Ketenylidenetriphenylphosphorane, Ph3PCCO (2), reacts selectively with the ω-hydroxy group of the alkene-carbene complexes (OC)4CrC(η2-NMeCH2CHCHCH2OH)R1 (1) (R1=Me: (1a); Ph: (1b)) to give the acyl ylide terminated complexes (OC)4CrC[(4,5-η2)-NMeCH2CHCHCH2O(O)C-CHPPh3]R1 (3) (R1=Me: (3a); Ph: (3b)). Complexes 3 undergo Wittig alkenation reactions with aldehydes such as 2-alkynals, R2-CC-CHO (R2=H, SiMe3, Ph), to give the corresponding 4Z, 9E-dien-11-ynes (OC)4CrC[(4,5-η2)-NMeCH2CHCHCH2O(O)C-CHCH-CC-R2]R1 (4-6) (R1=Me, R2=H, SiMe3, Ph: (4a-6a); R1=Ph, R2=H, SiMe3, Ph: (4b-6b)). All complexes were characterized in solution by one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 29Si, 31P, 1H/1H COSY, 13C/1H HETCOR, 31P/31P EXSY).  相似文献

Abstract

The first examples of compounds R1R2GeSe2C6H4R3 (R1,R2=CH3 C2H5, C3H2, n-C4H9, i-C5H11, Ph, p-CH3Ph. R3=H, CH3, OCH3) were easily obtained (40–80% yield) from electrophilic cleavage of diselenophenylene zirconocenes by dialkyl or diaryl dichlorogermanes. The synthesis of a spirodi-selenagermole was achieved in the same way using germanium tetrachloride. Analytical data, 1H and 77Se NMR. mass spectra are perfectly consistent with the expected structures.  相似文献

The13C and19F NMR spectra ofZ- andE-isomers of β-X-substituted α,β-difluorostyrenes (X=F, Cl, CpFe(CO)2, Re(CO)5, Re2(CO)9Na) were studied. Direct and long-range (across 1–5 bonds) spin-spin coupling constants and the (13C−12C) isotope shifts in the19F NMR spectra were determined. The study of the13C satellites in the19F NMR spectra of substituted difluorostyrenes permitted assignment of the13C NMR signals of the vinylic carbon atoms. Similarly, the signals in19F NMR spectra were assigned based on coupling constants of fluorine withipso-carbon. These assignments were found to be in good agreement with the data available from the literature (X=F, Cl). Stereochemistry of 7-aryl-1,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-3(2H)-indolizinones was studied by1H and13C NMR. Complete assignment of1H NMR signals and analysis of1H-1H coupling constants were performed using the iterative PANIC program. Values of3 J 6,7,3 J 7,8endo, and4 J 5,7 allow one to unambiguously identify the correspondingexo- andendo-stereoisomers. 2-Hydroxy-13-oxo-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridecane derivatives can be obtained by reaction of cyclohexanone with alcohols under alkaline conditions. The unambiguous assignment of all signals of the1H-NMR- and13C-NMR-spectrum is possible by 2D-1H-13C-shift correlation and 2D-INADEQUATE. Compound1 crystallizes in space group P21/n witha=8.518 (1),b=14.789 (2),c=19.321 (2) Å, =94.91 (1)°,Z=8,D c =1.22 Mg cm–3. The structure refined toR=0.100 andR w =0.097 for 1719 observed reflections. Reaction of [AuIII(C6F5)3(tht)] with RaaiR′ in dichloromethane medium leads to [AuIII(C6F5)3 (RaaiR′)] [RaaiR′=p-R-C6H4-N=N-C3H2-NN-l-R′, (1-3), R = H (a), Me (b), Cl (c) and R′= Me (1), CH2CH3 (2), CH2Ph (3), tht is tetrahydrothiophen]. The nine new complexes are characterised by ES/MS as well as FAB, IR and multinuclear NMR (1H,13C,19F) spectroscopic studies. In addition to dimensional NMR studies as1H,1H COSY and1H13C HMQC permit complete assignment of the complexes in the solution phase.  相似文献

Nitropyrazoles     
The structures of substitutedN-aminonitropyrazoles and 1- and 2-amino-4-nitro-1,2,3-triazoles as well as the site of protonation of 1-aminopyrazole were determined based on the1H,13C, and15N (14N) NMR spectra. The13C NMR spectra were recorded under conditions of13C-{1H,14N} triple resonance. Effects of substituents in the pyrazole ring on the13C and14N chemical shifts were studied. The13C,1H and15N,1H spin-spin coupling constants, obtained using techniques of [1H]13C and [1H]15N polarization transfer (SPT, INEPT), were measured, fully assigned, and discussed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Some organotin(IV) triazolates of general formula RnSn(L)4 − n (where R = Me, n-Bu and Ph for n = 2; R = Me, n-Pr and n-Bu for n = 3 and HL = 3-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole) have been synthesized by the reaction of R2SnCl2/R3SnCl with NaL in 1:2/1:1 molar ratio. Whereas, Oct2SnL2 has been synthesized azeotropically by the reaction of Oct2SnO and HL in 1:2 molar ratio. As good single crystals were not obtained, a large number of experimental techniques, viz. UV/Vis, IR, far-IR, multinuclear (1H, 13C and 119Sn) NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopic studies, were used to accomplish a definitive characterization and determination of their most probable structures. In these compounds triazole acts as a monoanionic bidentate ligand, coordinating through Sexo and N(4). The IR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopic studies allow us to deduce a highly distorted cis-trigonal-bipyramidal structure for R3SnL and a distorted skew trapezoidal-bipyramidal structure for R2SnL2, in the solid state. However, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectral studies revealed that weak bonding between tin and N(4) is further weakened in the solution leading to pseudo-tetrahedral/tetrahedral structure.  相似文献

