pm]. In both structures, the bicyclic and effectively CS symmetric A ions have their five‐membered rings distorted into an envelope conformation, with N atoms displaced by 28–43 pm from the corresponding C6S2 mean plane.  相似文献

Tri(1‐cyclohepta‐2, 4, 6‐trienyl)phosphane, P(C7H7)3 ([P] when coordinated to a metal atom), was used to stabilize complexes of platinum(II) and palladium(II) with chelating dichalcogenolato ligands as [P]M(E∩E) [E = S, ∩ = CH2CH2, M = Pt ( 3a ); E = S, ∩ = 1, 2‐C6H4, M = Pt ( 5a ), Pd ( 6a ); E = S, ∩ = C(O)C(O), M = Pt ( 7a ), Pd ( 8a ); E = S, Se, ∩ = 1, 2‐C2(B10H10), M = Pt ( 9a, 9b ), Pd ( 10a, 10b ); E = S, ∩ = Fe2(CO)6, M = Pt ( 11a ), Pd ( 12a )]. Starting materials in all reactions were [P]MCl2 with M = Pt ( 1 ) and Pd ( 2 ). Attempts at the synthesis of [P]M(ER)2 with non‐chelating chalcogenolato ligands were not successful. All new complexes were characterized by multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in solution (1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se and 195Pt NMR), and the molecular structures of 5a and 12a were determined by X‐ray analysis. Both in the solid state and in solution the ligand [P] is linked to the metal atom by the P‐M bond and by η2‐C=C coordination of the central C=C bond of one of the C7H7 rings. In solution, intramolecular exchange between coordinated and non‐coordinated C7H7 rings is observed, the exchange process being markedly faster in the case of M = Pd than for M = Pt.  相似文献

Photolysis of the halfsandwich tetracarbonylmetal complexes CpV(CO)4, Cp*V(CO)4 and Cp*Ta(CO)4 in solution in the presence of di(organyl)dichalcogenides E2R2 (E = S, Se, Te; R = Me, Ph, Fc) leads to diamagnetic doubly organochalcogenolato‐bridged compounds, [Cp()M(CO)2(μ‐ER)]2. According to the X‐ray structure determinations carried out for [CpV(CO)2(μ‐TeMe)]2, [Cp*V(CO)2(μ‐TePh)]2 and [Cp*Ta(CO)2(μ‐SPh)]2, the molecular framework consists of a folded M2(μ‐ER)2 ring with the cyclopentadienyl ligands in cis‐configuration and the organyl substituents R in a syn‐equatorial arrangement, thus forming a bowl‐shaped molecule with the four terminal CO ligands protruding into the inner sphere. The M…M distances (in the range between 305 and 330 pm) are not considered to indicate direct bonding interactions. The vanadium complexes [Cp()V(CO)2(μ‐ER)]2 are completely decarbonylated in the presence of an excess of E2R2 in boiling toluene, and in many cases the paramagnetic quadruply‐bridged products, [CpV(μ‐ER)2]2, can be isolated.  相似文献

Zinc thiocyanate complexes have been found to be biologically active compounds. Zinc is also an essential element for the normal function of most organisms and is the main constituent in a number of metalloenzyme proteins. Pyrimidine and aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically very important as they are components of nucleic acids. Thiocyanate ions can bridge metal ions by employing both their N and S atoms for coordination. They can play an important role in assembling different coordination structures and yield an interesting variety of one‐, two‐ and three‐dimensional polymeric metal–thiocyanate supramolecular frameworks. The structure of a new zinc thiocyanate–aminopyrimidine organic–inorganic compound, (C6H9ClN3)2[Zn(NCS)4]·2C6H8ClN3·2H2O, is reported. The asymmetric unit consist of half a tetrathiocyanatozinc(II) dianion, an uncoordinated 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidinium cation, a 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine molecule and a water molecule. The ZnII atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry and is coordinated by four N atoms from the thiocyanate anions. The ZnII atom is located on a special position (twofold axis of symmetry). The pyrimidinium cation and the pyrimidine molecule are not coordinated to the ZnII atom, but are hydrogen bonded to the uncoordinated water molecules and the metal‐coordinated thiocyanate ligands. The pyrimidine molecules and pyrimidinium cations also form base‐pair‐like structures with an R22(8) ring motif via N—H…N hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is further stabilized by intermolecular N—H…O, O—H…S, N—H…S and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, by intramolecular N—H…Cl and C—H…Cl hydrogen bonds, and also by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献