A topological method for the calculation of13C NMR chemical shifts was developed for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDD). Based on previous results for polychlorinated benzenes and polyhydroxybenzenes, the collective influence of the substituents on carbon chemical shifts is presented as the sum of two-particle increments. The increments only of two new monosubstituted graphs have to be added to those known for PCDD spectra: 1-Cl-DD and 2-Cl-DD. All structural situations in the13C NMR chemical shifts of the whole class of 75 PCDD can be covered with a few model compounds. The coefficients of the increment scheme are independent of the change of CDCl3 for acetone-d6, so it may be a new reliable criterion for recognizing PCDD by13C NMR, in spite of the close resemblance of NMR spectra of aromatic compounds.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The temperature dependence of the1H NMR spectra ofcis-[Pt(II)R2Cl2] complexes was studied in DMSO at 18–100°C (R is 2-methyl and 2,5-dimethylpyridine). The broadening of the signals from the methyl groups or hydrogen atoms in theortho-positions of heteroaromatic ligands is due to the coexistence of two forms of thecis-complexes in solution. Oxidation of (+)-sabinol, (1S,3R,5S)-1-isopropyl-4-methylidenebicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-3-ol, by active MnO2 afforded not the expected sabinone but only its [4+2]-cyclodimer. The molecular structure of the latter was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of this cyclodimer were interpreted using 2D NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Optically active mixed alkoxy orthotitanates with general formula Ti(OR1)2(OR2)(OR3) (R1=Et, Bun; R2=CH2CH2OCOC(Me)=CH2; R3=menthyl, CH(Me)CH2Me, CH(Ph)CH(NHMe)Me, CH(C9H6N)(C9H14N)) were obtained for the first time by transesterification. A new germacranolide, ajanolide A, was isolated from aerial parts ofAjania fruticulosa by means of extraction with CHCl3 and adsorption chromatography. This compound was identified as (1(10)E,3S,4Z,6R,7S,11R)-3-acetoxygermacra-1(10),4-dien-12,6-olide ((1S,7S,10R,13R)-7-acetoxy-4,8,13-trimethyl-11-oxabicyclo[8.3.0]trideca-4(E),8(Z)-dien-12-one) by X-ray diffraction analysis. 2D1H−1H (COSY) and13C−1H (COSY) NMR spectroscopy was used for assigning the1H and13C NMR signals in the spectra of ajanolide A. Abstract

The fully deprotonated anion of 1,3,5-benzene-triphosphonic acid 1,3,5-C6H3[PO32?]3 gives rise to deceptively simple 1H and 31P NMR spectra due to a corresponding [AX]3 spin system. The organomercurials RC(HgR')(CN)2 (R = Me, Ph; R1 = Ph, CH2Ph) have been obtained by the action of organomercury hydroxides R'HgOH or acetates R'HgOAc on substituted malonodinitriles RCH(CN)2- (Ph3PAu3O+BF4 reacts with the same nitriles to give organogold derivatives RC(AuPPh3)(CN)2. The study of the structures of organomercury and -gold compounds by1H,31P and199Hg NMR spectra as well as by IR spectra show that these compounds exist mainly in the C-form. The degenerated exchange reaction involving the cleavage of C-Hg bond takes place in the phenylmercury derivative of methylmalonodinitrile. The1H NMR spectra ofO-derivatives of 1-hydroxy-2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)aziridine containing such substituents as EtO2CCH2, (R/S)-RO2CCH(Me) (R=Me, Pri, or But), (R/S)-H2NC(O)CH(Me), and (R)-H2NC(O)CH(Me) were analyzed. Both of the diastereomerically pure amides of the latter type were isolated. The validity of the1H NMR criteria, which were suggested for the determination of absolute configurations of diastereomers ofN-alkoxyaziridines, was confirmed by X-ray diffraction study of the (R,R)-amide.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Synthese der Titelverbindungen3 (R 1=R 2=C2H5;n-C4H9) durch Reaktionen von N-(N,N-Diethylthiocarbamoyl)-benzimidoylchlorid (2) mit Natriumdialkyldithiocarbamaten (1) in Aceton wird beschrieben. Die niedrigen Ausbeuten (bis 25% d.Th.) sind durch Nebenreaktionen bedingt. Die Strukturen der Verbindungen werden durch IR-,1H-NMR-,13C-NMR-und Massenspektren bestätigt. Nebenreaktionen werden13C-NMR-spektroskopisch verfolgt und die Ergebnisse diskutiert.
S-(N-(thiocarbamoyl)benzimido)dithiocarbamic esters
Summary The synthesis of the title compounds3 (R 1=R 2=C2H5;n-C4H9) by reactions of N-(N,N-diethylthiocarbamoyl)benzimidechloride (2) with sodiumdialkyldithiocarbamates (1) in acetone is described. The low yields (<25%) are caused by the occurrence of side reactions. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR,1H and13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy. Side reactions were detected by13C NMR spectroscopy; the results are discussed.

New phosphines1–3 have been synthetized by reaction of pyrazolate anion with tris(pentafluorophenyl)phosphine and characterized by1H,31P, and19F NMR studies.19F NMR spectral data contribute to the evidence for apara-substitution of tetrafluorophenyl rings.
